Parking

There was no iron in the room. Received text threatening to charge me extra parking fees even though we had checked out around 9.30 and placed keys and parking card in drop box. Rang the number provided and the woman on end then wanted me to send an email even though explained where card is. She was too lazy to do her job. In stead wanted me to email someone else. Completely wrecked the entire experience

Skytower was a great place to stay

Skytower was in a fantastic location near the botanical gardens and a few minutes walk into Queen st Mall. Lovely views

Refused to provide any flexibility with the booking during a major weather incident

Unacceptable Customer Service – A Disgrace to Hospitality My experience at CLLIX Skytower was nothing short of appalling, thanks to the unprofessional and outright hostile treatment I received from a staff member named Senara. From the moment I raised a simple issue about a faulty car pass, Senara’s approach was accusatory, dismissive, and completely lacking in basic customer service skills. Instead of listening or investigating the issue, she immediately blamed me, insisted on charging me a $100 replacement fee (which she later denied), and raised her voice when I rightfully pushed back. When I politely requested to speak with another staff member to de-escalate the situation, she outright refused, yelling, "I won’t let you deal with my colleague whilst I am the MANAGER here!!!"—as if asserting dominance was more important than resolving a guest’s concern. Moments later, she screamed at me, "DON’T RAISE YOUR VOICE AT ME!" despite the fact that she was the one escalating the matter. To make things worse, instead of diffusing the situation professionally, she brought in two security guards to stand intimidatingly close to me, as if I was some kind of threat—when in reality, I was simply a paying guest trying to resolve a problem that should never have escalated in the first place. Only when she realized that her aggressive approach wasn’t working did she backtrack, suddenly changing her tone and suggesting the charge “may not be necessary”. This was not a resolution—it wa

Not very well maintained or managed building.

Excellent location and great price for self contained apartment. Unit a bit noisy above and below - walls seem thin and the carpet was in a pretty average state. Friendly staff though.

Central location is ideal....access to shopping, restaurants, sightseeing very convenient. The 1 bedroom apartment was efficient (read small), but clean, modern, bright. Amenities were sparcely presented (IE 4 plates, knives, forks, etc), but were new, spotless. Reception was very helpful and professional.

Great view,but that's where it ended. Windows were partially open, and very noisy, one window was unlocked' and came open when we tried to shut it properly. Both bathrooms were badly cleaned, and each shower had black mould in several places. One window was secured after I advised reception, but the others were left partially open, in fact, one sounded like we were in a plane. The day we left, no one had attended to the black mould and cleaning, after I had talked to reception the previous day.

Week in Brisbane

Stay was great with the view from the 51 floor. Could have used some more comfortable seating. Otherwise everything was good.

Views were lovely, welcome package was awesome super disappointed about the freezing cold pool that gets next to no sunlight :(

The view of the city was amazing. The apartment was very clean and convenient with laundry inside the suite. I went for a walk every evening and felt very safe. There is lots to see and do around the area. Staff was very helpful

Room with a view

Check in was quick and easy. Room was clean and spacious. Carpets and paintwork was a little dilapidated. TV was outdated. View was awesome from the 53rd floor. Location and proximity to Brisbane city was great.

We stay at 65 floor, the view is stunning overlooking the story bridge and the city skyscrapers. The room and the kitchen are spacious also clean. The only missing is full size mirror :) Customer services is excellent.

Friendly staff, great location

Loved the stay staff were helpful and friendly and room was beautiful carpark wasn’t free and not advertised but otherwise very good. Would stay again.

Great view and easy acess to where you want to go in the city.

The location and views can’t be beat. Perfect area for everything to see, eat and do. Though, considering the property is fairly new, the room maintenance has not been kept up or modernized. Broken handles and flooring, clogged sinks and ungraded shower that fills the bathroom with water, no USB charging ports, only one mirror in the entire two bedroom apt. which was in the bathroom and since there isn’t a fan, it was always fogging up. So not very useful. These are just a few things we noticed. Aside from that, the apartments are large and views are incredible.

Great staff at front counter who went out of their way to help. Received an upgrade which was a bonus. Rooms were a great size for our needs and it was a simple quick walk to queen st mall etc. very happy with our stay and will definitely look at booking there again when next in Brisbane

Overnight stay

Very nice overnight stay so we were able to explor Brisbane, only downside was the pool was far too cold for the kids

Clean and close to city center

"The view was absolutely stunning, and the property felt very safe. Shops, restaurants, and other amenities were conveniently close and easy to access. The staff was friendly and welcoming. Onsite parking was available, though there was a fee, but it was definitely convenient. Each room had climate control, which was a nice touch. The bathrooms were clean and tidy. If you're not afraid of heights, I highly recommend this place – the view alone makes it worth it!"

Great location and good sky high building experience

Average apartment for price. Staff on check in not great. Towels disgusting - small and unable easily obtain swimming towels. Asked for extra blanket - was given one very begrudgingly. Locality was only plus side.

Loved being on the 56th floor. Fantastic views. Only scary part was the oven turned on, on its own and i couldnt turn off. The room was heated i had to sort help. The oven had a timer on from perhaps previous guest. The service behind counter excellent

Shower and bathroom drains are loose and dangerous

Apartment has many issues - shower flooded, dryer didn’t function properly, iron broken, curtains broken, tv not working properly, terrible phone coverage, internet dropouts, ordinary bed, limited toilet paper.

The property was an easy walking distance of all the bars restaurants etc, upkeep of the building was excellent, and staff very professional and helpful

Two day stay - the good and the not so good

The carpark "Apollo" is a nightmare. Markings for each carspot arn't sequential when driving to the lower levels to assist you in finding your car again. The lift buttons don't reflect the colour codings for each carpark floor which is rather dopey. Room ok. Toilet was partially backed up. Everything else worked properly. Where there were marks on the wall (and there were lots), all they've done is painted over it in a "Stripe" down the wall to cover it up in white, which is not the colour of the original paint. It just made it look cheap. The window in the loungeroom wouldn't close properly. TV is about as cheap as you can buy "Clic brand" and was blurry. The property next door has just started construction, however it was away from our room and we didn't hear it. Advantages were that the view is excellent, the place is quiet, close to shops and the botanical garden. Check-in / out was easy.

Loved our stay here! The apartment was spacious and clean, and the views were amazing, especially at night. Great location, walkable distance to shops/restaurants and train stations. Would recommend, will be staying here again the next time I’m in Brisbane.

Absolutely enjoyable stay with my family. Kids loved the pool and we loved how close it was to the casino and shopping. The city views were amazing. Highly recommend.

We have had a brilliant two nights here. 73rd floor was incredible. Clean apartment and facilities. Rav on check in was great. We hope to return one day soon.

Location is perfect for short walks to Botanic Garden, QUT and shoppings. Room in high floor gives fantastic city view. Would stay here again in next visit.

Quite simply outstanding. Huge apartment with unbelievable views from the 52nd floor out over the Brisbane river. Room was stylish, well equipped and in a wonderful location. Reception staff were wonderfully helpful, this really was a faultless stay. The room was just brilliant. That view! What a view!

Very safe n room service

The Skytower high floor rooms have fantastic views over the river and city. It's in a handy location for bars, restaurants and shopping and being close to the gardens is well placed for nice walks all round the riverbank, whilst being easily within reach of the main shopping area. The property was quiet, well-appointed and clean and the staff were all welcoming, helpful and efficient. Highly recommended for a city stay!

My apartment windows where facing offices, due to this I chose to not open the blinds

Property in good location but air conditioning not great and very hot.

It was very smelly in the common areas, people just left their rubbish out in the hallways.

Wasn’t happy we couldn’t use the pool on L66 . Got told as we were checking out could have used the other pool.

A good stay. Really cool building with great views and a good location. A bit disappointed as we were expecting a king bed but it clearly wasn't. Nice and clean & the reception staff were friendly and helpful.

It is very beautiful and clean place. It really reached our goal of having three bedrooms.

Indoor pool not heated and windows were opened . Too cold to use pool. Was expecting pool to be heated or at least have the windows closed

Great property in the heart of the city. Very convenient if you need an apartment for the weekend. Parking a little tricky due to number of floors and guests and lift wait times. We had a 3 bedder on level 63 overlooking the new Queens Wharf development, river and Southbank so it was spectacular. Views were amazing. Will stay again.
