It's an okay stay

The room was okay, but there was stains on the cupboard next to the bed. There were stains on the floor. I had two single beds even though I'd book for a double room. There was a horrible smell in the hallway other than that it was an okay day for the price that was paid.

I do not recommend this hotel. although the location is good but the hotel itself was not good. There was no toilet in the room and you have to share the shower and toilets with other rooms!

Parking Scam, Terrible Service

They have a parking ticket scam running in their car park. Two weeks after I stayed there I got a parking ticket for their car park from the company that manages it Smart Parking. I rang and emailed the hotel to get confirmation of my stay but nothing turning up. I ended up paying more for the parking than the hotel.

I sent an email already to Expedia customer support but the experience was just awful

It is close to the ovo arena and you can just hop on a bus and it’s about 25minites. The rooms are small but have enough space if you’re there for just the night or two. You can hear other rooms toilet going off and the drains are connected so the smell travels into your room as well. The breakfast is good. And staff are very polite however if you get there after 11 after an event you will have to wait for someone to turn up and give you your key back.

Booked this hotel for a weekend trip and to attend an event at the OVO Arena. Room was adequate - it was small room with a bed, a sink and a kettle on a dresser but only the Ceiling light and a small bed light worked. Toilet/shower rooms were dotted about the floor I was on. However some of them were rather small and felt rather cramped when I needed to use one of them. Staff were polite when I talked to them. I had an issue on the Saturday when the ceiling light went out in my room. When I notified the staff about it, they got it sorted out straight away. It looked like they offered breakfast in the morning and pizza/meals/drinks in the evening. However it did not look like they were offering these when I looked into it as the bar/restaurant was always closed when I visited at the times they were being offered. However, there is a Tesco Express nearby, as well as a takeaway across the road, so I felt that this was otherwise not an issue. Transport links are great to get to Wembley Stadium/OVO Arena via the nearby bus stops (bus 18 which stops across the road from the hotel and bus 206 that stops on Knatchbull Road, which is a short walk away) and into London itself via the nearby Harlesden station, however that is roughly a 10 minute walk away from the hotel itself. Overall, I found my experience at Park Bridge Hotel to be all right, and would probably book this hotel again should I return in the future.

Worst hotel ever stayed at and known to anyone

One day stay

A small room with the heating set high. Cool down by opening the window which let in noise from outside. Subpar sound proofing. The sink in the room didn't work that well. WiFi coverage wasn't great either. Communal toilet and bathroom was clean. Restaurant was closed. Only used it for one night as I needed somewhere to sleep.

Room was in basement, black walls ceilings painted was like a dungeon. Needs full refurbishment. Breakfast was cold , at 9am only half full English available not acceptable when paying this amount of money.Staff were miserable from reception to kitchen staff not what you expect when paying £124 for one nite stay. Would NOT RECOMMEND This hotel to anyone . .

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the area is a bit limited in things to do. The rooms themselves are decent size and the shared bathrooms were always clean. The bed was extremely firm and not very comfortable.

The service at the reception was very friendly, helpful and customer oriented. Room and breakfast service were not customer oriented at all. Five of ten days breakfast was until 30 minutes delayed. Daily room cleaning did not take place for the first three days and then only took place after repeated reminders.The bathroom needs to be repaired. the sink has cracks, the shower bracket is loose and attached too low, the hose is much too short for guests over 1,80 m. Water jet is too weak and the second bracket for a toothbrush-glass is missing. Breakfast selections is highly recommended, rich and good! In total a refresh is really good for the hotel with good connection by busses and train. A special thanks to all of the reception!

Absolutley beautiful rooms

We booked this hotel as we were going to a concert at Wembley. We were able to catch a bus right outside the hotel directly there. Unfortunately due to traffic on the way back, we had to walk back to the hotel which took 40-50 mins as the bus couldn't get through. The staff at the hotel were really nicely, friendly and helpful. We went to the hotel at 11am expecting to just drop our bag off till later but they allowed us to check in straight away. The room was okay but it didn’t have a window as it was in the basement. There were other rooms in the hotel that looked really nice with 4 poster beds but our room was very basic. Overall the hotel was perfect for what we needed, convenient for Wembley stadium and the price was very cheap and included breakfast.

Bridge Park Hotel Stay

A Horrible Stay Wasn't Made Aware That We Had To Share The Bathroom with Other Guests. The Room was Very Small and Honestly Felt Like A Prison Cell, And All Through The Day and Night People where constantly Slamming Doors and Even at 1 Point I'm Sure someone actually started Punching My Door. The Walls Where Dirty with Marks All Down Them. Won't Be Booking Ever Again.

I was a little worried after reading other reviews especially as we had a shared bathroom. We were going to Wembley for the Taylor swift concert and found the price and location fantastic. We didn’t bring a car but the fact it also has parking is a real bonus. The room was clean and the shared bathroom immaculate and cleaned multiple times in the 18 hours we stayed. Breakfast was good and all in all I think the hotel is great value

Better than expected upon reading other reviews! obviously could do with some updating, but for what it’s used for (staying within walking distance of wembley stadium) it’s fine - staff all super friendly and nice and it’s clean! we stayed in a basement room and they have installed ventilation and fans so it’s not too bad! can’t complain for the price and the location!

Overnight Stay

Very friendly service but just sorry to report that the interior is dated and tired. Cleanliness was poor, lightbulbs not working, furniture home made! We stayed one night for a show at Wembley. It’s fine for a bag drop and sleep, but wouldn’t stay any longer. I guess for the price it’s what you pay for, but a lick of paint would go such a long way. Secure parking a positive.

Great value and the location for Wembley stadium is perfect. Short walk to the tube station. Free parking which is a huge bonus. The gentleman running the hotel was so polite and accommodating. Would have been nice to have another pillow and the decor is quite dated but on the whole we were pleased.

Perfect location for Wembley Stadium

Although the rooms are dated, the room was everything I needed for a trip to Wembley. Very affordable, easy walk to the stadium. Clean and I slept well.

Don't bother

Top floor( basically loft) of a rundown hotel. It was so hot, couldnt open windows as the road was extremely busy. We borrowed fan from the office bit it did little. Window were single glazed so only blocked out a little of the noise. Furniture is old and dated. You couldnt open the bedroom door properly because the furniture hits the door. Breakfast was ok. The staff were lovely.

Pleasantly surprised

We booked this hotel as it was the closest I could find to Wembley as I had left it too late to get a hotel closer to the stadium. After reading the reviews I was fearing the worst however, we were pleasantly surprised. Hotel does require some updating and from the outside does not look great, however, it was clean, the staff were friendly and the breakfast was great. You can also get a No.18 bus from opposite the hotel to take you direct to Wembley !! Overall we were very happy and it was great value for money (we had executive double room).

Convenient good value budget hotel.

Although I agree with reviews pointing to the building being ‘tired and in need of decoration’ the parts of the hotel that I saw, including my room & the shared bathroom were very clean. Public transport for Wembley and central London is good, including bus / night bus stop almost right outside. Reception staff were excellent. Amenities in my room were basic but adequate, including TV and tea / coffee making facilities. A small fridge was a nice touch. Bedding & towels were fresh, and the bed was comfortable. Although clean, the room was in need of decoration and new furnishings. Although there was some advertising and signage for the bar / restaurant, I had no need to use it but it wasn’t clear if it was open, so that may be worth checking with the property if required. A shared bathroom is not for everyone, but this is made clear when booking, and is also reflected in the price which is very good value for the location and proximity to Wembley Stadium & Arena. The bathroom was also very clean during my stay. I saw past comments referring to the ‘shower not turning off’, and I did struggle a little as the dial isn’t clear, but I was able to work it so it doesn’t appear to be a major issue. Despite obvious faults, I would use the hotel again for an overnight visit for Wembley Stadium or Arena, and would recommend it to anyone looking for a convenient good value budget stay.

Nice hotel,well situated for tube and buses. Carpets in need of replacement in the corridors. Ideal location for Wembley stadium.

Cheap for a night when visiting Wembley

You get what you pay for and that is very true with this hotel. It’s in a great location for Wembley and it’s VERY cheap for that. Its value for money has clean linen, staff were pleasant.

The hotel was good, basic accommodation. Decor was dated but the hotel was clean and bed comfortable. All usual facilities in room such as tea and coffee making facilities, safe, fridge, TV. This was the worse experience I have had at a hotel. When we checked in the room was noticeable unclean but not alarmingly so but since we were only staying a night we were okay with. However when we came back later and go ready for bed we discovered dirt stains and fresh blood on the sheets. We could not find the source of it so we had to move hotels and were never given a refund.

First impressions from outside the hotel looked okay, reception area was nicely decorated and looked modern. Staff very friendly and welcoming. Then we got into room it was very dated, rock hard mattress and pillows (was clean sheets and cover though) the bathroom was rusty and disgusting. No hot water on arrival and the next morning the shower was so old it wouldn’t turn on or off properly. There is a bar onsite that does pizza and sides which was amazing, the best pizza I’ve ever had.

Las cortinas del cuarto de baño, de no cambiartlas en mucho tiempo huelen fatal, hay manchas por lossuelos y paredes de excrementos; los pasillos para salir y entra a la habitación, tienen un olor que llega a dar dolor de estomago. no hay derecho a que pagues un dinero importante porque barato no es y te encuentres estas condiciones higiénicas.. así que nuestra experiencia ha sido horrible.. la persona que me ha acompañado al viaje pondrá otra reseña con fotos, donde salen todas las picaduras con las que ha regresado y nos estamos pensando denunciar.

Budget accommodation but I was fully satisfied (2 nights). Big bonus was a breakfast option. I can highly recommended.

Terrible experience

Small rooms, furniture very dated like 1960s, only one hanger for 3 people, dusty curtains, toilets outside and no soap of hand towels or dryer. An additional charge of £7.03 per person we not been aware of. Shower was terrifying, didn’t use it. Breakfast was ok but overpriced for £9.99

Value for money

This was a value for money accommodation with no frills. The staff were polite and helpful. The signage outside wasn't very obvious but we found it in the end. The corridors were dark and gloomy but the towels and bed were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good.

Confused hotel.

Not the best hotel I have stayed in, to be honest the room was terrible. The bedding was clean and room was serviced daily, that being said the room was not in a great state. There were stains on the walls, skirting boards really mucky and windows were not clean. The bathroom was poor, there as no plug in the sink, the bath had a plug but there was no way of using the bath, the shower curtain was grubby, no toilet roll holder and the toilet brush looked like it had been there since the building was built. The windows are single glazed and this is an extremely busy neighbourhood and you could hear everything. This is not an expensive hotel but even the cheapest hotel, the rooms should be clean. Now the confusing bits, the reception area looked good, the dining area and bar, also nice. Breakfast was good and the bar food was fine, every one of the staff were lovely and welcoming. This hotel has got some bad reviews but it’s definitely not the worst I’ve stayed in, but it is ready for a damn good clean and upgrade.

I would stay again

I was a single traveller. And I must say I was pleasantly surprised with my stay. The staff were friendly with me, took the time to answer my questions. My room wasn’t big but it’s really all I needed. The hotel was in an older building but still relatively clean give the age. I was using the shared washrooms and the washrooms were kept clean. I like the fact the sick was in your room. There are not a lot of amenities near by. The closest being Wembley Stadium. If you use the Elizabeth line your about an hour from Heathrow Airport.

In terms of the staff, they were okay, the receptionist mostly. The barman during the day was very limited in communication and spent the time for the hour we were in there constantly playing with the different TV channels on the different TVs in the bar. He also was in and out on his phone. It was a quiet period, granted, but we felt like an inconvenience, this from my perception. Just the odd positive gesture. I get the cost was not majorly expensive, but I would expect a 3 star hotel to be better well-look after and maintained, especially the rooms, and the so-called 'en-suite' I feel the promotional pictures absolutely falsely advertise the quality of the property, inside and out. The accommodation was awful, with the decoration uncared for. Again, for a 3 star hotel it was like going back to the 70's with extremely poor cleanliness. The 'ensuite' shower nozzle would not stay upright when showering, so had to get it maintained, which happened instantly which was good! However, do the cleaners and maintenance on duty not check off rooms when vacated to report problems and correct them, preventing any further concerns? The bed was like sleeping on a table, we all have different preferences, I get that, but this was in another category of uncomfortable. Electrical sockets - well, some worked and another I could not even plug into. The shower and sink tap temperature were awful, only offering a tepid temp after running for so long. Late reception staff - moody!

Stayed for one night in order to watch England ladies football at Wembley Stadium. Trains were on strike so decided to drive up and stay over. It is very convenient for Wembley. No.18 bus straight there from across the road! The bar was still open when we got back which was great, a fine selection of beers and spirits. Free parking was a bonus and allowed us to pop back the next day to look around the Designer Outlet stores. Hotel is tired but breakfast wasn’t too bad. I think it’s time you provided sachets of coffee including decaf coffee and not have the jug of coffee which just gets a bitter taste the longer it’s left. (Decaf tea too if anyone wants that as well). I would suggest getting a room at a time renovated and you will have a real winner on your hands.

I was surprised there was no shower wash bits. As I came by train and travelled as light as possible. But luckily there is a Tesco express 2 minute walk for anything you forget. It’s convenient for Wembley as right opposite the hotel is a bus that takes you straight there and runs late for return. Nice bar in hotel very friendly staff

The hotel is a typical London budget hotel, reception looks fine, but rooms, although clean are very tired, the restaurant was closed, all outside areas closed. Not many options for food and drink without getting a cab. Could be an amazing property if the owners invested in the place.

Never Again

This place really needs some renovation and needs to shut down until it does. Nothing is up to standard and I wonder how places like these are even allowed to be open. In the 2 rooms I've seen (I asked to change the first one because it was just gross) the carpet was damaged and smelly; there was mould and damp on the walls, the furniture was old, dirty and generally in a state that you don't really want to touch anything. Curtains and windows were dirty and the room was way too hot, despite turning the heating off and opening the window. The sink in the bathroom was blocked and the tv on top of the wardrobe was so tiny and in a state that I didn't even consider turning it on. The shared bathrooms showed signs of some sort of regular cleaning, but the standards are appalling. There was grim and limescales everywhere and no soap. Showers are small and don't work well (I tested 3 before choosing the "best"), and even there you might happen to touch things you don't want to. To be honest it's also the people being there that don't care much about the place (probably because of the way it looks), which makes it even less pleasant. The person running the place was kind and tried to help to a certain extent, but this didn't compensate for the horrible service you get overall. Luckily it was just for one night (I wouldn't have chosen it for longer, in the first place), but the price is way too much for what you get, including the location, which is not the best.

We expected a better kept and cleaner hotel. Didn't look like the pictures. The gentleman at reception was kind was walked us to our room.

Cheap and cheerful.

Clean and warm, I slept well. The place could do with a lick of paint. Single rooms on the front of the hotel suffer from road noise but the rooms to the rear are quiet in my experience. Front counter staff were very friendly and welcoming.

Room felt dirty, bed was uncomfortable, shower had to be turned off by staff because it would ONLY turn on. The bathroom wasn't even in the room. Half the lights in the room didn't work. The first staff person was rude, the second was alright. I've been to many hotels around the world and this might be top 2 worst I've ever stayed in. We couldn't help but laugh at how bad it seemed

Bridge park hotel stay Dec 2023

We had no hot water our first night, it wasn't ideally not being able to have a shower after travelling. Staff were helpful, good location, free parking was a big plus and the breakfast was very good.

Solo concert trip

Staff helpful and friendly, room small and very tired, heating excellent, shared bathroom next door good, shower a little cold,bed and pillow uncomfortable, eating places connected to hotel look worth checking out, would rate 4/5 for a budget stay excellent value and will stay again, transport by bus available outside to wembley but walked.

4 night family stay

Staff friendly and helpful but we had bugs (flees we think) in our room so my family got bitten. Did get moved to another room for last night but no offer of compensation. Very dated and needs renovation. Disappointing the restaurant is permanently closed and can only get pizza Friday and Saturday night. For what we paid expected to be much nicer.

Perfect for a stop off after a late night at Wembley Arena. Great value.

At first look this hotel doesn't look like much, there's nothing fancy about it. The inside holds some gems of décor and it's past life. It's not situated in a quiet area, it on the main road and all of the noise associated with a London main road. There are bus stops nearby going either towards Euston or Wembley. There is also a train station within 10-15 minute walk (not London speeds!). The beds were comfortable and the room was very clean. Tea and coffee available in the room and a tv. I was surprised how many plug sockets are in the rooms as I need one for a CPAP. Usually, I need to bring an extension cable, but there were enough in the room. Reception is 'manned' 24 hours a day. The staff I dealt with were very helpful and could answer any queries I had. I was disappointed that the restaurant is closed and only open at certain times of the week. This may be seasonal as I visited in late November. If I was staying in this area again, I would stay here. Having a shared bathroom was not as inconvenient as I thought. But, you can book rooms with ensuite bathrooms if you prefer.

Completely worthless for the money paid. The room was damn cold through the night. I was at the property for the coldest night of the year then probably and the heating was not ambient. Had to struggle through the night to keep my family warm. On checking with the reception I was told that the radiator will kick in a timely fashion and should start working soon (around 6 am in the morning). Most insensible to set this up time based rather than room temperature based. The pillows were too firm to sleep as well. The bathroom was smelling with paint. Overall a hotel I would not dare to book again. Would not recommend.

I read the reviews and was dreading our stay there so much, that when we got there it was a pleasant relief. The building is really old, and years of dirt and use, but the staff do their job and the bedding is clean, bathroom was clean, room 403 was most fine. Noisy from the street but then its london, and the smell from the shared bathrooms is awful but that is on the 3rd floor. I had a twin en suite and it was very cheap by comparison to other places so honestly you get what you pay for here. Staff were lovely

Great price conaidering parking is included! The room was in the ground floor and the noisea from other rooms or the cleaner in the morning (no idea where, just forniture being moved....) kept as awake since 8am. The fridge in the room was off and even after having it on for hours still didnt work and our drinks were warm, so that was quite disappointing...

Booking online looked like a cute little hotel. We got there and checked in and the room was in the back area of the basement and had mold and mildew growing on the walls and carpet. We started to have sinus issues almost immediately and ended up checking out about 2 hours after getting there once we were able to confirm a diffetent hotel. i was told i had to pay for at least 2 days because we didnt cancel in time for a full refund but it has been a week and i still havent got any kind of refund at all.
