Safe and convenient

Enjoyed my stay was there 11 nights. Room was great A/C worked good. Housekeeping was everyday. Staff was very helpful. Price was right. I rented a scooter so getting to anywhere was good. Only thing is its a long way to the beach. Not really walkable if your wanting close to beach.

I've stayed at Breezotel five times. It's a budget hotel and I typically stay there for at least 2 or 3 weeks, sometimes even longer. So the price matters to me. The staff is wonderful, the rooms are clean. The hotel is in a quiet area of Patong which I like very much. I was there just a few days ago and I've noticed that on a clear night, you can actually see the constellations because there isn't so much light pollution in this part of Patong. Star-gazing is on my bucket list and being able to do it in Phuket makes it even better.

Had problems with rude front end staff

Friendly staff and room was clean. A few things I didn’t like was bed was pretty hard, shower has no wall so water everywhere when you shower. Sick pipe leaked framing water onto the floor. Sugar ants in bathroom, don’t leave any food out in room, they will find it. No pool and at the end on a dead in street, switch hotel near by that has pool a safe in the room and within walking distance to much more. They should look at reevaluating their pricing based on amenities Or invest into better beds, in room safes and maybe even a small pool

Away from all the noise of Bangla Road and yet close enough to get to all the fun.

I love the mountain view rooms. you get a balcony and if you do your own laundry, you can dry it outside. The hotel is only a ten-minute walk from the beach. It's in the quieter part of Patong. My first time in Patong, I stayed at a hotel near Bangla Rd and you could literally hear music outside the window all night long. Here at the Breezotel it's nice and quiet.

Great well run hotel in a quiet location just off of a main street. I have stayed at this hotel for many years and will be back in a few months.

It’s a nice place to stay for budget but convenient area. It take about 15mn to patong beach.

A good value hotel with standard rooms and friendly employees. The only issue I had with this hotel is there is no safe in the room.

Everything okay

The hotel was fine. Just that it could use a bit more of parking spaces. The parking space was so limited. Probably enough for 6-7 cars only. On the second night, I inform the staff that there was no available parking and if there were any alternatives to it. She told my friend to push and carry the motorbike to make way for another space. But the funny thing is that, shouldn’t she offer a helping hand? And the motorbike were from the hotel, asked if there were spare keys to unlock it, she just mentioned that she doesn’t have and walked away. She even told me that I might need to wake up at 8 in the morning to move my vehicle so that her boss car could go. Overall, hotel was fine, just that having a bigger capacity of parking lots would be more convenient for those who drive.

The rooms were spacious and location was alright. No view from the balcony as there was another building in close range. The building is new so the bathroom was still missing shower curtains the shower was of poor quality. Also the hotel didn't get back to me for pickup from airport,I had to find my way once I landed in Phuket. nor they were able to arrange a cheaper drop off option to the airport, which I know is available if you check with agents around.

The check-in process was ok. Our room was in another building next door and did not look like the pictures on the web page. The balcony is facing another building and literally inches away from it, so there is no view from the balcony at all, not even the street as pictured on the web page. The room felt unwelcoming, like a dormitory. The TV only had 1 English speaking channel that I found. There were mosquitos in the room. I killed 3 of them and there were probably more. The bathroom was very uninviting. The shower doesn't have a curtain and the edging of the tile could have been cleaner. My friend was mistakenly woken up by the front desk and told the tour we booked was going to leave us if we weren't down there ASAP. This was around 730am when our tour wasn't supposed to be there until 830am. We quickly get ready and meet in the lobby to find out it was the wrong tour and sure enough ours picked us up at 830. An upside is they sold alcohol and wine. That was a nice touch considering it was pouring down rain and we didn't want to go anywhere once in for the night. Overall the room didn't feel inviting or comfortable. It felt dirty and even though the cost was really reasonable, we would not stay here again.

The hotel was in a convenient place. It was close to Patong beach, the mall and other food places. The only thing I did not like was that hotel room had ants. The staff cleaned the floors but they just kept coming back.

Breezotel is a very clean hotel with nice and friendly staff as well as great service and quiet location. The only 2 problems I faced was 1- there was no safety closet in the room 2- you’ve to walk 15-20 minutes till you reach closest bar or point on the beach and it’s really hard to do that when you want to get back to the hotel and you’re drunk enough not to walk for that long

Some lady at the reception in the morning was very helpful and always with a smile, but in the afternoon or at night there were very rude all the time. Not helpful, my daughter wanted to eat and she wasn't feeling well to go out and this hotel doesn't have kitchen (only for breakfast) or at the very least an arrangement with a near by restaurants that can delivery. They charge for everything: extra pillow (charge), beach towels (charge) if you drink more than the water you have assigned (charge). Is it's crazy, I spend more than $2K in my stay in Phuket but I won't go to this hotel again if that is the way for them to learn.

Lovely clean modern hotel, staff are very friendly, rooms are fresh, nice and very clean. limited meals to breakfast but still good meal only small downside , i found the beds to be too hard

Great budget option

A bit musky smelling and a couple spider webs in the unreachable corners of the restrooms but everything else was clean. You get room service and 2 bottles of water every day. Great location, only 15min walk from Bangla road. Staff is friendly and helpful. They helped us book a taxi to airport for 800 bhat.

Truly great budget hotel....

This a great budget hotel. I have stayed here several times and would wholeheartedly recommend it. All the reception staff are very helpful and always greet you with a smile. As an aside, I stayed here during one of the Buddhist holidays when the sale of alcohol was forbidden. I had a bottle of JD from the duty free when I first arrived in Phuket and the hotel staff were happy to let my friends (who were not staying at the hotel) and I sit outside all afternoon and drink it. Drama free hotel....

Perfect place to stay

Great hotel to stay at in Patong,can easily walk to Junceylon mall ,Otop and Banzaan night market. It is about 5 minutes on motorbike to get to Bangla bar street. I will definately be staying at this hotel on my next trip to Patong.

Excellent value hotel for its price of under $30 night. it is rated at 3 star. However extremely clean and quiet with friendly staff. Walkable to beach and Jungceylon and good eateries are nearby. Would definitely recommend if on a budget. Daily housekeeping.

Great Hotel

This hotel is on a very quiet street with a very big patio to eat,drink or just relax.Newer hotel and very clean.This place is close enough to walk to Bangla street in about 12 minutes and many restaurants but far enough away so you can actually sleep with out hearing the music and partying from the bars all night. The staff here is fantastic,very friendly and professional,best hotel that I have stayed at in Patong,highly recommended.I will definately stay here again.

Neat and clean hotel for the price

Its not on the main road which makes the location great. This means you can get a good nights sleep away form the madness. Most of the staff are friendly. I guess the hotel is expanding and our room was directly facing another room. So when the other half starts function the location of rooms facing each other would create an awkward situation.

Hotel clean fresh a nice place,reasonable price

I enjoyed my stay at the Breezotel ,the rooms were keep, very very clean by staff and they should for be praised by their hotel manger for their immaculate way they cleaned my room.. The hotel was in a quiet position so I had no problems relaxing and catching up on sleep. Pleasant staff on reception, 3 girls there ,who were very caring and helpful when I fell ill for two days,stomach . They kept my spirits up, asking about my condition. Overall they were helpful and their Thai smiles cheered me up.I cannot fault them. Thanks Staff

Nice budget hotel close to Jungceylon

It s a Nice budget hotel if you dont mind no swimming pool facilities. The room is spacious, tidy and clean. The air conditioning and wifi is good. You can hang your clothes in a balcony. 2 bottle of water are provided daily. It s about 10 mins walk to Jungceylon. Along the street, you can find cheaper place to dine with and a seven eleven convenient store is only 3 mins away. The only thing is that there s not enough warm water for bathing. But in this hot summer, that would be ok.

Really clean, really quiet, really nice staff, really good location, really cheap. The deluxe room's got a balcony. Renting bike is better in town, one day 150 bat (the hotel is more expensive).

Good, clean and cheap hotel

Clean, cheap and comfortable hotel with great wifi and overall service. Away from the noise of the beach, yet close enough to walk everywhere. Would definately stay there again. Breakfast is good but costs an additional 150 baht.

Breezotel

The hotel is in a nice location if you want to be away from the nightlife. There's some nice bars with cheap drinks just down the road. Beach is 10 minute walk. Bangla road 15-20 mins. The hotel was clean and comfortable. Overall not a bad stay.

breezotel is a great place. Clean, friendly and cheap via Hotels.com or via the hotel itself. Great deals, friendly place. I chose it to be a little bit distant from the Bangla Street hecticness and at same time it is only a couple minutes away by motorbike taxi (50 bhats). Rooms are big, clean...this place is a charm and hassle-free, you won't go wrong...5 out of 5.

Quiet, relaxing time in Patong.

I really enjoyed my stay. Very well located if you want to be in a quieter surrounding. But still a short walking distance to the city center and beach (10-15min). Even shorter with a scooter (2-3min). The hotel is brand new. Rooms are a good size, clean and nicely designed. Bed is new and very comfortable. Nice balcony with mountain view. Nice washroom and brand new comfortable and quiet AC. Staff is very friendly with very good English skills. Even one spoke impeccable French. All this for a more than reasonable price. Couldn’t ask for more. A very happy customer.

Staff is horrible

Staff unfriendly and not helpful when I was checking in the lady yelled at me and said I have no reservation / after 20 minutes she found me.

Fair Price for a good Hotel

I paid around €20 per night for the room. That's why I rate with a standard that is appropriate for this price. The hotel was really fine. which wasn't so nice. We had a balcony that bordered the neighboring building. It is built so close that you can practically climb from balcony to balcony onto the neighboring building. :)
