Pristinely clean. Early check in was fortunate for us, Quiet in the room but close to fantastic dining in Hardware Lane.

Was good. Negative in the bathroom the hand towel rolled up in the sink had a blood stain on it.

Only thing good was the location

The carpet of the living area was badly stained. When you sat on the couch you sank in and was not comfortable. Laundry facilities - 3 total washers of which 2 had stickers stating washer/dryer combo. However they did not dry the clothes and barely removed any water from them (you could still wring water out of the clothes). Then there were 2 dryers that after an hour people were still adding time to get their clothes dry. We ended up drying our clothes on the drying rack that was luckily in our room. No light bulb in one of the bedroom lamps (took the one out of the desk area). AC unit faced the couch which was nice when you were in the living room. However this meant that very little air went into the bedroom And it was very warm so we were not able to open the patio doors. And if you wanted to open the patio doors there were no screens on them and the pigeons wanted to come in.

Everything was great, clean and tidy and the beds were comfortable. The only thing I would suggest is giving the balconies a bit of a clean as they were a bit dirty. Other than that would recommend and also stay again.

Was a great room and ideally located will be back

The room and floors were filthy. My crawling toddler's hands and knees were black and dirty within 5 minutes every day. Towel rail was damaged and ripped off the wall and there is a nightclub directly across the street, right outside the bedroom windows as well as a bar immediately downstairs. Halls weirdly smelled of urine. Overall it wasn't an overly pleasant place to stay.

Best hospitality manager I have come across

Amazing stay. Especially made amazing by the officer at the reception Tim. He was clearly the best hospitality manager I have come across in my life. I know that's a big statement but it's clearly true and I can't recall a close number 2. Great guy, amazingly soft spoken, great in communicating, great in helping out with everything - from late checkin in late checkout, moving around the place, recommendations and amazingly soft spoken. My stay was all about how good he was. I wish all the success. And Brady management will do well do keep him around.

Great spot, this was our third stay at this property and it has always been excellent. Great for a family big rooms and affordable rates and across the road from great restaurants and bars in Hardware Lane.

The apartment was in a great location and had everything needed for a short city stay with my family.

Excellent value for a spacious and comfortable apartment. The 1 bedroom apartment had a very comfortable king bed and the TV had Chromecast.

too noisy

terrible housekeeping services!! sheets were not clean (had blood stains on it), sheets did not seem to fit on the bed, toilet housekeeping services was half assed

utterly poor housekeeping services - stayed for 6 nights and housekeeping service seems to be half-assed. Bedsheets kept coming out of the bed, shampoo and soaps not refilled, bed sheets had obvious stains but housekeeping team didnt seem to notice it and did not change it, toilet was not cleaned on the last night of stay. Called for housekeeping service at 11am once and they failed to do it when service is provided till 3pm. Despite the good location, will never recommend this hotel to anyone!

Nice and friendly staff very helpful and close to the market & shops and entertainment

We always stay at Brady Hardware line , Our stay always excellent. Especially Nalin at the reception , he is excellent, very friendly and helpful. He has the best customer service experience

Good location for shopping and dining. Bit of steet noise coming through the unsealed balcony door in the main bedroom. The other bedroom and living area which were sealed properly were quiet.

Would be great if there was table and chairs on balcony to sit on while on balcony, all the staff are local so finding info was great, will definately stay here again when coming to Melbourne, tv in bedrooms would good, spencer street outlet straight up the street from hotel, showers were lovely and hot and toilet brushes in bathrooms would be great, very central to everything, enjoyed our stay here at Brady hotel apartments

Good sized apartment with dining and lounge areas. Kitchen good for preparing basic meals. The location was convenient for central and flinders station but area around elizabeth street attracts some interesting characters. Hardware lane good for restaurants and coffee shops. Room was serviced when i wanted it to be but there never seemed to be any hand towels. Drying clothes took hours if you could get a dryer.

While the cleanliness, room size and central location of the hotel were great, we found that having no onsite parking and no pick up /drop off area was problematic considering theres a bus lane out the front. Also being on level 5 was quite noisy...possibly a higher floor would help 👌

The staff are incredible, they look you in the eye and seem to enjoy their work bless you all 🙏. The location is perfect with so many food options a sports bar next door again with awesome staff. Big 10 out of 10

Great location set amongst shopping and restaurants and walking distance to Marvel stadium. Great sized apartment

The staff after an initial hiccup were helpful, courteous and friendly. Bedroom and bedding were excellent. The kitchen was not really equipped for cooking but was okay for us. The hotel is across the street from Hardware Lane pedestrian dining street with some great eateries.

Vanity basin top too small to put anything on should have a shelf or something. Comfy bed but linen made up like that on the bed very annoying. Doona should be inside a cover not between sheets.

Second time staying at Brady. Great location and clean and big space. Just one thing was that the bedrooms didn’t have air con so it got a bit hot in the night. We had to switch the air conditioning in the living room lower hoping that the air con could flow into the room

Good comfortable apartments - the housekeeping in relation to what u get with replacement towels etc is a bit hit & miss - but v easy & happy to fix it- cleanliness is excellent & for the location is v quiet - management were v responsive to any requests

Location to Hardware Lane eateries perfect.

Very comfortable unit which was well set up and conveniently located. Staff were great and suggested things our kids may like to do which we would never have found ourselves. The only reason it is 4 not 5 stars is that each morning our key cards would stop working and we had to go back to reception to get them reprogrammed which was a bit annoying.

Very good - would def stay again

Apartment was spacious, nice kitchen and Bathroom. Within walking distance to all places in Melbourne CBD and trams close if you do not want too walk. All in all great place to stay !!

Great location

The property was in a great location and the room was very comfortable and clean

The staff were very helpful the apartment was great unfortunately the room was very noisy from adjacent air conditioning had to keep balcony door closed all the time bathroom needs anti slip mats on floor and in showers (very slippery} and the kitchen need a cloth to wipe down bench top . carpet in room needs to be vacuumed and floors a mop when changing the Linnen.

Great location, central to everything!

Great place to stay. Close Melbourne Central for shopping & trains. Hardware lane at your door step for a smorgasbord of delicious delights eat in or take back to your room! Staff were great. Brilliant place to explore Melbourne from. Full kitchen to prepare whatever you so indulge. Supermarkets not far just around the corner and another 5 minutes to Vic Market for Seaford Meats Fruit & veg. Cold cuts cheese breads spices & more!

Great value two bed apartment to explore Melbourne CBB

Property was not clean. There was someone else’s hair all over the carpet and toilet wasn’t clean. At first glance it was very presentable but we were left feeling a bit ick. Tv remote didn’t work not that we were there to watch tv but cleanliness was very disappointing. Location was fantastic

Very awkward to get use the wardrobe and safe.

I booked King bed apartments got there and they were double bed apartments the carpet was discussing dirty stains and food on the carpet, the bathroom didn't look like it had been cleaned toilet lid up toilet dirty , couldn't use the guest internet wouldn't connect, no milk in fridge so couldn't have a coffee and the room had a very bad mouldy smell very disappointing.

The apartment was a good size and in good condition, very clean. I was particularly pleased with the location close to the markets and walking distance to everything I needed.

Best CBD stay

Excellent bed with firm support. Apartment is fully furnished with dishwasher, cooker and ovens. Highly recommended location with many excellent eateries in hardware street and Melbourne Central just a few minutes walk along Lonsdale.

The location is very convenient, walking distance to trams and buses, restaurants everywhere, grocery stores too! The room itself is spacious and clean. I definitely recommend this place to stay in Melbourne!

Location is great, staff helpful and plenty of room. Room 604 had a long hallway to get to the bathroom from the living area, carpet had some stains along with the walls to nitpick. But it really is a good place to stay, a new sports bar and wine bar has opened up next door which is a real perk, great bartenders Jacinta and Byron really look after you so it is my go to place in Mel that's for sure

Great location for walking access around the city

Good location, central to everything in the city. Step out into Hardware lane with gorgeous cafes and restaurants. Beds were ver comfortably. We stayed in a two-bed apartment. Rooms are very tight, no space to open a suitcase, and not much more space in the living area. Suits a short stay for that reason only. Cupboards in both rooms if you’re staying a little longer.

For a hotel in the heart of Melbourne CBD, the room was extremely quiet. Being directly across the road (with a pedestrian crossing to boot) from Hardware Lane, the range of dining options is huge. And of course, being in the heart of Melbourne, there is shopping, shopping, shopping. Highly recommend.

overall, a very very good stay. the rooms look exactly like the photos. I am unsure if its an every room thing, but my room did not have a spare blanket or similar, that would've been nice. the biggest issue i had was having to park a whole block away is quite inconvenient when travelling with bags. they have an arrangement with a Wilsons over on La Trobe, which meant only $20 for the night, which was good, but having to walk around a whole block and a half with luggage as there was nothing temporary or designated to Brady's out front of reception was really inconvenient, and also not communicated in anyway, me calling was the only way to find out, when i was in a no parking zone out the front. otherwise, quiet, chill and nice. will be back.

Very comfortable, clean apartment.

Bathroom was not clean. Pink mould (Serratia Marcescens bacteria) in the bathroom sink and shower. Room had mouldy smell to it.

Nice size apartment and good value for money. Needed a few things fixed in the bathroom and a working heater, otherwise a good stay for a short trip being walking distance to the mall and restaurants across the road.

Lovely cosy apartment in great location for city centre. There was daily room service for those who want it. One slight issue with bathroom sink otherwise great

Nice location

Hotel was nicely located. We liked the free laundry service and apartment was adequate for a few nights stay. Bathroom was a little unclean and they only gave us 1 towel for 2 people.

The staff where very good I asked for a hour later check out they said yes straight away, Commend them on there friendliness. If you ask for something they will try to get it done. The room was very clean

Love this location in Lonsdale street. The space is well laid out, and clean with windows you can open. Unfortunately someone had been smoking out the window of the room we were given, and the room was quite smelly, but reception quickly moved us to another room. I'd happily stay here again.

The apartment was a good size, clean, good working appliances and a small carton of milk with various teas and coffee supplied. The apartment was cleaned daily and restocked anything we used. It’s walking distance to many eateries, shops and public transport. The bar next door (Brass Monkey) had happy hour 2-7pm. Can’t complain at $12 for a schooner of beer and a house wine. Our bathroom sink was blocked (full of hair), they fixed it straight away and we had no other issues with the sink. I only have a couple of minor cons; not many hangers/draws for clothes in the wardrobe for 2 people staying nearly a week and I personally thought a big king bed was too big for the bedroom. We will stay again
