Amazing hotel, lovely friendly staff. Food was of a high quality and bar reasonably priced. The room was very modern and minamilist, which didn't have any identity as a Spanish hotel. The bed and pillows were very cosy. The hotel isn't on the sea front, but a short walk away.

Room was small but we only stayed 1 night so was fine, but would be cramped for a longer stay. No facility in room to make a drink which was a shame

Ok for a night

Ok property, good view of bay, kind service team, cheap for Palma. Sink didn't drain, shower oddly offered only boiling water. Fine for a one night stay before an early flight but not a hotel I would stay in for several days.

Nice hotel, close to beach and restaurants. At some point A/C unit didn’t work, but it was mid September, so we just opened a balcony (second floor) It’s better to use public transportation or Uber, because there is no way to park your car nearby

The hotel could have done with more activity facilities ie a games room or table tennis table . Only a pool table the lounge . Rooms were clean and adequate. Would certainly return to this hotel in the future.

Nice hotel very close to the airport runway so is very noisy. Might not be a great choice if you’re a light sleeper

Hotel staff very friendly, hotel is modern and situated nicely with stunning sea views. We paid for half board and were a bit disappointed drinks were not included nevertheless, we probably didn’t read the full print or small print properly. Quiet. Nice dinner/breakfast options. Loses a star because…actually no it probably deserves five stars. Amended.

Perfect few days get away. Secluded but not too far. Family friendly but peaceful. Staff were super friendly. Breakfast was superb.

Lovely hotel, very clean and the staff were all very pleasant and helpful. Convenient location, only a couple of minutes walk to the beach and plenty of bars and restaurants, close to the airport and plenty of buses running in to Palma.

Nice hotel

Nice hotel. Good location. Great service. Not too busy. Happy to stay here again. Nice little outdoor pool. No sun beds reservations :) I really enjoyed breakfast.

2 euros to take the bus to the airport. A-2 bus. The bus stop is 5 minutes walking from the hotel. It took 5 minutes to get to the airport on the bus. Quick and convenient. If you get an ocean view room, the views are beautiful. We had lovely sunsets.

Very central. A bit noisy, good for one or two nights stay. Virtually unavailable parking, as there no place to park when arriving to the hotel as streets are fully packed. Can pay for enclosed parking later. O

Perfect hotel, staff, location, everything!

My second time there this year - needs some minor tweaks on which I gave my thoughts to the hotel questionairre - will go back again in a few weeks time all being well👍👍👍

The bed sheets were so smelly that it seemed they hadn't been washed. The bed itself was very uncomfortable, and there was a flashing red light on the ceiling directly above it.

Property was good and clean. Staff was okay.

Decent place - lack of kettle and ancillaries for coffee and tea making - sorted after I spoke to the desk - not busy but I’m sure she hat will change as the summer arrives!

Parking can be tricky in this neighborhood. We got lucky when we parked right in front of the building. Very walkable to the boardwalk.

What i didn't like at the hotel that you to pay for the safety locker in your room, they dont provide water, so a strict minimum unless you have purchased with breakfast. Beside the hotel is close to can pastilla beach walkable distance, a nice beach if you walk a little bit down to get a better view, cleaner water. Its a very nice area where there a lot of restaurant and night activities. You rent bicycle on site, best options to go around the island is renting a car

Great location to Can Pastilla restaurants, bars and seafront (can Pastilla is a great resort to we found great restaurants and nice bars and all reasonable priced), great pool, loads of sun beds, lovely breakfast (loads of choice), pool bar food was great, hotel was clean and modern and the service was first rate. Very minor negatives were having to pay for the safe in the room and the bedrooms were a bit basic (the beds are fine but not super comfy as well) Also if you don’t like plane noise don’t stay in Can Pastilla as it’s only 10 mins from the airport so there are planes flying virtually over the hotel all day (we couldn’t care less and found it pretty cool to watch them so close though!). Overall we had a fantastic time and I would recommend staying here to anyone.

A cockroach flew out

Everything was great about the property, it was also very clean however the front desk staff overcharged my card by 200€! I asked for cash instead because it’s ridiculous to wait one week for the bank to refund me the total amount charged and also pay for the room again in one go. But they refused and they left me with my hands tied with a tight budget on vacation I needed to relax in.

View and food

Very poor customer service. We will never stay here again. The cooling system didn’t work, and it’s near the airport flight path so opening doors meant loud noise. We were also concerned about the many birds we heard outside flying in. We didn’t sleep at all. The most important thing at a hotel is the ability to get a good night of sleep. We had one full day visiting beautiful Palma, and it was ruined for us because we were so tired and frustrated. Customer service matters. We waited before writing this review to give the hotel a chance to provide good service. They did not. Front desk said it would be fixed within three hours. It wasn’t. Then they told us it had already been fixed. It wasn’t. Other guests spoke up on our behalf, and then it was fixed within 15 minutes. Why wasn’t our description sufficient? We asked for a refund or compensation. They told us to speak to the manager the next day. The manager said he wasn’t authorized and to write head office. Multiple emails were sent the following week and none were answered. It’s a decent room in a good location, but totally worthless with such poor customer service. Awful experience. We’ve stayed elsewhere in Palma for a similar location and had a much better visit. STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE. ****We very, very rarely write a negative review. This one is well deserved unfortunately, and we would hate for others to go through this.

Fantastic hotel! Stunning location a few metres walk from the beach. Impeccably clean with friendly staff to welcome you with a smile each day. Food choices plentiful and bar snacks on offer if you’re feeling peckish in the day. No issues

Beautiful Hotel

Excellent hotel, absolutely spotless. Staff exceptionally helpful. Room was lovely with an amazing view. Had a mini fridge, and hair dryer, shampoo & shower gel all provided. Breakfast was excellent and open until 10.30am which was great for us late risers. Lovely pool area and outdoor terrace. Great to have the pool towel service. Location perfect & a short bus ride to centre of Palma & 5 mins by bus to airport. I was travelling alone as meeting local friends. Felt very comfortable and extremely safe. Would definitely stay again.

Clean modern, good location

My stay was relaxed and peaceful and that was due to to the service of the staff, the cleaniness of the hotel itself and the food was at a very high standard. The beach was very near by and getting into Palma itself was easy.

Very uncomfortable and small beds. The room felt outdated with very thin walls, you could hear everything from other rooms. Thankfully I only stayed one night in this awful hotel.

I needed a place for one night, near the airport. This hotel was convenient and clean and I slept well.

Room was small but clean. The way the room was laid out the AC could not reach it. The room remained a sauna the entire stay

Perfect stay!

Really happy with the BQ Apolo. Staff were really friendly and helpful. The rooms and entire hotel were very clean. I emailed in advance to ask our two rooms to be together which they did for us! Great location for the beach and restaurants. Would definitely recommend!

Nice clean hotel in a super location with lots of bars, shops and restaurants. Would have been nice if more entertainment at ni3in the hotel. Bar staff fantastic on the nights there were entertainment as only 2 staff who worked extremely hard to keep the drinks flowing.

It is in an amazing location very close to the airport one direct bus that take 15 minutes The area in on the beach surrounded by shops caffes restaurants and marina The city centre in 30minutes on the bus the room is very clean and AC excellent

My wife and I spent 5 nights at the hotel the initial greeting by the front desk was not overly friendly after our long journey, however once we got into our room we were happy to see the hotel was very clean and well looked after. We opted for the half board and were very pleased with the food, they had a selection for almost everyone, my wife found many gluten free options and I was quite happy with the general quality of the food including the selection of meat that was served each day. As for down falls note the pool closes at 6pm and doesn’t open until 10am which we found a bit limiting and note the airport is very close so there is a constant stream of planes passing by, which was a bit bothersome at the pool while relaxing. Overall we had a great stay at the BQ apolo and the proximity of the hotel to many restaurant and the beachfront was perfect and seemed far better than staying directly in Palma. The staff in the dinning hall and bar were great and very friendly. Thanks BQ apolo.

One night stay

Late arrived, no bar opened, no minibar in the room, friendly check in process, bit noisy in the morning due to closeness to the airport

Good value for money. Rooms are clean. Staff friendly and capable. The breakfast spread is amongst the best I've seen anywhere. Beds are very comfy.

The hotel is very close to the airport. However, is just an average hotel, i would suggest staying in the arenal area. We needed one more night and they just simply dismissed my request. We ended up staying in a way better hotel with great amenities and service ocean view in the arenal area cheaper than this one

Staff are very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The breakfast was delicious with a good selection of the food. And perfect location. One of the places I would return. Thank you.

It looks clean and fresh, like recently renovated or upgraded, the rooms have all the amenities necessary and the pool, dining room, bar area are nice, modern and well kept.

Small but tidy

Room smaller than it looked on the photos and overlooking the street, although the road was quiet. Noise from room next door, in particular the bathroom. Shower gel and shampoo provided smelt great, but no moisturiser or conditioner. No fan in bathroom - just open the window. Indoor pool quite small, outdoor a fair size. Cost 25 euros to get from airport at about 11:30pm and reception was manned 24 hrs to easy to check in. Vending machine for drinks by stairs.

Apolo Excellent

Hotel great and locality excellent. Good bus service into Palma. Food had plenty of good choices with freshly chef cooked items. Excellent service from staff. So quick and easy on airport us to area, took approx 5 minutes.

Nice hotel close to the beach and a few minutes walk from bars and restaurants of can pastilla. Rooms were quite small but clean. Staff were brilliant, especially Manuel who helped us out on our last day as we had late flights. Allowed us to store bikes, have a shower and safely store wallets/passports which was greatly appreciated. Breakfast was good with lots of variety, loved the smoothies. Would definitely recommend

Great hotel - clean & modern

Really lovely hotel with great facilities. Nice furnishings and very clean and modern. We would stay again. Hotel description mentioned tea & coffee facilities, unfortunately, there were none. Also the bedrooms lacked drawer storage.

Disappointed really. Four stars - I’m not sure what that means but I do expect some tea and coffee and maybe a bottle of water. The walls were thin so noise was a bit of an issue. Excellent breakfast though and nice views over the bay.

Lovely hotel - lovely stay

Lovely stay, rooms clean and comfy, nice sea view. Hotel very close to airport and in Can Pastilla. Reception and staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet is amazing! Close to beach and a beautiful promenade, you can walk alongside the ocean. Also we loved that there was a straight bus to the centre of Palma a few mins walk away. Also bus to airport. There is the loveliest restaurant around the corner called Bella Sicilia (c/ Dels Pins, 17 Local 3). Owner lovely and food was so yummy. Will definitely like to stay at the hotel again next time.

Apolo BQ was a great stay room good size, parcial view to the sea, very nice service from when you arrive till when you live, everyone very helpful - the swimming pool area also a good place to enjoy and relax, and the breakfast was great variety and quality- very pleasant stay

I love this place! The staff and desk were happy to answer any of my questions and concerns, the room was spotless with a great view. Very very clean and organized. I also really liked the breakfast there was a good variety. I enjoyed the pool it was very clean and nice to swim in. I also used their luggage storage for a later flight and that was very helpful. Everything was amazing and such a great way to be introduced to majorca!

All of the staff from the cleaners to the pool were friendly and attentive. The building is in great condition and very clean. Location is perfect especially rooms with sea views.

Minor issues, Great View, Fantastic Breakfast!

BQ Apollo is a nice hotel located near the beach and the airport. Although we had an issue with the air conditioner at the start, they were able to fix it without too much of an issue. The breakfast alone would make me want to stay again - it was out of the world!

The stay was wonderful, we went for 10 days as a get away mid-July. The hotel staff was friendly, it was clean and spacious and a fantastic location. Very quiet but 2 minutes walk away from the restaurants and ‘buzz’. Would definitely recommend.

Nice hotel, very well located on a quiet area. The room i got was big and confortable and with a balcony with a really nice sea view. Would come back.

I specifically requested a king bed when I paid for the room a week before my trip..... but was given twins. Said they would only provide what was available. Not smart business sense. I won't be back.

Horrible service, never encountered such a miserable and horrible service in my life. The people from the reception are extremely rude. Had fever and called room service so that they bring me paracetamol because the lady that was cleaning the room threw mine away and the guy from the reception said that there is no way he is coming up and that i have to come downstairs. Nightmare!! Worst beds I've ever seen, cheap plastic on wheels that is moving and you wake up in the middle of the room.

Just there for a quick one night stay before flying out, everything was great. They even had a breakfast prepared for those leaving as early as 5 am. Nice view of Palma Bay. Room a little tight, but didn't mind. Nice size balcony.

Nice service and friendly staff. I checked out in the morning and left my luggage with them and returned in the evening. I asked them about the shower and they gave a towel to have a shower.

Summer in the fall

Great hotel and location! Very close to the ocean and restaurants, and only a 5 minute drive to the airport. The staff at reception wasn’t super friendly, but the staff in every other part of the hotel was very kind and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay!

The hotel very clean and good breakfast buffets. But the wi-fi connection was required to answer an intrusive to privacy questionary which I declined so no wi-fi service was provided. They also charge 3.50 Euros daily for the safety use which everywhere is included with the room. The hotel personnel not a service oriented, very cold and frivolous services.

I was a single traveler, I wanted a room with a double bed with a balcony and hopefully a sea view ..I was not disappointed. Room bright, modern with comfortable bed, shower room was clean but the shower head had a bit of lime scale and shower dish was a little rusty, large basin with shelf space for toiletries (comp toiletries supplied) along with towels, balcony was lovely which included pullout wire rail for wet swimwear which was handy, plastic table and two chairs I used the cushions from bed to put on chair for more comfort, TV with three british Chanels from, air condition was easy to operate if needed, telephone and small fridge an best off all room was cleaned every day (not needed as it was just myself) but still good overall I was very happy with room

Great breakfast - close to the beach

Nice hotel really close to the beach. The breakfast was absolutely amazing. Everything you could possibly think of for breakfast was there. The pool is nice with plenty of sun loungers and free towels available. Close to plenty of bars and restaurants. This hotel is also conveniently close to the airport

Nice hotel in lovely location room 611 had fab views of Palma .5 minutes drive from airport €16 a little steep but can get airport bus for €5 each.Downside of being so close is you can see the planes taking off but only noisy for 30 seconds or so and after a while you don’t take any notice.breakfast in the hotel was excellent with a huge selection and nice and relaxed.drinks and the snack bar were very reasonably priced.pool area small and quiet.entertainment on a couple of evening.lovely beach 5 minutes walk away .plenty of bars and restaurants to choose from.regular buses to Palma really cheap €1.50 each way. There is a dedicated cycle lane up to arenal and to Palma so there are a lot of bikes scooters and mopeds hire places. I walk from hotel to Palma along the costal path , took me 2 hours but well worth it. I loved the area and will definitely be returning and staying at BQ Apollo again

We have stayed twice and the second time the food was not as good. During July /August there would not be enough sun beds around the pool .

Great stay

My husband and I stayed here for a few nights on our honeymoon. Our room had a great view of the sea, which made sitting out on the balcony very enjoyable. The hotel was within a very short walk to several beaches and many great restaurants. What we liked most about this hotel was the breakfast buffet. It was included in the price and had plenty of food options for everyone.

Sea view on 1st floor its not worth price. After speak with reception we get room on 5th floor. 2 single beds are sliding on floor and its lil bit annoying. Anyway lovely location and great breakfast ! Nice stuff and clean hotel ! Worth recommendation ❤️

Great stay

Friendly staff, great view from our room number 5.00. Our room had great facilities and it was very comfortable. Fantastic breakfast, willing to accommodate dietary and special needs.

All the staff were super, the rooms comfortable, food tastywe enjoyed it all. Would prefer the Hotel to purchase a daily British newspaper other than The Sun.

Great location- great staff

Front desk was incredibly accommodating, and made sure breakfast was available for us before a 5am checkout to catch an early flight. Location was lovely, close to beach.

Great value for money

Super friendly staff, very clean hotel and great breakfast. 5 min walk to closest beach, stores and restaurants. Good showers, and everything was in perfect condition. Very good bed, firm and nice. Lots of space in bar/lounge area, comfy seating. Very affordable bar. Pool and sun beds were really comfy. Will stay there again. Wifi was good, could even work without hassle if slow line or breaking up. Be aware of live music in the bar area several nights a week, I was not bothered by it, but if kids needing to sleep early evenings, don't get a room close to the bar/lobby area.
