All of the staff were very helpful in answering any questions, and if you arrive before check-in time you can leave your luggage with them in the meantime. The property itself had all the amenities I needed, and the rooms, bathrooms, and common area were all cleaned frequently. The location is amazing, as it is right by 台北車站/Taipei Main Station and a quick walk to 西門町/Ximending! I really enjoyed my stay and would recommend to anyone looking for an affordable stay in a good location!

I absolutely loved my stay at Bouti City Capsule Inn. This is my second time staying in a capsule hotel in Taipei and this capsule hotel is incredibly clean and convenient! There's also private rooms if you book for 2 people. The shared area is well kept and the coolest part is that when you entire the establishment, there is a bar!

Pros - convenient location - kitchen - large bed Cons: - could not connect to WiFi in my room, when I informed front desk he told me this is because I was connected to the main floor WiFi however this was not the case. The WiFi did not allow me to connect period. - rude front desk staff - the number of washrooms is not sufficient for the number of people they have on each floor - washrooms are dirty - elevator takes forever to arrive, I ended up taking the stairs more often than taking the elevator

Staff are friendly and professional. They made our stay very convenient and comfortable. Would love to stay back again next time. Its worth every penny and very near to the main station and bus stops. They help us on how to find the way to the tourist spots. Thanks a lot!

Best hostel I have staied so far.

High end hostel with quality and value for money!

This is my first ever hostel experience and I must say I’m impressed with not only the quality of the facilities but also cleanliness. The beds are high quality Super single size and a very spacious individual shared bathrooms. To top it off, the hostel is perfectly located with 5-10 mins walk distance to the Main Taipei Metro station that is also where the airport express arrives and depart from. Nothing more to say but it was an excellent stay!

The location is good and the bed is cozy! The staff in reception are nice. However, the cleaning time is not very good. The staff cleaned the dust in the upper deck over my head and also they cleaned the locker while I was facing the locker and tidying up my stuff. I think the staff could wait a bit or ask when I would leave the room. Though there is rule saying no tidy-up druing 11pm-8am, the hostel arranged guests coming after midnite for rest for 3 hours. It still caused mich noise. If the number of toilets could increase, it would be much better. Also the books in common room are good :)

It's my second time that I stay in Bouti and I still love here so much. They still have very comfortable beds and common areas, and delicious breakfast everyday. I would definitely consider to visit there the third time.

Located downtown, walking distance to Taipei Subway and train station, one of the majors in taipei city, as well as major shopping mall. The room, bed, bathroom areas are clean. Outstanding considering the price.

Nice budget hostel for solo or group traveller.

I had a very relax 6 nights stay in Bouti and I wish I will have a chance back to this hostel again next year during Sakura blossom season. I like it because of the comfy bed, and provide privacy too. Reception staffs are kind, helpful and they greet everyone warmly every time. I would like to say thanks to all of you. :) Reading corner at level 2 is a place I love the most, enjoy sketching, seeing the night view of Taipei traffic, reading and listening to the music, etc. It's indeed a very relaxing home away from home.

low budget but convenient to transportation

i booked a double bed, thinking it was going to be a separate room. no such thing. it was a double bed but it was a bunk and there were 5 other beds in the room. there are lockers for you to store your luggage but it's pretty tight crawling in and out of your bed space. there is a curtain for privacy but sound carries so you have to be super quiet to not disturb other guests (quiet hours 11-8). breakfast is decent - small sandwiches, soup, tea eggs - and you have access to a fridge and microwave. since the rooms are so small and only meant for sleeping, the kitchen turns into a hang out space. generally, the service is good and they have staff who speak english. it's very close to the taipei main station if you're traveling by bus or train.

Clean room with huge lockers. My first time in a capsule-style bed—besides the limited bedside access, it was actually very comfy! The bed was slightly wider than twin size, too. Free breakfast, towel, toothbrush, and slippers were a plus. I also liked that the shower and toilet were together in a private room (not stalls). Great location and staff with plenty of eating/shopping nearby. I'd definitely stay here again next time.

Hotel is at Taipei main station. It is also walkable to Ximending / Ximen station. It is also very near to the Taipei bus station - easy to take it to the airport or other parts of Taiwan. Overall, the inn is pretty good. I booked a double bed and was assigned a room with 6 beds although the picture showed 4. You should know that the double beds can be in rooms with 4 or 6 beds. Toilets are clean and spacious.

One of the best capsule inns in Taipei

Stayed at super single mixed dormitory. The capsule is comfortable, but not equipped w/ tv. Shower and washroom are separate and not communal style, which you would normally expect from this type of inn. The facility has washer & dryer, refrigerator, microwave and kitchenwares & plates for guests to cook & dine. It also provides free tea & coffee and breakfast. Lastly friendly staff and at very convenient location, right next to Taipei main station.

Faultless

An excellent stay at Bouti city capsule inn. Staff were very friendly and helpful on check in and spoke good English. The free breakfast (either at reception or McDonalds) was good. The bed was very comfortable, and the blind gave it a sense of privacy. The dorm was a comfortable temperature too, and I never had problems with others making noise. Fast wifi worked well across the whole hotel. There were plenty of toilets & bathrooms on each floor, and I always found them very clean at any time of the day. The neighbourhood was good fun and very safe to walk around, and the metro was quite close. Overall, I couldn't find anything to complain about, and think it was excellent value. Would definitely stay again.

Can lower the price a little bit when compared to other similar hostels. Staff very nice and helpful. Kevin and Kathy are on duty when I overloaded them with lot of questions!

Convenient locationt and friendly service

I booked a private four (2 double bed) room, overall cleanliness good, provided clean towel, set of toothbrush+toothpaste, and room slipper. However the room walking space is small if you want to open big luggage bag. Even though shared bathroom, but it's exceeding my expectation; I thought it's like entering a public toilet, where you can see people queueng outside the toilets cubicle. In fact, they are individual spacious bathroom (toilet + bath in a room) and better privacy. Air-conditioner is central-controlled but temperature control still acceptable. Breakfast provided, but very simple.

The hostel is quite new. Friendly reception staff. Can check in early but can only enter your room after 3pm as it is their policy. So for those who arrive early can check in and leave your luggage there and then go for walk.

Clean bed and Polite Staff, but has improvements

The room was clean, the bed is good. Unfortunately, I stayed four nights with three nights not sleeping well because of inconsiderate rommates from Korea. Packing luggage in between 1am and 5am. Bathroom is poor. Each floor has only four bathrooms with dozens of clients.

excellent location, modern and hip design

great 2 nights stay at Bouti. bought package with expedia for 2 and somehow given a 4 people room with two queen size beds. wasn't expecting much from a capsule hotel but really pleasantly surprised (NB:my first stay in capsule hotel) facilities are just right for the need. not the best ventilated bathrooms/shower but good enough for me. towels, slippers, toothbrush provided too. secure locker included in the room which was convenient. overall, great experience. hope to visit again and stay in other room types :)

a pleasant stay overall

It is located near to main taipei station which is convenient to travel to and from taoyuan airport. Light breakfast provided by nearby Macdonald is appreciated.Lockers for storing large suitcases inside the room is a plus. The only drawback is a bit stuffy inside the capsule.

Comfortable and affordable!

Stay was good. Hotel was exactly like photos shown on website. Bed was very comfortable, definitely better than expected. Shared bathrooms were definitely on the clean side. I mean if you are going to shower right after someone else, there's bound to be a few hairs. But overall, hotel kept cleaning the bathrooms throughout the day. Vacuuming and disinfecting regularly also. Location is great, right smack in the middle of the city, easy to commute to different touristy areas. All you can drink coffee/tea/pop. Fantastic service by all staff members there, super friendly! Will definitely stay there again and recommend to friends who are concerned about costs.

Travel by Capsule

This was my first experience with a capsule inn. I chose Bouti because it was within a short walk from Taipei train station where I needed to board an early high speed rail train the next morning after a full day of sightseeing and long evening of gatherings. I had no need of "extra" hotel facilities and services that I wouldn't get to use; all that was needed was a clean bed to rest in, a good shower, and a secure locker for my things. Bouti was great in delivering all the good things that you see in positive reviews about the place. The staff was most friendly and helpful in making sure my stay would be comfortable. Common space was spacious and kept clean at all times. Along with free beverage service, breakfast was free - which is a coupon to a nearby McDonald's pending completion of a cafeteria space in the inn. My bed was in a room of 8 bunk style beds. Each bed maintained privacy by a thick one piece shade that draws up and down. When covered I found the shade provided near darkness even in the day and sufficient privacy to sleep or rest securely. The common showers are spacious and kept clean. Fresh towel and toothbrush are provided for each night of stay. If you do not mind sharing a room with other people while you are on the go and have no time for extra facilities and services you would never use and don't want to pay for, and if you want to be near Taipei Station, then consider giving Bouti a try. I found it to be a great value and enjoyable experience.

2度目の利用でした。ベッドは広めでとても快適でした。 各部屋の鍵がQRコードなので、夜中トイレに行くにも必ずスマホを携帯しなければ部屋に戻れないのは少し大変でしたが、カードを無くしたり忘れたりするリスクを考えるとトントンでしょうか。 共用スペースも広く、基本的に静かで快適に過ごせました。

연말 시즌이 시즌인만큼 3박 45만원정도 지불 하였습니다(10인실..)청소는 쾌적하였는데 창문을 불을 키니 먼지가 많더라구요 환기도 가능하면 좋겠습니다 위치도 좋고 편안히 잘 지냈는데 10인실이다 보니 코고시는 분도 계시고... 소리가 엄청 크진않아서 그냥 잠잤네요

很舒適清潔，雖跟很多人共用空間，但基本上大家都很安靜。唯一不足的地方是晚上淋浴間不夠，可能要等，或是跑其他樓層。

浴室很大，環境乾淨，員工也很友善，有問題都會積極協助處理。地點在台北車站對面，去那兒玩或轉車都很方便。

台北駅前と言うことで、翌日早い出国の際には、空部屋があれば決まって利用。一階に今年６月にビアバーがオープンしたようで、メイドインタイワンのクラフトビールを満喫しました。たまたま隣の座った若者が、日系企業で働いているということで、情報交換、コミュニケーション交換を図ることができました。今までスタッフとのコミュニケーションはなかったので、また、一つゲストハウスの旅の魅力に触れられる場所が見つかりました。

第三次入住，廁所比起上次入住時更好了，有鋪地毛巾就不怕沖完涼出來整個地板都濕的。還有女性用品提供。地點一流，桃捷出來五分鐘路程不用就到了。唯獨只有一台飲水機不是很夠，遇著水機消毒就沒水喝，雖然走幾步就有 7 仔可以買水。但講求環保的今天，能有多部水機就最好。

スタッフの対応が丁寧でした。施設内は清潔感があり心地良く過ごせた。ただ日本語が分かる人が居ればと感じました。

지난번 타이페이 여행 때 8인실에서 머물렀는데 위치도 좋고 룸컨디션도 좋아 이번 여행 때 또 방문했어요! 하루 잠깐 잠만 자려고 찾았는데 간단하고 저렴한데 위치 좋은 곳에서 묵기 원하시면 강추드려요. 한국분들도 많고 공항철도 역 바로 앞, 메인스테이션까지도 5분, 시먼딩까지도 10분 도보입니다! 참고로 호스텔 바로 옆 발마사지 가게 있는데 늦게도착했을때 받아보시면 좋아요. 압이 엄청 쌔서 아픈데ㅋㅋ 그맛에 저는 이용하는것 같습니다!

台北駅から地下街だけを通りZ8出口へ向かいます。地上を歩くより断然分かりやすく迷わなくて良いですね。 出口を出て１分以内にはエントランスに到着です。 フロントスタッフはとてもフレンドリーです。建物内部もどこもとても清潔で快適です。フリーWi-Fiも問題無しで、問題点は見付かりませんでした。 初めての台湾で最初の宿泊でしたが、全く不安は感じずに過ごせました。後の旅の印象も最初の宿泊が大きく左右すると思いますので、ここを選んで正解だったと思います。 とにかく駅が近いですから、何をするのにも便利です。セブンイレブンも建物の並びにありますし、MRTを利用したければまたZ8から地下街に入り、案内の通りに進めば迷いません。 お勧めです。

整體環境跟住宿都非常舒服，唯一的缺點就是個人置物櫃壞了無法上鎖，櫃檯人員也沒有處理。

地點非常方便， 距離火車站或捷運步行幾分鐘就可以到達。 雖然只有一個床位及公共浴室， 但是空間規劃相當不錯。 適合預算有限或只在這停留不久的人群。

ひとり旅でいろいろなゲストハウスを利用していますがここはレベルが高いと思います。 長期滞在でもフリースペースでゆったり時間を使うこともできました。 また利用したいです。

台北に一人で泊まる際の最近の定宿にしています。 台北駅からも近く、フリースペースも広いのでゆったりできます。シャワーもトイレとセットの個室になっており、使いやすいです。 周辺もチェーンが主ですが食べるもの、飲むものには困りません。 また利用します！

駅から近くて、清潔な部屋で、カウンターバーもあり、良い。

2回目の利用です。台北駅から近く、コンビニや胡椒餅屋さんも近くにあり立地も便利です。ベッドやシャワー室の広さが十分にあり清潔で、気持ちよく滞在できます。1階には簡単なキッチンがあるので、朝、コーヒーを飲んだり、テイクアウトしたご飯を食べられるのも便利です。しかも料金が安いです！

ホステルに慣れてなくても快適に過ごせると思います。

혼자묵기에 문제없었고 안전과 물품보관도 잘되어있었다. 특히 화장실과 침실도 깨끗하여 씻고 자는데도 불편하지 않았던 것 같다. 다만 도미토리 식이어서 씻고 움직이는데 불편함은 있었지만 이또한 싼가격에 이해할 수 있는 부분이고 호텔의 배려가 느껴졌다! 담에도 이용하고 싶다

我是預定女仕双人床房，被安排入住3/F，但对於膠囊保安問題令人存在不安全感。 首先搭life不需要房咭，即任何人都能上旅馆 到了房間就要房咭開門，但房內是沒有鎖門這就完全沒安全感了。 地方可接受，每人有一個locker可放篋而且糸上鎖，床應該有4尺，而且很舒服但我安排瞓下層有点侷促，隔音上算可以，但wifi勁差完全收吾刭。 每楼層有4間沐浴室及兩間洗水間，是男女供用，其實這方面有点不便。因刷牙及吹頭地方在房外走廊，而且明明是女双人房，又有男仕出現，真的感刭奇怪。 沐浴間水壓很細力度不夠，除了shampoo及body shower有供應之外，什麼東西也沒有，請入住者自備 但以這個價錢就不能要求太高，有機會也可考慮此酒店

已提早3天致電確認跟朋友一起有4人的房間安排，希望可以一起住少一點人的房型，卻被安排到一間12人房，跟櫃檯溝通卻告知我必須提早提出申請，但我跟我朋友都有致電確認過，感覺是櫃檯交接不確實。本人提早一天就到被安排到上舖但我的手提行李箱太重，早上11點在大家都退房空床很多的情況下詢問櫃臺是否能讓我換到下舖卻被拒絕說今日滿房，當下房間內有5個空床，明顯感覺是櫃臺怕麻煩不想理。半夜朋友抵達想要租毛巾在櫃臺等了10分鐘找不到半個員工 整個飯店設計很好，敗在員工

台北駅から地下道を使い、雨にもほぼ濡れずに移動ができました。周辺も栄えているし便利です。 スタッフの方の印象もよく、雰囲気が良かったです。 チェックアウトギリギリに出ましたが、既にシャワールームを掃除されていたようで、ちょっと強烈なハイターの匂いがしたのだけ、少し気になりました。。

駅近で徒歩圏内に胡椒餅の店や西門、迪化街などの観光スポット、があります 相部屋はの居心地はその時一緒になる方によって変わると思います。 私が宿泊した際は皆さんとても静かに過ごされていました。

CP值超高的青年旅館

這次是第二次入住。床位寬敞舒適，但放下布簾後有點侷促。儲物櫃放下小型行李箱後還有一半空間放東西。浴室挺乾淨的，而且不用怎麼等，但花灑頭的水量有點小。

鄰近台北車站之交通樞紐，移動毫無疑問是相當方便，附近生活機能更是完善，為鬧中取靜的好選擇。特有乾溼分離的洗澡與衛浴空間，讓人留下深刻的印象。床的舒適度、網路連線的穩定性與空間的私密性皆有全盤考量，可說對旅人是相當友善之住宿環境！

타이베이역에서 가까운줄알았는데 생각보다 멀어요 ..! 그렇지만 직원의 서비스나 1층 공동공간, 냉장고사용이 매우 좋았습니다. 샤워실이 방안에 없는 것을 걱정했지만 샤워실 한칸에 변기, 세면대, 샤워실이 한꺼번에 있어서 내집처럼 사용하기 편했습니다. 룸을 업그레이드 해줘서 4인방을 2인이 이용했습니다.
