Small room, very small bathroom, neighborhood very noisy, you barely can sleep. But the room has a washer for clothes wich is a plus.

Hotel is super noisy day and night. Construction constantly drilling and building starting from 7am. Back window faces construction and front window faces street noises. You can actually get only 3 hours of good sleep here since the hotel across the street have people hanging outside u til 3am and then 7am the construction workers start. This hotel is overprice for its amenities. requested room change, unable to sleep or relax in day due to heavy traffic and construction noises and room change did not help. Initial check in room was clean, however during my 6 nights stay there, I did not see room service provided to my room nor was I asked if room service cleaning was needed. I took out my own trash daily. Front office receptionist was very friendly and helpful.

Online advertising picture can be so misleading. Not comfortable with the surrounding. No power the morning of checkout. Cheap price and good customer service though. The Washing machine was a plus.

Property was decent and the staff was helpful just the construction work in the back of the building causes some noise which I requested to change my room to the other side of the building and it was entertained.

Dangerous naibghourhood and and unintrested stuff

We arrived late in the evening and man at reseption didnt even botherd but told us that there was an error and that we do not have room. After an houre we finaly managed to get manager and moust terible room in the basment. We had a freaking snail in our room in the morning. Neibghourhood is not the safest one althou its like 3 min walk from Taksim it is unsafe and really dangerous street to walk at night

it is a good place for couples who needs a place for sleeping only and spend most of the time touring in Istanbul. Rooms are quite small. The place is about 2-3 mins walking distance to Taksim and Isteklal street. They have a very good reception staff who are helpful. The only negative things were the bed’s mattress, sheets and pillows. They were dirty and uncomfortable.

It is very good hotel specially the front desk person was very kind and generous. The hotel is so close to taksim center.

The room is big, staff very friendly But always playing games ))

Annex hotel is meh, Main is good.

Staff are very helpful and friendly. Well, we did pay for the rooms in their annex so still have to walk 5mins from their main lobby. The rooms in the annex looks "messy" but should be good enough to stay for the night. Just don't expect too much anyway if you pay less than usual. Rest assured that their main hotel should be a good/great experience. Location is good too since it's just 10mins walk away from Taksim Square.

Awful, Completely a scam

we just reserved their room because it had a kitchenette and they told us that they will give us a crib for our baby. Just before payment they told us that we gave that room to another person although our reservation in hotels.com was active yet. they told us we give you the same room with kitchenette and crib but in the basement. 1 hour before check in they called us that there is no space for a crib in your room so we will send you to another hotel.But when we arrived there we found out there was no kitchenette, no crib, even no window, and ventilation, when we asked receptionist he said I know nothing about it and when we call Borancik hotel the manager told us I will solve this problem. after 20 minutes the receptionist came to our room and changed the canape to the bed witch absolutely was not suitable for a baby.It was completely a scam and I'm not satisfied at all

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. I work remotely and require a good internet connection, and although, at times the internet cut out, it didn't inconvenience me, and the staff were very quick to fix this. Generally the cleanliness was very good; I marked the cleanliness down because the bathroom's extractor fan seemed a bit ineffective, so there was black mould in the shower. Overall, it was great, and I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Close to Taksim square and transportation

Great hotel near Taksim square

The hotel is just 3 minutes away from Taksim square. The personnel is kind and friendly, always offering their help. The room is nice with everything necessary, including a TV, mini bar, safe box, kettle, washing machine and hair dryer. And moreover, the pricing is great. I doubt you can find another hotel with all above-mentioned advantages at this price.

Feels homely, lovely staffs, excellent location

I stayed at Borancik Suites for 3 nights with my mum. We both liked the hotel very much, it is located in Taksim and a short walk to Istiklal Street where all the restaurants and bars are. Also it is only two minutes walk away to bus stations where you can get buses to go to Eminonu, Besiktas etc. Lovely receptionists, especially Ahmet was very helpfull. I would go back there again without any doubts. Feels homely, safe, great staff and perfect location.

Good Stay

We booked 4 rooms for 6 nights, however there was a misunderstanding since the rooms were booked in another building down the road (4 mins from the hotel) which was a bit frustrating since the "Annex Building" as it's called was down a hill. We talked to the people responsible and requested to be moved to the main building but there wasn't any empty rooms. The next day they told us that we can move to new rooms in the main building in 2 days without even asking them again. The staff was really helpful specially iliyas, he was great and went out of his way to help, give us directions, booked taxies and even called his friends to give us directions. Will definitely stay there again.

Very Clean Hotel Decent Staff.

Very good hotel for staying near Taksim Area and very very very good Staff. The Staff are wonderful, helpful, advisor and capable to help you anytime anywhere. Thank you too much for helping us to come from Bus station without Taxi and coming back to bus station with your car.

Nice b&b close to Taxim square.

Very friendly and helpful people, guided us to everywhere, lent us metro cards, showed us restaurants and even ordered lunch from outside. Taxi was no problem at 3 am. They arranged a reliable one at a fixed price to the airport. Thanks guys.

Excellent hotel, wifi, room, locatio and staff. Very thing worth its price, I would recommend this hote for any one who want to spent a short holiday in Istanbul

The location was great, 5 minutes from Taksim Square, it was a quiet place, there were friendly staff, they took very good care of us.

エレベーターのない地下の部屋をあてがわれた（おそらく普段は使用されていない部屋と思われる）。昼間は工事の音がうるさい。設備は古い。テレビは点灯しなかった。トイレがきちんと流れないのはストレスだった。シャワーの固定位置がとても高い位置にあり、そこに固定するとシャワーブースの外にお湯が出てしまうので、常に片手でシャワーヘッドを持たないといけなかった。5泊の滞在期間中、クリーニングやタオル、リネンのチェンジは一度もなかった。タオルとトイレットペーパーは言えばくれた。ドアのロックに問題があり、よくフロント係に空けてくれるよう頼んでいた。5泊したが、あの部屋にあれ以上の滞在は精神的に無理だったと思う。

Horrible, ne correspond pas à la description.Par où commencer: - chantier collé à l'hôtel et surtout à la chambre, donc bruits d'appareils de type marteau piqueur / disqueuse toute la journée. - le chambre n'est pas nettoyée tous les jours comme dans les hôtels standards, là j'ai du demander à ce qu'on le fasse après 4 jours( sois 1 fois en 1 semaine) - pas de coffre fort dans la chambre - la télévision ne fonctionnait pas, il a fallu attendre 4 jours après plusieurs demandes pour qu'il la change avec que des chaînes turques. - cafards - salle d'eau minuscule, de quoi se cogner - meubles abimés, papier peint decollé - personnel pas du tout professionnel

糟糕的体验

提前预定好的，到了之后说我的卡他们扣款时无法扣，然后带我去对面的酒店看房间，那边条件特别差，卫生间狭小到胳膊都伸不开，我花120多欧当然不可能住这样的！我让店员直接刷卡，告诉我因为扣款没成功，房间也没保留，所以没房间了。。。还要继续带我看其他酒店，我让店员直接取消这个订单了！自己通过hotels预订了另外的酒店打车过去！非常差的体验，虽然店员整个过程表现非常客气且非常热情，但是总觉得不该这样，浪费客人时间和金钱，至少可以提前通知取消订单吧！

Un breve viaggio a Istanbul

Positiva tutto ok, personale disponibile e cortese specialmente Dogan troppo carino e simpatico ha legato subito con Fabio mettendosi a disposizione per qualsiasi cosa. La struttura ha un ottima posizione e il rapporto qualita prezzo. Per motivi di impegni universitari e mal volentieri ho anticipato il rientro e la struttura mi ha rimborsato la quota pagata in anticipo.lo consiglio

Hôtel situé 5 minutes de la place taksim et métro. Chambre minuscule à l’hygiène déplorable et remontée des fosses sceptique dans une rue peu sécurisante et hyper bruyante même la nuit avec des chiens errants partout.

합리적가격 큰기대는 마시길..

지도에서 찍힌 호텔위치 외에 옆골목에 다른건물이 하나 더있습니다. 리셉션하고 떨어져있고 조금으슥한 골목에 위치에 늦은시간에는 약간 무서웠어요.. 문고리가 고장나서 엄청당황하기도 했어요... 출국전 잠깐 잠만잤던곳이라 그외에는 나쁘지않았습니다

Ik zou dit echt aanbevelen aan mijn omgeving omdat het ligging goed is, goedkoop, fijn, leuke kamers. Je mag binnen en buiten wanneer je maar wilt. Inchecken en uitchecken is hetzelfde als bij ieder hotel. Ik ga hier vaker terug komen dat staat vast!!

Aslında normal bir otel. Taksim meydanı çok yakın. Otelde kahvaltı yok fakat görduğum kadarıyla her oda özel mütfak vardır. Çay makinası da vardır. Özel ve güzel bir tuvalet var. Bir de bir buzdolap vardır. Benim için hoşuma gitti.

Çok güzel geçen bir hafta sonu

Gerek bulunduğu bölge gerek konfor ve gerekse gösterilen ilgi bakimindan cok memnun kaldim.teşekkür ederim.

Bölge olarak iyi bir yerde ama merkeze uzak ve yürüme mesafesi çok ve sokak klima çok ses çıkartıyor uyumak zor banyo bir kişinin girmesi için bile oldukça küçüktü genel olarak pratik ve kullanışlı diyebilirim
