Was clean room and hotel food was very nice, only two things were not good one there was no kettle in the room and aircon wall mounted very noisy in the room apart from that all was excellent

To be told on arrival that we were consigned the worst room without a window or any sort of a view from outside because we booked online was upsetting. Even though we paid more than their cash rate. The rooms were clean, but a 32 inch TV, is not acceptable in 2024. The air-conditioning is old noisy and tired and needs urgent replacement. We paid another 530 a night to "upgrade" so i wouldnt have to traverse the 20 steps. Our room had a remote for the AC that would not work, we found out the unit was manual. Crazy. Then their penny pinching policy of only supplying 3 pillows when their website says 4. A rort to extract 50 pesos . And the duty manager leaves at 6pm not to return until 8.30 am. So most of the time the hotel runs on remote control where the stafff cannot make a decision. The saving grace was the staff. Polite, helpful and friendly. But i get the impression they miss some proper leadership. With absentee owners this is most important. I could not recommend this hotel as there are better, cheaper alternatives available.

The air conditioner was noisy, but did cool effectively. Close enough for 10 min walk to walking street. The staff was very helpful, especially Roy. I ordered food and food was good from the kitchen. I would stay again

This is one of my favorite hotels here in the Clark area. Clean,friendly, safe,good bath,and bed. I highly recommend this place!

One night stay at Boomerang Hotel

My wife and me stayed at a spacy jacuzzi room one nigh during our short visit to Clark and Angeles City. The room was well furnished and comfy, staff friendly and assisted with the small issue we reported at the short notice. The bathroom and jacuzzi could have been better cleaned before our arrival. Good overall hotel appearance in the quiet area with on site parking, still close to shops and restaurants and the Walking street

NO LOYALTY TO LOYAL CUSTOMER

To start with, we were put into the 2nd floor room 20, no elevator, that had a television wanting to charge me for any program I watched. Despite the efforts of 2 maintenance men, they could not correct it. So, we were shuffled into room 18. Nice room. Nice enough, that we booked extra nights through Hotels.com for which over a week later I am still waiting for credit for my nights stayed. Next, as we were enjoying dinner at the Boomerang restaurant there was a man who was so drunk he was unable to walk past the pool without assistance. In disbelief we watched him being placed onto a bar stool at the bar. The next day he was taken out of the hotel by emergency personnel (a heart attack we were told by staff). We were OK with all that had gone on until we asked to stay more nights in room 18. We were told NO because a SMOKER had asked for a room with an outdoor balcony so he could smoke. That is GREAT because we discovered PRIME ASIA HOTEL where we had a 2-story room with appliances, and were treated with respect 100% of the time. It has a rooftop pool and connected restaurant. Disrespect is all I will say about some BOOMERANG lobby staff!!! Never again.

The hotel is ok..maybe a little over priced for the area...room was ok and staff was fine...Unfortunately we ordered a meal the first night and it was good up until we found a large fly in the mashed potato...no joke!!!!..We brought this to the attention of the staff at the time and there was no follow up at all...Piss poor effort and is the reason I would NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN...there are much better options around...I rarely write harsh reviews but THE FLY IN MY SOUP episode and non existent follow up was a poor business decision!!!!!

I liked that the hotel had an excellent food and beverage menu. Plus they had 24 hour room service. And the entire staff were nice and professional, polite and spoke good English. And what i found unique was the hotel has a shuttle that would drop the guest off in different parts of the city.

Spent 2 nights, the rooms are good size and the restaurant has good food and is open 24hrs which is nice, be sure to request either a non smoking room if you don't smoke, the staff were all polite.This hotel is a good choice with nightlife close by and not much noise.

It was ok the bef comfortable. Fairly quiet position but still close to the angeles night life.

Aircondition is terrible, you can't take your keys without turnong off the AC

I travel a lot and the Boomerang was a great experience. It is walking distance to all the action yet quiet and safe. The staff was Fantastic cleaners front desk secirity drivers kitchen all were very warm nice people with great knowledge and concern.i ate at the restaurant several times it was very good and grrat value

This hotel fills the need. It is inexpensive, clean and has the absolutely best staff and management. The owner is always on site. I you need something just go to the front counter and ask. 24 hour restaurant and bar. I will be a customer for life. Discrete low key atmosphere.

Great Stay for the Price for Sure

I have stayed here 10+ times, and I am happy to say the Boomerang remains the same. Nice, comfy, off- (but not too far off-) the beaten path place with very friendly and helpful staff and management, good food and quiet. A light over or by the bathroom mirror would be a plus, especially for shaving, but other than this one small complaint, I find the Boomerang a superb accommodation.

Towel are a descoulerd and tatie no hand towels no lift and you have to carry your luggages up the stairs your self no one helps , no drinking water bottles , very noisy Aircon. I don't go there again .

Great value for money hotel!!

We stayed here for six nights, two rooms as the nanny was with us. The service was excellent throughout, really helpful and polite, especially as we needed hot water for our baby's bottle and warm her food. The food and service in the restaurant is great, freshly cooked and good portions where sometimes one meal is enough for two. Great courtesy car service. Looking forward to going back next year!!

Positives: Air conditioning was great. Nice ceiling fan. TV had good amount of channels. They give you enough toilet paper. Cold fridge with drinks and snacks. Decent sized room. Staff was friendly. Room service and food was good, especially the beef with noodles.Hot water was good. Laundry service. Pool was kept up. Good wifi. Decent price for this hotel. Overall I would stay here again I think. Cons: there is no weather strip in between the door and door frame so you hear doors slam all the time, problem can be easily solved for cheap. It wouldn't be a problem if people were considerate and closed their doors lightly but that's not the world we live in apparently. The local road to hotel is beat up, if your car is low to ground it may be an issue. Not really an area for family, if visiting the city with family I suggest Clark zone since it is safer and more conservative.

I was happily surprised with my stay at Boomerang . Room was spacious and clean , shower water pressure was great and lots of hot water, bed was comfortable . Air con was very noisy ... small complaint Bistro open 24 hours , lots of choice on the menu , value for money The real stand out are the staff , everyone super helpful , friendly and very professional Frankly there are a lot of hotels in Angeles who could learn a lot from the management and staff of this well run hotel

Good hotel let down by location and food.

I booked a pool view room but to see the pool you had to come out of the room and look down over some railings. I also ordered room service of Kung po chicken. I think they soaked the chicken in salt then added a salted sauce. It was inedible. The hotel location shown on the map is also about a mile from where the hotel is actually located. I booked as it showed as being about 200m closer to the nightlife than a previous hotel I'd stayed in. On arrival it was a tricycle ride away.

Quite place in a noisy city

Will stay there again as my perfered hotel. Expedia should not be asking for me to right more, I believe in KISS keep it short and simple so for me to say any good is exceptional and it's a very good place to stay and will be my first choice when there
