Nice hotel

Cheap hotel & dirty room

Dirty room, only the lobby is clean & nice to attract customers. The room is very old, shower is small, just a tub, slow water with barely no hot water. Toilet is dirty. Room is noisy, and you can hear next door neighbor/kids all the time. Wouldn't stay here again.

Location

Good overall but noisy. All sounds could be heard.

This Hotel is right around the lake, a lots of food around and walk distance to the lake, I recommend

The staff are amazingly nice, they make you feel welcome and give you good advice to help organise your trip around there. Special thanks to Mai who took care of us, a highly professionnal manager. The room is big with a super comfortable bed. Wonderful view from the room. The breakfast is yummy, from western classics to vietnamese dishes.!

The hotel is a bit old. However, the staff are very excellent. They arrange car pickup and recommended a very good restaurant for us. The location is very good as well

Warmly greeted by the front desk gentleman. He took my luggage up to my room & explained what was included such as complimentary water, tea, etc. How the air conditioner worked, remote, etc. Room is pleasing to the eye. Comfortable bed, linens & pillows. Decently sized. Decent breakfast, adequate variety.

The room was comfortable and fairly quiet. The elevator is a bit small.

We had to move room due to a leaky air conditioner but it was handled well by the staff. Overall the staff were very friendly but the cleaning staff seem never to be done and there is constantly cleaning equipment in the hallways. Breakfast was subpar even for SE Asia. Overall a reasonable hotel for the price but not close to 4 star

Pleasant stay

Clean and well presented. Breakfast options really good. Reception staff lovely. Only drawback, the hallways echo and you can hear people at night when they are returning to their rooms.

the front manager Lee and receptionist ling are very helpful and friendly. good help when you are in a foreign land.

Except Service

Lee, who is in charge of customer service, couldn't be better. He is extremely friendly, helpful and does whatever it takes to make your stay as good as possible. He makes a good facility provide a great experience. His helpfulness carries over to his staff. If hospitality matters to you, you must stay here.

Nice One Night Stay in Old Quarter

This is in an nice area of Hanoi. Very walkable to restaurants, shops, bars. etc. Safe area. Room was clean and comfy

Decent hotel close to the action

Pros: Hotel was nice and well kept, everything looked clean and was well presented. Staff were friendly and eager to help. Cons: Biggest issue was that the shower was too low, water was either hot or cold (no in between, to make it usable, we had to turn on the sink tap). Other small issues: creaky bed, bedside lamp didn't work, batteries for tv remote control was flat, didn't try the breakfast because it didn't look appetizing.

Overall was a very good stay and great value. Room was modern and clean. Located in the old quarter

部屋の汚れや朝食が少し残念でしたが、スタッフの対応はよかったです。

スタッフが優しくて良かったです。 ライトチェックアウトにも対応してくれて、最終日も安心して観光出来ました。

カビ臭くて古くて汚いです。セーフティーボックスも簡単に持ち出されてしまいそうな物で不安で利用できませんでした。ドライヤーも壊れているし、ホコリだらけだし、停電もするし、スタッフも身なりが適当で、ホテルというよりバックパッカー向けの安価な滞在先でした。朝食付きでしたが、パスしました。再利用はないです。

The hotel breakfast was good and the Hotel's cleaner was good too :) But the person at the counter was not kind. and most of the hotel's room facilities were old, even the room structure was not convenient as well.

日本語は通じませんが、セキュリティボックスが使えないのを直してくれたり、交換して使えるようにしてくれたり、こちらの要望はきちんと叶えてくれました。また飛行機の時間が夜中だった為、レイトチェックアウトも80万ドンかかりますが、させてもらえました。 旧市街に近く、観光には便利な立地で、近くにはサークルKもあり、不便は感じませんでした。 朝食もビュッフェ形式で、注文すればフォーも食べられました。

Emplacement idéal pour le vieux quartier Personnel amical La chambre était propre, par contre, l'isolation n'était pas bonne, nous entendions tout ce qui se passait autour la nuit. Faire attention, certaines chambres disent avoir une fenêtre, mais en réalité c'est une petite fenêtre qui mène en arrière en cas d'urgence (donc aucune vue et aucune lumière).

Mittelmäßig.....

Ziemlich heruntergekommen. Ist aktuell keine Empfehlung wert. Fernseher funktioniert nicht. Die Dusche in der Badewanne kennt nur kalt oder heiß. Für Menschen ab einer Körpergröße von 180 cm nicht zu empfehlen. Frühstück war einfach aber soweit OK. Die Lage ist in Ordnung wenn nur die Eisenbahn nicht wäre, die gefühlt mitten durchs Zimmer fährt.

Sehr gute Lage in der Altstadt. Frühstück sehr einfach, aber zur Verstärkung ausreichend.

バスのハンドシャワーが使用できなかった(使用方法が色々したが分からなった) また、テレビの操作方法が非常に難しいらしにもかかわらず、説明書が無かったので、テレビが見れなかった。

場所は旧市街や博物館へは徒歩圏内で悪くないです。 部屋のドライヤーが壊れていたのと、窓が無い点を指摘したら、 空き次第、部屋を変えてくれました。 建物の成り立ち上仕方ないというのが数日後に納得できましたが。 食事は普通です。 全体的に金額なりといった印象です。

立地最高です！ お湯もたっぷりと使えお風呂にもつかることができました。 朝食はたしかに豪勢ではありませんが、このクラスのホテルならこんなもんでしょ、といった感じです。一度だけ利用しましたが、あとは近くの市場や好きなところで食べました。 送迎についての質問もすぐに返事をいただき、スタッフのみなさんもフレンドリーで楽しい滞在でした。（日本語は多分通じません） コスパ良し！

Un personal muy atento y una muy buena situación.

El hotel muy bien situado..,esta justo en el límite del old quarter..,para mi alojarte en pleno bullicio del old quarter es un poco locura.Todo lo tienes a mano. Además el personal del hotel es encantador y muy amable.Mi habitación era amplia y el servicio de limpieza muy bueno.

This hotel was good and gave us decent value for money. The staff was overall friendly. However, one guy working the night shift did his best to scam us when we ordered food through the 24h roomservice. Something that cost 2USD on the menu all of the sudden cost us 15USD. We did of course not pay that and when he found out that we would not accept the price he did not bother to put it into the bill. I guess he did not want to give away his scam to the day shift that were going to check us out the day after. The rest of the experience was good though. The hotel was clean enough and offered everything that was listed on the homepage. The wifi was fast aswell.

Not so great.

A lot of small ants on my hotel room. Room service tried to over charge us. Good Wi-Fi though.

그저그런 호텔

늦게도착했는데도 불구하고 직원들이 무지친절했으나 청결도는 그저그랬고 시설도 약간 노후되어있습니다. 조식의 가짓수도 많지않고 여자직원들은 불친절했어요!

만족스런호텔 도착후피곤한데 과일한접시 제공은 고맙게느낌
