I had the semi basement room ... tub was perfect for a net lagged soak. Breakfast was my favorite meal in Athens!

It was clean and quiet. The staff was fantastic, and the breakfast was wonderful!

Beautifully decorated and curated room. Very big room and bathroom. Modern and comfortable amenities. Nice breakfast à la carte in the garden. Friendly staff. Quiet location, walkable to the center.

The room is so well designed. The space is bigger than the normal hotel room with higher ceiling. Staffs are friendly and helpful.

Place was amazing. Staff were so kind, patio peaceful, breakfast amazing. 1.1 miles to the sites. We walked but you can easily taxi.

Nice place

This is a great place in general…located out of the tourist area but still walkable to sites. The room was very pretty, quiet and the owner is helpful and laid back. My only negative is the comfort of the bed which was not comfortable and the sheets were very scratchy. But all in all a nice place.

We felt at home the moment we walked in. Staff is soo great to recommend things to do, places to eat, how to ride the metro. Breakfast was served every morning for free in the garden and was delicious and set is up for a full day of exploring. The bathroom was amazing. My husband wants to redo ours now. Mostly the people running the suites made our stay.

If you have the opportunity to stay in Athens, you will find Bohemian Suites to be an exceptional stay. From the moment you book, they are accommodating, responding to questions promptly. They graciously assisted with my transportation from the airport and I was in my car and on my way before the first person in the ride-share line. Upon arrival, the beautiful reception area and warm smiles greeted me and offered to hold my bag while my room was finalized. My Garden room was extravagant and BEYOND exceeded my expectations. I had a spacious separate bedroom, sitting area, closet, and oversized bathroom. The room was full of wonderful light and overlooks the courtyard that breakfast is served in. Breakfast, by way of room service, is magically served on the balcony overlooking the courtyard upon your request. Food was fantastic and they recommended the local favorite "mountain tea;" it was exceptional! Throughout my stay, the staff was extremely friendly, teaching me Greek terms and providing recommendations for all of my Athens adventures (where to run, where to eat, what areas where safe for my solo travel). The location is nearby to the metro and many local sightseeing destinations including the Acropolis, the Archealogical Museum, the National Garden and Panthenean Stadium. There are are many coffee, pastry, and restaurants (and bars) nearby and short walk to the popular area of Plaka.

Nice, small, "bohemian" is an apt name. Only reservations are that you'll need to carry your luggage up stairs if you're not at lobby level, and that check-in after 9pm Ng needs to be planned (they will send you instructions on how to enter).

Amazing property in the heart of Athens! Walking distance from Syntagma square, Plaka, Akropolis, Monastiraki, Likabetus. Metro station Panepistimio near the hotel. Quiet and safe area. Luxury suites, comfortable bed, huge bathroom, good breakfast. Very clean. Friendly, nice and helpful staff. We enjoyed our stay there! Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful short stay at Bohemian Suites. The neighborhood is close enough to be central to tourist attractions but far enough away for a reprise from crowds. The hotel staff, especially Vasso (sp?) and Rafael were so helpful and kind. We loved the breakfast in the garden as well!

Slick decor, great staff!! Only thing you should be aware of is there is no elevator so if you are packing heavy be prepared to climb stairs. Breakfast is great but the pigeons are a bit of a bother so i recommend having it sent to your room. Otherwise I loved the place!!

Excellent views and very friendly staff

Nice room in quiet area, with good staff. Arrival was poor with nobody there to let us in at 9.20 pm, and no way to get assistance. Restaurant next door rang the owners for us !!

Bohemian suites is a beautiful place, spacious, comfortable and the staff is super nice and helpful. It is walking distance to all the major attractions, shopping district, restaurants and cafes. The perfect place to stay.

the whole staff was friendly and very helpful. i had trouble with viator tickets and the manager got them for me right away. she new all the good reasonable places to eat and and shop. breakfast was wonderful, cooked to order,you could eat outside at the garden or have it taken up to your room. the rooms were decorated elegantly and the bed was sooo comfy to sleep on

Beautiful place and lovely helpful staff.

Reception was very kind and helpful, bed was very comfortable and everything in the room was beautiful. Only complaint is the flies that come in from the window.

The hospitality and service was phenomenal, perhaps the best I’ve ever had at any hotel.

Staying here felt rather like being at home instead of being in a hotel. Staff were friendly, accommodating and guests felt as though they were old acquaintances.

Property was spotless and staff were great. Location is goo. Although we had a bath with a shower attachment, it would have been nice to have an actual shower.

The rooms (we stayed in 2 different) were amazing, very roomy, large bathrooms, comfortable bed and pillows. Hostess was very friendly and helpful with assisting us to navigate Athens and setting up taxis for us :) Would definitely stay here again!!

This is outstanding accommodation just wonderful-we were so impressed by what we were presented.

The old world charm with the modernity of the suite was the key like for me. Staff were amenable, helpful and friendly. Location of the property in a central location is a bonus. I'll be going there again and sell it to my friends who might want a place to totally relax. There was nothing that I did not like about this property.

perfect boutique hotel for Athens !

Excellent accommodation 100/100 So there is no to explain further! Make sure you contact the hotel prior check in and ask for the best way to find the accommodation . Does not have a entrance along the Main Street and No elevator hence avoid heavy luggage as the rooms are on 2nd floor. But all these are not a problem for us once we are check into our rooms. We were tired and hungry and it’s dinner time Vicki at front desk recommended us a nearby resturant we had our best meal in Athens! Thanks

It was our anniversary and we wanted

This was the best hotels I have every staying in, so beautiful and clean. It is well situated close to the city center and only 2 metro stops to the Acropolis. I highly recommend it, if I return to Athens I will definitely stay there again. The staff was very kind, our flight was very early the next day so we would have missed the breakfast, they offered to prepare a basket with fruit and sandwiches for us to take. Thank you for your kindness.

A surprise diamond. The decor was incredible and the shower unbelievable. The hosts were very generous and helpful. The location is great, only about a 15 min walk to the sites. I would definitely recommend to anyone asking.

Luxurious stay in Athens

If you get the chance, you must stay here. You will never regret it. Beautiful and wonderful, as so many others have said! Incredible luxury, delicious breakfast, and very helpful service. Couldn’t recommend enough.

Athens Hidden Secret

This hotel is boutique in style in a very good location with lots of good eateries and shopping close at hand .It had been necently renovated to a high standard and there are only 8 suites in the whole building the rooms are spacious and well presented . The most impressive thing about this property is the staff they are helpful polite and go out of their way to assist you with any queries about how to get anywhere and nothing is too much trouble . We have stayed in a lot of hotels all Over the world but the experience we had at Bohemian Suites Athens was exceptional and we have no hesitation in reccomeding this property to you , you will not be disappointed . Beautiful suite

The rom was beautiful and the bathroom spectacular. Breakfast was lovely and served in our room at our request. The only drawbacks were the locks that sing when opened and can be heard through closed doors loud enough to wake me up and the lack of blackout curtains.

Not a good place for sleep.

The hotel is beautifully restored and decorated, but we could not sleep due to noise. LOUD construction; but worse was the loud reception desk and the fact that they put us in a room next to the entry door and the reception desk. The bed was hard and the breakfast served cold.

Very Comfortable

This hotel has recently been renovated and it was done very well, the decor was beautiful. Our suite was very clean and the bed very comfortable, it was nice to have a separate wardrobe and bathroom. The breakfast was basic and it was nice to have it in the courtyard. There is no parking at this property, we found some at the top of the Road, we were told that there was parking closer but we had vehicles behind us, so we were not able to go slow in order to find that parking. I would stay again.

Relaxing retreat

We had a great stay at these fashionable suites, which are only a short walk from the main sites. The room was modern and spacious, and the freshly prepared breakfast in the calming courtyard provided an excellent start to each day. We'd definitely stay again!

Just perfect all around! Will only stay here in Athens! Staff went way out of their way for us. Great restaurants, coffee shops nearby and metro super close.

A splendid new boutique hotel in a central (but quiet) location - all of the major sights are within walking distance. Nice breakfasts, nice people - what more could you want?

I absolutely LOVED my stay at Athens best kept secret. The rooms are beautiful decorated and breakfast in the patio is the cherry on top! The staff were warm and accessible.

Perfection

Lovely hotel , beautiful room , good location and fabulous staff . They made our stay even more comfortable. Few pointers in making this the best hotel in Athens, is no chest of drawers for placing clothes , and breakfast was good but could be improved otherwise everything else perfect.

This boutique hotel is charming, the staff is delightful, and it is centrally located to get around all the sights in Athens, yet in a quiet neighborhood. The breakfast each morning was delicious and they even made sure to bring us breakfast in our room early the day we left for the airport. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

The hotel is located in a very nice neighborhood,in the heart of Athens, the two girls in the front desk are very kind and helpful and the breakfast is amazing! Also the rooms are beautiful,luxurious and very clean! Definitely recommend Bohemian Suites, it’s a must! Looking forward to stay again.

Best Hotel in Athens

I highly recommend staying at Bohemian Suites when you are in Athens and would give it 10 stars if I could. The rooms are gorgeous, spacious, and luxurious, I wished I could have stay longer. The garden patio is the perfect place to relax after a day of sightseeing, and the breakfast they served was the best I've ever had at a hotel. The hostess was so kind and accommodating, she really went above and beyond. She was even kind enough to leave me a take away breakfast for the morning I left because I had an early flight. If you find a room available and don't book here, you're truly missing out. You won't find better service anywhere!

Das Frühstück im Innenhof ließ bei uns keine Wünsche offen. Frisch zubereitete Eierspeisen, selbstgemachte Marmelade, Brot, Joghurt, Müsli, Obst, Tee, Kaffee, O-Saft. Das Personal an der Rezeption und beim Frühstück, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Hier wohnt man gerne und wir würden immer wieder hier buchen, absolute Empfehlung.
