Not a good stay!

I really didn´t like my stay at this hotel. At arrival, I asked if I could do an early check in, and I was told it is impossible. Check in at 3:00pm (finally they gave me the room keys at 14:15). Room floor need restoration! Try a shower at 9:30pm and the water was could. After 10 min waiting to for the water to get hotter, I ask reception. Guy come tom my room, check it and said it will be hotter in the morning! To finalize, showr water was very weak, so bad shower.

No hot water to shower. No heat in the room No television service The couch in the room was filthy The staff acted as if they did not know that there was no hot water and no heat in the room.

They refused to upgrade sating the hotel was full but I dint feel it was

1-Breakfast is pretty bad. T2-he carpet in the hallway is extremely dirty. 3-the floors in the room are in a very bad shape. The mattress extremely uncomfortable.

Nice area, great staff

It is a low-budget hotel with terrible views and a poor location. There are a lot of broken things in the rooms (doors, floors, televisions).

It was clean. People were nice and helpful.

Staff were polite and greeted me whenever i passed. Didnt realize i forgot my camera glasses until the desk agent returned them to me about 20 minuted after getting to my room. Very clean and tidy.

It was OK - the food was good. But I couldn't work at the hotel because the hotel didn't have internet for two days in a row. Very frustrating and very disappointing.

Good room, but prepare for noise

Good sized room, and good location. Only downside was that we were street facing and the walls and windows didn't block much sound. Didn't sleep too well because of all the honking and traffic noise.

We had an overall "ok" experience during our stay. While the buffet breakfast lacked variety for longer stays, the staff was friendly and the internet connection was fast and stable. The hotel's location was nice and safe. Although we encountered two small cockroaches, one in our bed and one in the mini bar, the hotel promptly resolved the issue by relocating us to another room on the same floor. While we were disappointed with the new room because it was a bit smaller, we appreciate being able to extend our stay for one more night at the same price we booked on Expedia.

El hotel necesita mejoras pronto, los pisos se estan despegando, la ducha hace un ruido estruendoso, cuesta mucho para que salga el agua caliente y nunca sale totalmente caliente, a veces no hay agua, las toallas son viejas, la cama y las almohadas son comodas y el personal es muy educado.

The hotel is very practical and the staff is extremely attentive and nice.

I booked a Junior Suite room, check in was at 3:00pm but the room was ready at 5:00pm. Also, I was placed in an Executive Queen room, not the Suite for which I paid for.

Great place, very convenience location. The facility’s are super clean. And the staff It’s very attentive and professional! It’s close almost to everything. Good choice if you go to Bogotá.

In general it was ok, the only comment is regarding the facilities, you can see the bathroom are requiring some upgrades, also we had some issues with the water.

Very well located unless you want to focus your trip in the city Center which is 50 minutes away average, super friendly and helpful staff, comfortable accomodations, kind of small rooms but enough for what I needed. Mostly executive rooms. Could help to include irons and ironing tables in the rooms. Overall great experience

Not awful, not great, skip dinner

First the good - this hotel is very conveniently located if you have business on the north side of Bogotá. you can wal to Usaquen, anything in the main Calle 100 business district, or Parque 93. I was pleased with an early check-in, as I arrived very early but needed to get organized, so I was very happy about that. The soap was delightful. The combo AC/Heater unit was good for Bogotá's chilly nights. WiFi was ok. The room was called a junior suite, but it really is just a big regular room. Now: My view was awful, it was a corridor looking out over some air conditioning condensers. The room was generally very clean, but there was something on the wall that looked like a booger.The elevator was missing a light in one of the buttons so you couldn't tell if you were going to your floor or not. There is an in-room coffee machine but the hotel charges $7,000 pesos for the packet of coffee, unlike other similar hotels. Breakfast was ok. There is a refrigerator, and a carryout 2 doors down to stock it. Across Carrera 15, around the corner is also an Exito mini grocery store. The worst part of the stay was dinner. I had the Thai noodles. They were so salty as to be inedible. The vegetables were limp as if they were boiled with the pasta. That left me very unhappy.The 2 waiters were too busy preparing room service dinner orders, and with only 5 diners, largely ignored us, so service was lacking. I would stay here again if neighboring hotels are full, but not as a first choice.

What I didnt like it: No way to call to guest service,.dont have a guide of internal phone numbers The room of the «good price» I get was a side of all the air conditioner equiments and thats the room view To operate the shower control you need tu be under the water. No late check out, they lied about they had the room already reserved

Bill was never provided, front desk said will provide the bill, when I stopped to ask later the new shift said they knew nothing about it but it would email it to me. two calls later still no bill. My CC statements shows additional charges with no explanation. No taxis available after 4:00 PM. Don't go there.

The hotel is clean. The service is professional and friendly. The bed is comfortable. The location is within walking distance of small shops and a Catholic church. Taxis are readily available. It's reasonably priced. The breakfast, which is included, is spectacular. There's not much of a view from the window in the room I stayed in. ¿Would I stay at this hotel again? Yes, without hesitation.

horrible stay

the most awful experience with this hotel bogota 100.... When we arrived to the hotel the staff in the front desk stated that HOTELS.com made a mistake on the reservation and for that reason they will charge me extra money in cash which I had to give them, the person in charged was very rude and demanding person my overall experience in this hotel was horrible.... the bathroom inside the room was the worst I ever seen and use in my entire life NOT privacy at all just ridiculously decoration

Nice hotel

The staff are very helpful , location is good has several markets near also its near park 93 where there are lots of restaurants. good price wouldn pay more . The only thing is that rooms are starting to deteriorate a little but its fine . Beds are comfortable and pillows too. Very clean

I was amazed by the variety of this hotel’s breakfast! All sorts of breads, arepas, fruits, and a typical dish called “calentao”

nice experience in Bogota

The hotel in a boutique hotel. Is very close to everything and safe. The staff is great, always smiling and ready to assist the guests. The food is really good. The hotel is very modern. The only issue is the bathroom at the room. Is build up in glass with blinds that goes from ceiling to floor. My first time on a glass bathroom. if You travel with a friend the sound isolation is zero lol

Comfortable place to stay.

Excellent and clean place to stay. Very quiet at night which is good (or bad) depending on what you want. Nothing in the immediate vicinity is open late at night. However, the hotel was great, room was very clean. The breakfast was simple but good. The staff are all excellent. Would definitely stay here again.

Enjoyable stay

Good value for money. Agree with other reviewers, service is great and bed so comfortable! 20 minute walk to Zona T or a cheap uber ride over! Not too much to do in the immediate area, but overall a safe neighbourhood to stay.

This is not an ordindary review but just a message to express my appreciation for the assistance I received from the hotel staff. I had to interrupt my stay due to a very unfortunate family issue and everybody was incredibly accommodating and understanding. So I just wanted to thank the front desk staff Leidy, Leonardo, David and Carolina, and Jairo and Rodrigo who were at the reservations team. I also have to say thank you to the hotels.com team because they were incredibly efficient in communicating with me.

Hotel is not well run. Noisy, unprofessional staff

My stay at hotel for 4 days. Room not cleaned as exspected, minimal cleaning staff. Noisy during the night, Reception staff telling me lies about my debit card print off. What can I say????

Close to Parque 93 area with lots of restaurants.

Room was a bit noisy and small but modern, clean and everything worked. You can walk to Parque 93 area in about 10 mins. We spent one day downtown in Candelaria area and took the cable car to Monserrate. We toured the gold museum and walked around the different squares which was nice but not sure I would want to stay there. One day was enough to see the downtown and the location of Bogotá 100 was nicer to us. The breakfast is excellent anchored by an awesome coffee machine that pumps out cappachinos, espresso's, machiatos etc.

5 night stay - Canadian family of 3

My family has been travelling for the past 8 months, so I guess you could say we've had our share of hotel stays. We very much enjoyed our visit to Bogota and this hotel was great value. The friendly service from "ALL" staff was consistent. The breakfast buffet was one of the best we've encountered during our travels. Our room was small but clean and comfortable. Only negative comment I would make is regarding the traffic noise. If you are a light sleeper I suggest you request a room in the back as the rooms are not sound proof. We felt very safe walking around in the area, even at night with our teenage daughter. Lots of amazing restaurants, shopping close by. To get downtown will only cost you approximately 7$-10$ CAD. This is a wonderful little boutique hotel that will not disappoint.

Friendly staff

Nice hotel with friendly staff in a safe location. This hotel was remodeling their restaurant on the first floor but the inconvience was minimal. It's located on a busy street both of cars and foot traffic but quiet in the rooms. Parque 93 with many good restaurants is near. The airport is about 30-45 mins away depending on the traffic and the hotel has a car service. I've stayed in Bogota 100 about five occasions.

Nice hotel

Spent one night due to missing a connection in Bogota. Asked the gentleman at the desk what there was to do? He recommended that I go with a driver around to some key spots in the city. Great way to spend the day!

Everything was fine, except they gave me a different a room from the one I booked and the Supervisor (Viviana) was rude when I asked to be changed to the correct room. The rest of the staff always was very nice all the time. It is much better if you can make your own taxi arrangement, it took long to get an answer form the Supervisor, and it is more expensive.
