Paid for a harbor view. Our view was the neighbors roof. We had a tv. It had no channels. There was no pool. There was a discotec close by. It played loud music till 2am.

Nice place, some rooms are super loud

Nice hotel, great staff, first room was unbearably loud. There was a night club right outside our window that went to 4 am and it was like it was playing in the room even with ear plugs. Impossible to sleep. We mentioned it to the receptionist and she mixed us to a quieter, slightly smaller room, which we were very grateful for. I will say the food was good and reasonably priced. The restaurant staff was way overworked on the weekends, but very pleasant anyway. They had a terrific 2 for 1 on drinks. I would return because the staff was great, but they have to sound proof the rooms facing the barco hundido or sit the clubs down at a reasonable hour.

I love this hotel. We had a tour schedule for early that morning and the front desk was super kind and friendly. Our room was ready and they let us put everything in the room. They went above and beyond. They even give us walking directions to anywhere in town. Super nice staff.

After our 1st day, I jokingly told my wife that, literally the only thing I could even begin to complain about was the shower head. I kid you not, when we got in the next day,…new shower head (total coincidence). Staff was so helpful and friendly. Breakfast was AWESOME and all the recommendations the staff made were excellent. Location is incredible.

Loved bocas paradise! Cute rooms, lots of AC and breakfast included. Next door was a water taxi site that coordinated all the excursions and made everything really convenient.

This is a great little hotel on the water front. Clean, staff are great and the breakfast was excellent. The only reason I gave it a poor rating was the Disco next door. The music got going at 10 and didn’t quit one morning till 3:30am. Even with ear plugs it felt like they were in the room. So unless you sleep during the day? It’s really too bad because the hotel itself is great.

Thuñus us a very nice well kept hotel with a great breakfast. Unfortunately it is two doors away from a disco that plays loud music extremely late on certain nights

Great staff!! Always friendly willing to help. The town is under some major construction with multiple intermittent road closures. Roads are very muddy from the airport to the hotel. No real swimming locally.. but lots of water taxis and day trips available. Overall would definitely stay here if staying in Bocas town

First, and probably foremost, this is overpriced. Its main feature was its over the water, otherwise it’s two star at best. Yes, it’s clean, most of the staff was good, but is a couple decorations ahead of motel 6 . Rooms are small, my “ocean view room was a sideways view over a disco. My initial staff member contact was with someone who was, at best, clueless. I introduced us by saying “We are the Smiths.” I was asked if we had a reservation, “Yes, Smith” was my answer. “What is your name?” Was the reply. SMITH was my answer. I asked if our friends had arrived. She shrugged. Later, I learned they told our friends we were not there though we had arrived. In short, don’t bother.

Best place to stay, its next to water transportation to get around and book tours. Rooms are comfortable and clean, staff is very nice.

Nice rooms overall

Very nice, spacious room with comfortable bed. Bathroom had a nice shower and toiletries, but there was a strange smell in the bathroom every once in a while. It may be an island thing, not sure.

Good hotel. Reasonably comfortable and clean. Has AC. Showers did not get hot, but it wasn't too cold. Restaurant attached was also good. Only wish the place to store luggage was locked, would have felt more safe leaving our bags.

A cute property. Recently remodeled as of September’23. Clean with comfy rooms. No real bar on the property, but there’s plenty of swinging hot spots right outside.

This was a fantastic option for our group of friends and girls weekend. Location was the best, the restaurant we ate at every morning and night and the people there will help you with everything. They are all very kind and helpful. We would recommend this place to anyone!! Ayme, Loren, Aridny, and Fermina were some of the most amazing people! 10/10

Amazing stay with Bocas Paradise.

I arrived two hours before check in to drop off my bag so I can walk around until check in. Luckily, my room was ready where I was able to check in at that time. Lauren (I believe that was her name) was very kind and welcoming. The room was also welcoming as the AC unit was blasting upon checkin. Walking from the airport to Bocas Paradise is a short walk (~5 minutes), but with a travel backpack and the heat and humidity, you will sweat. The room was very clean, with a colorful decor and furniture. The bathroom was very nice, with hot water (which you don't really need). The lighting could have been better. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends and family.

Saved by the staff

I left several pieces of clothing in the closet of my room when I left for Red Frog Beach. I sent an email to Paradise asking if they could set the items aside for me to pick up when I passed back through Bocas Town. Not only did the staff save my clothes for me. They also cleaned and folded them!

Localizado no centro, entre restaurantes, bares, lojas. Ouve-se algum barulho das proximidades, mas nada de especial. Não é o mais sossegado que há, mas ao preço que estava foi uma boa opção. A povoação é pequena, tudo fica perto. Pessoal muito simpático e atencioso.

Había cucarachas en la recepción y no nos cambiaron las sábanas en 3 días aunque sí entraban para "limpiar" el baño, ya que cambiaban la bolsa de la basura. La fachada es nueva y como el restaurante, el hotel en general tiene buen aspecto, muy colorido y cuidado, pero los servicios de limpieza se pueden mejorar bastante. Además el aire acondicionado del restaurante estaba tan alto que resultaba incómodo.

Excelente! Tudo estava em perfeitas condições! Os funcionários são prestativos, pude deixar minha mochila enquanto passeava porque não estava no horário do check-in ainda quando cheguei e o quarto não estava pronto. Muito cômodo ter um bom restaurante no próprio hotel e um pier de onde se pode pegar barca para outras ilhas! Eles também oferecem passeios, fiz o de Cayo Zapatilla e foi perfeito!

Gran elección, la ubicación es perfecta, el hotel fue remodelado recientemente por lo que está en perfecto estado. Los desayunos se gran variedad y porciones más que generosas, con gran sabor. El personal muy atento y amable, sin duda volvería a hospedarme en mi próximo viaje.

The Hotel was clean and nice. The stuff was friendly and we enjoyed the ticotico Breakfast. We stayed in this hotel end of february 2024. The whole city of bocas del toro was under construction - so it was loud and dirty the whole day. We loved to come to this hotel after diving. Kind regards Rainer & Ilona

Tienen habitaciones para familia de 5, que no encontramos en otro lugar, pero esas habitaciones no tienen terraza ni vista, son oscuras y con visión lateral al muro de la casa colindante. No se parece a la foto. Al parecer es año de sequía y hay problemas de agua en muchos hoteles de Bocas Town. Llegamos de tour ( playa, snorkel) y salía un hilito de agua. Muy bien ubicado , frente a supermercado y cafeterías .

Mi estadía fue excelente. El personal de la recepción es super amable, y los demás personal son agradables. El hotel es bonito, está muy bien remodelado. Los colores, las lamparas, el lobby, el restaurante. Todo se ve muy lindo. Muy buena ubicación. De hecho, la comida es bueno, igual que los platos y vasos son super lindo super kawaii. Lo unico que puedo recomendar para que el hotel mejore es que no debería colocar un balcón encima del techo. Dado que si hay malas personas pueden entrar por ese lado. Pero todo chevere, fui con mi novio y una amiga. Todos estamos felices por la estadía y la atención del hotel.
