Our host Raphael was wonderful. He met us at the apartment and assisted with our luggage. He was willing to answer any questions during our stay. The place itself was very clean and included all the basic kitchen amenities. It’s in a convenient location with many places to eat that were great and at a reasonable price. If someone has mobility issues, this place may be difficult as it’s on the fourth floor with steep stairs. There is no elevator.

Parking is 22euros a night nearby 2-3 blocks away. Good location and Susanna and Juliana were great. Very helpful staff. Some things like low water pressure (hot side) were unfortunate... and parking is expensive like most big cities are. Lots of pigeons outside the window and a subway right below give some additional noise to the apartment and the stairs can be a bit much for older ones.

Excellent and convenient.

(+) Stayed in one-bedroom apartment with kitchen & washing machine. Comfortable bed. Lots of space in each room. Clean. Good speed wifi. Smartphone provided with room, which we needed (can make international calls too). We spent four nights in apartment. Could walk to most of downtown. Just a couple minutes from city hall street. Very friendly staff. Could leave our bags after check out. (-) Couldn't hear the construction next door, but noisy students sometimes out in the plaza at night. No lift, so must carry bags up stairs. Okay for us, but maybe tough for person with disability.

Close to everything. Homely and clean. Staff are very helpful. The 2 bedroom is on the third floor without lift service so if you have heavy luggage it can be a problem.

Excellent location & service is good

Very comfortable & clean. Service was good and they responded when I had to call the receptionist for something at 9pm! WiFi was strong. Only 1 bathroom and the only problem is the 3rd person had to shower in cold water.

Warm, clean, near shops and metro. Easy to book, easy to contact and communication back was quick, relevant and helpful.

Great location that was walkable to all the top attractions. There are grocery stores nearby which makes the full kitchen very economical. Many places to eat are also within walking distance. Susanna is so helpful and went out of her way to make sure we had everything we need for a great stay! We highly recommend!

The access is very restricted - no place to stop car to unload bags, very steep stairway to reach first floor and staff unresponsive.

Perfect location. Public transportation and attractions are all in walking distance. The apartment is spacious and well equipped. They offer a free smart phone for local travel tips and free international call. Susana is really friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

Excellent apartment in Faro

The apartment is located in centre of Faro and most of the attractions are within walking distance. Susana was very nice to us as well during our stay. Will highly recommend to the apartment if you visit Faro.

This is a great place to stay. Convenient location, very friendly and helpful staff, well appointed apartment with everything you need. Also provide a cell phone for visitors to support getting around the city.

There isn’t anything negative to say, for us we were looked after excellently throughout. The apartment was modern and clean with an excellent walk in shower, all cleaned daily. Very central in Porto, lots to see and do nearby. Staff were friendly and helpful and full of local knowledge. Definitely recommend to anyone able to climb stairs easily .

Fabulous apartment

I can't say enough good things about this apartment, it was absolutely terrific in all respects - spacious, quiet, clean, bright, well situated, daily cleaning service and special mention of the delightful, helpful Susanna. Would absolutely recommend but do note there's no lift so be prepared if you have heavy luggage.

Mordern apartment hotel stay.

The stay in this apartment is great! Location is perfect to all the attractions in Porto. Opposite the apartment you can find Bolhao market and Bolhao train station . Just around the corner you can find two supermarket to get everything you need. Across the street u can find the best Pastel de nata in Porto. Wifi connectivity is great and the apartment have a smart phone that you can use to navigate the city and making phone calls. Just a reminder, this apartment does not have a elevator so carrying up the luggage up the highest floor could be challenging. Rooms and bathroom were spacious and clean. The water heater runs by a water tank so when the hot water runs out there will only be cold water and you got to wait for an hour for the water to be heated up again. Overall a great apartment and stay! Would definitely recommend to anyone especially you are traveling as a family or a group of friends!

Excellent location and very efficiently run by Mila who was able to answer all our questions. Very clean and quiet considering the the building is in quite a busy street. Very handy for Bolhau metro which connects to the Airport directly. Good shops and restaurants nearby and within 10 mins walk of the historic centre.

Good place to stay

The apartment is in a great location for getting round the city. There was quite a bit of noise outside as it was freshers week and they seemed to be out and about in our area but earplugs are a thing so it was easy to block it out. We stayed in one of the attic apartments, was really spacious, loads of room to spread out. There are a lot of stairs to get up there so probably not the best for anyone with mobility problems, kept us fit though. All the staff are really friendly, especially Mila, who was so helpful. Found it really useful that we could WhatsApp any questions and get an answer straight away as there is not a permanent reception desk. This was very useful before we got there as we were able to arrange a taxi from the airport through them.

Don't think twice about staying at this apartment! It is very clean! The kitchen is well appointed and the clothes washer worked great. The bathroom was sparkling clean with plush towels and extra ones if needed. The location couldn't have been better! The grocery store was just around the corner, restaurants everywhere, and metro and buses minutes away. Mila was great! She met us promptly to give us our keys, helped us with some site seeing ideas and booked a taxi for departure day to the airport. We loved our stay in Porto, beautiful city, friendly people and we cant wait to return!

The location was good. The concierge was extremely nice and helpful. The AC worked well and the bed and pillows were comfortable. The towels were thick and fluffy and the water was hot. What was unique, was the free phone with roaming and 30 minutes of free world-wide calls. Google and google maps and tourist information were at your fingertips-free!!!

Great location and service

The apartment had everything that you could need. And a great location. But above all, Mila provided outstanding service introducing us to a local tour guide to the Douro Valley, who was so personal and deep in his local knowledge. Mila also made other arrangements and accommodations that made our stay in Porto enjoyable.

Just amazing place to stay, affordable, my apartment was extremely clean, the building is right on the metro line, downtown in walking distance of everything. The staff was very nice and helpful. Would come back anytime.

Wonderful place.

The apartment was essentially new, with a large kitchen and was very comfortable. Our host was extremely helpful at check in. Our unit was an easy second floor walk up. We found it to be one of the nicest places we have ever stayed at the price we paid.

We loved the place. It was clean and very comfortable. It had everything we needed, even a kitchen with all the essentials including coffee and tea. Very well situated and good to walk to any attractions. Close to the fresh market so we can pick up anything you need to cook and eat. We rented the loft with king bed plus 2 single beds. The place was very roomy and enjoyable. They even had a cell phone for us to use for exploring the city. To get to the loft there is 70 steps to climb. Just in case someone have a problem with stairs. The person who we met at our arrival was Miguel and he was terrific at explaining the city map for us to enjoy the most of it.

Very nice apartment

Lovely roomy apartment that sleeps 4, right in town close to everything. Miguel was charming, but failed to mention the 5 flights stairs, bit much for the elderly.

Beautiful apartment in a nice area

The staff very helpful and nice. My only suggestion is that they should let people know they have no elevators and I had to climb 52 stairs which was not a problem for me, since they were very helpful with the luggage, but might be a problem for other senior citizens.

Very very friendly staff, very clean, very central and safe area. The bed to sleep was very good and like home. One thing to improve is towel. The quality is not so good. Then it would be perfect to stay.

Short break in Porto

Excellent central location. Easy to reach from airport via the metro ( about 25 minutes) Greeted on arrival by rep who showed us around apartment, how to use the app provided by BO and gave us suggestions of where to go. The apartment was beautiful. Immaculately clean and well equipped. Excellent wi fi. We had the "standard" apartment which had no views at all other than a wall, however, because it didn't face the street, it was really quiet. Steep stairs to reach the room.

Die Managerin Susana war sehr hilfsbereit, weit über das normale Ausmaß hinaus. Sollte ich ein 3. mal nach Porto reisen, buche ich wieder bei BO-Fernandes Tomás.

De 10. El apartamento tenía todo lo necesario para sentirte como en casa. Estaba muy limpio y era muy amplio. Disponía de menaje y de casi todo tipo de electrodomésticos, incluida lavadora. La cama muy cómoda. Incluso había un teléfono móvil disponible para ser usado dentro y fuera del alojamiento.

Perfect value in a good location

Nice, clean newly refurbished apartment in the very centre. Flexible check in hours. No view since the windows are to the patio but thanks to this no noise is coming from the street.
