Cannot use the tv in the common are, one man from staff clipped his toenails in the area you eat and cook! - 2 of the 4 toilets not working. The rest of the staff was very nice.

For the love of all things holy do not stay here

I have no idea why this hostel has a high score on this site. It is absolutely disgusting. Black mold in the showers. Bed sheets and mattresses have visable disgusting stains. The bathrooms have the same smell as camping site public bathroom Its also completely unsafe. I woke up at 3 am to use the bathroom only to find a homeless man cleaning himself. The front door of the hostel is unlocked at night meaning anyone can come in. Sure the hostel is close to the jr station. But given option of staying here again or a safe clean hostel 15 minutes away from a station. I would choose the cleaner and safer hostel every time.

Very nice hostel! Very close to tsuruhashi station, and there's a convenience store right next door. Check in was quick and easy, and the areas are bigger than the pictures make it seem. Everything was clean and comfortable, definitelly recommend!

Very nice hostel. All the beds come with curtains. The common room is big and has a kitchen/fridge/microwave but no cooking stove. The bathrooms are kept clean. A few stains on the carpet/chairs but nothing serious. Overall a good hostel and i will come back :)

We booked a private room for 2, it was very nice. It felt very safe. The location is great , 3 min walking distance from tsuruhashi station. There is also a convenience store downstairs open 24/7. You are not allowed to eat /drink in the room. Also , you have to be quite in the room since its a dorm. The biggest con is that there is no elevator, we had a huge bag to carry up to the second floor! You can always ask help if needed.

Phenomenal stay

Our first time to Japan and we couldn't have found a better place. Conveniently located near the metro stations and ticket discount store. Onsen and Life super market 10-15 min walk. Friendly staff.

Acceptable dorm hotel

This is a dormitory style hotel. If you want you can interact with new faces quite a fair bit. Most of the rooms are on the 2nd and 3rd floors, but there isn't an elevator. However, if you are backpacking it shouldn't be that much of a problem. The nearby facilities are pretty okay. Food are just a few steps away. And the premises have a washing machine + dryer, makes it convenient for travellers that are staying for long period of time.

Clean, Convenience, good hospitality, near train station

Staff are very nice. The share room is very cozy and the dorm is quiet. The whole environment is very clean. It is also very convenient, its next to family mart and near to the mtr station. I will definately come back again.

Great stay!!

This hostel is big and has many bunks! Regular bunks-not the capsule type. Very warm and cozy feel to it and plenty of toilets and shower rooms-so no waiting around :) many food shops and stores nearby. I highly recommend here :D

The beds were very comfortable and the curtains kept the room dark so slept very well.

Near JR station, about 250m walk. Although we were staying in private room, we need to be very quiet cause the partition is not fully covered. Overall, it’s a good stay. Friendly and helpful staffs. Thumbs up for the services 👍👍👍

It was my first experience to stay in a dorm so my opinion might be slightly biased. However I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in Sun Village as it has all the necessary facility to make my short stay comfortable. The best part is there is a Family Mart under the hostel which makes it convenient to get any midnight snack or drinks when hunger strikes! ;-)

Solo weekend in osaka

Awesome location and house close walking distance to subway and attractions. Host are super nice and accomodating making you feel like family.

Super Clean, Great Location, Friendly Service

I love Sun Village. First of all, the service is top-notch. Everyone at the front desk speaks good English and is so welcoming. Special thanks to Masa and Megumi. The cleaners also do a great job. The place is pretty much spotless. The bathrooms are bright and clean. The rooms are cool and comfortable. The public area is okay. I just wish they had a dining table. Lockers would be nice too. But other than that, everything is perfect. It's super close to the subway and Osaka loop line. Plus, there's a Family Mart next door. I'll definitely be back.

This is a very large hostel in a section of Osaka that seems to be filled with Pachinko places. It is next to a Family Mart on a pretty deserted street. The room, bathroom and shower were extremely clean. The beds were very large: no locker but a thick privacy curtain. No rowdy guests while I was there (1 night) so I had no problem sleeping. Because of the size it felt rather impersonal- just check in and out and not much info from the staff about anything else. I asked for directions and they did their best to help though. The hostel is on the second floor and there is a flight of stairs to go up with no elevator. However, the staff will help you carry your luggage if you ask them. So safe, clean, close to the metro line and a good price. As long as you're not looking for charm, character and homeliness (that sort of thing) it is a good deal.

Good location

It's very near tsuruhashi station, quiet environment. It's very near to Family mart, therefore you can always grab a bite before you start your day. It will be better that they provide lockers for storage of important belongings. Overall its a good experience.

Friendly,fun, spacious

I was a little skeptical at first because it was my first time staying at a hostel. But due to my surprise, it was a great choice. The beds are very spacious, plenty of room to move around. It’s quiet inside the dorms, along with a note to remind the guests to be considerate of others to also be quiet. The staff is young,helpful & sweet,very kind. The common room is also spacious. I came across many solo travelers which was very nice & comforting to meet. Not crazy or rude, everyone being kind to one another, and respecting everyone,so nice environment. I’m very sociable so it was nice to be in a sociable environment. I also enjoyed the fact that it’s directly next door to a family mart for a quick bite before planning a big day, and a two minute walk to the station. I can’t wait to come back next year! :) hopefully I’ll know more Japanese to speak with other tourist/locals in the area 😅 I thank you all so much staff at Sun Village. You all are awesome 😁

Near to exit 5 Tsuruhashi subway or North exit of JR Tsuruhashi. Clean, friendly staff, quiet, neighbourhood filled with cheap by Japanese standards eateries, and a boon to those who have JR pass as you can use it to travel Osaka loop line

Staff only available 10AM till 10pm

Arrived almost 9pm; was lucky cause at 10pm there wont be any staff anymore. The door to the hostel is always locked. In order to get inside is either with the key or the staff let you in. So for the check in just never get later than 10 pm or called in to let the staff knew about it. The location was great cause it got convenience store and close to lots of restaurants. I just found there's not a lot of English speakers

Cozy and quiet hostel

The building looked new and was not far from the transit station. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. The front desk offered multilingual service which included Korean and English. The staff was very kind to me, but it's too quiet for making new friends or hang out with your roommates. I'd recommend this hostel to those who travel alone and want to be quiet when you take a rest.

Recommended this place to money-saving backpackers

The 4-nights stay in Sun Village (鶴橋店) was amazing and satisfactory in the end. - Staffs are friendly to guest whenever asking some questions for routes to tourist attractions. - Everyday housekeeping around the late morning, keeping rooms & toilets clean - Has large toilets & shower booths accommodating many guests at the same time - Easily accessible to the property from JR TSURUHASHI station (鶴橋駅) by 5 min. walk - Has a small kitchen with kettle, microwave and fridge for keeping & making some simple foods - Has a blackout curtain beside a bed so that privacy was kept while sleeping.

２階に泊まりましたが、とある部屋のベッド内にゴミ袋を山積みしている方がおり不衛生でした。とても不衛生でした。また、リビングのテーブルで初老の従業員？がテレビの一番見える場所を占領。コーヒーなどの私物を置きっぱなしにしていてあまり良い感じではなかったです。風呂は扉のふちに水アカ、風呂マットの珪藻土は黒カビ、ベッドの茶色染み、なにより20◯Aの部屋の大量のゴミ袋。それ以外は良かったです。改善されたらまた来たいです。

いつも難解なbnb＋のチェックインには悩まされるが、ここはスタッフが説明してくれるので⭕️ 駅からも近く立地は⭕️ シャワーやトイレも綺麗で大きな冷蔵庫もある。 ただ一点残念な点がシーツや枕カバーはセルフ それは構わないが、布団や枕がシミだらけで汚かった！施設は綺麗で静かだったのに見たらいけないものを見てしまった気が

ドミトリーとしては普通かと思いました。時期的なものかと思うけど価格に対して清潔感はイマイチだと感じました。 というのも、枕やマットレス、掛け布団へのカバーかけは自分で行う必要があるのは許せる範囲ですが、その中身はシミと黄ばみだらけだったのでそこは改善してほしいと思います。そういったことが気にならない方には普通に宿泊できる所かと思います。

うるさかった

静かで快適に過ごせます

周辺は静かな場所で屋内は掃除も行き届いていて快適に過ごせました。

今回初めて宿泊。駅から近くコンビニも近い。 共有スペースにはそこそこ漫画があり、一人旅には使いやすい。気になったのはシーツ類は自分で支度する必要があって、枕の汚れが見えてしまうため気になる人は気になるかも。

좋은점 - Family Mart (편의점)이 1층에 있다. - 공용시설이 타다미방으로 깔끔하게 구성되어있다. - 귀중품 보관소가 따로 마련되어있다. - TV, 만화책 등 편의시설이 잘 되어있다. 아쉬운점 - 침대 커버 등은 직접 교체해야한다 - 공용 샤워시설 발판 등이 다소 지저분하다 몇가지 불편한 점을 제외하고는 저렴한 금액으로 비교적 깔끔하고 편하게 쉴 수 있는 공간이었습니다.

コスパの高いドミトリー

もっと安いとこもありますが、清潔感と民度からもコスパは高いと思います。

駅からすぐで場所もわかりやすい、駅の商店街を利用できる、便利(^^)

駅から近く、すぐ下にコンビニもあって便利でした。

清潔、好立地、コスパ最高でした。

綺麗で、最低限のものは揃ってます。 バスタオルのレンタル(200円)があるのが荷物を減らせてありがたい。

快適に過ごすことができた

駅から近くてコンビニさんがお隣なので安心出来る環境でした。 施設は全体的に綺麗で清潔な感じでした。 フロントのスタッフさんが素敵な笑顔で受付してくれ安心出来ました。 親切丁寧なご説明も嬉しかったです。ありがとうございました。

格安で心地良い空間で良かったです。 強いて言えば、共有スペースに仕事等作業しやすい個人用のテーブルがあると助かりました。

第一次住2樓還安靜，第二次住3樓，吵死了，隔壁很像住神經病，用的大小聲，整晚不能睡

スタッフの対応が悪い。タオルをレンタルしようと思ったのに、人がおらず内線に電話したらムッとされた。 外国人の方の話声がすごくうるさかった。 しかも、それを係の人は気づいても注意してくれなかった。

男性用のドミトリーに宿泊しました。 男性用ということで少し男臭いと思うこともありましたが不自由なく過ごすことができました。 ベッドのカーテンを閉め切ると就寝時暑かったので夜はもう少し設定温度を下げてもいいのかと思います。

這次去整體都很不錯，就是人多衛生不到位，床單有點髒，其他都很滿意，下次還會去住

生活機能佳，交通方便！

交通方便，鄰近jr,近鐵，地鐵，公車站，無論選擇哪個交通方式，都很方便。

거실이 작고 불편합니다.

거실에 테이블, 충전코드가 없어서 불편하다. 위치가 공장지대 느낌이고 깨끗한 지역이 아니다. 시설은 깨끗하고 1증에 편의점이 있다. 주방은 전자렌지 뿐이라 요리를 할 수 없다.

トラブルがあって最終チェックイン時間に間に合いませんでしたが、嫌な顔もせず爽やかに対応してくださいました。 有料で借りたタオルがふわふわで気持ちよかったのと、全体的にきれいにされていて居心地がよかったです。 旅行の色々で疲れていましたが、優しい対応と居心地のよさでゆっくり休めました。 すぐ横にコンビニもあったので、小腹も満たせてよかったです。 また利用したいと思います。次はちゃんと余裕を持ってチェックインします…。 ご迷惑をおかけしたのに、快く対応してくださり、本当にありがとうございました。

シャワールームの排水溝が詰まっていた。

雰囲気や清潔感、個人スペースの作りまで全て良かったと思います。 また利用させていただきます。

リネンが無理と記載がありましたが、タオルを含まない旨を記載していただいていたらタオルを持っていくことができたのに底が残念でした。

全体的にとても綺麗。居心地的にはとても良い

最寄り駅から、線路沿に歩いてすぐにあり迷う事もありませんでした。 受付の方もすぐお声を掛けて頂き、中に入るまで不快な事は一切ありませんでした。 ただ【タオルも有料】とあらかじめ知っておきたかった…という本音もあります。 （大きめのタオル、1枚200円） その他、利用層の方にもよりますが… 当日、深夜までベッド上下でトークを続ける無神経な若い方もいらっしゃる場合も。 全体的には高評価です。 また何かの際には是非利用させて頂きます。

ベッドマットの厚みもあり、腰を痛めずに熟睡できました。 シャワー圧も良くて、助かりました。

快適でした

鶴橋駅から近く、飲食店がたくさんあり、コリアンタウンでの買い物も楽しめました。 タオル大小1枚ずつが無料でついていました。シャワーにはシャンプー、リンス、ボディーソープは備え付けてありました。1階が大きめのファミリーマートなので、足りないものはすぐに買えます。 冬でしたが客室のエアコンが良く効きすぎて、乾燥と動作音が少し気になりました。 。

จากสถานีรถไฟใต้ดินและสถานี JR Tsuruhashi เดินเข้าซอยไปไม่ไกล จุดสังเกตุคือป้าย Family Mart จะมีทางขึ้นโรงแรม เหมือน Hostel แบบ dorm ทั่วๆ ไป แต่ไม่มีล็อกเกอร์เก็บของให้ ใครกระเป๋าใหญ่ อยู่เตียงบนอาจไม่ค่อยสะดวกเท่าไหร่ แต่โดยรวม สภาพนี้ ราคานี้ในญี่ปุ่นถือว่าดี

団体旅行の下見で止まるつもりでしたが、急用の為泊まれなかったので、100%キャンセルとなってしまいました。ポリシーはわかっていたので納得ですが、2日前に宿泊できなくなったのがわかっていたのにキャンセルしても100%は厳しいかな。翌朝下見だけのため訪れました。親切に案内していただきありがたかったです。
