The Blue Tree Towers is just across the street from a large local park and a 10 minute walk from the Amalia Franco Mall with plenty of “upscale” stores! The rooms are very nice, but the bathrooms are very small, which is my only complaint!

Hotel rooms would not cool. The free breakfast was the worst I’ve had in Brazil and completely unsanitary. The fresh fruits and juices were room temperature at 6am. They don’t cool the hotel so the breakfast bar is completely disgusting. The restaurant food there was horrible as well. Too expensive for what you receive.

Upon arrival, I was greeted by Carlos, I'm not sure of his name, but he was very polite and kind when I arrived. When I was given my room, I was greeted by Vinícius, who was extremely polite and kind. The room was spacious, the bed and pillows were comfortable, clean, and the shower was strong. Easy access to the shopping mall, market, restaurants, and Ceret Park across the street. The restaurant has fresh, well-organized breakfast, as well as being delicious. The room was impeccably clean. Lunch was just right. I recommend it. I was attended to by Ana, Vanuzia, and the morning valets. Everyone was very kind, thank you for your service. This was my second time staying at the hotel, and I'll definitely be back again. I recommend it.

Outstanding Stay

The friendliness and professionalism of the staff was excellent. I arrived early so I knew I would have to wait for my room and this was no problem. The desk staff had a table where I could sit and work using my computer. They were very helpful in helping me to connect to the hotel Wi-Fi. The room had previously been renovated and looked amazing.

Casemiro (caximiro) so sorry if I’m misspelling his name, but he was so helpful, patient and knowledgeable. Since I told him we were there for only a few hours for a layover, he allowed us to have the free buffet breakfast upon arrival instead. The room was also provided to us promptly and I so appreciate the amazing customer service from him! He deserves recognition! Thank you so much!

Brasil is a place where mold grows fast. Bathrooms should receive special attention. Hallways could get a coat of paint and new carpet. The hotel is under renovation and maybe it is on their list. The breakfast is good, but staff should taste the juices prior to putting out for guests since more than once the juices were sour (azedo). Overall staff were friendly and helpful.

Clean and staff attentive

My room was clean however, the toilet did not work well and it would leak water on the floor. I explained this to the front desk and they had this corrected in less than 1 hour. So they are very attentive and making sure everything works correctly.

Wonderful - classic family operated hotel

Extraordinary service - both friendly and fun. Love that this is a family owned and operated hotel. Felt like family. Very nice spaces, great location and value.

Dirty and problem

I had to request to have my shower cleaned and sanitized whrn i arrived because it had a lot of mold. One night i came in and could not enter my room because the lock would not release and unlock. I went downstairs and management came up with a device to try to force it to unlock and that would not work. They moved me to another room on a different floor and when I came back to my original room they had to put a hole in the door to open the door. I moved all of my belongings out and into the new room which was cleaner than the first room I had. Lastly, on my last day they ran out of food during breakfast and would not fix more food to accommodate everyone who was eating breakfast. I will not go back.

They overbooked the hotel and when I got there to do the check in they transferred me to another hotel in a not very safe area. I was in a business trip with coworkers and to be far away from them created extra costs on my budget. I don't recommend this hotel.

Still a good place but with some problems

I was greeted and checked in by a really great man. He was very welcoming and informative. I stayed in room 1305. The internet was REALLY slow and unstable. I have stayed on this floor a few other times and the internet was fine. Not sure why it was so bad this time. My second day there a cleaning lady came to my room. Granted she didn't speak english but clearly informed her that my room was fine but I just needed my trash can emptied. She said nothing. Just looked at me and walked out of my room. I had a friend coming over so therefore I had to empty my trash can into the trash can next to the elevator. Later on that night I came back to the room and my bed was made. On the desk near the mini bar was a note in Portuguese. I couldn't read it and the hand writing was so bad that I couldn't translate it.

I was happy abaut everything, but just same inconvenience happened. Like same couple next to my room was having an argument letter in the night. But I understand its not the hotel fault.

Terrible service. Staff are not fast or properly trained. Facilities like bathroom and pool are outdated. Furniture in the room is old Breakfast was not good at all

Excelente localização, perto de um belo parque, restaurantes, shopping, mercado e estação de metrô. Os funcionário são muito atenciosos e prestativos, destaque para o Adriano (valet parking) e a Socorro (governança), que me atenderam muitíssimo bem. O café da manhã segue os protocolos COVID (luvas de plástico, máscaras etc), é ok com pouca variedade. O quarto é espaçoso e silencioso, porém os móveis são antigos e já mostram sinais de uso. Uma reforma seria bem-vinda.

The breakfast Buffett was good - that was it. The condition of the hotel versus What is advertised is very different. Check in staff and valet drivers nice but that was it. Not a place I’d stay again.

It was a nice and clean hotel. Breakfast was very good as they provide a large variety of food. The room had a small air leak as I could hear the whistling of the wind when it blew really hard. Some of the front desk employees do not speak English.

Fabulous and Safe place to stay

The hotel definitely was set up nicely for people who need to travel during the covid pandemic. We appreciated all the the extra hand sanitizer stations as well as the disposable gloves for use in the breakfast area. We also made use of room service, which was great. The staff at the check in desk were efficient and friendly. The hotel is located within walking distance to a large shopping mall, which has many restaurants and great shopping options. We would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic Hotel- Close to Shopping & Restaurants

The hotel is conveniently located near a park, a large shopping mall, and a number of restaurants. The hotel receptionists and other staff were all professional and friendly. During this season of Covid we appreciated that everyone wore masks and that extra precautions were taken to protect guests and staff alike. We enjoyed a number of meals via room service. They were delivered promptly and were very good. We would definitely recommend the hotel.

the place is very nice, staff very Friends, but When we ask for the free airport shuttle , they say they don't have for a very long time. this is false advertisement and it should be removed from the services. that was the only reason we stay there and we were very disappointed.

Great hotel in the Tatuapé area of São Paulo

The hotel is conveniently located near restaurants and a shopping mall. The hotel rooms, although small, were comfortable. The breakfast buffet selection was terrific. The eating area was small, considering the size of the hotel, but the hotel staff worked very efficiently to keep the tables cleared quickly for the next guests. The valet parking was appreciated. Would definitely stay again!

It was very clean, and larger than I thought. Multiple food choices in walking distance. The check in was easy, and everyone spoke english which helped immensely. It is a little far from the airport, maybe 30 minutes without traffic, 45 or so with traffic, so plan accordingly. I would definitely stay here again.

Not any close to the airport

I booked this hotel for the feature of having a complimentary free airport shuttle and then I was told that they don’t do this service on weekends. why on hell you didn’t say that in the website!?? I needed to pay 45$R for uber where it should be for free. Another point I got this hotel as it is close to airport but it is not any close to the GRU. Just disappointed from this experience and I don’t recommend others to book it.

Overall, nice hotel to short stay.. 2 nights there but the room service didn't make up the room. Just 3 mins walk to Analia Franco Shopping mall and there is a Havaianas shop nearby, very convenient.

Good stay, great location

Stayed at the BT Towers for 6 nights for a business conference. The hotel is in a great location in Tatuape within easy walking distance of the Analia Franco Shopping (5 min), which is real convenient with many restaurants and shops. The hotel itself is in good condition with clean rooms though the bathroom is very small. The TV selection is mostly limited to local channels with only a few English channels available while the breakfast service was good and they also offer a buffet dinner service which was also good. Overall, a positive experience, but I wish they had a bigger bathroom and better selection of English TV channels. Would return mostly due to the location.

Big rooms, helpful staff, great breakfast!

My family stayed here for 3 nights while I stayed here with my fiancee for two nights. It was worth the stay. If you can find a good deal online I would definitely recommend staying here. It's literally a 15 minute walk from the mall, and right in front of the biggest park to exercise. I would definitely recommend it if you are trying to stay close to Mooca, Tatuape or Analia Franco neighborhoods. They are very accommodating and very professional. Some of the reviews I've seen here don't do them justice. I would stay here again in a heart beat. Free WiFi, indoor parking for 15 Reais, Complimentary breakfast, and comfortable beds. Can't beat that!

Overall experiencia was Good. The staff was great. I suggest to upgrade The batjrooms.

Good hotel for a good nigth sleep

The condition of the hotel is excellent but, they must improve in service quality. The check inn was very slow, with only one person attending. The restaurant at dinner was cold and the waitress was not attentive. With the size of the city, the hotel is situated on a small hill but you need to travel to every where you go.

The hotel lobby is great and the park entrance is right across the street which makes morning runs enjoyable and safe. Get a room with a park view, it's great. Rooms are a bit noisy (traffic) even on the top floor. And although picked up, the rooms could use a thorough cleaning. Overall, great for business travel.

Bad location, old room

The location is not good. It is less than 10min walking from a nice shopping mall but it is quite dangerous to go there. I found the room old fashioned. The window AC was noise. Breakfast was quite good, the view to the park was nice and staff was very friendly.

Quarto ótimo, porém experiência deixou a desejar

Razoável, o quarto em si é muito confortável e a cama ótima. Porem algo me desapontou muito, acabou a agua no hotel e ao perguntar na recepção, disseram que todos os dias fecham a agua das 10h as 14h, porém nao nos foi avisado previamente, gostaríamos de tomar banho antes do check-out e nao foi possível. Além do que o café da manhã poderia melhorar na variedade de pães e bolos.

Decepcionante, horrível experiencia

Decepcionante, a cama horrível, mole demais e estava afundada de um dos lados. A recepcionista do check-in totalmente má educada e desrespeitosa. O café da manha decepcionante. Mamão verde, suco de laranja sem condições de tomar, sem variedade e tudo que tinha no cafe de péssima qualidade. Piscina no hotel toda suja, sem condições alguma de ser utilizada. ***Este hotel nao condiz com a rede Blue Tree Tower*** Ou a rede esta em decadência

Não recomendo, café da manhã ruim, instalação ruim, meu banheiro alagou e tiveram que chamar para desentupir conosco dentro do quarto, e não adiantou, televisor não apareceu legenda e áudio em inglês, mesmo após chamarmos ajuda.

Acho um hotel caro para o padrão, check in OK mas check out só havia 1 atendente as 11:45h. Salgados do café da manhã mal feitos com muita massa. Quarto barulhento devido ao barulho das motos dos entregadores de comida do shopping bem próximo, precisei de tampões de ouvido para dormir.

Fiz a reserva para mim, minha esposa e meu filho, quando cheguei na recepção fui informado que o quarto tinha apenas 2 camas de solteiro, pedimos se tinha como ser uma cama de casal, o funcionário disse que ia procurar um da mesma categoria com essa configuração, mas na verdade me colocou em outra categoria apenas com a cama de casal, não tinha nem se quer um sofá cama para meu filho dormir. Banheiro horrível e sem ventilação. Café da manhã deixa muito a desejar. Não pretendo me hospedar lá nunca mais.

Apesar de fazer check in e check out online ficanos muito tempo esperando pois só havia uma pessoa na recepção.

O Blue tree Analia Franco ja foi melhor. Desta vez acredito que por o hotel estar com alta demanda, houve dificuldade principalmente em estacionar o carro. Lentidão imensa para guardar, pegar o ticket e tambem na retirada. Sempre era necessário chamar alguem pelo rádio para vir guardar ou pegar o carro.

Quarto com móveis velhos e mofados. Lâmpadas queimadas. Chuveiro não dá para regular, ou fica quente demais ou fria. Banheiro com vazamento na ducha ou vaso. Cortinas que não fecham direito. Roupa de cama e travesseiros eram bons. Atendimento das meninas da arrumação, muito bom (rápidas e prestativas). Poucas opções de café da manhã e tudo frio (croissant, pão de queijo, etc)

Blue Tree anda numa linha entre apego e o desgosto

Bom, no geral, mas o hotel flutua bastante entre o amável e o odiável, 8 ou 80. Se por um lado o checkin foi demorado (nao por erro da atendente), por outro a recepcionista em questão era extremamente atenciosa e gentil. Se por um lado o hotel é bem completo em funcionalidades, por outro o restaurante dele é absurdamente lento (em torno de 30 minutos para obter UM suco. Apenas). Se por um lado o café da manhã é bem organizado e com bastante variedade, por outro certas opções carecem de cuidado (como uma torradeira/sanduícheira literalmente QUEBRADA e exposta aos clientes ou os salgados com o gosto vencido, "ranso", passado e com cara de terem sido obtidos numa promoção de fim de dia em rodoviária). Todas essas negatividades foram facilmente contornáveis e em nada impactaram minha experiência total, uma vez que foram sanadas e/ou eu conseguia sanar externamente, mas são infortúnios que eu gostaria de ter evitado (bem como minha noiva, uma vez que era nossa comemoração). Hotel bacana.

Quartos bons, parte do hotel e seus quartos estavam passando por reformas quando fiquei hospedado (Abril de 2024), mas não ouvimos barulho algum. Experiência excelente.

Fiquei bastante insatisfeita pois o que era um momento de descanso foi um transtorno, o ar condicionado estava barulhento por isso passamos para outro quarto, no outro quarto o secador não funcionava.

Já foi melhor, hotel sem sistema para atendimento no checking, sem controle de quartos disponíveis, nos deram um quarto q já tinha hóspede, pensa no susto de quem estava dentro do quarto. Tudo excelente. Quarto, café da manhã e atendimento. A piscina merece uma atenção maior pois a água nos 2 dias estava um pouco suja. Mas compreensível devido ao período. A cortesia para membros do Reward Hotels.com entre o hotel e o programa precisa ser melhor combinada para evitar constrangimentos. O hotel honrou o benefício de estacionamento gratuito, mas deixou claro que isso é cortesia do programa e não do hotel.

Estadia foi ótima, os funcionários são muito educados e prestativos. O quarto é confortável, e o café da manhã excelente!

Não aconselho pra períodos longos. Serviços bem demorados, as almofadas e toldo que ficam na piscina me pareceram encardidos. Não voltaria sem que fosse necessário.
