It felt like living and walking in a brothel. People were consuming unacceptable things, and bringing strange people. The place is dirty, the economic room has no access to the ac. The worst hotel in 11 years of my travelling. The staff is arrogant and will use excuses not to use the same language. They charged me more than what I had to pay for. The continental breakfast included bread butter jam, with Tea of a glass of juice. Its a shame to be living in his hotel, and shame on Expedia for onboarding this apartment building(not a hotel).

This is definitely not a place for tourists. AC was at an additional cost, there was only bedding on one of the beds, and half of the floor was covered in a puddle of water. The surrounding area is unsafe (confirmed by two taxi drivers) and was noisy during the night. Staff was friendly but staying here was more of a crazy story than an enjoyable experience.

Pros: close to downtown, restaurants, bus routes. Cons: bathroom smells, they locked us out on new year's eve.

We need to be safe and mindful while going out!!

NOT AS ADVERTISED! Pool water do dirty you can’t go in. Can’t leave your room because the area is so dangerous. Do not stay here because it is cheap, pay more and stay somewhere else. Booked 2 weeks, only stayed one day because this place was so gross. Lost all my money because they would not refund me. Scam. They know what they are doing. Scamming people.

Cute place with friendly hosts

Extremely friendly and accommodating hosts - answer your messages within. Old but clean room in the very nice small but cozy gated area. I really have nothing to complain for the money I paid. This was a perfect choice for us as we only needed some place to spend the night. Thank you!

room price to stay the night is OK, however the hotel is not located in the main avenue as photos indicate. Hotel in general needs updates to compete with others.

Very difficult to locate. Staff was rude, sheets towels and bathroom dirty. LOCATION IS INCREDIBLY DANGEROUS AT NIGHT. I’ve never actually written about a hotel prior to this but as a frequent traveler I would STRONGLY ADVISE that no one stay here.

Not was it was advertised at all, place around hotel with high levels of criminal activity, we were practically hostages in our room after sun down, pool? LOL only during summer season!

Decent, bare minimum. You truly get what u pay for

First off the location is super sketchy. It’s literally like walking towards a abandoned neighborhood. The compound also looks run down and super old. The rooms were decent, extremely simple just the bare minimum, which was ok with me bc I’m almost never in my room anyway. This is a good place to tag for those who want to pay a dirt cheap price and still be downtown. Ladies, this is not a place you want to stay at all, because it’s sketchy and walking back at night might not be a good idea. Overall good price, but you def get what you pay for in this instance. As long as you’re aware of that, you’re good.

It was good they do not give you any change of towels in the room but it you to down to to the way in they will change you towels every day if you ask which is good They give you less soap,and,shampoo as the holiday goes on

Bright clean rooms, ideal location in Ciudad Cancu

The exterior of the hotel looks a bit run down, but the room was lovely bright and clean, with brand new aircon and fresh clean bedding. The area is right in Ciudad Cancun, a 15 minute walk from the bus stop and right around the corner from lots of local eats. This isn't zona hotelera though, you aren't anywhere near the strip. Which was great for us and for anyone looking for a stay in Cancun away from the tourist crowds. Staff were very welcoming here and the check in desk was open late.

Very nice

Nice hotel and very friendly staff, one of whom speaks English 😉 Very clean rooms, hot showers, comfortable beds, off street parking, close to lots of restaurants, a cinima and banks. It was quiet and relaxing. It's probably too far to walk to the beach but I didn't try. I recommend this place, especially for backpackers looking for a break from the dorms.

A price friendly gem in the heart of downtown.

This hotel is currently under renovations. The owner/manager is a wonderful bilingual lady. If you're going to Cancun and you want the real experience and not the fake México that the all-inclusive resorts pretend to be, this is the place. I will suggest renting a car though. They have secure parking. The hotel does not offer much. Clean rooms. Fresh towels every day. And there are 6 mom and pop food places within walking distance that your wallet will love. When the renovations are done this is going to be the cutest little hotel in the downtown area!

No es un hotel lujoso pero está en una buena ubicación y el precio es muy accesible tiene una alberca pequeña y las habitaciones son cómodas y están muy limpias.

Personnelle très serviable et attentif, la chambre est spacieuse et minimaliste. La salle de bain es à l'image de la chambre avec de l'eau chaude uniquement à la douche. Le petit déjeuner est léger mais toujours servi avec le sourire. On regrettera que le. Prix soit majoré de 4 pour cent si vous payez avec une carte.

Para una o dos noches esta bien, solo de paso. La ubicación no es la mejor pero andaba en auto y el estacionamiento estuvo bien. La cama es cómoda, buen aire acondicionado y el baño impecable. Cumplió mis expectativas considerando el precio que pagué

En cjanto a limpieza estuvo bien, la habitacion mas economica hace demasiado calor, la cama no ayuda mucho, no hay tele ni nada, no lo recomiendo, qyiza una con aire y television sea mejor

Estuvo excelente, lugar limpio, el personal super amable... el único pero es que la alberca no tiene muy buena ubicación pero de ahí en fuera un gran lugar lo recomiendo! A la vuelta está la avenida donde pasa la R1 que te deja en Cualquier playa de la zona hotelera, o ahí cerquita está una plaza , el Soriana, lugares para comer, queda super cerca el Mercado 28, el puerto de Juárez dónde salen los ferris para isla mujeres. Super!!! 👍
