New clean

The suite we stayed in for New Years eve was quite lovely and clean. It was unforunate that check in was not 3pm and checkout was not 12pm, but was still manageable. It was also unfortunate that the hotel does not accept Debit cards, but the staff made an exception because it was New Years. Overall, a good experience.

Overall was good, some problems we had was when we checked in they used the lunch room for party and it was so loud and it’s already midnight. Also, they don’t have microwave in the room so you have to go to the lobby and heat up your food.

The property required a $250 hold on my card for a one night prepaid stay? What kind of non sense os this?

The property is very beautiful and the staff very friendly and attentive. The shower was dirty, I would suggest spraying the track for the shower door more frequent. I was genuinely grossed out seeing the build up. Also adding trash bags would be nice.

It’s relatively close to the airport so you hear airplanes landing and taking off. Shower wasn’t cleaned well so it was not used. Bare bones room but bed re really comfy lol

Not bad, the shower head sucks in our room, doesn’t mean every shower head sucks, might be my bad luck. Staff was nice but they didn’t have water in the room, and we asked for water, even if we pay before it, yet they said they don’t do room service for “water”

Beautiful hotel private event at restaurant wasnt able to order food, didn’t let me have kate check out but staff were friendly.

Everything was exceptional but one thing I would like to mention that there were no water bottles in the room. Atleast we are paying so much for one night stay there should be water to drink. I was about to make coffee and without water how can I? If this is the case they should clearly mention at the reception so that we don’t need to come again

I was pleased with my stay at Bloom. Stayed here before and the hotel is always clean, lobby smells good, customer service is excellent and the area is safe. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area.

I took a few days to think about what I would write about this property. First, the check in process for me was humiliating to say the least. I had 2 rooms under my name and had to use 500$ for room deposits. They could have did that differently for me. Every night(I stayed 3 nights) there was what I would call a safety issue. The police was there all day and night for some reason. Fire alarm went off on the night before I left. There was just too many things going on at this property for me to truly relax. Needless to say, now I know I will never choose this property again.

A good choice of hotel in Mississauga

Rooms at BLOOM are spacious and clean. Staff were polite and friendly. After paying so much on parking in Toronto elsewhere, we appreciated free parking at the hotel!

Overall good experience, I like the cleanliness and facilities they r providing in the room. Just one thing, When we entered, there was unbearable noise of some private event on the ground floor. And they closed some common facilities due to that event. They should give equal priority to all the consumers. It was our first time experience also.

Great hotel by the airport, very clean. Only downside is you will hear noise from the frequent flying of planes.

The stay was amazing and comforting. The hotel was fabulous and I would highly recommend!

There was no microwave and the price for the hotel is pretty high to not have included breakfast.

Bathroom light was not working. Hair on bathroom floor. Room wasn’t that clean and staff seemed inexperienced and weren’t very welcoming.

I really enjoyed my stay here! I was in Mississauga for work, and the hotel had all the amenities I needed. There was a working space, gym, pool, restaurant. The full body mirror and vanity was such a nice touch. Huge bathroom and beautiful space. 10 min drive to shopping. The staff were so inviting and friendly, and the cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed at. 10/10 I would absolutely stay there again! Highly recommended.

The hotel is nice and its our second visit in almost a month… No improvement in the staff attitude (not welcoming at all) And they need to work on the room cleaning services (they don’t clean the bathroom) just rearranging the beds And they need to work on the ventilation system cuz the hallways smell food all the time

The hotel is beautiful. Zero complaints with our stay, the staff or hotel. They’re great! The area isn’t the best but you know what you’re getting if you’re staying close to an airport.

I have stayed here before odd times in between travels, it’s pretty close to the airport. I found with the price that’s charged, they don’t even keep water in the rooms. This time I didn’t have a good experience at all. I checked in past midnight as my flight was delayed but I called in about the arrival. In the morning I called to see if I can check out half or an hour later as I needed to sleep a bit more but the front staff was rude and gave me a very hard time, to a point where I said I will just pay if that’s what you are getting at !! But no she was a bit condescending so I left shortly after 11 am. The linen was smelly and smelled like dirty socks and if someone just puked there in bed and it wasn’t cleaned up properly.

Food at the Restaurant was delicious!

The hotel was just as beautiful in person as it was in the photos! The hotel was clean and simply appointed (in suite coffee maker, breakfast not included). I loved that there was no carpet in the rooms which adds to the feeling of cleanliness. The hotel was conveniently located within minutes of the airport.

We were in town for a wedding, this hotel was in great proximity to the Apollo convention center/banquettes. Our room was clean, the hotel was very clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. Good price. Couldn’t have wanted anything more. Love the little market in the lobby, I had a migraine and was able to grab a bottle of Coke, thankfully they had this in the case.

Front desk lady is awesome. Perfume is too strong though in the lobby which can be bad for those with allergies. The rooms are nice and comfy, bed is little crush but overall would love to stay here again.

Mostly all good but be aware that Toronto traffic is horrendous and it will likely take an hour or more to get downtown. The bar and restaurant both close at 10p so don't plan on getting a beverage after 10p. Hotel staff are excellent. Comfortable and well appointed rooms.
