Enjoyed my stay … room was excellent, spacious & modern

Lovely place to stay. We got upgraded. Only issue with property is it has 2 washing machines but only 1 dryer. But also can't use at night as laundry closes at 7pm.

Parking space is quite tight. There are some spots I wanted to avoid parking as it would be difficult to get in and out when parking is full. Aircon needs cleaning as the air smells bad. HOWEVER! Every time I stay in Hamilton from now on, I will only stay here. Above is the only improvement I can think of. Room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. If you want to spend long time in your hotel room, this is definitely the one.

Very comfortable. Bed was great and recliner chairs are excellent. Very rare to get comfortable seats in a motel or hotel.

The hotel crew were very friendly and helpful. After traveling from overseas and being tired, I was able to check in a bit early and found the room very clean and accommodating! The food they offer is delicious and prepared with expertise!

Good Stay

Good sized room with a balcony. Room was in a great condition and i had a good stay.

The hosts at BK's Premier Hamilton are incredibly warm, welcoming and helpful. We enjoyed our stay and will be back again when next staying over in Hamilton. Spacious, clean, fresh and even has a small functional gym. Really convenient to all of the Hamilton attractions.

Very new, fresh and clean with so many extra touches. Hosts were friendly abd pokite and tge bed was perfect. Highly recommended!!

Very clean and spacious, big tv which hubby was happy about. Walking distance to waikato hospital. Good price for what was provided. Will definitely stay here again.

Wet Carpets and foul odors.

Room had a blend of odors. Walked into the room to the smell of mildew mixed with a bizarre smell coming from the air conditioner. Then realized there was a puddle of liquid in the carpet when i walked over to get in bed that was so sopped into the carpet it made my sock fully wet. Since check in closes at 7pm, no one is there to do anything about it after that time. Alerted the staff upon checkout for them to just say “Oh Sorry”. No offer to make up for it or refund offered.

Excellent property and staff, recliner chairs were amazing and perfect for post operative stay.

Great location.

Really large room with king size bed and 2 recliner chairs and 2 kitchen chairs. Massive TV-pity only local NZ channels available. Very comfortable bed, large bathroom with all amenities, kitchenette is adequate -(hot plate, no oven), quiet at night and good night blockout curtains. Location great for our needs- near gardens and south to the caves and west to Tauranga. Need a car. Hosts very helpful. Self laundry available.

We were very happy with the room. It was clean and tidy and a good size. We were on the ground floor and the guest in the room above were very noisy.

Chose this hotel because of the ratings/reviews - they were all correct. Owners were friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and very clean. Only negative was that we could hear the noise from outside but other than that it was very good. Enjoyed our stay.

Tidy & clean & convenient

Great location and staff were nice and helpful. Only negative was the noise coming from next room as we could hear the spa motor noise and kids but otherwise was clean and modern. Will stay again.

Fresh clean & spacious, manager was very helpful and close to Waikato hospital which we required.

Room and amenities were great, motel itself was very quiet, clean and super comfortable. Decent amount of road noise and was woken by people on the sidewalk talking under the window. Great location and owners were very friendly. Travelled with my toddler who LOVED it. Would stay again!

We arrived to a very grumpy older lady at the desk, who seemed to want to argue???? Not sure why?? It was a shame as it made our night feel awkward and not welcoming, such a difference that a smiling face, on arrival, can make. The room was clean and comfortable. Later we encountered a husband, who was polite but not friendly. Even after a thanked them and said that I loved the spa bath and how nice the lazy boys in our room were. No smile could be managed or even a thank you????!!!! It is a shame. Wont go there again

Second time in 2 weeks staying here this time with the family with young kids. Perfect room layout with the seperate room and the main bed in the lounge slows mum and dad to not have to go to sleep when they do. Only minor things that we noticed; they did have a sign for the bathroom tiles being slippery when wet but this room was really slippery almost like there was a coating on them that made it worse, the previous room I didn’t notice the same. Make sure you time your showers as if lots of rooms are showering at once the showers can fluctuate in temp pretty drastically. Nothing major and would stay again if needing to be close to the hospital.

Stayed for one night. Greeted by friendly staff at reception. Very clean and met all our needs. Had a great meal from Ricks Roast Kitchen just a few minutes walk away

Loved our stay. Maree & Grant were great and friendly owners. Made us feel super welcome. The rooms are large and modern with all the facilities that you could hope for. Easy parking and excellent location very close to the hospital. Will definitely stay again.

The location of the property wasn't great. You had to drive everywhere for dining options, not great after driving all day

Comfortable stay in a spacious unit. What could have been better? The shower water pressure could have been stronger. Likewise the bathroom ventilation could have been better; after someone used the toilet, it took a while for the bathroom to smell and feel fresh.

Well run establishment, the owners were really helpful, spending 4 weeks in NZ, this is about the best accomodation we've had.

Motel is on a very busy road and has a lot of road noise all night long. Loved the recliners.

Clean and friendly

Great Place to Stay!

So glad we stayed at this Motel! Office Staff were friendly and helpful. Let us check in early and leave our bag at their office. Later when we arrived back, the staff had put our bag in our room for our convenience. The room was modern and spacious. The bathroom was great and the bed was comfy. We only stayed one night, but will definately stay there again.

Comfortable and clean, great space for families

No elevator

We had big suitcases, but there is no elevator so that we needed to carry them up stairs by ourselves with radder.

Great option for family to stay at while loved ones in hospital. Situation means you can walk over to Waikato or Braemar and not have the troubles of finding parking. Although on a busy road, the rooms are super quietly soundproofed. Little extras like the robes make you feel special. They know you are possibly worried and things are fluid with medical issues being the reason you are in Hamilton so are flexible and compassionate and on hand to give personal service.

The room was very comfortable, clean and spacious. The hosts Marie and Grant were absolutely amazing. Very friendly, great recommendation for dining out and went over and above to help us. Highly recommend

Large clean room. Lovely, friendly staff with great recommendations. Really enjoyed the large spa. Bed and lazy boy chairs were very very comfy. Some reviews mention the noise of the road but I am a light sleeper and I didn’t find it a problem at all. I would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely Brilliant

It was a pleasure to stay at the BK motel Hamilton. Everything about the stay was exceptional, the cleanliness, sharpness of the decor, the attention to detail on change of bedding daily as well as friendly hosts, who should be commended for going the extra mile to accommodate our family during hospital visits, which was nearby.

Clean nice place.

There was some netball tournament on so motel was full of teenage girls who were so loud, yelling and screaming, laughing and banging on each others doors all hours of the night. So loud we couldn’t sleep. Would have thought those girls would have been told to be quiet as other paying customers trying to sleep but unfortunately not
