Billing was confusing

Worth a visit

Lovely and beautiful hotel. The rule of not bringing your own food and drink except water into the room without a fine is a bit much but easily ignored. Parking is a challenge but its the Philippines.

Amazing staff in a quiet location within walking distance of Alona Beach, comfortable rooms, free shuttle into town but easily walkable. We highly recommend a stay here. Thank you

We like the hotel very much, they arranged transport for us and sightseeing and it works very well up to our expectations. We also appreciate the very kind and helpful lady during our check-in. What worked very badly was check-out. Unavailability to pay by card and incapability to bring any other options in place..., we almost missed our boat to Cebu because of it.., we guaranteed our booking with our credit card, booked through Expedia, so we have never imagined it could be a problem to take money from our card or tell us during check-out that cash only and we would prepare the cash. Finally, we offered a couple of solutions and someone from the staff went with us to the ATM to collect the money. We were very upset and super stressed, hopefully, the hotel will take something from it as we didn't appreciate this stressful experience. during our honeymoon.

The staff was amazing, their awesome attitudes, hospitality, and attention to detail was captivating. I actually went to the manager Sheila and asked if they had an engagement package? Not only did she and the staff put together what will go down as one of the best nights of our lives, but they did it in a matter of hours. I highly recommend birds of paradise and it's staff.

Great little hidden getaway

This small hotel is tucked away just a quick ride from the beach and nightlife. It is perfect if you want a quiet retreat after a day at the beach or on tours. Wonderful pool, nice bar. I wish they food at the bar in the afternoon. They provide a free shuttle to the beach and shops during the day but paying for one at night isn't expensive. It's also only about 15 minute walk. Very nice place to stay.

Great property in a decent location! Nice layout and spacious rooms. Staff were great and transport readily available.

Amazing property. It's tucked inside the town but it feels like its own paradise because of the architecture and layout of the hotel. They also provide a shuttle to the main town, which is also about a 10-15 min walk. And they can take you to the airport for 200pesos in a tuktuk which is a pretty good deal (they're also close to the airport). The wifi was pretty good, the air conditioner works really well that I actually had to turn mine off cause it is really cold haha. Pleasant staff. Great breakfast. Would definitely stay here again.

The path to the Hotel needs to be paved. Muddy, uneven and too narrow in places.

Very nice stay, 2 nights with wife and 2 y/o daughter. The staff is fantastic in every way. Room was excellent, clean, spacious, comfortable. The pool is exceptional and the grounds are beautiful, like paradise. Very close to Alona Beach. A hidden gem, highly recommended. We can't wait to return.

“Instagram-worthy photos & a sweet, chill vibe !” I read many comments about this place being perfect and was a bit sceptic about that. But in reality it's as good as people say. Bird of Paradise is the perfect place for a relaxing weekend when you’re looking for premium facilities in a cozy, friendly setting. Food is good, staff is more than competent, and the cocktails are excellent ! Rooms are big and bright, clean and beautiful. Every room has a lounge terrace where you can enjoy yourself. This place is perfect for romantic getaway but also great for a family stay. Bravo, BOP, we’ll be back soon !

가족들이 여행하기 너무 좋은 곳입니다 편안하고 조용해서 휴양하기 정말 좋았고 이곳에서 제공하는 다양한 서비스 잘 이용했습니다 아침 식사도 깔끔하고 맛있었고 다양한 요청도 다 들어주셔서 기분 좋았습니다 포장도 가능해서 외부 투어 일정에도 배가 고픈 일이 없었습니다 공항에서 호텔간 제공되는 셔틀도 편안했고 알로나비치와 호텔간 툭툭서비스도 만족스러웠습니다 이곳의 모든 서비스가 개인의 일정에 맞게 신속하게 준비되어 이용하기 편리했고 룸 클린 서비스도 친절하고 깨끗했습니다 다만 자연 친화적인 공간으로 모기가 좀 있으니 모기약을 준비하시면 좋을 것 같습니다. 준비하지 못했더라도 안내 데스크에서 사용 가능하니 불편하지 않으실 것 입니다. 저는 보홀에 다시 온다면 이곳을 또 이용할 예정입니다. 편안히 쉬고 갑니다. 감사합니다.

Panglao en couple

Hôtel assez sympathique , bien situé, cadre agréable, staff sympa et arrangeant . La piscine et le bar sont idéals pour se détendre . Les seuls bémols : la douche . Un jour sans eau chaude , et le reste du séjour soit de l’eau bouillante soit froide . Et pas de débit . Et le réseau wifi n’est pas au niveau d’autres établissements philippins . L’établissement propose une navette bien utile car le chemin d’accès est un peu sombre et rocailleux . Un établissement sympa au final

친절하지만 철저하진 않은 직원들. 깨끗하지만 벌레가 많은 컨디션. 알로나비치까지 생각보다 멀고, 무료 이동은 최소 30분 이상 걸리므로 재방문 의사는 없음

Sehr schönes kleines Hotel. Sehr schöner Pool. Wunderbare Zimmer. Bett sehr bequem. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Shuttle (Tuktuk) steht zur Verfügung und ist top. Super Fahrer. Frühstück war inkludiert und sehr lecker.

員工都很友善，白天有提供免費接駁去鄰近的阿羅納海灘，房間的氛圍跟裝潢很舒服，早餐也很棒，在這裡的兩天很開心，住的很舒服，非常喜歡！

Super tolle Unterkunft ! Manager spricht deutsch und ist sehr nett. Zimmer wunderbar komfortabel und ruhig. Wir kommen garantiert mal wieder und können diese Oase zu 100 % weiter empfehlen.

Quasi parfait

Magnifique hôtel, tout neuf. Chambres, espace extérieur et piscines superbes. Staff nickel. Seuls bémols : restauration très bof, resto snack à éviter et les baies vitrés des chambres au soleil l’aprem chauffent trop fortement les chambres malgré rideaux et clim... Malgré tout, le meilleur hôtel de notre séjour
