The staff was lovely the hotel is eco friendly. Big healthy breakfast with zero waste and yoga classes that were free. 2 blocks from beach.

My family had a very comfortable and relaxing 7 night stay at the Bio Boutique hotel. It is in a very safe and convenient location to the beach, main street for restaurant & shops and to a stop for the Metromare. The staff were all very friendly and attentive during our stay. We would definitely stay again!!

Hotel closed for refurbishment!?!

I’ve used hotels.com for many years. This is the first hotel I have been to which hotels.com accepted the booking and took the money but when you get there it’s actually closed for refurbishment. We had traveled all day only to find it closed when we got there in the evening. The staff did make contact but stated that we the customer should be phoning first to check if the hotel is still operating. How hotels.com and every other travel site in the world works is that every hotel on the search results is bookable otherwise why would it be on the search page. So assuming every hotel listed is actually open then you never need to phone the hotel to check are they open for business. The entire point of the website is to make it easy to book. If the hotel is closed all the hotel manager needs to do is login as admin on hotels.com for their hotel and simply remove it from the search. This would mean you’d have no customers which will find your hotel closed. Not sure why the hotel thinks the customer needs to phone and check every hotel they book is still operating after making the booking. Sorry for the bad review but if it was so easy to avoid this issue I would not be complaining. Please login to hotels.com and remove your listing so no other customer finds you closed and also to avoid further bad reviews.

In all honesty, due to a system hiccup, they couldn’t host us as they hadn’t yet reopened after the Covid 19 quarantine period. They placed us into Hotel Villa Adriatica’s care (sister companies I believe). As we didn’t actually stay at Ambienthotels Peru, I can’t rate it. I’ll simply say that the receptionist (Daniela) took care of us with the utmost of professionalism and award winning service, sharing not only info to/from the other hotel, but also getting us the room for the same price. If the rooms, ambiance, food and location of Ambienthotels Peru is the same as their front desk service, they deserve full marks across the board.

Don't waste your money

Disappointing experience from the minute I walked in. Old hotel, old room, bathroom horrible. There is no shower. They call a shower a shower curtain placed by the bathroom door as you walk in so you shower between the door-sink-toilet in a very small place. The room door also has some curtain on it. Worse hotel I've ever been to but paid the highest amount while in Italy. I stayed at 3 other very nice and modern 4 star hotels in Rome and Venice but the 3 star in Rimini was the most expensive and offered horrible conditions. Don't recommend it to anyone.

I never leave reviews, but I have to say that this is a wonderful hotel. The deluxe room was lovely, stylish and always spotlessly clean. But the staff were the best for me. Friendly, happy, attentive and polite. Nothing was too much for them. Thank you for a great stay.

Ritornerò in questo albergo. Abbiamo trovato finalmente un posto in cui per colazione hanno cibi biologici. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, personale molto gentile e disponibile, ci hanno dato la possibilità di usufruire di un angolo cottura per preparare la cena per il mio bimbo di pochi mesi! Super friendly staff, great breakfast, small room

We stayed at Bio Boutique Hotel Xù in Rimini for 17 days. We had a Deluxe Family Room, which was very nice and super clean. The staff were incredibly kind and friendly. They couldn’t have been better. I’d like to highlight the excellent and healthy breakfast. The breakfast staff were extremely efficient at keeping everything tidy and well-stocked. The only downside was that popular items tended to run out when some guests were a bit too greedy. The hotel is in a great location with many good restaurants around and the Metromare station just down the road. It’s easy to get around. I also want to mention that the hotel offers free bike rentals, which was fantastic. I just wish they made it a bit more user-friendly. They could have provided combination locks on the main locks and tidied up and improved the bike area. The rooms, however, were a bit of a letdown. We felt misled by the photos. They were too small for a family, and the balcony was too tiny with not enough chairs or drying space for everyone. When you have kids, you spend more time in the room. The door design without a bottom threshold made it very noisy, and you could hear everything happening in the hallway, which was a bit annoying. In summary, I can highly recommend this hotel for 1-2 people. For a family, I would consider something else unless it’s for a very short stay.

Wir waren rundum zufrieden. Ein sehr schönes, sauberes und modernes Hotel mit einem super freundlichen Personal. Das Hotel hat eine gute, ruhige Lage. Man ist in 5 Minuten zu Fuß am Strand und an der Promenade mit allen Geschäften, Bars, Restaurants etc. Frühstück war sehr gut. Große Auswahl. Parkplätze gibt es direkt vor dem Hotel (muss man vorher reservieren für 10€ am Tag). Wenn diese alle vermietet sind, gibt es weitere Parkplätze außerhalb auch für 10€ pro Tag. Wir hatten Glück und hatten noch einen freien Parkplatz direkt vorm Hotel bekommen. Wir kommen wieder!

You dont need to look further if you want to experience Rimini as pleasantly as possible. Good breakfast, cozy decoration, always clean, perfect location in a quiet street, but still close to everything. What else you need? That being said, core of the hotel is exceptional staff. They are genuinely very nice and helpful. Its something what i will never forget. Thank you!

Tolles Hotel. -Sehr saubere Zimmer insbesondere das Bad. -Das Frühstück ist zwar klein aber hervorragende Auswahl zb. Kuchen glutenfrei und Sojajoghurt. -3 min Fußweg zum Strand - sehr freundliches Personal - etwas unscheinbar von außen, nichtsdestotrotz ein sauberes neues und stylisch eingerichtetes Hotel.

La struttura non segnala che vi sono dei lavori in corso. Ponteggio su tutte le facciate, i balconi non sono utilizzabili. Hanno mandato una comunicazione solo quando la prenotazione non era più annullabile. Il personale è cortese.

Un sorriso vale tantissimo. Essere accolti da una persona solare fa sempre piacere. In pochissimi minuti mi ha spiegato tutto quello che c'era da sapere, anche la possibilità di riempire la borraccia alla fontanella BIO. La stanza era comodissima con un balcone a disposizione oltre allo stendi biancheria. Ambiente molto accogliente e pulito. Top. Tornerò sicuramente

Bello ma stanze piccole

Struttura nuova e ben tenuta, personale molto cordiale e professionale, colazione varia e con ottimi prodotti, uniche note stonate: 1) abbiamo preso una quadrupla deluxe, la stanza era piccolissima, credo 15mq decisamente troppo piccola per 4 persone, consiglierei all’hotel di indicare in anticipo la metratura delle camere. 2) il parcheggio, l’hotel dispone di posti auto distribuiti nel circondario dove nei periodi di grande affluenza le macchine vengono messe “a tappo” con la necessità quindi di lasciare le chiavi delle macchine che bloccano il passaggio

Ottima loc nel cuore di Rimini. Sono venuto per lavoro assieme ai miei colleghi per il Beer Attraction. Lo staff ci ha riservato un ottima camera. Speriamo di trovarla nuovamente libera per il prossimo anno. A presto.

Volevo passare un weekend con mio figlio di 13 anni a Rimini. Di solito non faccio recensioni perché ritengo che le opinioni siano molto personali. Ma qui mi sono trovato veramente bene, siamo stati accolti con molta disponibilità e gentilezza, la camera molto carina e pulita, materasso alto e comodo, e la colazione TOP. Ci torneremo di sicuro. Piccola pecca, la vista dalla nostra camera.

Ansich ein schönes Hotel in der Nähe vom Meer( 4 Minuten zu Fuss) Das Personal ist freundlich und das Frühstück ist absolut ok. Ich bin nach 2 gebuchten Nächten am nächsten morgen wieder vorzeitig abgereist. Ich habe ein Deluxe Zimmer in der schlechtesten Lage bekommen. Neben dem Lift und auf der 1 Etage direkt über der Küche.An Schlaf war leider nicht zu denken ( vielleicht 2 bis 3 Stunden. Es war ein ständiger und knallender Lärm. Morgens um 6 kam dann das Personal und man hatte das Gefühl über einer Bahnhofshalle zu liegen.Ich war enttäuscht von so einer schlechten Lage, weil das Zimmer und die Sauberkeit absolut gut waren. Am nächsten morgen wurde mir ein neues Zimmer angeboten. Ich war aber zu müde und enttäuscht und hatte kein Vertrauen mehr. Ich habe dann auf das verlorene Geld verzichtet und habe ein anderes Hotel gebucht. Am besten beim Checkin auf die 1 Etage verzichten und ablehne ( habe ich auch versucht) In der 2 Etage und höher ist es sicher ein gutes Hotel.Schade, wurde meine bitte beim Check in von einer höheren Etage nicht berücksichtigt (habe es irgendwie gespürt) All die Kritik bezieht sich auf die Aussage Deluxe Zimmer, schlechte Lage, hellhörig und absolut in schlechter Lage. Alles andere ist wunderbar. Aber die Horrernacht war die schlimmste der letzten 10 Jahre )-:

Hôtel sympa pas trop cher

Le personnel est serviable et à l'écoute. Le petit déjeuner est très bon, varié et copieux. Nous avons aussi bien apprécié les vélos mis gratuitement à la disposition des clients. La visite de Rimini est bien facilitée et agréable. Un gain de temps non négligeable. Nous avons aussi aimé la vue depuis le 4ème étage. Cela nous a incité de prolonger de 2 nuits notre sejour. Bravo au personnel, on reviendra.

Superbe expérience

Belle chambre avec petit balcon, personnel attentionné, déjeuner appétissant pour un prix abordable. La plage est littéralement au coin de la rue. Et il y a plusieurs services tels les vélos que nous aurions utilisés avoir eu plus de temps. Je recommande sans hésiter!

Niente da invidiare a tanti 4 stelle della riviera romagnola, ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Unico appunto sulla colazione che se come pubblicizzato è fino a mezzogiorno deve offrire tutto fino a quell’ora e non andare ad esaurimento. La prima mattina alle 11 era rimasto poco.

Super nettes und sehr freundliches Personal. Überall bekommt man ein Lächeln geschenkt. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön eingerichtet und werden jeden Tag gereinigt. Alle Wünsche werden erfüllt. Fahrräder ausleihen und viele anderen Extras sind kostenlos. Auch die Hunde werden super nett empfangen 😊und sind herzlich willkommen. Frühstück ist super lecker. Hier kann man toll Urlaub machen ❤️.

Riktigt bra hotell

Ett jättemysig hotell. Tog deluxe-rum vilket var helt nyrenoverat och fräscht. Personalen var outstanding och bra frukost för att vara i Italien (är svensk så då är man van vid mer salt frukost). Fanns ägg och bacon och bra smörgåsar mm. Nära stranden med bra utbud på stränder att boka sig på till rabatterat pris.

Ecco la sintesi di questo spettacolare hotel, che ti fa sentire coccolato come in un albergo di lusso. La sorpresa che ci hanno riservato per il nostro anniversario di matrimonio, poi, è stata la ciliegina sulla torta: petali di rosa ovunque nella stanza, con lumini rossi, spumante, frutta fresca, cornice per foto ricordo. Insomma, che dire? Questi ragazzi meritano di essere i miei preferiti! GRAZIE!

Lugnt område och bra hotell.

Vi trivdes väldigt bra på detta hotell. Det låg avsides från värsta turiststråken, så det var lugnt på kvällarna men ändå bara 5 min till stranden och till restauranger och turistgatan. Frukosten var god med lokala inköp, personalen var otroligt gulliga och hjälpsamma. Vi fick byta rum då vi inte var nöjda med grannes barnskrik och det fungerade snabbt och smidigt.

Alle waren sehr,sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Man konnte mit allen Fragen kommen und es wurde sehr engagiert geholfen. Zimmer waren sehr schön und das Frühstück war einsame Spitze!!! Auch sehr schön zum sitzen. Der superschöne, saubere Strand ist nur einen Katzensprung entfernt.

It’s a nice and lovely hotel . The staffs are totally friendly and the environment is clean and comfortable. I will come back again. My two daughters liked this vacation and the stayed in hotel. Die Bewertung bezieht sich auf das Ambienthotel Villa Adriatica, zu dem wir Coronabedingt umgebucht wurden. Das Hotel liegt dicht an der Promenade und ist frisch renoviert. Alles war wirklich in tollem Zustand, das Personal sehr nett und das Zimmer groß und ruhig. Wirklich sehr zu empfehlen

Serveur du petit déjeuner désagréable

Nous avons été obligé de changer de chambre car la première était bouillante la nuit. Personnel de l’accueil sympathique. Mais le personnel du petit-déjeuner et plus particulièrement un jeune grand blond très particulièrement désagréable. En période de covid c’est eux qui vous servent sans port de gants!!! Nous étions vraiment surpris par l’attitude du serveur, alors que nous venons d’un autre hôtel où les serveurs sont sympathiques où on se sert soit même le petit déjeuner avec des gants fournis par l’hôtel. Le petit déjeuner moyen et le serveur fort désagréable. Le reste tout à fait correct.

Hotel blisko plaży, plaża płatna, hotel nie dysponuje prywatną plażą. Czysto, miła i pomocna obsługa. W pobliżu mnóstwo lokali. Na plus śniadanie do 12, można zjeść lekkie śniadanie iść nad morze i przed południem wrócić na drugie śniadanie, odpocząć i znowu nad morze. Plaża 4 minuty piechotą.

Wir waren eine Woche im Hotel Peru und haben es geliebt. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, vor allem Majlinda im Service hat uns begeistert. Strand ist sehr nah, Liegen kosten zwischen 15 und 20€ pro Tag. Ich würde empfehlen die Deluxe Zimmer zu buchen, wir haben uns im unserem Zimmer extrem wohlgefühlt. Sauberkeit wird hier großgeschrieben. Wir werden auf jeden Fall zurückkommen:)

Meidän huoneessamme ilmastointi ei ollut paras mahdollinen, mutta ystävieni huoneessa hyvä.Sijainti erinomainen.Ehdottomasti suosittelen tätä hotellia.
