You will lose the deposit if you book this hotel

The hotel owner is a cheater. They took my deposit at check-in and promised me to refund it at check-out. At the check-out time, I was told they would refund me at a later time afterwards. After I left, I was told no worries and they would transfer me the refund online. When I asked what channel they would use to transfer the fund to me, they stopped responding me. They still hold my deposit without responding to me. Please stay away form this hotel, or you will lose your deposit.

I usually don’t leave reviews so this is a first. It was 3am as I arrived at the apartment. The place was musty as if it hadn’t been cleaned. We checked the beds which did not feel fresh and felt sticky as if the bed sheets and never been washed or changed. The towels provided were really old and used, not something I’d be comfortable to wipe myself. The whole place didn’t seem to be really taken care of but what grossed me out and made me leave immediately was the fact that the water boiler was alive. I had arrived late at night and wanted to make some cup noodles. I opened the lid of the water boiler and immediately wretched, wanting to throw up. There was a disgusting layer of dark brown mucus and some insects inside the boiler. After that I immediately booked another room. How basic is it to provide hot useable water, not even an ounce of decency for guests that are paying to stay.
