Great family holiday! Facilities were excellent - we'll be back for sure.

It is an amazing hotel.

What a great place to stay, the cabin we had was clean, beds were great, kitchen is well supplied. Bus stop is very close. Also within walking distance of restaurants.

Loved the activities for kids

Everything was amazing. The only feedback I could give which I think is quite important is more monitoring of the pool and slides. Kids and adults do such silly things against the rules and I could not see anyone making sure the rules were followed and enforced. It’s a shame this is needed and people can’t just do the right thing. Especially when little kids are in amongst big kids and adults. I was also concerned the park equipment may get broken when you see 4 people going down the slides at 1 time and watch the slide bend a lot! There was a staff meme we that sits under the shade but I’m not sure what their role is supposed to be as they were not watching at all.

My kids and I had a wonderful time, we enjoyed the pools and slides and spent most of our time in the pool. We gave putt putt golf a go which was so much fun and we even tried to play tennis. The kids enjoyed feeding the animals at the animal park also. So much to do that there’s no real need to leave the resort.

Awesome set up, great for kids with plenty of activities and things for them to do.

Lots for the kids to do and the staff were amazing and friendly. The only thing i would say is the lack of food optiona on site was the only negative and you need a car in order to get around with a family.

We had a great stay, well maintained, great service, and lots of activities for the children to do….a vaccum cleaner would be a great idea for the rooms though as there were 8 of us in the cabin and we like clean floors-other then that we enjoyed our stay….thanks

Great place for families to stay as has loads for the kids to do. Cabins well presented and tidy Bus stop right out the front of the resort and shopping centre within close walking distance Highly recommend

Great pools.. kids club was a bit over rated I would find out what activities is before doing it cost$10 per kid and they did drawings on bag

Perfect location to stay with kids! Lots of activities to do, quiet, easy parking. Convenient location as not too far into Airlie beach but lots to do so don’t need to go anywhere.

Great amenities, pool amazing, super friendly staff. Clean accommodation and abundant list of organized activities.

Cute cabins with amasing water pressure. Great place to base ourselves for day trips. My 2 teen boys were enterained with put put wayerslides and bouncing thing. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Oh and the massage place next door travis was a great masseuse for m6 sore shoulders

well appointed and very helpful staff. our cabin was an older style so it did not have any heat but we were provided with extra blankets and a heater.

Had a great time, park is very family friendly and plenty of activities to keep the kids amused.

Such a great place for families. So many activities on site you don’t have to leave. It’s close to Woolies and Bigw. Canine are clean and tidy with everything you need plus more. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating.

Our cabin had everything we needed and more. Great for our families to spend time together with so many things for the kids to do.

Fantastic caravan park. Heaps to do for the kids. Great activities and food vans. Close walk to shopping centre. Really family friendly and plenty of room to run around and ride bikes. Very clean and practical.

Amazing ! The kids loved it.

We have stayed here multiple times and every time somehow it gets better and better. The water slides, the pool, the activities, the animal park. We just love it here. Incredible stay. Staff are incredible, friendly and genuinely enjoy being there. The park is clean, safe and welcoming. Love love love. If I had to offer something constructive I would say parents need to watch their kids better around the park itself and on the water slides. That’s not on the park itself though. 10/10. We absolutely love Big4 Airlie Beach. See you next time.

The park was amazing. The family and i had an amazing time. We even went down the water slides. It was so much fun. The cleaning service was awesome, they went above and beyond with cleaning. Put all of our shoes in a neat line and even after making the beds, they even put my daughters teddies neatly on the bed with even an eye mask on her dinosaur lol 😁 we absolutely loved it and will definitely be back. It was the best place to celebrate my 40th birthday with family and friends. ❤️

Loved our stay. Perfect spot for kids with SO much to do. Staff were ace. Close to the centre of town, shops, dining etc.

The Spa cottage we stayed in was spacious and comfortable. The staff were friendly and always helpful. There were daily activities available for the kids and the best part was the waterpark. The kids had a blast!

Kids loved the pool and slides

Amazing heated pool and the kids loved the slides. Very family friendly. The complementary Tim Tam biscuits were a real surprise. The park was extremely clean and tidy. Can’t wait to visit again.

The property was amazing, the amenties we clane and modern, proberbly having a bbq near the playgrounds would be beneficial so kids can play while adults cook dinner.

I just could not fault any thing about the Big 4 in any way.

Absolutely fabulous in every aspect! Great facilities for adults and kids, 10/10 for cleanliness of rooms and all facilities, staff were friendly, knowledgeable and always helpful. Park layout really good and safe for kids. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

2 Bedroom Spa unit was spacious clean and comfortable. The park features were excellent for whole family, with such a variety of things to do at the park. We will definitely be staying here every vacation! Was fantastic!

What a great holiday we had with our grandchildren. The pool and activities were perfect and so much fun for them. More food options would be great, a dedicated bike and go kart track would be a great addition. Parking outside the park may be an idea for the future as I noted increasing car/ pedestrian conflict.

Loved the facilities available. Perfect spot to go to with children :) Would have liked an aircon in the back bedroom

I can not just pick one thing, all of it was great. My grandchildren had a wonderful time and they where kept so busy they did not have time to annoy me. LOL

Great for families. Teens played tennis and enjoyed the facilities and our 5 year old had the best time on the jumping pillow, swimming pool and feeding the animals. We went in September - pool was heated enough but waterpark water was freezing. There were some unique bird squawking in the night that woke us up a couple of times. Staff were great, facilities clean. Cabin was well equiped, well located and very nice.

The waterpark is great for kids of all ages. Cabins are modern and very clean. The grounds are well maintained.

Amazing place to stay with a family. We spent our entire time at the water park. Our 1.5yo loved it!! Water slides and pools that can be used from babies to adults. Best family friendly place I’ve ever stayed. Restaurants and shops all within walking distance

Fantastic, we will always come back. This is our staycation and it has never let us down. The kids always have a great time. The pool and water park, movies on the grass, playgrounds and mini golf all make for a fun filled stay.

Had everything you need to keep kids entertained. Coffee shop would be nice to have open Sunday morning.

Lots to do for the kids. The Waterslide Park was fantastic.

Our wifi didn’t work and we found the cabin a little outdated and under maintained. All staff were friendly and pleasant though, the water park needs to be heated.

Attractions for kids are first class. Our cabin was clean, simple and well equipped. Great friendly atmosphere throughout the park.

That they did an unplanned maintenance on the water park and closed them for 2 1/2 days in the middle of our 5 day stay, this was the main reason we went here for the slide and our kids.

Great for families with so much to do! We will be back!

Fantastic facilities for kids of all ages. Great swimming pools and water slides. Jumping pillows, basketball and tennis courts were great also. Enjoyed the mini golf situated in a nice shaded area. Equipment for tennis (rackets) and mini golf could be improved as rackets were damaged and in need of replacement.

Clean place and pleasant staff .They organise a lot of things for kids to do .

Absolutely loved it! Short drive into Airlie beach, minutes away from supermarket and cafes. The park itself was amazing, so much to do for the kids and will definitely be returning for our next family holiday.
