Spacious and clean room

Room was spacious, in great condition and massive bed.

Staff was very nice and helpful. Room service was always on time. Definitely would recommend if you plan on staying in the Patong area!

Very good friendly staff and very close to every attraction in patong.

Everything are perfect here and everything very convenient we wish have more time to stay longer , highly recommend to everyone, we will be back with our family

It’s actually very good

Unimpressed

The walk to the room was never ending. Very off putting. Then the walk to the pool was another massive trek, across what looked a bit like a building site to a pool area which didn’t live up to expectations based on the photos. We didn’t even try and use it. It looked unappetising. The room itself was uncomfortably dark. There was a window but it just led to an indoor area so there was very little natural light. Awful. And the ‘balcony’ area was pointless as that, too just looked over an indoor area. Below us in this indoor area there was a Muay Thai training area. Every morning they would be punching, kicking and grunting very loudly and it sounded like people were being tortured downstairs. I would never even consider going back to this hotel and I wish I’d gone for one of the cheaper options. We also asked about a late checkout and they said would charge us 500 baht per hour! So we didn’t bother with that, either.

Great location even not close to airport

1 minute walk to the beach. We extended our stay we liked the location so much. Wouldn’t recommend the morning buffet option with so many great alternatives. Will likely stay again when we return.

Pictures are very outdated. Pool and pool area was below average, had a cheap rout 66 motel vibe about it. Nice rooms close to the beach. That's about it really.

Top bar was very small and only open till 7pm,no restaurant for dinner breakfast too expensive and my room view sucked !!! roof and ac units. But the bed was great and the people very nice .

Paid extra for upgraded room. Got a room above construction of new gym. jack hammering, hammers and grinding. Asked unhelpful uninterested desk staff for another room. Unlucky for them I speak Thai and understood everything they said about me. Offered me another room further away on property with single beds. Do not stay at this hotel Noisy and very rude staff that should try another career.

This property was only ok and you could do better for similar money. The room I stayed in was very dark with almost no natural light or opportunity for ventilation. It was also right above a food/drinks market and was very noisy at night until quite late at night. The room cleaning staff were lovely however and the location is convenient.

Very good service at the beyond and the staff are extremely helpful. The pool area is really nice with a great view. A very good location and 2 min walk to the beach, 5 -10min walk to bangla road and lots of food places nearby.

Beautiful property and accommodations. Staff was friendly and efficient. Excellent location right across from shopping, restaurants/bars, and a few minutes walk from beautiful Patong Beach. I’m looking forward to having a longer stay there on my next visit to Thailand 😊

Only one rooftop pool was open, the pool with the seating circles was closed and appears to be in need of major renovations. Room was clean and bed was extra large and comfy.

At first I was impressed with the size and range of facilities of Beyond Patong ,reception was very good , tbe room size and style was good BUT , the view from the balcony was of a work site or dump of rubbish , no hot water just like warm ,the tap was hanging on for dear life in the bathroom , the air con was not working and they had to be called out three times , we were locked out of our room as the card did not work and they gave the impression it was our fault only to find out the battery had failed for the door we waited 30 minutes to get in our room In the heat of the day , and breakfast was full and forgetful , but the staff were lovely and always greeted us with a smile ,-‘also security seemed to be the last thing on anyone’s mind as anyone could follow you up to your room via the stairs ... and finally it just looked grubby in general ... we changed hotels just up the road which was 100% and cheaper

When we checked-in the room was not ready, and staff was not pleasant and didn’t greet us. Food is terrible and has very poor service. My family been to hotel in Bangkok and Chiang Mai and they provide excellent service, this hotel is the worse you hear people walking and talking in the hallway the middle at 2am. Also, there was the smell of someone smoking which seeped into our room l, we hear a couple next door and baby crying at 12am-2am.We stayed there for 4 nights and it was so loud. I would not recommend this hotel and would not come back.

To noisy during construction and lazy staff in restaurant

The staff were super friendly, the property was in an excellent location so we decided to extend our stay another three days. Seconds to the beach and steps to food vendors. Massage across the street as well as 7-Eleven. Scooter rental right outside the property. Nice pool. One of the nicest properties on Patong Beach.

Pool was shallow and pointless with dreadful music drowning out any peace. Stairs are a rabbit warren making you walk all over the place to get to the room. Breakfast was very poor. A lot of choice of badly cooked food crawling with insects. Waited an age for coffee. Room was a strange design with an island sink under poor lighting etc

I liked that the property was so handy to everything. I didn’t like the design of the hotel .. concrete jungle and so far to walk to get to some rooms.

Strange layout of hotel. Noisy guests. Best around

The hotel is near to the beach so that is a plus. The pool, when you look straight across, looks wonderful with the backdrop of the sea. Look down and the sight is not so pretty. Just don't look down! It felt like being on a ship with portholes in the room and on the balcony. The sloping gangways to the rooms also gave this impression. The rooms are comfortable, but cleaners take no notice of the "clean my room" sign. We came back at 5:30 pm one day and it still wasn't done. The noise. From the road (apart from the singer!) Is mostly blocked out, but the room door is not soundproofed. Noisy! Breakfast is adequate. You can ask for bacon.There is plenty of Chinese food and a variety of breads. To get to the breakfast, its quite a walk out of the main part of the hotel and along a walkway. This walkway comes alive at night- many food stalls- all showing prices and the food you will get. Downside -chap singing, full blast. The way the hotel is designed, his voice just blasts through- upwards ti your rooms. We ate by the pool a few times, the food was ok. Here the service was good. We bought tickets to shows opposite the hotel. Good service! We got a taxi from the airport which was around 600 baht. Be aware, the taxi driver stops at a place where he allows people to come out and sell you day trips and shows. We declined and did this once we got to Patong. The ladies at the desk are lovely, the man was a bit brisk. The hotel is mainly made up of Chinese and Russian tourists.

The place looks very clean overall. It says is a4 start hotel but feels more like a 3. The rooms have a smell. When it rains all the water gets in the hallways. However, staff offered a good service and the location is very short to the beach.

This hotel far exceeded expectation. Staff are friendly,speak English and helpful. The area is excellent. Close to beach about 1 min walk and there are plenty of food places locally. We ate at a restaurant called 3 spices- for Thai food. Literally neighbouring the hotel. And also an Indian restaurant called sultans- food was just like what you would find in the UK. I cannot recommend this hotel enough. Such a beautiful place to see and stay. We were even upgraded to stay at it’s sister hotel in another (kata beach) area for a couple of nights.

Outstanding

Absolutely stunning couldn't fault the hotel in anyway in fact they couldn't do enough for us if you like keeping fit like me then I suggest you try the Thai boxing incredible instructor try it once I loved it and continue to do it in the UK would reccomed this hotel for all types of people couples family's everyone 😊

Great hotel across the beach

The hotel is relatively new. The location is excellent. Close to main road . It has Ltd own food court and nite market. The negative thing is that they do not make the room till 4 pm even then T had to call the front desk. Rest of the staff are excellent

Everything about this hotel was extraordinary but most endearing was the extra care and warmth extended by Ms Wimonnat and her team of dedicated staff. She even made arrangements to surprise me with a birthday cake sent to my room based on my passport details. Hotel is conveniently located near the beach and rows of spas and food centres. Will definitely return for more days in future and recommend this place to all. Thank you for making my short stay at Patong a memorable one 🙂

We only stayed there 3 nights. The room was not properly cleaned. Only the bed was made and a stack of new towels was placed near the sink.

Polite Staff standby at lobby to greet. As im celebrating my anniversary with boy friend, they have prep the room with honeymoon decoration which makes me feel warm and yes we had good stay at Beyond

Great location as the property is across the street from the main beach. Roof top pool overlooks the beach. Close to all amenities and restaurants. Would have given a 5 out of 5 rating but you can hear some noise from outside the room and this can be a little disturbing if you want to sleep in .

Great hotel

Stayed here for 5 days great hotel - was upgraded at check in - great location walking distance to everything, beech only a two minute walk everything you need is on your door step - very clean and tidy hotel rooms made everyday - breakfast in the morning was more than what you need - would definitely stay here again and recommend.

Great Hotel Accommodation

Beyond Patong is a new hotel in the area. It’s in a great location. Righ across from Patong Beach, a market, souvenir shops, the night market (street food), and stands to book tours/taxis. The room was very modern, clean, and comfortable. The staff was super fr Indy and professional. I would definitely stay here again.

Nice hotel, great location!

The hotel was great, and we loved all the food stalls and such on the first floor, and also the proximity to the beach! The staff was super friendly and helpful, they even showed us to our room and how everything worked when we checked in. The breakfast buffet was fabulous. Our only complaint is the constant change in water pressure/temp in the shower.

Swim towels placed inside room is new and clean with good bright colours. Room towels and small face towels are quite worn out. Coffee tea should be of better qualities. Tv has good choice of English channels. Good size swiiming pool

Modern clean hotel next to the beach !!

My experience has been nothing but wow stayed there for 4days in this hotel for a surprise proposal to my gf and after they known about it they were so helpful ^_^

Perfect location

The location is perfect, a lot of massage shops and one 7-11 in the opposit, walking distance to pub street in 10mins. The room is specious. I enjoyed the stay so much.

The property was ideally located.. it’s actually, across the street from the beach...I have mobility issues, and can’t walk very far ( amputee), and the complex has access to food stalls right outside of the hotel..

At the day we check in 2 rooms, 1 room electric not working, we have to wait 1hour more, then they dont support us anything untill we request change room. But we have to take all lugguge from the old room to the receiption- no one have us . And 2 new room dont have toothpaste also. Check in time very slow althought dont have too much pasenger. I never come back here . So terible.

Clean Room - weird layout

Room was nice and clean, but laid out funky. The bathroom sink is in the middle of room like an island. Room was dark - only one small window with a very enclosed "balcony". Rooftop pool was the best part!

Nice location. Have food shop, night market and massage shop nearby. Good breakfast. However, sometimes the towel were smelly in bad taste.

Good stay but needs improvement

An Ocean concept building newly built for 8 years that linked with different blocks together which is quite unique.  In between buildings, you can see dolphins hanging on the top and other sea related decorations surround buildings. Breakfast is very good with many foods provided.  Swimming pool water is a bit dirty.  Improvement is needed to filter out those dirt inside the pool water.  There is no fitness centre inside. I stayed in block 6.  Acess to restaurant and swimming pool was inconvenience. Suggest to have a small pathway connected from block 6 to restaurant pool building for direct access. For room inside, I choose Deluxe King room.  The room is huge with a big bath tub inside.  Decoration is modern.  However, there are drawbacks that need to be improved.  1) Curtains not fully hide the sunlight.  Those little sunlight penetrates into the room still disturb my sleep.  2) Only one mirror behind the TV which is not covenient for my shaving or girls make up.  Suggest to add small mirror hanged up from the basin. Overall, it's a good hotel and the price worth it.  I will stay again in my next visit to Phuket.

Very close to the beach and to Bangla road yet not so close to the late night craziness.. family friendly amazing roof pool with a great view. Very clean and breakfast was delicious but needs more varieties in food.. The design is really cool.. will definetly come again

Nice hotel, big room, except, with no view. the ajoining door between rooms should be sound proof. Location of hotel is superb!, very convinence, close to everything within 15 mins walking distance. will stay in this hotel again when in Phuket the next time.

Staff slow. Checked me in to a room that was already occupied (walked in on some people!) Served warm beer at the pool. When I mentioned it.... They brought be a mug of ice!

Yes it was very plesant, things were not left in the room that were needed i.e. toilet rollls, but over all nice hotel

New clean hotel at very good location

A new hotel that is clean and at a very good location. Close to beach and central Patong area with Mart and food just below the hotel. Even though the street below was busy, I did not hear the noise from my room on the 2nd floor. Breakfast was also good with a wide spread of food.

Hotel enviroment

It was very convenient . Friendly staff fast check in. Just that the hotel walk way from lift towards room are dark . It will be good if the lightening is brighter. Overall its a pleasant stay.

If you want to be in the thick of Patong stay here

The hotel is in the heart of busy Patong. It’s great as you’re near a ton of food options. But it is not so great for a quiet night of sleep. We had to wear earplugs at night. The room is well designed and has plenty of space. The pool area is smaller than it looks in the photos but we were always able to get chairs so it wasn’t a problem. The beach is very close by. All in all we were happy with our stay it was just a bit livelier than we anticipated.

modern hotel

If you are wanting a authentic thai place to stay this is perhaps not the place for you. Rooms nice and modern with large comfortable bed and big shower room. Nice views from rooftop pool. Noise can be heard from reception area at night, phone ringing and hotel guests, so if you are a light sleeper this may cause you aggravation. Cleanliness of room okay but bedsheets not changed in 11 night stay, and bathroom not cleaned regularly which i think was poor considering the amount you pay. (however i'm sure if you asked they would do it). Nice fresh towels, dressing gown , slippers provided. On arrival in the room there was a bad odour from bathrooms which can be quite common in built up areas in Thailand. We booked 2 rooms, the smell was worse in one of them, i informed staff who acted promptly by plunging the loo,smell did get slightly better or we just got used to it! On arrival hotel gave us a free upgrade on 1 room ? if because only 1 person occupying the room. Good location for beach, shopping, and nightlife. Nice hotel but could be better, would definately consider staying in older hotel next time which is a bit more luxurious. Pleasant staff in restaurant but chefs with not the best hand hygiene. Welcoming male staff in hotel lobby who greets you on arrival.

Ultra-rude Counter Staff

Very disappointed with the service provided. Reached early, told that check in only in the afternoon. Came back to hotel 4 hours later (when check-in was allowed), queued for very long as the staff struggled to check in other guests as they do not understand the language of the Chinese guests. Then they tried to give a room type different from what I paid for, when queried junior staff passed matter to a more senior staff who looked totally unfriendly and was frowning when talking to me. Told me that they do not have the room type I booked, told her not acceptable and asked her to process refund. Then she somehow managed to find me the room I booked. I wanted to verify that she was not trying to deceive me with lower priced room type, asked her if the room she was giving me ended with certain number (I managed to take a quick photo if the room configuration when junior staff was checking if the room allocated to me originally was the room type I booked). Senior staff raised her voice and asked rudely how we got a picture of the configuration. Told her how and why I did it but regardless she had no reason to shout. So much for Thai hospitality! Location of hotel is great but service is totally unacceptable!

5 day stay from Jan 11 till Jan 16

A very lively neighborhood, just 5 mins of walk to the beach. The front desk crew very friendly and helpful. I reserved this hotel because their description was saying that they have swimming pool and fitness facilities, but was disappointed to figure out that they have just a pool (1m deep and about 20m length, 2m width) and no fitness center or gym at all. If you have sleeping problems then try to avoid rooms on the second floor (they right above the front desk and lobby) otherwise you’ll hear front desk’s phone rings and talk of drunk customers who are chilling in the lobby all the night. The deluxe room I’ve booked was spacious and pretty clean, but amenity set they provide in the room can be improved (no hair brush, no shoe horn etc) or you just buy everything you need in 7-Eleven which is just 30 steps away from the hotel. The hotel is very new and they’re still doing some construction works which I guess will be finished by the end of this year. Coffee shop, food market street, Murphy’s Pub an BoardRiders place are very close to the hotel as well as Paradise complex.

Brand new hotel located across the street from the beach. A 2 minute walk. Room was clean and spacious. A little night street market outside. For the most part everything was great. There is no room service in this hotel and someone should explain to them the difference between meat and fish.
