Hotel was an excellent location , quiet, and the breakfast was excellent

Close to arena - hockey for all. The room king suite was a great layout and very clean. Staff were friendly and accommodating for an early check in. Breakfast was excellent.

Nice clean hotel

Great breakfast. Pool was fun but the bathroom at the pool was quite dirty. Only other complaint we have is the kids running around the elevator area and keeping our kids awake. (Our room was right by the elevator) Otherwise a great stay!

The pool was the highlight of our trip. My kids loved the pool and so did I. It was warm not Like other pools.

Room stinks like cat urine and there was garbage on the floor when I entered the room.

Very clean hotel, friendly staff, BUT the rooms are not soundproof so we heard everything from the room above us until 4 in the morning. Was not fun.

We took our family and the children all loved the pool area. The lazy river was a treat because we didn't know about it. The slide, pool and hot tub were enjoyed by all. The hot breakfast had variety and was good. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The place was quiet. I would recommend it.

It’s one of mine and my daughter favourite staycation hotel

The room was filthy. Clearly hadn’t been cleaned. Sheets were disgusting, with spots and dog hair. Kitchenette in room dirty and sticky. Front desk staff were rude, dismissive and unresponsive to concerns. The pool had brown foam floating, the hot tub water was yellow/brown. The south west parking lot grass is full of dog crap. Key cards stopped working on multiple occasions. Yellow beetles were spotted in the bathroom several times. I’d recommend NOT staying at this hotel if you value cleanliness.

It was a great hotel, friendly staff. The one room we had had laminate flooring which was a really nice change!

Check in was quick. Front desk staff were very friendly. Our room was huge! Breakfast was great! We didn’t use the pool but it was busy. Overall excellent stay here. Would highly recommend this property to friends and family.

Very friendly, very clean, easy to find, would definitely stay again if ever back that way.

Handy location when you have an event in the west end of the city. The staff were friendly and check in and out when smoothly. The mattress was terrible for someone with a bad back. They are extremely soft and I just sank into them until everything started to ache so I ended up sleeping on the chair. The breakfast was ample with the typical hot breakfast options.

Very clean. Was able to have a cot delivered to room right after check in. Very quiet. Pool and slide were clean and fun!

Breakffast was very average and they kept running out of items. Very slow to replenish

When we got to our room we noticed the A/C was set really low. The carpet was damp and had a couple spill stains. We noticed a few weevil beetles in the kitchen area, and disposed of them. After turning out the lights and going to bed, I was woken up by something crawling on me.We turned on the lights and the weevils were on the bed, and head board. We cancelled the rest of our stay. We still ended up having to pay for that night. They didn't offer us a thing for putting up with our unwanted house guests.

Right off the the highway which made it convenient for traveling! Dining and gas pumps right in the parking lot!

The location is good

Staff were so nive, it was clean, breakfast was pretty decent, had different things on different days and the pool kept my little one occupied. Worth it.

Close to highway

I liked that the room did not have carpet. I’ve never seen that at a hotel. The lobby had complimentary juice and a hot drink machine where you could choose what drink you wanted it to make. Every area looked new and aesthetically pleasing. Continental breakfast was good and had lots of options. Staff was nice and helpful.

Property is in a great location to the areas we visited. The front desk receptionists and housekeeping were accommodating and helpful. Even though the breakfast area was quite crowded in the mornings, the breakfast attendants were efficient & friendly and kept the breakfast options fully stocked.. We will definitely choose here again when we're back in Winnipeg!

Good complimentary breakfast. Option to go to restaurant across the parking lot. Safe and quiet. Beds are a little hard but ok for one night… side sleeper.

Bad service

It was family and business trip. But only breakfast is not great first day everything with meat and second day egg scramble was in the menu. At 8:30 egg scarmbel were out and service said we do not have more. Kitchen service said breakfast start 6 o clock, you should come early. I told her breakfast timming is 6 to 10 and why we come early.

Large clean and comfortable room. Nice pool, clean pool area with water slide. Excellent breakfast. Quiet at night. Stayed one night. Would stay here again.

Pool and breakfast

The hotel has a good breakfast available with very convenient hours. Items were replaced quickly if they ran out. The pool was fun but on the second day of our stay, I noticed a ring of scum, not staining, around the whole pool. A bit of the water looked discoloured near the overflow drain. Other than that, the hotel itself was very clean. Staff was polite and helpful.

The hotel was clean and well-appointed. Breakfast had many options and was clean and well stocked. The pool had a bit of brownish scum on the top and is a little run down. Good location.

Hotel was nice, clean, did not like the fact the hallways on our floor(2nd) and my daughter's and grandkids floor(3rd) smelled like weed the entire weekend even after telling the front desk about this and even what rooms it was coming from.

Went for breakfast. No eggs or hasbrowns. Lady staff said 2 mins and i waited over 10 mins still nothing. Left. Not impressed.

Everything was fantastic aside from the pot smell constantly in the hallway.

It was excellent. We were in a king accessible room. While not something requested, it was very nice, roomy & comfortable. We didn't manage to use the pool or the fitness facilities but they looked very nice. The breakfast was quite good.

Average Beds ok Breakfast not much of variety.. cereals are the same as 10 years ago…
