A good place to stay. Convenient location

Was good for a quiet last-minute stay, spacious room and easy check-in.

I was given the impression that I was able to get a shuttle to the aiport even though it was very early. 3:20 am. I decided to get the earlier shuttle at 2:40am to avoid any rush. When I got to the front desk I found out they were just calling me a cab because it was before the shuttle started running.!! I could have gotten a little more rest if I was properly informed of the procedure.

Unable to get an answer for the shuttle from the airport to the hotel. Staff provided me with a contact number prior to leaving on our trip. Also the toiletries were empty in the shower and could use more than one bar of soup.

My room was 80 degrees on wall thermostat. There’s a plug in heater/aircon but it wouldn’t turn on. I was sweating during the night.

Service in the dining room was excellent. Because I walk with a cane now I notice things that I didn’t before. There aren’t enough seating areas in the lobby.

Trouble free stay. Luggage storage was much appreciated and shuttle service excellent. My only pet peeve was the tv remote probably needed new batteries and channel selection was limited.

It felt like I was in a condo building on the reserve. Not a hotel by an airport.

Terrible Stay

Our room was terrible carpet looked like it hadnt been vacummed in awhile . And ned had what looked like a deied up blood stain on it i took a poc i will send. Outside was numerois people smoking eight in feont of the doors.watched a person get deopped off by cab amd vomit before enterinv hotel. Numerous very intoxicated people in the lobby .

The stay was fine. Taking a shower in the morning was brutal, the water went all over the floor outside the shower and was very slippery and dangerous.

The hotel was fine. Rooms good but the clientele is not the best. People arguing in the lobby. Always people smoking outside. I would never stay there again.

Had a nice stay, friendly staff, clean, overall quiet.

For a king suite it was a disappointing stay. There was no warm blankets (it was -30 outside), the heater didn’t work well, the TV remote in the bedroom didn’t work at all, the lock on the front door was broken, the restaurant had options on the menu that apparently shouldn’t have been there, the couch was extremely uncomfortable and there were drunk people walking around at 10am.

Property is cheap so you get what you pay for . Near the airport . Shuttle never showed up for me but eventually they called a cab for me. the room was pretty bad. Broken furniture, brown water, unclean coffee machine. They also charged me the wrong pet fee to what was advertised and refused to change it even when j showed them. I’d pick a different hotel near the airport next time

All staff from checking to checkout excellent. Our room was clean but no hair soap, conditioner or body wash in dispensers in room. Missing a chair. The room looked tired.

Descent location

It was good, only stayed 1 night as I had a long layover before my next flight and price was reasonable, facilities were good and the free shuttle to the airport was nice to have.

My key continuously would not work on my door. I had to constantly go downstairs and get a staff member to re-issue me a new key, and then it wouldn’t work again. So I had to have maintenance come up three different times to help me open my door.

Didn't have relevant information listed before arrival which caused a 45 min delay and the desk refused to help until a kind gentleman decided to help us get things figured out the room was nice and clean their policies are very strange tho

Pulled out the bed to check for bugs as its a fear of mine and it was obvious they dont check. It was dirty with crumbs, hair and other garbage inbetween the wall and the bed. Do a better job cleaning this was very sub par.

Friendly efficient check in! But again very busy hallway ALL NIGHT and people knocking on doors starting at 4:30a. Not restful at all…

Clean and friendly staff. Beds comfortable. I just didn't appreciate walking through a cloud of smoke to enter the hotel.

One bed in our room was so uncomfortable, it couldn't be slept in.

Place is older but well maintained. A lot of people hanging around the lobby. Easy close convenient parking. The staff were nice.

The check-in takes too long. There was a line up and the door kept opening with people lining up but because it was cold the lobby was freezing. Need more people yo help with check ins

I give this property 5/5 for cleanliness and customer service.

I always share really great reviews and always pick this hotel because of really great staff. But this time checking in wasnt so great the front desk guy was extremely rude not very happy. I usually love this place was very disappointed checking in.

Hot tub was warm at best and had so many clumps of hair and floaties we had to get out. When I spoke with the ladies at the front they said they would let maintenance know, felt like poor customer service for what you expect at a hotel. Not worth the price.

It was pleasant and quiet

I was charged $50 on arrival and was told that it would return when I check out but ,when I checked out I was told that I would receive an invoice from Expedia and charges would be reversed in half an hour but have received nothing yet.

I liked how the staff promptly accommodated a late check-in request. The room was clean, quiet, and offered all was needed for my stay.

At check-in, they only had one person to handle all the guests looking to register. Took longer to get registered and keys than I normally would experience at other hotels. They also did not offer an upgrade to Expedia members.

The check in clerk said that my card was declined 6 times, but it eventually worked. My credit card company said that it was their error- No declined charges went through.

Doorman / maintenance guy needed

The room I was nice. I love the bathtub. Very roomy. After a long day of meetings or travelling in, I love to relax in a hot bath. What I didn’t like about this hotel was the entrance way. It wasn’t kept clean or dry. It’s winter, I almost slipped walking in. Someone should monitor the doorway that it’s kept clean and dry. As well as the rugs at the doorway. On my way out, I tripped on the rug. In the process almost taking the glass door down. But I managed to find my balance

An older hotel, with some cosmetic issues. However, it was clean and the staff were lovely.

very noisy in the hallways - swimming pool and hot tub area was freezing - did not use either as was too cold in the entire pool/hot tub area.

I would recommend to others

Very nice place . One disappointment was the lack of water availability. We had to buy water in a sending machine .we arrived late after traveling all day and needed water. Only to find out the only choice was a vending machine thatonly took coins or a CC.

Helpful staff

At every other best western I’ve been to, free breakfast was included so that was disappointing plus limited cable and no option to log into personal stream sites on the TV Other than that it was nice. We liked the soaker tub and best comforters so far

The food options at Dalton. It was very poor. They could not accommodate gluten free as they had limited options, and all of them needed to be baked and their oven was down. Their prices are very expensive in the restaurant, higher than surrounding restaurants. The service was very very slow and the orders inaccurate.

I'd stay again

The staff at the front desk were very friendly, and quick.
