Parking

Property is being used to house the influx of refugees and immigrants to the area. It’s basically a very busy downtown apartment complex with the limits of its facility being tested. Staff was awesome, hotel was nice. Had to wait 10 plus minutes everytime we used the elevator and there were always large groups congregating in common areas and entrances/exits. Not what we expected when staying at a higher tier, waterfront property

1) we found we would NOT get any Best Western points because we made our booking through Expedia 2) there is no parking on the hotel lot - had to drive to a parking garage and haul our bags 100 metres or more across a street and up to the hotel back door 3) this is the first Best Western we have ever stayed in that did NOT offer a free breakfast 4) nice easy char with a side table in the room but no light nearby - useless after dark for reading We will NOT be staying here again, or booking hotels through Expedia

There was beard hair shavings in the sink and on the walls of the shower … gross. The bed was also very uncomfortable.

Located near downtown and Windsor Casino. Along the river and quiet. Friendly staff

the hotel and stay itself was good, however discontinuing the included breakfast is what we were not happy with. We went to restaurant on the Monday thinking it would be a la cart, however only to find that it is the same breakfast that used to be included and it was over $40 for us to eat? the food was terrible, almost inedible at times outside of the fresh fruit. I could get past it if it was included as i don't expect much when it is, but to have to pay extra for that? i highly recommend adding it back in and not charging guests for it. atleast at mcdonalds it is less than $20.00 for two people and it is edible.

Had to wait in line to checkin because of hockey team,left and came back. Very inconvenient Phone did not work in room Very noisy because of kids in hallways and not as clean.

Excellent stay at BW Windsor. Staff was very accommodating and the entire hotel very clean.

The room was just as described. It was clean with a beautiful view of the cityline. The hotel had a greay restaurant on site!

Overall we had great experience. Parking space is just behind the hotel at parkade. Great location and view from the hotel. It was a family trip with my toddler and enjoyed our stay.

Nice and clean staff very helpfull

We were welcomed by Angeline and she was AMAZING! She went the extra mile to get us a beautiful end room facing the water and she even checked in on us when we came down to the lobby. Super friendly and carried on great conversation. Room was cozy and sweet with a great view. We will be back for sure.

First impressions are everything. We went to our room to find it was not even cleaned. and then when we went to front desk they didn’t believe us so we showed them pictures of the room. Overall not a good experience and hope if we ever go to another BW I hope it’s better

Great place to stay for events nearby

Great place to stay for wedding located attached to hotel (St Clair Centre for the Arts) was very easy to navigate. Front desk was very helpful and friendly! Was bummed to find out thr connecting bridge from parking garage did not connect to hotel. Better signage before going through bridge would be good. Rooms were nice, view was amazing.

Water front property was nice. And coved parking was good but parking spaces are very small especially when driving an extended cab truck.

Just checked in, so the whole stay can’t be done yet - check in a breeze, $15 for parking a surprise, but in a structure so it should be safe.

Our room was clean and the staff was friendly, however, our view of the river was not the best, a wall was blocking half of our view.

Stayed here a few times in the last 2 months and was great both times. Nice clean and modern.

Poor management

Very poor customer service when I was applied morning breakfast and parking available but when we checked in time we paid for park each day 15$ and breakfast every person paid 20$ and each kid 18$. Very very poor and not trustworthy hotel ever.

Everything was wonderful about our stay! The staff member who checked us in was friendly & professional and check in was a breeze. We accidentally left an item in our room and the housekeeping staff were able the ship it back to us promptly - Thank you! We will definitely stay at this property again in the near future!

The room was great. The view of the river was gorgeous and the staff was polite and welcoming. The parking garage is detached from the hotel and across the street behind the property. This was pretty inconvenient for loading and unloading.

It’s not a good hotel especially for winters, we have to go out for parking and come back walking in cold

AVOID COMPLETELY unless you like being double-crossed with dishonest pricing that does not match the fee when you made your booking. I have never in my life been informed, upon check-in, that the rates had gone up and I could either sign to approve the higher costs or I could forfeit my booking. An absolutely disgraceful sham. For shame.

Didn't like that I was on the third floor across from a meeting room. Also, my view in my room wasn't breathe taking. Other than that I enjoyed my stay.

Other than the on/off wifi connection issues, the reception desk was able to upgrade my room for free with a great view of the river which was very thoughtful of her. I enjoyed my stay and will come again!

The view was absolutely amazing, very friendly and helpful staff. Everything was in a central location. A bit disappointed that the pool was not open but it was an all around great experience.

The signage for the property is not super, but once you find it, its a nicely appointed hotel. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Parking is not included in the rate, but there is a large parking structure just across the street from the back of the hotel. we needed it just for one night, and really, one night in Windsor is all the time anyone needs to spend there.

The hotel is in the proximity of good food and has great views of the river. It has been undergoing renovation for a long time now, so the pool is closed. The staffers are great.

One elevator out of use could have come in very handy on checkout Sunday.

Needs updated. It gives 90’s vibe. Bathrooms out dated. Wasn’t informed on how to navigate the property. Staff did not inform me about the facility , I had to ask about everything from how parking works to elevator locations…

Very few tv channel's...satellite tv was very spotty...not many options. Toilet didn't flush properly. Not much lighting in Suite.

When booking the , I booked on the fact it had a pool and workout area available. It was closed to to renovation. The room was not cleaned when we went in.
