Checking at 1am was so tiring but only because we were tired. The front desk lady was so patient and polite and funny. She teally worked hard on trying to accommodate what we want3d to change. Thank you if you ever read this comment My kids always stay here when they go to Disneyland

It was close to Disneyland and the breakfast had many options .

Saleema was awesome! My friend and I had two separate reservations cuz I forgot one night but she put them together so we wouldn't have to pack up all the kids and recheck in at the end of a long day. I really appreciated that!

The window in the bathroom could not close securely. It opens easily. I put a tray on the window so no one can sneak into a window from outside. Room 108 Thanks!

Could be cleaner...

We had a really nice time and the staff was very friendly. My only issue was cleanliness - there was a pair of dirty boxers left by the previous guest found on the floor behind a chair. Pretty gross.

Great stay until the last morning

Everything was pretty much great the facility it’s self is well kept and the location is very ideal parking wasn’t an issue my only discomfort was for breakfast I’ve never had to show my key card to access into cafe area but sure not a problem but just the staff made it uncomfortable like they we’re watching us to monitor what we served and ate I didn’t appreciate that and my child felt uncomfortable about it gave us a weird feeling I’ve never encountered an experienced such as that at any hotel before and it was a let down so we ended up leaving quickly didn’t enjoy our breakfast

EXCEEDED EXPECTATIONS!

Our stay way exceeded our expectations. This hotel must have been renovated from the last time I stayed there, because it was SO NICE! I will definitely stay here again. Walking distance to Disneyland. Highly recommend.

Very accommodating and so close to Disney!

Very nice basic accommodations

They cancelled my reservation after telling me I couldn’t. I called at 9 am to find out if I could cancel. They said no so I stayed all day at Disneyland went to the hotel at 11pm at night. They said oh you’re not a guest bc this reservation was cancelled. Expedia had their hand in this as well because they too said no you can not cancel. I have the chat thread where they said I couldn’t cancel and lo and behold they did AND ON TOP OF IT ALL THEY TRIED TO CHARGE ME FULL PRICE LIKE I STAYED!! I will never ever use Expedia again!!

Please deep clean the rooms, they need work

Super comfortable beds and pillows but our room smelled like urine and I wasn’t happy about that. I’ve stayed here before and as always the breakfast is SO GOOD. Hot, fresh and super attentive hotel staff, adequate seating for the sheer volume of patrons coming through. I love the walkability to Disney.

Great place to stay with family. Swimming and hot tub after a long day of fun at Disneyland. Full Breakfast when you wake up. Staff are friendly. Definitely coming back to this hotel.

Third time staying there. Great stay. Breakfast is great, 24 hr cappaccino machine. 24 hr water machine. Early check ins if available. Crew there is always amazing and helpful. 2 big pools, 2 hot tubs, and a toddler pool. Pools didnt seem to be heated, but the hot tubs were. Highly recommend!

Love this place for a Disney family trip. It's close enough to walk and you can't beat an included breakfast.

We have stayed here a dozen times. Great hotel with breakfast close to the parks!

We always stay at this hotel when visiting Disneyland. This room was fresh and clean. Breakfast was hot and everyone in the family was satisfied. ( this is a rare, someone always complains). The housekeeper staff were professional and polite. The walk is easy and we feel safe walking there.

Ok property

Staff was extremely attentive!! Specially the staff during breakfast. They were very quick, helpfull, and provide amazing hospitality. They ensured all our needs were met. Food was on point and rotated consistently to ensure everything was warm and fresh. Extremely convenient to adisney as its literally located across the street from Downtown Disney. Only con was parking fees, wasnt aware we had to be back by 3pm after checkout, even though parking fees were paid. Other than that everything was perfect.

The hotel room had an overall dampness, carpet, chairs & beds were affected. Assuming this is because of an inefficient swamp cooler & lack of ventilation of any kind. Tub stopper broken. Loose outlets. 6 roaches in a 2 night stay.

Location was great! But lots of noise from construction and the AC unit in the room.

Great location; friendly approachable staff; close to Disney, restaurants, some shops; looking for food delivered Grub Hub is awesome; facilities are quite good; breakfast is pretty good (some options for GF/celiac) room could do with some updating but overall a great place to stay.

Great place if you want a noisy 1969 motel. Can hear every car that goes by on the busy street. Rooms are mediocre. Beds ok. All other furniture in desperate need of refresh. Ants in bathroom. Little things like not having working toilet paper holders add up. It’s a $50-60 motel priced way up for Disney location. Book further away and take a $10 uber. You’ll be better off

We’ve stayed at this property twice already and have had pleasant experiences. The staff is welcoming and kind, the location is a very easy walk to Downtown Disney. The breakfast is fair with usually eggs, a protein, and a couple of carb options, breads and bagels for toasting, at least one fruit option, yogurt and toppings to make a parfait, a selection of juices and coffee. They are older buildings so it’s not much but it doesn’t the job since we’re at Disneyland most of the time anyway. The water temp and pressure are great and their beds are pretty firm with soft pillows. Our family enjoyed this location and would recommend as a value option for a Disney trip.

No bugs, very clean, no dust. Not very noisy. Parking right outside the room. Working elevator. TV works and beds were cozy with clean sheets (we checked). The area was quiet after 11pm. I read hundreds of reviews. I was skeptical at first. But once again…. No bugs at all. Very clean

Family time at Disney land. And came back to a clean room was amazing everything folded and clean after a long day was so nice. The food in the morning was delicious and the kids loved all the options. Easy walk to downtown Disney and less than a mile to the gates to get in. Parking felt very safe and well lit.

Best breakfast ever!!!!

We like staying here when we’re going to Disneyland. The only thing we wish would be different are more comfortable beds. Otherwise, our stay was great!

I stayed here for 5 nights to visit Disneyland. The fact that Disneyland is within walking distance is a huge advantage, and it would have been even better if there was a convenience store like CVS right next to the hotel. The downside is that the people who stayed in the rooms above me were sloppy walkers, which was noisy, although I don't know if it was because of the thin ceilings. In fact, I don't remember the number of days, but there was one day when I couldn't sleep because of the noise of the upper room walking.

Very old and a little dingy. Nothing available for people with allergies with the free breakfast. Televisions both didn’t work. The pipes in the ceiling constantly kept making a loud knocking nose that. The staff was very nice though. Wouldn’t stay there again.

Worth it for breakfast and distance alone

We love staying at this hotel for its proximity to Disneyland park. It is reasonably clean, reasonably priced, and it includes breakfast, which helps save us money later in the day. I will say that this trip I felt the breakfast was not as good as in previous stays. The mattress was more firm than I would prefer and we found more than one insect in our room during our four nights stay. But I love this hotel and I would stay here again without a doubt.

It’s about a 20 minute walk to Downtown Disney. The free breakfast is super nice!

The location is great. Everything else average for the price.

Clean room, courteous staff. The hotel was close to the convention center (walking distance) as well as walking distance to downtown Disney. The Air Conditioning was weak and the shower head was not very secure. Again, the room was clean and comfortable.

Very clean! Super close to Disneyland. We were too tired to stay for the fire works and watched them from our room. They had a great full breakfast as well. We will be staying here again.

Always our favorite hotel when we visit Disney breakfast is good. Staff is friendly and easy and convenient walking distance to the parks.

I have stayed at many properties around Disneyland area and this was one of the worst. Just zero ambience, zero amenities, room was obviously old. Noisy area both at night and in early morning. Will not be staying here again.

The pool area is so big and nice. It has been a highlight for the evenings every time we go.

It was a very easy check in and check out. I really liked it was walking distance to Disneyland. I don’t give it a 5 star because trying to park at night was really hard due to being more cars than actual parking.

Great stay for a Disney trip

Perfect location and stay for visiting Disneyland. I stayed here several times before and have always been satisfied. Clean rooms, hot water in shower, comfortable beds, microwave to warm up left overs. I recommend, its also close distance to restaurants and walking distance from the park.

Lovely hotel

A quick 10-15 min walk to downtown Disney and then into the park. Way quicker than the main entrance. Hotel is comfy, good view of fireworks every night from the parks. Great breakfast every morning lots of options. They had gluten free bread on hand for my daughter with Celiac disease. Rooms are clean and comfy. Some noises from the busy roads but not bad. Pools and hot tubs were great! One pool is warm which helped on the cool days. Staff were so helpful and kind. I would for sure stay here again.

TV did not work so we had to be moved to another room. Water in sink was barely a dribble and shower pressure bad. The chair seats in the room looked dirty.

Stayed in this property for 4 nights and I will definitely come back.Location was very convenient as it was nearby Disneyland.They served free breakfast as well which was great.My room was at the third floor and they make up the room everyday.Overall the stay was pleasant and highly recommend this property to someone who wants to stay nearby Disneyland.

The staff was great. And in loved how close we were to Disneyland.

Staff was great, friendly & knowledgeable. You can hear the traffic from the road & the housekeeping carts are very loud as they travel between rooms. The shower drains need to be cleaned as they drain incredibly slowly. Pool area was nice.

Sufficient, but not excellent.

Small and cramped room for family of five. I booked for five and was only told after I booked that it was a roll-away bed and not a couch that opens to a bed and the extra $15 per day cost of it. I have light-sensitive eyes and there were plenty of lights in the room from all of the electrical devices and there are no blackout curtains. There are only wooden shades which do a minimal job of keeping the parking lot lights from coming into the room. This seems to be a motel built in the 1960s or 1970s which has been retooled to try and make it look more modern, but unfortunately fails. I assume the price around $250-300 per night comes from the proximity to Disney. In the end, the proximity isn't close enough to make it worth it as the walking distance to the main gate is still around a mile. My advice, look around the area at other hotels a little further away. I know I will. You will be glad you did.

Great no problems at all

When making up the room they didn’t clean the sink or change the bedding. The room was very run down- sink plunger didn’t work, air conditioner in poor state, the bed was very woken out and there were no charging outlets by the bed. Not going to stay there again.

Overall the property is ok. Pretty basic. Beds are just ok, not great, and pretty small for 2 adults to sleep in. A/C and heater is a window unit. We booked it for 5 people but it only sleeps 4 so we had to get an extra pullout bed which was $17.50 per night and parking is $20 per night extra also. The cable tv didn’t work our entire trip. TV just kept turning off and on over and over and going in and out of the cable. The breakfast was really good each morning. Staff is friendly and helpful. Location to Disney is about a mile walk. Hot tub and pool area is pretty big and it was nice overall.

I hate where the entrance to the rooms are exposed to the outside. Breakfast was busy but moved quick. 5 stars for letting me check in way early since my train arrived very early. It’s the cheapest hotel near Disney. That’s why we got it.

Nice location, walking distance to Disneyland and Downtown Disney. Overall good option for a budget hotel closer to Disneyland. Lots of varieties for free hot breakfast. Only thing I don’t like is the old hotel smell in the room.

Front desk staff were very helpful and friendly! Few things i did not like was that the room felt very humid, carpet looked very dirty and the walk to Disneyland Park is far. However the walk to downtown Disney is close! Parking is very easy, the outside is very clean as well!

Let me start with the positives: Ryan at the front desk is top notch. Super helpful, answered every question we had with a great attitude! Free hot breakfast is actually good. Runs from 6a-9am, made it convenient for us to eat early and head out. 7 minute walk to Disneyland. :) Surrounding area isn’t sketchy. We felt safe. Housekeeping comes in everyday, unless your DND is hanging on your door. Rooms are very clean. It had a microwave, fridge, iron/board, and blow dryer. Parking is not an issue. Has a pool and hot tub. For the price, we felt it served our family well. We did get two rooms for all of us right next door. ➡️ A few things you need to know that could be seen as negatives: Definitely noisy with people talking, running, loud racing cars, ext. rooms are not soundproofed. If you are irritated by noise, you will NOT like this place. My family are deep sleepers, but this isn’t a place to stay if you are easily woken. Rooms are older. This is not a new hotel, it’s an inn so more motel vibe. Doors face outside. Overall we would stay there again. Side note: we spent 15 hours at the Disney parks and just needed a spot to rest our heads. Hope this helps
