Was fine

We arrived in Seattle late from A 6 hour flight and hotels were too expensive in Seattle, so decided to drive 4 hours to Abbotsford and get a hotel. We got in at 230am and i was exhausted and booked the incorrect night through expedia. We arrived at the hotel with 2 little kids that were very tired and the lady at the desk was very rude and didnt care i had made a mistake in booking this room. She made me pay for another night and didnt even offer to have a manager look into it the next morning and give me a refund. We had no chouce but to pay for a room and get our poor kids to bed. We were each carrying a kid and had luggage in the other hand and she had the berve to make us walk across a cold parking lot to the other building and then to the top floor at the very end. The longest route possible to lug 2 40 lb kids and luggage. Expedia is trying to recover the funds for me as they cant refund only the property can but no luck thus far. The hotel was not full at all and she did nothing to help us but only made it harder. I have sent in a comolaint to the hotel directly as well.

Breakfast is ok, but the breakfast was very polite. The room was close to a highway and a bit noisy. Everything else was really good.

Good overall very short stay

It was strange to have to walk to a separate building for our room. And walking into that building there was a lot of food trays and leftover party stuff that most likely was there from the day or night before already. Not very inviting to walk into something like that.

Requested a room near the pool, she was like sure no problem! The room was indeed near one of the pools but this pool was out of service and we were very disappointed to have to go outside in the cold and rain… over to a separate building to use a smaller pool… it would have been nice to have been informed of the larger pool being down…. Then the bath faucet was broken and wouldn’t shut off… it’s kinda funny now but my daughter didn’t appreciate the frustration of not being able to turn the shower off… lol

Very clean and attractive. Staff are friendly. However I wish they could have provided a Bible to read in the evening.

The room was clean. I like that there was laminate on the floor rather than rug. The hot tub was warm not hot.

Although we would have liked to have been closer to the city this hotel was great! The breakfast had a great selection, the staff was very helpful and friendly and the location was close to the highway but quiet and safe.

It was okay for this type of hotel. I only needed a place for one night and this was available. I don’t think I would stay here for longer. The breakfast was adequate at best, the coffee was terrible.

Room not clean

Everything was good! Only there was a dog barking all night and that interrupted my sleep throughout the night.

I asked for morning call which they replied they would but I received no morning call. Also soon after I checked in and was sorting my suitcase an employee just barged into my room without knocking. Then just popped her head in and saw me kinda stunned, to which she reacted by saying “sorry sorry” and closed the door. Super unsatisfied with the sleep as well I was in the first floor and you can hear everything in the hallways and above you which caused me to wake up a lot during the night. I’m very surprisingly dissatisfied with this location. Usually best western is a reliable hotel company which I love staying in, but this one is definitely one of the worst ones I’ve stayed in. Period.

Easily accessible

Very clean and comfortable beds, free breakfast. Suited my needs for a quiet night. The next day less traffic east bound due to NOT staying closer to vancouver/coquitlam.

It was a bit noisy because of numerous hockey teams staying also.

It’s cheaper than most others hotels in the area but it’s fairly run down. Rooms were average, bathrooms are very tiny but all in all clean beds.

Check-in was easy, let us check-in early (3:00pm) but they do not take visa debit for deposit hold, only credit card. Got to the room and the sink was plugged and we found someone else’s vape in the bed.. Asked for late checkout and they said no. Breakfast was advertised 6-10am but it wasn’t ready until 6:30 and myself and my boyfriend felt very sick after eating it.

Nice hotel

I liked that make up remover was available. Great coffee machine in lobby. Staff were great. My only complaint isthe toilet was very low. Iwas travelling with my 93 year old Mother and i am almost 70 and getting up and down was very difficult.

Standard hotel, clean, comfortable, decent breakfast

All was actually pretty good! Only complaint was how much we were able to hear the upstairs. Not just their steps but actual conversations. While they were not rowdy or disrespectful it just seems like there wasn’t much between them and us.

We had a nice stay and all staff we interacted with were friendly and helpful.

Unbelievable. Best service I have received in ages

I work out of town, so I stay in hotels 5-7 times a month. On this particular occasion, I flew From Calgary to Abbotsford for a wedding in Aldergrove. I got to the hotel exhausted around 9am, with normal check in time around 4pm and a wedding at 4pm I expected to get a room around 3pm and rush to get ready Not only did they get a room cleaned for me by 10am so I could nap, they also asked to make sure I had breakfast already and after saying no, they gave me a key card and offered me a free buffet breakfast even though I wasn’t entitled to one. Thank you for your kindness and generosity!

Enjoyed our stay. Room was comfortable and quiet. Pool was great after a day of travelling. Morning breakfast was sufficient with a variety each morning.

We really liked our room. It was quiet despite the proximity to the highway. The staff were very helpful in allowing us an early check-in. The breakfast was amazing, with a great selection of favourites to choose from. The surrounding area is a little sketchy, but the location was convenient to the highway, the airport, and to city thoroughfares. We would be happy to stay again.

The hotel itself is lovely. Clean, modern, comfortable, checks all the boxes. Unfortunately we have yet to come across a staff member that I would describe as friendly or kind. Everyone has been perturbed. From check in right through to our last experience I feel as though by simply being here has inconvenienced them, by being guests, at a hotel, in which they work….

Had everything we needed to relax for the night before heading on to Vancouver Island; nice bed, decent pool, laundry facilities and very good breakfast.

Breakfast, that's about it. The staff was not friendly at all. Drove all night and knew we couldn't check in early but asked if we could our luggages; granted. You would think that would prompt them to have a room ready by the time we come back. We came back at 2:30 and had to wait for an hour to have the room cleaned. Room wasn't cleaned during our stay.
