The hotel was fine. Property needs to limit the smoking at night the smell was quiet strong in the hallway

It was perfect.

Would stay again. We had a junior suite so it was roomy but right above pool so very noisy. Was hard to get room to cool down. Breakfast was really good with a lot of options. Staff was not welcoming or really even available.

Great hotel, bed was made, but there was still receipts and trash in the room and by the tv from previous person…

The lady at the front desk wasn’t very friendly but over all the stay was good. Bed was very comfortable! The noise level was a bit too much. I had a room with an adjoining door and could hear whole conversations in the next room until midnight. That was frustrating but disrespectful people is not the hotels fault.

Our stay was good. The toilet hadn’t been completely cleaned before we checked into the room though.

Room was clean and it was quiet despite the abundance of high school wrestlers who were also staying at the same time as us. The person who checked us in was helpful and friendly even though it was quite late when we arrived. Breakfast was good and we enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

Flew in on United to meet our newest grand baby. Went to expedia to reserve a one night stay before returning back home. Ee were given Room 127. Smelled something when entering room. The smell became more evident in the middle night that it was a Urine smell. The Person at front desk commented that it was 'somebody whp must have snuck in a cat.' Bed was uncomfortable. Even my samsung watch commented in the morning that I didnt have a good night of rest. Breakfast was good, but, all things considered , we will not stay here again.

Its a a decent stay. No issues with anything. There was alot of food options in walking distance.

We stayed overnight for one night while in the Redmond area. Hotel was clean, staff were mostly friendly, the included breakfast was actually very good compared to what we have had at other comparable hotels. I would stay there again.

We only spent one night, in order to catch an early flight. The location was five minutes from the airport. The room was clean, quiet, and very spacious.

The disable bath room and the exit door where we park our car is very efficient

I think the walls may have been made of cardboard. Not only could you hear the adjoining rooms, you could hear upstairs and three rooms down. A rundown hotel.

The room I stayed in was near the road lots of road noise. The bottom of the bathtub soap holder had black mold growing on it when I took a bath. The curtains had holes and the bathroom vanity was peeling. The hot tub the main reason I booked the hotel had jets that weren't working. Seems this property needs a revamp. However, the staff was helpful and the breakfast was outstanding. So not an awful stay.

Lots of things nearby to do, convenient shopping nearby, wish I had booked an extra night to make it a little more worth it, but overall great experience. Also wish the parking lot was a little bigger, but can’t complain, where we ended up having to park actually ended up being close to our room anyway😂

Very old rooms and outdated interior. Carpet was very dirty on first day, it got little better afterwards.

The location is great. The bed was decently comfortable, however the bathtub floor could be a little cleaner but it served its purpose for 1 night of stay. Easy parking and amazing breakfast!

Pretty clean, but older property, so expected a couple dents and dings, but everythibg functioned great and the breakfast was good.

Was all average here. This hotel seems to always be loud. Children's running up and down the halls. The pool room was so loud i could hear from my room all the way till it closed at 10pm. The room was clean and comfortable

Jackie was super helpful and very friendly with getting us a room that we needed upgraded. We were tired from a long drive to hotel and she made it work.

Property was nice and within a close drive to many options. Not as walkable due to the 4 lane road it sits on as very few crosswalks and too busy to cross between them. Easy drive however.

Everything we needed!

Very efficient, friendly check in. Rooms were clean and housekeeping and breakfast service was great. Easy access from the highway and shopping near by for any needs we might have. Excellent job - we will stay here again, when in the area!

Great Staff - Room So-So

The check in was great, friendly gentleman at the front desk. The room was clean, but there are many places on the walls that need to be repainted and look dirty because of it. The toilet was low enough for a child rather than an adult and the bed was really too firm. For the cost I would think the rooms would be in a little better shape.

We have stayed here several times and enjoy the ease of checking in, the pool and the area.

Check-in was easy & fast and the front desk person was nice. Breakfast was the normal free options which was full and plenty. The pool looked nice and clean and the gym was small but had enough equipment to make it work for me. The negative was the room smelled like a potpourri bomb went off. I had to sleep with the window open to get fresh air. The room was dated with rust on the bathroom door hinges and shower curtain rod.

I stayed here for a weekend, and as soon as I walked in, the smell reminded me of an old library--like it needed a good dusting. The lady who checked me in was friendly, and while my linens and furniture were clean, the walls were stained, as well as the chairs, and the bathrooms needed some serious updating and recaulking. One of the nights I was there, someone in a room next to me was playing LOUD music. I travel with a sound machine and even at max volume, you can hear the music. I called the front desk, and the music went off for about 10 minutes before going back on and staying on until 1:00 in the morning. It was absolutely insane. The breakfast is free, but it's not good. The eggs were awful...even the boiled eggs were bad which is odd. Coffee was good and at least they had cereal and other packaged items to choose from. I would not recommend this place, especially for the price.

The adjoining doors to rooms made it noisy. Could hear their TV next door and I’m sure they could hear ours. Staff were friendly and breakfast was very good.

The room was clean and comfortable. My ONLY issue was the pillows. They were extremely firm and I woke up with a sore neck and shoulders. Maybe 2 soft ones and 2 firm ones instead of 4 firm.

Mold in the bathroom.

Pillows were too soft, hot water fluctuated to cold after 5 mins and the toilet paper is like sand paper. My rear is raw after one use.

Pool was closed the morning we left, walls in the room were a little dirty. Otherwise, it was a nice stay, we slept well and had a good breakfast! Would stay again.

There was no customer service. Sign said be back in 5 I waited 20 minutes and never say a person. Hope they got my key that I passed on the counter. My shower sucked. I will not stay at another best Western or recommend one

The stay overall this time was great, as like every other time. Unfortunately, there was a Semi Truck parked right outside the room on the street, running all night long, seemed to be transferring a very deep rumble into the room. It's not the hotels fault, but it was there, just an odd buzzing in the background, a little difficulty in getting to sleep. All together it was a good stay, and the room was very clean and comfortable.

Don't stay here if you like a comfortable bed

The furniture, including the bed, were in poor repair. The head of the bed was lower than the foot of the bed, which gave me reflux. Also not super supportive. The office chair in the room was broken. I set the thermostat to 68 degrees and woke up in the middle of the night because the room was way too hot (~78 degrees). The worst part was that when I told the front desk staff about the bed, they didn't offer to do anything to make it right. They said "oh, maybe the foot of the bed is broken" and that was it. This wasn't a cheap hotel. I was so disappointed.

We had a very bad experience with an expedia reservation. The motel was rated high. It was extremely sketchy, dirty, we ended up not staying. I was pleasantly surprised when this property lived up to its rating.

Same breakfast every morning, charges for room was different when I checked out, staff was not accommodating at front desk.

You guys need to use downy on your towels. They are very rough. Need to clean the walls in the room.

The room was very nice, clean & roomy. The hotel overall was very presentable & clean. There is vehicle noise from the highway. The breakfast was well presented with lots of options, sadly, it had very bland taste. I would definitely recommend this Hotel.

While we only stayed one night, the room was spacious enough for myself, my wife, and our two teenage kids.

The property was good overall. Breakfast had many options. My only complaint is that the room was noisy. The mini fridge was loud and you could hear everything happening outside the door.

The staff were very welcoming and friendly. We arrived late with a group and were quickly checked in with ease. The free breakfast had a lot of options and a to go box was available to take back to those in room who weren’t ready in time.

Stinky room

Room stank of smoke and general dirtiness. Keycards never worked, they would work once when newly programmed and then stopped working. I constantly had to go to front desk to be let in.
