Great location

Great location across the street from Disneyland and the breakfast is really good too.

Staff was very friendly, location to Disney very good, free breakfast horrible and not worth money per night.

I like that it’s right across the street from the happiest place on earth! Rooms are nice and big enough. Staff is nice and helpful, and my kids slept great here. The free breakfast is also a plus. Thank you!

Plus side it was across the street from Disneyland. However, it was VERY noisy! All the king bed rooms are located on outside first floor off the sidewalk. There was a gap in the door and could see daylight through it. Our room smelled musty and was so dark because you had to keep the shutters on the window closed for privacy as people were walking by all the time. Disappointed in this stay. We felt we paid way too much for what we got!

Excellent place to stay when visiting Disneyland and California Adventures. It is so close so you save time every day and can easily come back to rest if needed. It's not the fanciest place, but it's perfect for it's convenient location and having breakfast included.

Easy and quick check in. Room was clean and comfortable and such a convenience to have to Disneyland entrance right in front. Will definitely rent again since they have ecv rental in the hotel lobby

No channel information for the tv and limited channels were inconvenient. Breakfast was ok. Location opposite entrance to Disney parks was excellent. Staff helpful and pleasant.

Clean, decent free breakfast, and just steps away from Disneyland. Did not hear people in other rooms.

Hotel staff I interacted with were friendly. The hotel room was clean and comfortable. My room faced the main road, so I heard road noise when I was trying to fall asleep. That was a bummer but didn’t ruin my experience. It would have been nice to have blackout curtains; the window shutters let a lot of light in at night.

Steps away from Disneyland, staff was very helpful and friendly.

We enjoyed our 5 min walk to Disneyland and the convenient breakfast. Our room was clean and we had plenty of towels.

Clean, easy check in, convenient

I would stay here again, for sure! It's in a great location if you're going to Disneyland, and there are great restaurants nearby. FYI, the Mexican restaurant to the left is a no-go. You're welcome.

We took our grandchildren to Disneyland and stayed two nights. We loved that it is right across the street from the entrance. It was so clean, the breakfast was wonderful na check in was smooth! They have a great coffee machine in the lobby for lattes and cappuccinos! I loved that we got a first floor room for easy unloading and loading. We ate at the Mexican restaurant next door! It was great! Highly recommend this place if you can afford $450/night that includes taxes and daily parking. :-)

The included breakfast was a huge bonus for families that are heading to the parks. Fantastic location and super short walk to the parks. Definitely recommend again!

Awesome location for both Disneyland parks! You can literally walk straight to the security gates from the hotel. Delicious Mexican restaurant attached to the hotel. Great continental breakfast!

It was a great location and ver convenient. They are tricky about saying on their advertising that parking is available but it costs to park there each day. I would’ve chosen a different hotel had I known that. The breakfast was great though and the rooms were very clean.

Check in was fast, easy, and friendly. Love how close they are to Disneyland. The breakfast that was included was a good breakfast with many options.

A great place to stay for Disneyland trips. Very helpful and friendly front desk service. Only downside is the early morning noise of cleaning carts and luggage on wheels. There is a noticeable echo that travels easily through walls.

The hotel itself was wonderful, exactly what we were expecting. The front desk wasn’t so friendly, but the housekeeping staff was wonderful and so kind.

Old looking rooms

our a/c unit was the old school ones that are loud and don’t even work. Our hotel room would be either too hot or too cold and stuffy with no working unit. Very disappointing and hoped for a more modern room when i payed extra.

Good location

The location was fantastic for Marathon runners, and spectators. Many options for dining and shopping being right across from Downtown Disney. The room was spacious and clean. Could use a little updating, but was good.

the hotel is located right across the street from Disney so that was good but after a whole day at the park all you wanna do is rest - and that was not possible . they gave us probably the worst room in the hotel first floor right bellow the stairs , we heard people coming in and out all night long , it was crazy ! so if you are looking to rest don’t stay here or for sure get different room .

It was all good. Enjoyed the coffee machine. Beds and pillows comfortable. Perfect spot, close to Disney.

The room is big

Our experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The room was in unacceptable condition, with a dirty sock from a previous guest left on the floor and chewed gum stuck to the wall right next to the bed’s headboard. This level of cleanliness is revolting and far below acceptable standards. When we reported the issue and requested immediate cleaning, we were informed that no cleaning staff were available until the next morning. As a result, we felt it was unsafe to stay in the room for health reasons, especially with two young children. We had no choice but to leave and find alternative accommodations late at night, making a last-minute booking at a nearby hotel. Despite the unacceptable conditions at the Best Western, the hotel refused to issue a refund, adding to an already stressful situation. It was expensive, especially during the holiday season. I strongly advise against staying at this property, as the hygiene and customer service were deeply disappointing. If you're willing to walk an extra 3-5 minutes to Disneyland Park, you'll find hotels that are much cleaner and more affordable.

My family and I had a fantastic experience. The place was impeccably clean, and the staff were both friendly and knowledgeable, making my stay even more enjoyable. The hotel is conveniently located near our destination, which was a huge plus. Overall, I would definitely make this my first choice when returning to the area. Highly recommended!

My only complaint is the parking is so tight fit. I have a large suv and another one parked next to me. It barely fit and dinged my door. There was no other parking for me to even move to.

Stay here every time I’m in the area. Always easy to check in and the staff is always top tier. Can’t wait to come back!

This hotel always lives up to the expectations. Directly across the street from the park entrance, a great breakfast bar for the family, and cleaning service daily.

Safe

This property is right across the street from DL. Large breakfast with alot of selections. Clean rooms. Very responsive friendly staff. We stayed for 3 nights with our grandchildren and would stay here again.

We (3 adults & 2 kids 7 & 9yo) stayed here for 5 nights the week after Thanksgiving. Most important for me was the queen beds are comfortable! The kids slept on the pull out sofa bed and they didn’t complain. The breakfast was fast and filling. They’ll even make it for you in to-go boxes so you can eat while waiting for rope drop. Super easy walk to the parks. The maid service was phenomenal. It was so nice to come back after a long day at the park to made beds! The only drawback is the price. Even with getting breakfast for 5 included the price is still a little steep for us. We will be trying another close hotel that offers breakfast on our next trip in a couple months.

Love the distance to Disneyland !

We went to Disney and this hotel is Less than a block from the Main entrance. Si is very convenient. Besides is clean and safe, the only downsize is the food, is terrible.

Our stay at this hotel was an absolutely delightful experience for our family. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a simple yet practical design that suited families with children. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, showing great patience and care toward our children, which made us feel truly welcome. Overall, this was an excellent choice for a family getaway, and we would definitely stay here again!

Location, location, location!

This hotel is all about proximity to the entrance to Disneyland. That's what you're paying for. That said, the service was very good and everyone was very polite and accommodating at the hotel. Free breakfast at the Mexican restaurant next door was 3/5 but it was included with your room and very clean. The staff up there was great as well. Nothing special about the rooms. Decor is a bit dated but the room was clean. If you're looking for a place close to the park and crash at night then this is a good choice.

Love the location. Very pricey for location only and felt the condition of the bathroom (loose shower knob, worn out and not very clean) and condition is beds (worn down) yet appear to have been a renovation but not in our room 358. Can’t beat the location but again, I feel like if you charge that, don’t take advantage and put a little more into the update and cleaning. Disappointed. My daughter and her father stayed there prior x 2 and loved it. Maybe it was just the unluck of the draw for us this past weekend.

Cloests to Dland main gate

Convenient hotel local right across from the Disneyland entrance (huge benefit after a long day). Rooms are nice, big and clean. Breakfast included. Just wish they included parking - frustrating having to pay extra.

Very close to the park and the room had plenty of space. However our room was at the far end, on the third floor, with only one elevator near the front of the hotel.

The proximity to Disneyland is unbeatable by a non-Disney property. The rooms are spacious and very accommodating. The free/included continental breakfast is good and available every morning for 3 hours - so accessible.

This place is so convenient to going to Disneyland. We can walk to Disney. Rooms were clean, beds comfortable. Breakfast was just okay. Eggs were disgusting though, tasted like plastic. Lots of restaurants nearby though

Right across from Disneyland resort which minimized walking. Hotel was kinda pricey but convenient for the park. Parking was available for additional $20 per day. The included breakfast was plentiful and tasted fine.

The hotel was right across the street from Disneyland. You could not be any closer

Everyone who works here is friendly and helpful. No one was never not smiling. The lobby was decked or for the holidays. The coffee and cocoa machind in the lobby was great! The breakfast is not good. We chose ihop after the first morning. The best thing was the granola bars. But maybe it is geared for kids. The food was cold. We had toast and nutella because at least that was hot. The beds are super firm but I didn't care after a full disneyland day/night. We did need to ask for shower refills since the bottles were empty upon arrival. The room was clean. We had an accessible room. The shower curtain needs to be longer because the floor was completely soaked after each shower. We used a big towel to run the length of the shower to try to keep it dry. Thats just dangerous for older people like my mom. We did need the elevator so it was a walk for my mom with her walker to walk from the front of the hotel to the middle to use the elevator then walk back to the front. That took us 10 minutes. We did have stairs right next to our room that we heard people use during the night. We chose this hotel because it is literally across the street from security. It is an easy walk back and forth to the parks. I would tell people to stay here BUT call the hotel directly to get the room you want.

One night stay directly across from Disneyland.

We had a one night stay here. The location is very convenient because the hotel is steps away from the crosswalk to the Disneyland entrance. The rooms are spacious, nicely appointed and the beds are comfortable. Breakfast was good. The bathroom fan was very loud and we could hear everyone else’s bathroom fans so we knew it wasn’t just ours that was way too loud. Other than that it was a nice stay.

Location and Customer Service are AMAZING!

This was a group trip. We had a total of 3 rooms. The rooms were amazing, and the location is incredible...literally across the street from Disneyland Park Entrance. We had 2 requests that were a little abnormal, but the front desk team came through like heroes. They were so friendly, thoughtful and accommodating. We'll definitely stay here next time we go to Disney (try and go once per year)

Enjoyed the visit and no major complaints to share or even to think of… Except for the water pressure for the shower, could’ve been better, but that’s a minor gripe.

Convenient stay, closest hotel to Disneyland

Comfortable, clean and spacious. Bigger than mini fridge was great for drinks for family of five. Easy and quick check in. Best conveniences are IHOP is a quick walk and Disneyland is right across the street, no waiting for shuttles at the end of the tired night! Only downside to this property is very cramped parking.

This was a great place to stay when visiting Disneyland. Literally walk out the lobby and you are at the crosswalk to the entrance. The staff was very nice and helpful, the rooms were clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the hot breakfast options daily, as this saved on the cost of purchasing at least 1 meal at the parks or elsewhere. The room had a mini fridge, microwave and a mini keurig if you wanted to bring your own supplies. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend to anyone.

Location was very convenient, but overall stay is just good enough, can’t stay it’s the best. Best Western Plus Anaheim Inn (just few steps away) is better than this place, but too bad it was fully booked at the time of our vacation. We’d rather get breakfast from outside than in the BW Plus Park Place Inn. The waffle they are using are just the Frozen Eggo’s you can buy at grocery store, but here’s the thing, you can see boxes sitting at the counter when they are supposed to keep in the freezer until ready to be toasted. They are served cold too! Same with their pancakes, they are served cold! The breakfast is also not self served, and the staff who serves you breakfast will give you 3 thin bacons per serving. Which is totally not worth what you paid for. So basically just don’t rely on their free breakfast. Housekeeping are very nice and quick when you request something. Staffs on the lobby are very nice too.

The room was humid and stuffy. It was hard to breathe. Other than that it was a great stay.

This motel needs some TLC

This hotel was great in location to Disney. Right across the street. So nice to be at your hotel after a long day at the park. But, the motel is just okay. Floor is really dirty. Bed springs were so loud. We’d wake up every time someone rolled over in the bed. The pillows were weirdly lumpy. Like literal balls of cotton in the pillow. There was little water pressure in the shower. I would stay here again, because of location. But have to realize you won’t be super comfortable in the room.

Love, love, love this hotel and its location. Let’s be honest, it’s nothing fancy, but you can’t beat the location! I can only speak for our family that we tend to not spend much time at our hotel, so this was perfect. We will definitely be back 🏰

Great place to stay when going to Disneyland. Just walk across the street. Parking is tight for large vehicles. We went to the free breakfast one day. The food was meh. But the staff there was very nice and helpful. Staff at the hotel was nice and professional. The room was fine for crashing. I hope in the future they get rid of the carpet.

It is right across from Disneyland which is fantastic. We came back for a little rest midday. The check in staff are helpful and friendly. The breakfast was great with lots of options. We would go back here

Staff was helping and friendly. We we able to get a parking spot as well. Not great water pressure for showers and lightning was a bit dark in bathroom. But room was clean and always provided with fresh towels daily. Great walking distance to Disney. Continental breakfast is fair with options but grab and go options great. Coffee was great, hot and fresh. Restaurant nest too hotel (were breakfast is served) is amazing.
