Breakfast let the stay down

Stayed here many times over the years and always great reception staff, rooms clean & comfortable, it seems since Covid the breakfast arrangements have drastically deteriorated, I don’t mind pre-ordering breakfast but when you don’t get what you pre-ordered it’s pointless. Waited 20 minutes this morning and received a portion of dry cereal, no cutlery, no hot drink and nothing else that I had ordered. Really disappointing when everything else is great.

The bed was super comfortable, the room was nicely spacious with room to login to my laptop at a nice desk, great shower and close to La Catina--an outstanding ristorante. Loved it!

All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good, especially for 5€, better than the typical buffet. The room was cool which was important to us in August.

Great location & wonderful staff

Had a great stay. The staff are very nice and ensure your needs are met. You order breakfast the day before and is served to you in the lounge area. Great concept to reduce food waste from other methods like buffets. The rooms are modern and clean. Beds are super comfy. And walkable to shops and great restaurants. Will definitely stay here again.

Absolutely beautiful! Modern, affordable, the staff were friendly and very accommodating. The restaurant was excellent. The beds were so comfortable. I can’t say enough about how lovely our stay was.

Room was nice and clean. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good but i would be specific when ordering the night before so staff doesn't get confused in who wants what. I will definitely stay here again!

Best Hotel in Pordenone

Stayed here many times & the service is always very good, simple efficient check-in, rooms are a good size with light modern decor. Love the pre-order breakfast, not sure if it will go back to a buffet style after Covid Location is just a few minutes walk from the train station. Walk the ospite way into town & lots of great bars & restaurants to choose from

Great hotel!

The staff was incredibly friendly and very helpful. They provided my coworkers and I with great recommendations for food in the area and we’re always willing to help with whatever we asked of them. The room was a typical European sized space and was comfortable during my stay. The location was excellent for wandering around Pordenone. Everything I needed was within walking distance.

The property is nice, updated, and right in town. I’m not sure I’d stay there again due to the staff talking about me in Italian thinking I did not understand them.

Our stay was very nice. Small hotel was One block from train station ond two blocks from old town.English speaking staff was most helpful and nice.There were three adults so we had to reserve two rooms.

Comfortable option for short stay, room and bathroom clean. Breakfast for 5EUR is a bargain.

Great Location - Great Team

Booked last minute before flying home to break up all the travelling that I had been doing. The hotel is easily accessible, very clean, air conditioning that worked was very welcome and all the team there are extremely pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was well worth the €5 charge. Would happily stay here again.

Just what we were looking for! After dealing with missed flights and lost luggage, our arrival at the Best Western Plus Park Hotel was exactly what we needed to relax and de-stress. The room was immaculate and well-appointed. Everything was so clean and the shower was amazing! Our teen-aged daughter loved having her own area with 2 twin beds that she could call her own. The hotel is a short walk from the city center and the train station. The breakfast buffet had so many wonderful options! We loved the cappuccino and the friendly staff!!!

Really good hotel, but I think there must be a pillow shortage there because 1 pillow on a double bed wasn’t comfortable for me.

Perfected hotel close to the train station and city center I like the service and a good breakfast for 5 euros

Great hotel at reasonable price.

Only only one block from train station. Friendly staff. Well appointed room. Confusing shower - takes a little time to figure how best to use it. Note that breakfast is not free when using AARP/Expedia. We had to pay for breakfast at checkout.

Perfect choice for Pordenone

Very good hotel - I’ve stayed here a few times over recent years and it’s always good. Immaculate rooms good Wi-fi and 100metres from bus/train station- nice breakfast for reasonable cost.

Elisa was a star! All of the staff were great, but she came up with a few great suggestions which made our travel and restaurant choices easier! I'm very satisfied with our stay.

Family Wedding Trip in Italy.

The lights in the room were a little confusing but overall it was a very nice spacious room, very clean, and a perfect location. We enjoyed our stay there very much. The $5 was worth it for breakfast. It accommodated all of our family and friends traveling with us with room to be together in the lobby.

This hotel is right in the heart of Pordenone. It is a short walk (2 minutes) from the main streets and plenty of restaurants. It was clean and the room was a good size. We would stay here again.

Exceeded Expectations! Friendly Staff!

We stayed for 3 nights. We travel a lot and are very easy to please but also very aware of what a hotel should offer. I was pleasantly surprised and more than satisfied. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was amazing and the position of the hotel was wonderful. We also enjoyed the breakfast buffet which was more than enough selection for such a low price. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone who is looking for a comfortable place to stay in the area.

Small town with a big city vibe

We loved this hotel! Great location(steps from train station and shopping/restaurant district). The breakfast was amazing with a selection of hot and cold items. The staff were very friendly. I recommend taking the complimentary bikes out for a ride:)

Highlight of our Italy vacation

Wonderful hotel with a great location. The breakfast was amazing as was the staff. This was the highlight of our trip. Pordenone is lovely city with plenty of shops and restaurants. I would recommend taking the complimentary bikes from the hotel and go for a ride. So much fun.

Best hotel in the area with an awesome staff!

I have stayed at this hotel at least three times over the past couple years and each visit has been fantastic! The rooms are well decorated, clean and comfortable. The staff is amazing! They are always will to help find your destination or provide suggestions on dining or attractions--never disappointed! Opt for the breakfast! The food and coffee are outstanding. I will definitely stay here again!

family vacation

Hotel is close to the train station a little over a block. Staff were all very professional and friendly. Room was large and very clean. Would stay there again.

Great location in Pordenone

We (two couples) stayed here for a week while visiting friends and relatives in the area. The hotel staff was great. They helped us with handicapped parking, Transfers to the airport in Venice, and any other questions that we had. The nice lady that served breakfast even brought our favorite coffee without being asked. The breakfast was very good with lots of choices. The room was clean and comfortable with one exception. There was a heat wave while we were there and the air conditioner didn't quite keep up. Not the hotel's fault. The regular parking is two blocks away and 9 Euros a night but because we brought our handicapped parking sticker with us, we could park right in front of the hotel. Very easy walking distance to the very center of town with shopping, eating, and entertainment.

Great spot

This is not our first stay here but since our last the rooms have been totally updated. They are very nice. The staff is very obliging and the breakfast is great. The now charge 3 e for the meal but it is worth it. The hotel is two blocks from the train station and two blocks from the piazza. They have bikes you can borrow to get around. The parking is a bit weird as it is two blocks away. If you have a handicapped sticker you can park in front of the hotel as long as you like.

Excellent hotel in proximity to everything

Located right across the train station in pordenone. The hotel has very attentive staff. The rooms are super clean and quite spacious. In addition they provide an iron in request along with pretty much every amenity that you will require. There is even a shoe shine machine located outside the rooms. The Internet is very fast. This may be a mid level chain hotel but it has the feel of a well run family business. I would recommend this hotel wholeheartedly

A great way tyo start our journey in Italy

It was everything we were looking for. The hotel was steps away from the town center. Quiet. Clean and service was second to none. Breakfast was appealing to all, with a vast selection. There is no parking at the hotel itself, however on a side street there are spaces indicated by white lines on the ground, which allow you to park free of charge all day and night. If no spots are available, parking at the train station a few minutes away allow you underground nightly parking at a very reasonable rate . We never had to go to the station as spaces on the street were always available. We would definitely go back. We love Pordenone and the rates at the hotel are extremely reasonable.

First Class!

It was the first time I had stayed in this particular hotel. I am a regular visitor to Pordenone and will definitely be using it again.

A gem in the middle of nowwhere

A pleasant surprise considering it's in a small town, everthing was perfect. Parking off the street is not a problem

The staff are very efficient, polite, helpful and the hotel facilities are very good, location too is close to town centre, bus station and railway station. I enjoyed my stay here and would recommend this hotel for its comfort, efficiency of staff and facilities.

An oasis in central Pordenone

Room had all mod cons and it was spacious and quiet, while the bathroom had a big shower. Twin beds had excellent mattresses and linen was spotlessly white. Breakfast was included and we had a terrific range to choose from ... sweets to cold meats and cheeses, plus a variety of fruit juice - position is central, close to the station. Highly recommended.

Perfect little hotel

An excellent hotel. We were in Pordenone visiting our son and his wife and our new grandson. We spent 2 weeks in the Best Western Park Hotel, a long time in a hotel. It was a pleasure. The staff was, without exception, warm and welcoming. Desk staff all spoke excellent English. The room was small, typical of European hotels, but very modern and well laid out. My wife thought the bed was too hard, but I found it comfortable. It was certainly firm. The bathroom was well laid out, and the shower was excellent. No tub, not an issue for us. Fixtures were modern, well made, and spotless. Housekeeping was exceptional, maybe the best I've ever had. They kept a small room neat, clean, and comfortable for such a long stay. The included breakfast was nice - a wide variety of pastries, good coffee, cheese and cereals. Not an American breakfast, but perfect for us. Service at breakfast was again wonderful. The location was exceptional, as well. A block from the train station, 2 blocks from shops, cafes, and the city market on weekends. This was our first time in Pordenone, and we liked the town a great deal. I travel a lot, spending 30 - 50 nights a year in hotels. The hotel really stood out for a simple hotel. Well kept, spotless, and fantastic service. Could not imagine staying anywhere else in Pordenone.

Great staff!

Staff were very helpful, hotel was very clean and the breakfast was very good! We weren't able to control the heating in the room, but it wasn't too much of a problem because it was winter. Pordenone is a lovely small town, with shops, restaurants etc., very close to the hotel. We travelled as a family and the room was satisfactory. All in all a good stay.

Great Hotel, Great Cappuccino, Great Value!

This hotel was outstanding, from the huge breakfast buttet, to the custom cappuccino topped with a little heart each morning, our stay was perfect. The airconditioning was a plus if you are going in the summer. The bicycles are great to ride around the quaint town. Gelato was with in walking distance! The staff spoke wonderful english and went above and beyond recommending shopping and restaurants and getting us anything we needed. The free WIFI is definatley a value, as we paid up to $7.00/hour in Germany at some hotels.

Best Western Pordenone

The hotel was clean, had a cumfy bed, enough towels and comfortable. The negatives are could not control temperature in room, no ice on floor or buckets to hold ice, no english channels, and referigerator was not cold. The hotel is good for one night stay and breakfast buffet is good but make sure to get up earlier to get items you want. Overall, the hotel was pretty ok just for one night stay.

Breakfast was very nice. Hotel staffs were very kind. I hope to stay this hotel again.

Tornare è sempre un piacere!

Staff sempre gentilissimo, colazione varia e servita velocemente anche ora che non c’è più il buffet (basta chiedere se volete qualcosa in più), stanza e letti comodi, attenzione al cliente. Mancherebbe solo il ristorante, ma davvero non è necessario con tutti quelli che ci sono nelle immediate vicinanze. Stazione letteralmente a due passi.

Quand on vous change tous les jours de chambre en payant de plus en plus cher votre séjour C'est normal mais quand on vous annonce que par votre statut vous êtes executive et que vous avez droit au mini bar J'avais rien demandé Et en partant on vous raconte que la chambre du 2ème jour est pas compris dans le statut exécutive alors que le matin a la remise de la clef vous l'étiez Résultat on vous fait payer le mini bar alors que j'en vais rein à faire de leur bar mais puisque c'était offert, j'en ai profité Italienne technique Promettre et faire payer Je ne recommande pas cet hotel qui vous offre et vous fait payer Je suis presque Diamond chez Accor et Spire chez IHG Gold chez Mariott ..... Un scandale assumée par l'a réception Honte .......
