Bathroom heating vent had a lot of dirt on it!

This hotel has recently been remodeled and is very nice. The beds are extremely comfortable, especially for somrone with back problems. The breakfast is delicious, and the staff go above amd beyond to ensure guests comfort.

The staff is very nice. The rooms were clean, breakfast was good. It was convenient to restaurants and shopping. We were happy with our stay :)

Beautiful hotel stay but unsafe parking lot

My stay was wonderful except for the safety of the parking lot. I consider the parking lot unsafe at night. The lighting is low and there is no security or fence.

Small but efficient room. Generally clean except refrigerator (can be cleaner).

This hotel was good. Conveniently located by the highway, but the windows are sound proof so don’t hear noise. Only one elevator but plenty of stairs. Parking is easy and near two other hotels. Room was good. Bathroom a bit small. Bed is comfy. The breakfast was good.

This property has a standing policy that housekeeping services are provided every 3 days. Our room was not serviced during our stay even though it was requested.

Curtain wouldn't open. Coffeepot set on sm. sink, so nowhere to set eazor, brush,etc

Hotel is newly renovated but in a very cheap way. Definitely overate. It should have a 7.5 maximum

Halfway Home

We were returning from a Florida vacation going home to Kentucky. After driving through Atlanta earlier it was a welcome respite.

Disappointed

After staying same motel in Kentucky night before this motel has a lot to do to come up to their standards…I was very disappointed since I paid more to stay here….had ants in my room…..they were still painting building….should have closed til they were finished with remodeling…..at end of stay didn’t even ask how my stay was…..

Bathroom door would not shut. Room smelled musty and damp. Coffee was horrible

Good place.

Bed was okay… but needs replacing because you can feel the indentation where others have slept on it over the years. Floor was pitched oddly and water from the shower went underneath the bathroom door. Nothing we couldn’t handle with towels. Drain for shower places weird for the pitch of the floor. Shower products are not found in shower but at the sink outside the bathroom which I found odd. Staff was wonderful and very helpful! Might consider staying there again as it wasn’t horrible but just different I guess.

Wonderful stay

This is the second time we have chosen to stay here. We had both a suite and regular rooms. The beds are comfortable, the rooms are clean, the showers are hot, and the breakfast is delicious. We will continue to use this hotel for our conference visits.

Good hot breakfast, comfy beds, nice staff. Specialty coffee machine too! Would recommend. Only minor frustration was only 1 elevator so wait times were a bit long during busy hours and the parking drop off area very tight.

The room was clean and beds were perfect. There were some areas that had chipped paint missing on dark walls. This could be fixed, but thats a petty complaint. Breakfast was ok. Lots of options.

The door to our room was so incredibly difficult to open. We had to push very hard to open it because it was sliding across the floor. The room was not made up for us on the second day even with the placard asking to have it made up. There was no shampoo in the room when showering. There were 3 conditioner bottles. Breakfast both days was good.

Has a nice stay

Nice stay on the spur of the moment. Clean, comfy, front desk was very nice and helpful. Food in the morning was pretty tasty as well.

The sink is in the living area not in the bathroom.

The staff @ the BW Cleveland TN has been absolutely incredible. I have relocated to Cleveland TN from Canada and BW Cleveland has made my stay with them seamless, restful, and peaceful. Anna the overnight hostess was absolutely incredible, The Day staffers were also incredible making booking multiple-night stays over a week-long while I transition into becoming a permanent Cleveland resident easier and less stress-inducing as relocating can be very stressful in and of itself. I want to mention John the afternoon Hostess professional was/is sweet and very accomodating and personable young man... Another gentleman and a female hostess on the Dayshift as Hostess went above and beyond to make my stay and adding additional stays, day & nights, seamless..He demonstrated such kindness and care and really valued his position as a Best Western Associate that he truly made my stay wonderful. I will HIGHLY recommend anyone to try a stay or a vacation with BW Cleveland TN...the staff at this location: The Breakfast Hostess, and The Cleaning staff all very very kind, compassionate and I personally value each and every one of them ... and you as a company. Overall wonderful stay. Staff pleasant and accommodating. We were in an accessible room n was rather crowded n bathroom shower had a foul smell of mold/mildew.

Bed sheets were stained I stayed for 2 nights and left sign on door to have room cleaned and they never did. I will be taking my business elsewhere in the future as I will be a regular visitor to the area.

September One Night Stay

The elevator was not working so we had to use stairs. The bed was amazing! Breakfast was good.

Very Good Hotel

The property was kept up nicely, the staff was friendly, and the bed was comfortable! Stayed four nights, and was very pleased.

The clerk couldn’t get the reservation done because it was made on Expedia. She couldn’t get the credit card to process through them. Finally got that done and found the room was on the 3rd floor. I’m 80 years old. This property is old, the only elevator was out indefinitely, our room assigned was on the third floor and I am disabled due to hip replacement. My brother and wife on first floor already arrived and moved into first floor traded with me and moved to third floor. The first floor room smelled like mold and water damage. My daughter was with me and had lung problems breathing it.

Disappointing for the price

Elevator was broken and only rooms available were on the 3rd floor. Staff offered to help with luggage but didn’t. Requested a discount for being the most expensive stay on the block and the elevator is broken. Staff stated they disclosed elevator was broken and we booked thru a 3rd party so the most they can do is offer points if I become a member. I declined.

Not worth the price

No working elevator. Room smelled musty. The smoke detector had been ripped from the wall. When i commented on it the desk clerk said they must have removed it to put in a new battery and forgot to put it back!

I would not say this “Fabulous” rating is accurate. While the hotel is updated, it’s not very clean. There was black mold around the sink drain and shower and left over Chinese food spilled behind the sink faucet on the counter. I would think that a vanity counter would be sanitized and cleaned between each stay, but what do I know? The gentleman at the front desk at check in was kind, but it took 4 tries to get a key that would work to get us up the stairs and into our room. Which resulted in having to go back to the desk 3 times. He finally tested it himself before sending me off, only to find that it didn’t work again. The elevator was broken. The breakfast was decent , but again the surfaces of the counter behind serving trays looked like they needed cleaning. We stayed here overnight to sleep while traveling to Florida. Is this the worst place to stay? Absolutely not. Does this deserve and 8.8 “Fabulous” rating? I beg to differ. I think their cleaning practices need improvement.

After we booked, they notified us the elevator was not working We asked for a 1st floor room and got a handicap room. This was OK, but the bathroom smelled moldy. It is constantly closed and no ventilation, so it gets moldy smelling. We did not find any mold, just smelled like it. The room was not particularly clean but OK. Breakfast was good.

The hotel was a nice break for our family to meet together and enjoy the very nice outdoor pool. All was well, except the elevator was not working, and fortunately, we didn't have luggage.

The young man who checked us in was nice but the fact that we (60 and 56 yrs old) had to haul all of our luggage up three flights because the elevator is broken was not good at all. The coffee maker in the room didn’t work and the shower had little pressure. I would not stay again. The breakfast was good, though.

Easy to get to. AC kept returning to 80 degrees. No elevator and we were on the third floor and we are in our mid sixties

Walls were paper thin, hotel was just ok. Breakfast… ok, room- ok. Nothing great. Bed was ok… but we heard everything going on across the hall, above us and below us. Not so comfortable.

Based on other reviews I actually paid more for this than the hotel next door. It felt like an older Days Inn w fresh paint. The elevator was broken so had to lug everything up steps. There were curly tiny hairs (yeah you know the kind) on the floor when we entered. The bed smelled like man’s cologne (gross). The door opens to the sink with no entry space which feels like a privacy weird situation with the glass right there shining everything in the room to the hallway. Would not recommend .

Best Western for the win

Cleveland TN is a good halfway point for when I travel between GA and OH. I had been staying at LaQuinta and decided to try BW instead. I plan to stay at BW going forward.

Nice staff, clean, really good breakfast!

I was suppose to get two rooms with kings beds. The worker at night couldn’t give me a reason on why he gave our room away. We ended up with queen beds instead of kings. Other than the communication with the night worker and that issue with the bed we had a wonderful stay!! The hotel was very nice. The day workers were great!
