We have stayed many times..staff is friendly, units clean Chairs in rooms are uncomfortable and badly need replacing. Coffee machine doesn’t work properly..and who wants to use the type of machine that means someone’s used cup was refilled with water to fill the machine.. And..please install electric chargers..seeking out chargers means I will chose a hotel closer to one next time..or a hotel that offers chargers..

Terrible coffee and breakfast was pretty poor

Fastest check in I have ever had. It was a good stay, breakfast was also very good considering its included (some places its not great). Overall good and quiet experience.

Good place to stay that is close to some very desirable areas. Pool and sauna were enjoyable, rooms were clean and quiet and the breakfast we great for a continental.

Overpriced but clean

Helpful staff and front desk. Clean and comfortable… BUT as PRICES CONTINUE up and plus City tax , hotel tax, parking fees etc.. no longer affordable to senior visitors

The mattress was uncomfortable. It had divots in it and was too soft.

Very convenient from the ferry and close to downtown and the bus line. The beds were comfortable. The shower is great. The room was a bit noisy as the door didn’t seal well. The breakfast was decent. What I expect from a typical Best Western.

Staff treated us like second rate citizen's because we boked through Expedia. The rooms were dirty and stank of old dust. The Breakfast was ok, staff tried to be helpful in breakfast area. Front counter staff was very poor. Parking was extra. No real places to eat that were vary close. Went to the Warf a few times to eat and they were closed by 7PM. Lots of homeless people around and sketchy individuals. Very poor experience, no Best Western rewards because of booking through third party. Very disappointing and poor value.

Check in service was horrible

The property is an older building and the room has an older style arrangement. It works well for older folks like us who prefer more space. It was quiet and comfortable for the 2 night stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful to provide ferry information and storm updates. Thank you for making our trip a good memory in the middle of the 'Bomb Cyclone'.

This is a well run and squeaky clean hotel. The front desk staff are helpful and flexible the rooms are clean and quiet and everything seems to have been thought out so that you lack for nothing. The hot breakfast makes it a bargain.

room / bed was comfortable with a small kitchen that included a fridge and microwave - great for storing and heating up leftovers brought home from local restaurants. nice balcony overlooking park. breakfast selections were ok, miss the waffle maker.

The upper floors have an obstructed view which would probably be better when the trees loose the leaves. A nice place, we will come again

Love the whirlpool, pool and sauna. The sauna could use some fixing to make it a bit hotter but that is a first world problem.

The hotel is in a great location walking distance to everything touristy. The bed was comfortable and room was clean and quiet.

Stayed here to run the marathon. Perfect location within minutes to the start line. Quiet with convenient perks like a full breakfast buffet and hot tub. Our room had a separate kitchenette which was nice. Beds were okay but could have been firmer. I'd definitely come back.

The property was quiet and clean. However the room was too hot when we arrived.

Staff compared to other best western locations and other hotels staff were much nicer and welcoming. Parking fee was unexpected. Breakfast was good.

The front house staff were excellent - very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was terrible. The room was too hot with no access to a thermostat to cool it down.

The hotel is really very nice, and our room had a balcony too! Very close to the inner harbor and walkable to everything. Note that the hotel (or at least our room) doesn't have air conditioning which was fine since it was cool during our visit.

we have been to this hotel before. a few suggestions; our room #306 was spacious and well supplied with cooking equipment.the shower and bathroom were good. Unfortunately the carpet was very stained. There was much dust under the glass for the TV in the bedroom. The whirlpool and the pool were a great amenity. The Sauna was very slow to warm up(the door does not shut fully) and the outside door to the pool was open which did not help the sauna to heat. Robin Orr

We had a great 3 night stay here. The hotel was clean, quiet and comfortable with a good breakfast. It is walkable to everything in Victoria. Highly recommended.

The only improvement I would suggest is a larger breakfast area ... otherwise we enjoyed our stay.

Checked in for 2 day stay..nice location close to harbour. Room had kitchen, however no plates or pots and pans..when asked at front desk, they say they are locked and could be a fee attached to it. No A/C in room which is a first that I have seen. Not a big issue as we are in September. Nice outdoor pool and indoor hot tub. Nice breakfast

Spacious rooms with kitchen, greater free breakfast and nice staff

The hotel was everything we needed for a centrally located short stay with young kids. The harbour view and generous suite size was a plus. We had a kitchenette, which was convenient, but note that you need to pay an extra fee to access the locked cupboard of bowls and plates. Very walkabe location. Would be happy to stay here again.

We had a wonderful 3 night stay. We had advised in advance that I am partially sighted and asked for a room with plenty of both natural and electric light for the evening, We were delighted with the corner room which was allocated and allowed us both. Thank you to the team at Best Western Plus Inner Harbour, reception were most helpful and the ladies who were running the breakfast service were always on hand refreshing items in what was a very busy breakfast room. We didn’t expect much of the breakfast as it was included in the price of the stay and we found it perfectly adequate as a start to each day. If you want a full regular breakfast with staff to serve you then go elsewhere, you get what you expect when included in the room rate which seems most unusual for hotels in Victoria. A great stay, thank you to everyone who was on hand, if we are ever in Victoria again (we are from the UK) we would most certainly choose this hotel again.

Convenient location in Victoria. Breakfast included but parking is extra. Our room didnt have air conditioning, only a small desk fan, and it was a 30 degree september day so very stuffy even with the door open all night. We were right above the front entrance so smoke from cigarettes came up to our room. Standard room, no frills. Disappointing for price.

Room tired and dated. Plastic plates made it feel like a youth hostel. Staff grumpy in the breakfast room. Breakfast space limited and food beige. Pool was good and hot tub, hot!

No AC. Otherwise ok.

Stayed for one night. Didn’t realize that there was no AC when we booked. Thankfully there was a fan on the desk. Suggest a high level room so you can leave the patio door open with just the screen locked for air flow through the night. Tiny eating space, so get there early if you want a seat for breakfast. Parkade is very tiny and tight so if you have a big vehicle you might want to pay for parking on the street if it’s available. Mold/Mildew in the shower but they did they say they were short on housekeeping staff. Beds were comfortable and the room was decently clean otherwise.

Nice little hotel. In the centre of Victoria but on a quiet side street. Generous size rooms, balconies, kitchenette, and a decent breakfast included. 24 hour tea and coffee service in the lobby is a nice touch. Pool, hot tub, and laundry facilities are a bonus. Will definitely stay there again on next trip to Victoria

Everything was good our biggest complaint was the beds. They just weren’t comfortable. Also would have been nice to know that the rooms are not air conditioned, the temperatures outside were thankfully not high so opening the patio door was sufficient

I really enjoyed my room with backyard view. Quiet, clean and the small kitchenette it was great.

One street off the harbour. Very convenient to walk and see the sites around the harbour. Lots of places to eat close by.

I had to ask twice for our room to be cleaned during a 3 night stay. The receptionist said they would not make our beds but would empty the garbages. I asked for the beds to be made as this is a bare minimum expectation for a hotel stay, she argued and was not accommodating at all. The room was not cheap and I was disappointed in the service for our much anticipated family vacation.

No A/C and no daily cleaning option of the room.

There is no air conditioning, didn't know that until I checked in. Asked for two queen beds, and got a one bedroom suit with a queen bed. Probably wouldn't stay there again.

Perfect hotel! It is within a short walking distance to everything in the inner harbor. The hotel rooms are clean and comfortable, the breakfast is generous, and they even have free umbrellas to borrow when it’s raining outside. Easy parking that is also secured.

We rode the ferry from Seattle, so the one block walk to this hotel with our luggage was a breeze. The room was big with a little kitchenette and a balcony with seating, so there was plenty of space to sit and enjoy a coffee. There's a heated pool and sauna and a laundry room with 2 washers and dryers. I only had American cash so the front desk kindly converted a couple dollars into Canadian coins for me to use the laundry machines. Upon checkout they stored our luggage for us while we walked around Victoria until our evening ferry. It was overall a great place to stay and the staff couldn't have been any more helpful. Breakfast was great too!
