This place was so good

When I checked in the front desk attendant named ISSAC, is a very decent and nice person, he was very friendly and helpful. Good luck to him Rest of the staff was mostly Spanish speaking, they seemed nice, but I can’t assess due to limited interaction. There is so much construction going arround this hotel, it’s took circling arround it 3 times even with GPS, TO GET TO FRONT OF THE HOTEL. I will rate this as poorly kept and maintained property, very dirty. Will avoid it in the future if possible

Clean and check in was fast. Received 2 keys unfortunately the key I received didn’t work had to walk all the way to the front and person in the front didn’t even apologize for any inconvenience.

The shower door was a little crooked and didn’t close at the top, maybe a 1/2 inch open. The bottom was sealed however lots of water spilled on the floor. 2 or 3 cars had windows broken and were broken into. The breakfast was pretty decent, eggs were powered based with no flavor. Bacon was super, super thin.

Great place to stay. I go to round rock every couple of months and this hotel is one of the best it stayed in so far.

The appliances didnt work in the junior kitchen suite. They're was no point of calling maintenence since we only spent one night.

I wasn’t there long, but my stay was nice. The room was clean, the staff was friendly, and the breakfast was good.

I got bitten by bugs. And the property has microwave in room.

Bedroom was amazing but I mostly loved the location. It wasnt inside the city but around and there were a lot of restaurants near by.

It was a bit of a hassle because I got the fee twice. It was a little bad that the information was not automatically updated when I paid the fee first

There were black mold in two of the rooms I was assigned. And the third room smelled like mold but I couldn’t find it.

The room was spacious and clean. The staff was very nice and helped with anything needed. The cooking utensils were a bit sparse in the room but we didn’t really need them. Room keeping service was amazing. And my daughter enjoyed breakfast every morning.

They allowed my dog to stay even had a area for him to use the bathroom with the doggie bags outside, they had a pool but no lay out chairs only ones u could sit at with tables so that part they should fix but otherwise the staff was very pleasant and respectful so no complaints the food could use a little more love when being made also I understand it's a free one but at least make it semi delicious

The staff is really great and they were very friendly! My only issue was on the weekends there is no cleaning staff, which means NO NEW TOWELS!!! It’s very frustrating to have to negotiate getting a hand towel to dry your body. Other than that it was a good stay!

I stayed 2 nites and supposed to get 1 nite free, clerk told me that was no true at check out. There are posters on each entry door with information. This was my first time seeing her and she didn't even try.

Everything went smoothly. The facility is clean and the staff is friendly.

My stay at the Best Western Plus in Austin, Texas, from 4/11/24 to 4/14/24, was the worst experience I have had in any hotel. Our room was never cleaned, the trash was not taken out, and we constantly had to request new towels and toilet paper. Our bed sheets were never changed either. The bathroom's shampoo, conditioner, and body wash containers were empty. My mother, who was staying at the hotel with me, asked the hotel manager (Cindy Lozano) if she could have extra blankets, and she disrespectfully answered back with " I am not housekeeping." You are the hotel manager. She did not make a ridiculous request. Her response was that it was disrespectful and unprofessional.

The property was very clean and the variety in breakfast options were great. We loved the Frappuccino machine and tried making different drinks every morning. The staff was very friendly and helpful, it was great to have coffee available for 24 hours. The room looked little dull. Some good paintings might lift up the appeal of the room.

Check in was quick and easy! My family and I arrived kind of later into the night and was pleasantly surprised how smooth the process was. Our host was so nice and friendly, considering how she was a new employee!! She was GREAT!!! Everything was exactly as I seen on the website. No hidden fees, beautifully decorated, with clean spacious rooms and bathrooms. Beds were also comfortable. And you can't beat the location! So many food places and shops close by! Even Walmart was just up the street! We came back to our room and bathroom cleaned neatly with freshly stocked towels, daily, which I didn't even know they offered!! I will definitely recommend this hotel and stay here here again!! 10/10!!!! The night and morning breakfast team were great! Thanks!!! #Rm106💖

Staff was super nice and knowledgeable. I had a great stay. Only thing was roof was leaking and trash cans in the middle of hall I was on the fourth floor. Did not affect me it was four rooms down. Room was good but didn’t have a microwave only thing I disliked.

My stay was good except for a strange man who knocked on my door. He went away, thsnkfully. The hotel people need to turn the mattress cause it is sinking on one side.

Good value considering the price and environment

Maid service did not provide all the missing items such as a bathmat and the tea that I had selected. The coffee maker didn’t work. When I went to the fitness center, only one of the machines was working. There were no carry out options for the breakfast, so I couldn’t take advantage of that amenity. Front desk was friendly, but check-in was delayed significantly and not explain as they seem to be dealing with some kind of a computer issue.

This hotel was great. Not too far from downtown, Clean, Quiet and the free breakfast topped it off. I forgot her name but the older hispanic woman at the front desk, was so sweet to me and my partner. She was informative and very attentive to us. Thank you so m much dear, you made our stay even better.

Terrible hotel.

I walked into my room and the Shampoo and soap containers were not even filled. The shower wasn't even hot the entire time I was there but the day of check out my shower was blazing hot.... I believe that this was done intentionally. Room didnt refill my towels and didnt change the sheets.

Clean and quiet

Didn't notice until morning after sleeping in the bed, but there was a crush, maybe blood stain at the top of the blanket. Disgusting.

My only complaint is the bed was uncomfortable and the bottom sheets had huge/multiple stains. But overall the staff were prompt and courteous, the entire building was clean, and the hotel location was convenient for dining and shopping.

Rooms were clean, easy access to 35, close access to dining, offers a limited hot breakfast buffet, quiet at night. Room was missing a microwave, but caused no issuers for me since I was eating out. Overall a great stay for the price!

Made my Business Trip Comfortable

I stayed here for 3 nights on a business trip for a conference that was in DT Austin. It was incredibly comfortable, clean, and convenient for my trip’s needs. Parking was excellent, able to use food delivery services (including late at night) and good distance between the city and outlying towns. Staff was patient with me despite me having to check in at 11:30pm the first night due to some technical difficulties and a huge storm that was happening in the Austin area at the time. Phone was answered every time the few times I’d call the hotel and excellent customer service was provided each time. Check in and out were easy thanks to Hotels.com.

No house keeping on the weekends

Very bad experience, black bugs un washroom and no housekeeping for 3 days.

I arrived in Austin on the 13th and I called the hotel to see if I could check in 30-45 minutes early. I was told I could check in and so I headed over. When I got there, there were 0 clean rooms for the one I booked. The front desk girl was super nice and she did everything in her power that she could do in order to help me so I appreciated that. They had 1 room available at the time but it was around $50 more. Otherwise, there were no more clean rooms. I said that was fine and wound up paying the extra to get checked in. I didn’t mind at the time. However, the moment I walked into the room I just paid extra for, mildew hit me in the face. At first I thought it may have just been me but as hours went by, I started having a really hard time breathing. 4 hours after I checked in I went to the front desk and asked to change rooms. They did accommodate this and the second room we got smelled a LOT better and after about an hour, I could breathe ok again. However, the refrigerator was dirty and the bathroom smelled horrible. Can’t win it all I guess. Overall, I do not recommend this place. Some things about it are ok, a lot are not and I will be perusing a refund.

I had an overall great experience!

The actual property is nice and clean. Exterior looks exactly like pictures. We had dirty towels in our bathroom that made me extremely uncomfortable afterwards because it made me question if the bedding had been change if the towels never was. The towels were all damp and had makeup stains. When we finally got a new set of towels they were “clean” but extremely used and dingy. Breakfast was interesting. I wish it wasn’t right in the middle of the lobby. None of the cardio equipment worked in the gym.

Pros: clean hotel, day shift staff is nice Cons: they allow 10 plus trucks full of construction workers to stay here, they take up most of the parking lot. there was a woman who looked like she was on hard drugs who would stand outside smoking cigarettes and stared at me through the window. I had to close the window every time because she would stand right outside. Besides the sketchy guests, the night staff is a joke. They lock the doors at 11pm which means if you order food they won’t let your delivery driver in. They take your order to the front desk, but they won’t even bring it to you, instead they call and disturb you, then make you come to the front to retrieve your order. Then the woman won’t give you your order until you verify your room number, as if you didn’t just talk to her on the phone when she called to make you come down there. It was like she was gatekeeping DoorDash orders. Extremely bizarre. The luggage carts are tiny, about half the size of a normal luggage cart, which means it’s going to take you 2x as long to take your stuff out. As I was loading my car, one of the maids saw me struggling with the door that she was standing next to, and just stared at me. Nice. Last but not least, for some reason they tried to charge my card an extra $100 after checkout even though I already had paid a $100 deposit and did not damage the room. Just avoid this place, you can pay a little more and get a better quality hotel like a Hampton Inn.
