Great attention. A little far from the train station but accessible to all bus. The room was comfortable and clean.

Perfect Airport Hotel!

We walked from our Airbnb near Duomo because we had time to kill with bulky luggage and I would ill advise it—but it is definitely do-able, best with backpack or bag. We appreciated the tub and comfortable beds. We were sleeping on thin cheap mattresses and flat pillows and it was not the best experience. We were able to rest up before our long day of travel the next day. The front desk was so helpful and a taxi can arrive within 5min, any time of the day or night! It was one less thing to worry about. It cost 20 or 25 euros cash iirc. And the ride time was not even 10min. Also within walking distance of a few eateries, though opening times can be inaccurate. Great one night stay for early flight times, especially if you are refunding VAT. I recommend!

Far from downtown, but close to the train station and can go everywhere. I will comeback and recommended

All what i expected

Picked this hotel because I wanted to be close to my next destination which was “the Airport” which was 5min on the Taxi. . (I had an early flight to my next destination and wanted to make sure I was near airport. Hotel was CLEAN, smelled good and looks in good conditions. Hotel staff was always FRIENDLY & HELPFUL. Hotel staff always helped us calling a taxi and they arrived as little as 5min. Super market walking distance just in case you want drinks, snack or whatever else. Near by eating places. Hotel was also close to Train Station Firenze S.M.N like around 10-12min I would say. I am not a person to give surveys but this time I did and gave it 5 stars because I really did like the Hotel very much ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The smell of the room wasn’t nice. We had no hot water for the first day. The’re was signs of moist on the ceiling in the bathroom. It was so noisy that we had to call front desk a couple of times to address the situation. The beds weren’t comfortable. It was our worst stay of the whole vacation. Positive note : it’s not to far from the airport.

The property needs an extensive face-lift. The bathroom fixtures are very old and need replacement. The windows are not noise proof so all outside noise is heard in the rooms.

The staff was truly wonderful. My wife and i were scheduled to return to NYC when she got food poisoning, or a stomach virus. We cancel our flight and were forced to relocate hotels and we chose an American brand, Best Western.The staff was so caring and respectful. When it was apparent we would need more than one night they found accommodations. Wife needed Emergency Room care at hospital.the staff couldn't do enough for us

We needed to stay somewhere near the airport, which the proximity of this hotel is good. However that’s the only positive thing we can say after our stay. The area surrounding the hotel looks unsafe, not many food options unless you walk 25 mins. Hotel is very old - lost power that evening and was still out when we checked out. We could barely sleep with how hot our room was and couldn’t take a warm shower or even see in the bathroom with the lights out. Sadly, it just was not a pleasant experience.

Didn’t feel like the safest area. Was disappointed with the breakfast. Hotel could use some renovations.

This place smells like sewage. They have air fresheners spraying everywhere to attempt to cover up the fowl odor, but it just combines together. The rooms are small - essentially room for beds and bathroom and nothing else. They don’t change linens after each guest, which should be common practice. Rooms smell like smoke, and the door to the bathroom wouldn’t close because the floor was warped. I do not know how they can call themselves a Best Western, this place is a roach motel at an outrageous price. DO NOT STAY HERE.

This hotel has thin walls and I could hear people shouting at night. Also, there was this old dusty smell coming from what seems to be beneath my bed. Sleeping on the other side of the bed was slightly better. Also, this property was far from city center which made it very difficult to traverse. Did not know I basically needed a taxi since public transportation in Florence is awful…

Good stop over spot if you have an early flight, only 5 min from airport by taxi. Rooms were a bit worn...walls dirty, carpet stained, floor not swept.

I flew into Florence from Canada and anticipated that I'd need a place to relax, get caught up on sleep and adjust to local time. I've stayed at a lot of Best Western Hotels in Canada and trust the brand. I was not disappointed, the people were friendly and helpful. The room was as expected a little smaller than in Canada - but it was clean, the bed was comfortable and the location was perfect - only a few minutes from the car rental pick up. There is limited parking available, but I had no issue parking outside of the hotel.

Fine Hotel - close to Florence airport

A reasonably price hotel that is quite convenient from the Florence airport. It is easy to get to this hotel from the airport using public transportation and, thus, avoid the expense and complication of getting a cab at the Florence airport. The staff was friendly and helpful, the hotel was clean, and the breakfast quite nice. The hotel is older and the rooms small, plus the surrounding area is not the best. All-in-all, an acceptable experience. I travel to Florence, Italy frequently on business and have stayed at this hotel before and I would again. The convenience from the airport is a big plus, particularly if you arrive in Florence late in the day.

Property is in a declining neighborhood. Staff was helpful when we notified them that there was a bad smell in the bathroom of the first two rooms we were given. It's a good place to rest in preparation to go on to the Airport.

I was only there for one night and leaving early for the airport. I liked that the actual room was very clean and comfortable. Its an older hotel and the surrounding area is too busy and the buildings very close to each other. But, it served its purpose. The staff was very nice, helpful and professional. Good place to stay near the airport. Its only 10 minutes by taxi.

It was well cleaned! The area seemed safe, it was easy to get to by bus and tram, price was great, staff was welcoming, bilingual, provided an easy and early check-in, and was helpful. The room needed work though - there was an overpowering smell of air freshener, the heating towel rack was dripping water and the AC was broken. Not a deal breaker in the Spring, but it could use some maintenance as opening the windows to let fresh air in might make the room too loud in the summer.

Air conditioning needs maintenance. It got too warm.

5 star for great service and clean, spacious rooms. 9 min walk to T2 trams to Florence city.

Very close to the airport. The rooms are very small but did the trick for our overnight stay. Walls are paper thin and you hear everyone in the halls coming and going at all hours.

Room was clean, breakfast had good selection, safe parking behind gate. Very friendly staff.

Love that the reception area ( employees) were professional, patience with us not speaking a word of Italian ( I appreciate) . The Continental breakfast was were served.

Open location of the property is affordable

Only stayed overnight before flying so didn't use any of the facilities. Were able to easily get back from the city on the tram. Short taxi ride to airport but still very expensive- over 17 Euros but that's got nothing to do with the hotel. You could easily take the tram but didn't want to at 4 am.

Too much deodorizer used in room caused all-night coughing. No smell is much better than too much smell. Also, the bathroom door was blocked by the bidet, allowing only about 10 inches of clearance to enter the room. Food in restaurant overpriced and not very good. But the personnel were nice.Hotels.com charged more for the room than I could have paid if booked directly.

Close to the airport, good for a short stay. Beds were comfy. Arrived on a Sunday, restaurant was closed as were most others in the area.

Hosts were very helpful during the check-in process as well as guiding us to the nearest public transportation options. The room we were given has very sizeable balcony overlooking the city, and beds were comfortable. We also had a supermarket within walking distance for purchasing snacks and water, and a market next to the hotel for a few toiletries. Thank you to the hotel staff!

Hotel is old and not updated since the 1970’s. Area around hotel seemed in a sketchy part of town. Advertisement online embellished the hotel and area. Not a fan nor would I recommend it to anyone
