For Ibadan, this is our go to place to stay for work. It is safe, clean and overall, good service. There are not that many great options in Ibadan so this BW is a very good one.
I was not able to fully rest as i was scared. The lobby is crowded. The rooms not properly clean. Will not be staying at the hotel and cant recommend it.
I was a given an executive room instead of a deluxe room and the bathroom was not cleaned before it was allocated to me.
The property is just okay although their rooms are small and tight. Their services are terrible, no concierge service available and they have limited breakfast options with unfriendly staff members.
Good 3.5-4 star hotel. Comfortable and safe location. Bit dated fixtures in rooms and slightly unprofessional staff but very willing. I will probably come back. Wish they would recognize being a top Best Western Rewards member.
Good Hotel.
It was good. Courteous staff. Clean room. Limited breakfast options but not unexpected. Generally a good experience. Will stay here again next time I am in Ibadan.
Lovely Hotel
Comfortable, very nice staff, good array of food. I would stay again
Quite alright
Best Western Ibadan I’d say is ok for a short stay in the city. Service is great. Air con in my room was not working in the middle of the night and someone was sent to fix it. Wouldn’t recommend it for longer stays though, a few things need a bit of fixing to please the detailed eye.
lack of adequate room service
lack of basic amenities like tooth brush, paste, razor , comb etc. upon asking , they did not have razors or cream , and the comb provided was below par, lack of adequate room service , asked for glasses , and they mentioned they can only provide one , and asked for ice, they brought the same in a glass instead of an ice bucket
Very good
Nice stay but could be better
There was power outage every night. Food was good and staff were friendly. But I think there was a computer glitch and communication was difficult as the room was always being registered as empty even though it was occupied, so guest were turned away. It felt secure and the surrounding was really nice.
Great and splendid. Every facility in the hotel is of international standards
Decent place but does not love up to Best Western standards.
Safe, clean and comfortable with some odd customs
If you have not visited Ibadan before and are looking for a safe, overall-western-standard choice, you will definitely find it here. However, do expect to find a few odd customs such as 1. The hotel being unable to verify that payments have been made through Hotels.com (a payment receipt downloaded from our Hotels.com account had to be manually emailed to them) – and 3 different staff had to be reminded of this email during the stay. 2. A fully paid double room for 2 guests only included breakfast for 1. Breakfast for the additional guest was charged with 3000 Naira (about 9 USD or 75 SEK) per night. This situation was not indicated by Hotels.com when booking. 3.) Wifi arrangement was so bad that it was hardly useful. Nontheless a safe, clean and comfortable choice for the non-adventurous.

I didn’t like anything about my stay, I enjoyed leaving. The building appeared rundown, requiring significant repairs and updates. Stains adorned the walls, and there were holes in the tubs, towels were old and worn out. There were peculiar odors throughout the hotel. Music played in the halls throughout the night, and cockroaches were present in the rooms. The most disappointing aspect was the additional charge for breakfast despite booking a room for two people. A rip off, the staff were unreasonable about it. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
