Disappointed

Majority of the room didn't have working electrical outlets. Lamps, microwave l, didn't work either due to the outlets not working. Room was outdated. Luckily we only just needed a place to sleep before our flight. If you're just needing a place to sleep it's fine other than that I would stay somewhere else

Friendly, helpful staff. Convenient location. Easy free parking. Quiet, clean, basic. Breakfast had a good variety of options. We've stayed here before and will again!

My sister and I had to make a last-minute hotel change and decided to spend an extra $30 per night on this Best Western, but it wasn’t worth it. The hotel was clean, and the room was spacious, but it didn’t feel comfortable or inviting. The hallways and entrances were creepy, and parking was terrible—we had to park in the back by the trash cans, which didn’t feel safe, especially late at night after getting back from a concert. When checking in, I saw a group of guests disputing charges, which was concerning. The room itself was musty, and the AC made the air and our beds damp. The bathroom was awkward—super low toilet like kindergarteners type and the toiletries were so tiny . I asked the front desk for more, but they didn’t understand English well and gave me toilet paper instead. I just went to Target for supplies. Overall, for the extra money, I expected more comfort. I’d recommend looking for other options in the area. Be aware the parking is super limited!

Average stay!

It was a one night stay. It was very peaceful and I really liked the size of the room. The bed was NOT very comfortable for me. The breakfast area lacked more options and more quantity for guests to help themselves. Overall, it was just an average night stay. I recommend it if all you need to do is rest for the night.

Had a dead cockroach in my room never stayed the night. Carpets were pretty gross. Manager refunded my money when he arrived later the next day so I am thankful for that.

Absolutely terrible. Paid a $25 room cleaning fee & a $20 pet fee, only to be charged a $250 cleaning fee after we left bc they said it had a Oder. My dog did not urinate or use the bathroom in the room. He did go swimming. Charging $300 for a cleaning fee is crazy! I will Never stay at a best western ever again!

We had a great experience at Best Western. Everything was very clean and super comfortable. The breakfast buffet was really good. Also the staff were very friendly and efficient. Highly recommend!

Terrible service.

Very disappointed. It took over 30 minutes to get a shuttle from the airport. When I went to the pool it was locked at 2 pm with a padlock, it took 30 minutes for someone to open it. When I checked out and my flight was delayed, I waited 20 minutes at the front desk to ask them to store my luggage and no one ever came. I even called the front desk hoping they would come to answer the phone.

Clean facilities and rooms. Close to the airport, and easy on and off the freeway. I would stay there again.

Great customer service. We were greeted by Timothie with such a BIG smile on his face. He had a really great personality and awesome customer service, really loved his impressions and attitude. All in all, we had an amazing time/stay at the hotel.

Place looked clean to me and very neat. Tommy was fun to talk with, and let us know about the free shuttle; which we did not know about and saved us some money. The price for what I saw was very good.

The room was clean, and the surrounding environment was quiet and nice. However, to put it mildly, the breakfast was the worst. We went to the breakfast area before 9 o'clock, but all the warm dishes were empty, and there was no bread or yogurt either. We asked the staff, but they were completely unhelpful. By 9:30, they started cleaning up without any explanation. I have many opportunities to go to Austin in the future, but I do not want to stay at this hotel, nor can I recommend it to acquaintances.

I checked in at 3:30 with an individual that came out of a room marked “office” she was talking to someone on the cellphone and told them to hold on. She asked me for my name and found my reservation. She then tells me there’s a $25 refundable deposit so I paid. She makes me sign the confirmation receipt and gives me my room keys. We walk into room it’s a queen suite didn’t think anything of it being that normally my rooms are always upgraded. We were in the room for about 2 hours before we changed to head to dinner and take a stroll around Austin. We ended up getting back to hotel around 11:30. We had both our key cards and attempted both to open room however it did not work. We tried each one over 5 times and nothing. My husband went to the front office and after like 3 minutes ends up calling me to head over there. I go and the gentleman in the front said I had to wait for his supervisor because they had put some restriction on my room to not allow us back in. We were very confused, finally the supervisor shows up and starts questioning what time I checked in and if I remembered with who. He then proceeds to inform me that the room I was in was not checked out to everyone and that I shouldn’t be that room. I was even more confused because I checked in and had keys given to me by one of the employees there so not sure what he expected me to say. He then just stands there staring at the screen for awhile and finally says well I guess I’ll just let you stay in that room now

The bed were absolutely terrible. I have a bad back and so does my wife and I woke up constantly cuz of the uncomfortable bed. My back is sore AF and it just plain hurts. Other than that everything else was good.

Last minute stay after airport drama. This hotel was wonderful extremely accommodating, especially for such a last minute reservation. Room was a great size, very clean, and available for early check-in. Will recommend!!!!

Kicked me out of the facility because i went to the store, on my way down i got one towel to exchanged for a clean one once i got the exchange i walk out to my vehicle to go to the store and come back to go to the pool. There is more but the manager just started chasing me screaming bad words to me, i was calm the whole time i got video of how unprofessional she was and at the end she just told me when you get back youll be kicked out and sure they did i was kicked out and yes i return the towel and i didnt even went to the pool or used the towel. I call to me a complain at headquarters but she lied on me amd they believed all of her words so because she is the msgr its what she said, i was not alone and we have 2 videos of how she was out of control. Also i took a pictureof the towel when i returned it . I was charged 35 dollars for all because her ego.

I give it 4 stars because the pool was super small , my room had some flaws. The housekeeping did go inside my room also i did had the do not disturb on the door, they did my bed with the same sheets , so i do appreciate them cleaning but they could've got me new sheets at least. OH The guy in the night shift was awesome!! HE GETS A 5 STAR.!

The area around the hotel has a Mobil station close by, but there is trash all over when I walked there. The toom had a tear in the carpet, but nice bed and bathroom was nice. Very close to the airport.

Upon checkin We were given a key to a room that was already occupied. Open the room door to find the tv on, pizza box open on the bed, bed sheets pulled down and all lights on, then we Had to get rebooked into another room and that room key didn’t work. So after three trips down to the lobby front desk we finally were given a door key that worked to an un occupied room. The carpet was soaking wet all around the AC unit which was leaking all over. After checkout I saw this hotel charged my credit card THREE different times, for three different amounts. The room was paid for in advance on hotels.com app. I called the hotel and they had no answers to why my card was charged these 3 amounts. “No one” was there that could give a straight answer. So now I have to call my credit card company and let them know and to get my money back they are attempting to steal from me. I highly suggest to anyone looking at this hotel to stay somewhere else and bypass all the extra frustrations that this hotel brings to its customers.

Checked in around 2:30AM because we had a delayed flight and didn’t want to drive over an hour home. Checked out about 9AM. In that little time that we stayed at this hotel my front license plate was stolen. I still can’t believe this happened. Hotel should provide additional lightening for safety measures and to deter thefts.

It is an older hotel but they have cleaned it pretty good. Rooms are big people are great so friendly helpful.

Convenient located for overnight stay before flight. Friendly welcome. Unfortunately building starts showing age. Room on 1 level had a smell I didn't like. Room change was no problem. Next room worn out mini fridge and too soft mattress for me. No vanity mirror and 1 broken light at mirror. Business center out of order. Pool water looked not inviting. Fitness room looked good but not available 24/7 with room key card. You have to ask at the desk to get someone unlock.

The gentleman who worked at the front desk Tommie was AMAZING!!! He had top notch customer service which made our stay even better. The rooms were clean and the location was great.

I just want to say that the gentleman at the front desk was amazing! Even my 9 year old daughter said “Mom he has really good energy!” He was always nice during our interactions. He is a great employee! Thank you to him for making us feel welcomed! He was there both evenings that we were there and he always supplied us with pool towels and made sure we had everything we needed.

This is my very first stay at Best Western and I was happy with the cleanliness, the location, the breakfast variety and the staff.

The property itself is fine. The adjacent lodging is fine. All the approaching streets there are lots of homeless/vagrants loitering around. I would not want my spouse staying here alone. There have been instances of vehicles being broken into at all the hotels/motels in this area. Limited dining options within a mile or two of this facility. Would not be my normal first choice but I was meeting numerous other people that were staying at adjacent hotels.

Tommie, who checked us in Thursday night, May 16th, was fabulous. Loved his energy!

There were very few restaurants in the area. It is right by the interstate and is very noisy.

The staff was friendly, the room was clean and everything was according to the booking information. Very convenient and with an excellent transportation service.

The front desk employee, Tommie, was very helpful and enthusiastic. The room was average and was a little dirty. The bed and pillows were not comfortable. The breakfast options were substandard.

The whole service was. However, the pool wasn’t safe cuz anyone can get access to it. They supposed to separate the pool from the street. You can get access to the pool from outside the hotel even though you are not the hotel guest. That was the only issue I experienced, except that everything was good.

The overall property was nice. While the things I wasn't a fan of was mainly personal preference for example the beds being softer and the showers having more water pressure. But i notice that my shower head did leak a little down the wall.
