It has all the amenities

The staff was very friendly when we arrived, and our room was ready early. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The down side is the walls are super thin. We could hear the rooms next to us arguing, babies crying, and people at the pool screaming.

The breakfast was really good and the hotel was a 9 min walk to Disney which was really convenient

Decent stay great location.

No hot water the first night but it started working, staff was reasonable in quickness to fix a tv that was not working. Beds are very comfortable as someone with back and neck pain. Let us check in early which was nice. Broken toilet paper holder and outdated bathroom.

Fantastic property just steps from Disneyland!

This is one of our favorite places to stay when visiting Disneyland! Location wise, its a 10 min. walk total to get to the Esplanade / Main gates to the parks. You literally cross the street to get to the Harbor-side security gate, and the entrance to DCA is to your left, Disneyland to your right. This property is a "Disney Good Neighbor" hotel, so if you're a Magic Key holder, you may want to call before booking and see if they're offering any discounts on stays. The staff are incredibly kind and hospitable. The check in was a smooth / seamless process, and since our rooms weren't ready when we arrived, we just left our luggage with the front desk and headed to the parks for some breakfast and rides, before coming back later in the afternoon to rest and freshen up before dinner. The rooms are always comfortable, clean, and spacious. The mattress was fluffy, but still had enough firm support for my tired-from-walking-body. There were plenty of pillows on the bed so my BF and I did not have to fight over them. The toiletries offered were lemon-scented which was very energizing. The shower had shampoo / conditioner / body wash in a wall mounted pump. I'm particular about my hair care products, and did not use them, but my BF said it was OK, but the lemon scent reminded him Pledge. Don't skip out on the complimentary breakfast on the 3rd floor! The breakfast sandwiches were a hit, and it kept us full until a late lunch. Overall, fantastic place to stay!

Nice hotel in easy walking distance to Disneyland. Good breakfast. Every staff member we ran into was super friendly. I would definitely stay here again.

The room was clean, the staff was great, the breakfast had a lot of variety and was good. The room I had the toilet had issues in flushing and the TV only had 1 channel. It was close to Disneyland park. The walls seemed paper thin and for 2 of the 5 nights my next door neighbors woke me up for a few hours with their noise and the last night at 2:30am there was a running event and the music and DJ's were incredible loud. But over all it was a good place to stay.

Location to Disneyland entrance is phenomenal. You can't get closer without staying at a Disney hotel.

This is our second time staying at this hotel. Great walking distance from Disneyland. Breakfast was good. Our room was an accessible room but it was directly below the breakfast room and we heard a lot of noise and moving around.

We stayed across from Disneyland park. The breakfast buffet was excellent! The room was nice and clean. The staff was very friendly and professional. We had daily housekeeping! I’m so glad that has returned post Covid!! We will definitely stay there again!

Property was great for a Disneyland stay. Down sides are no central air. We had very strong Italian food smell stuck in our room 1 night. Every morning loud garbage truck woke us up next door from dennys I think. Clean room. Responsive staff. Excellent free breakfast.

Honestly, the office staff was amazing at check in and out. I was irrtated with the cleaning staff. Our first day at the hotel, we literally ran out of hotel to be at rope drop. We never thought twice about a mess nor do we expect their staff to clean our mess on our beds due to wardrobe changes. We can back to a note in spanish on our bed said due to our mess on the beds it prohibited them from doing their job. I felt was incredibly rude and unnecessary on their part. We declined cleaning the entire rest of our trip. We do not want them in our room if they are leaving us messages. We paid a lot of money to come and I found it disrespectful. Our room had ants, but we never complained. I am not entirely sure I will stay here again.

Great accommodation for a Disneyland visit

We loved staying so close to pedestrian access to the Disneyland parks. Perfect location for them. The breakfast had lots of choices and even gluten free bread on request. The staff were friendly and helpful to deal with. Appreciated the on-site laundry. The rooms are a bit run down and were not the cleanest but we had everything we required for a comfortable stay. Appreciated their generosity with the teabags! Plenty of restaurants in the area.

Great staff and great location

This hotel is just across the street from Disneyland. We didn’t have any issues with our stay.

Very good location and close to Disneyland. Room was nice and spacious. Breakfast was good with lots of option. Will book with them again next time we come back to Disneyland.

Nice spot for a walk in to and from Disneyland

The staff was Amazing with our “can we have more towels, blankets and coffee” It would have been nice to have a couple extra blankets in the room and the pillows were tiny, to have regular sized pillows would have been good! Otherwise, the beds we comfortable, the water was hot and the breakfast was Amazing!

Liked: VERY friendly and helpful customer service. They were great. Rooms were nice and clean. Disliked: Several buttons on our microwave did not work. The pool is definitely NOT heated.

The breakfast food was great. Room 220, the toilet always took more than one flush to flush the toilet paper down. It would have been nice to have an ice machine on each floor

Great location, just 5 min walk from Disneyland. Comfortable beds and clean. Pool was great on hot days in Anaheim. Free breakfast wasn't great, but convenient. Hotel should try harder to reduce single-use plastic (only plastic utensils available).

Great customer service when checking in and out!

Booked online . No parking fee was mentioned until you get to hotel. Paid for the parking and there were no parking space available. Had to park on the side by wall.

Very pleasant staff made our stay enjoyable. Rooms were clean and hot breakfast was a great way to start our day at the parks. Location being across the street from Disney made this super convenient.

Close to park but where my bath mat?

Ask for bath mat 2 time never got it there multi cards in room tell you if need bath mat ask hotel was outside had people cleaning sidewalks painting doors and railing clean pool area

Loved the proximity to the Disneyland entrance. The bathroom sink area was really spacious. Also love having the option of a quick, free breakfast.

Thanks for getting a room cleaned and ready earlier than check-in time even though I was told on the phone there is no early check-in.

Rooms could use a refresh. A/C were basically window units and are very loud. I don’t know if it was because we were at the very end of the hotel but the WiFi was pretty much non existent back there.

This is one property by walking distance from Disney we always like to stay. From the helpful staff the cleanest of the property. It’s a must stay. Roomy and the complimentary breakfast they offer everyday is a great way to get your Disney adventure started.

Close to maingate, clean, good breakfast

The Friends of Disneyland hotels are terribly overpriced for what you’re getting because of the close proximity to the park. With that being said this hotel is kept up fairly well. Our shower didn’t drain and the toilet had to be flushed twice each time it was used. The carpet was stained and threadbare and the upholstered furniture was stained. But these are things we overlook to stay outside of the maingate. A full breakfast is offered here and they have a nice balcony to sit outside to eat. The staff I encountered were really friendly. This was my second stay and probably won’t be my last.

Super close to Disneyland park entrance

We chose this property because of its proximity to Disneyland. It is right across the street, so it's super convenient. The staff were friendly, the room was clean, and the complimentary breakfast was great. The only thing we didn't like was the $25 per day parking fee. I realize some may disagree, but I feel that if you are paying $400 per night for a hotel room, you should be able to park your car free of charge.

This property is a short walking distance to Disneyland approx 10min. The room are spacious and very clean.

Walls are paper thin. AC unit vents were located behind the armoire. The trash cans were placed in inconvenient areas and were kept moving them to the main area of the room.

Good hotel for a Disneyland trip.

Great hotel for a Disneyland trip. We chose this hotel because it was close to the park (5 min walk) and served breakfast in the morning. Pretty basic clean room. We also made use of the pool and hot tub when we got back from the park.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and the room stayed in perfect condition the whole time. The breakfasts were great and I loved the variety every morning.

Wifi is super slow

The location can’t be beat! It is right across the street from Disneyland/Disney California. There are several restaurants within walking distance too. The room was in good condition and breakfast was decent. Everything you need for your Disney vacation.

TV or it's remote didn't work. Bath tub cleaner or soap left in the tub. Pricing too high for this hotel. Otherwise ideal location for Disney, clean, quiet.

We have stayed here the last two years and this is our go to place for our Disneyland trip. Everybody that works here is extremely friendly and helpful, their breakfast that they provide with your room is great, the coffee maker in the lobby is amazing. If you have an issue, they will do everything they can to deal with it. This room and facility is cleaner than the JW Marriott that we stay in at the motel of America for a lot more money. I would definitely recommend this place to anybody looking for a place to stay because you were just a short walk to the entrance at Disneyland. When I say a short walk, I mean like five minutes to get into the gate

Great place for Disney trips.

Room was hit and stuffy and cleaning staff turned off AC even though we were staying another day. We weeent informed about the elevator and carried luggage up to third floor

This place is the go to for when you goto Disneyland.

We stayed in the family suite . Spacious and clean. However walls are very thin and we can hear every step, fart , toilet flush and conversations about those farts.

Early Morning Noise

This hotel is a very short walk to Disneyland’s front gate. We had to pay to park at the hotel, but they let us park before checking in. It was very noisy due to our room being near the elevator. We could also hear conversations of the people next to us. There were noisy kids running up and down the balcony outside early in the morning and loud beeping from what we think were trash trucks that seemed to last a long time.

We’ve stayed at both Best Western locations outside the park in the past and both have very short proximity to Disneyland; this is our second time staying at this location. Our room is very clean, breakfast in the morning has great selections. The only suggestions that we have are low water pressure for the shower head and not so great sound proof of the wall. We can clearly hear the conversations of our neighbors. We did enjoy our stay and will return in the future.

Is somewhat older property in excellent condition within easy walking distance of Disneyland and California adventure. Staff was extremely friendly and accommodating, coffee in the lobby 24 hours! Front desk was open 24 hours and always available! Extremely nice breakfast with lots of options would stay here again easily Kids loved it. We are grandparents that brought our grandchildren to Disney and this was a great place to stay!

Poor condition in general

This Hotel needs serious updating. The room had a wall unit that was barely warming our room, and it was really cold. But everything in the room and outside the building looked old and not very well maintained. Many of the employees went the extra mile for us. Govany and the ladies at the restaurant were so good to us. The location is absolutely amazing. It's just steps (5 minutes walk) to the Parks. My recomendation to the Best Western executives: close one building at a time and do a huge renovation to all the rooms and the exterior of the building. I hope you listen to me

Great location for Disney Land/disney Land Races

We were there for the DisneyLand Half Marathon Race weekend, and this location couldn't have been better. Very close to the park enterance and close to the startlines for the Disney races. The staff was wonderful, very helpful and accommodating. The breakfast is substantial, great way to start a day spent in the park.

We will be back!

Beds are super comfortable. Pillows are amazing. Service was great. We arrived at 11 and they held our bags while we went to the park. Got back at 7 and they had put them in our room for us!

Solid option for families staying at Disney

The place is pretty good compared to the other motel style hotels I’ve stayed at while visiting Disney, it’s a little outdated but it seemed clean and it was comfortable. The parking is reasonable too, free breakfast is nice, just wish the walls weren’t so thin I could clearly hear everything people would say in the halls while I was sleeping. Room had a fridge AND microwave and it’s close to the little convenience store. Bathroom was good too and the shower water was hot and it came out quickly.

Walking distance to Disney Land Park.

We appreciated the location in relation to Disneyland and having a warm breakfast included made the days easy to start.
