Great parking. Great location between casino and beach. Right near ballpark. Very walkable. No issues at all.

Only stayed one night but the room was good. the only thing that i didn’t like was the walk in shower but other than that it was good.

Convenient location

The room was fine, but there was an odd smell. We were on the third floor, so we opened up the patio door and it was ok because it was a mild night. The hallways were a bit grubby though. I have to say that the free hotel breakfast was one of best, though.

I loved how closed it was to the beach. It was walking distance to Ground Zero to see Mister Sip blues band

Rm 125. 0 Wall unit occasionally rattled loud enough to wake us up. Tub flow diverter did not completely divert flow. No room cleaning during our stay. However, hotel provided our group use of the breakfast room for activities. Hot was was almost immediate. Overall a good 2 night stay.

It was ok.

The hotel was dated. The lobby reeked of cigarette smoke when we checked in. The hallways smelled like weed. The room was acceptable but nothing special. The door hinges were rusted and the furnishings were dated but nothing was dirty. We felt safe enough but definitely felt like we were at a budget hotel. I wasn’t impressed but the location was convenient.

Ok pretty for the price and location. Staff was courteous but could not fix a stuck up sink or replace room.

I don't know how this hotel has a 4 start rating. If best should be a 3 and that being generous The room had a bad mildew damp odor , carpet was moist

The photos online must have been taken 50 years ago when the facility was new, not in the last ten years .Renovations were due years ago ,many years .The room smelled a blend of tobacco and musk .The bed was lumpy,the furniture was chipped and the carpet had not been cleaned for years .Very sad as the location is perfect .

A true 5-star hotel, this is not, this hotel is located right in front of 2 real nice casinos (Beau Rivage and Hard Rock). The Continental Breakfast was great, kitchen staff were very polite. I definitely will stay again!

The lady at front desk Friday evening was amazing! I didn’t get her name ! She have dreads! Patient with my mistake and didn’t make me feel wrong in any way when I booked wrong ! Everything was great

This is a great option for anyone wanting access to the Biloxi strip without having to pay the exorbitant prices on the beach side. Easy access to the crosswalk. Rooms are clean and comfortable and the staff does a great job.

Major kudos to the women who make breakfast each morning. Hard working and above and beyond kind to every guest. Hotel has a good location and convenient parking. Felt safe with locked corridors. However, would not stay again. Could tell things in room were not clean/wiped down/disinfected. Twice I turned on lights and saw a bug, once a cockroach. Not sure if thats normal in Mississippi!? But again, sharing as Id not stay again. I travel a lot and although others find bugs in hotels Ive personally not had that issue.

It's next to baseball stadium and the casinos.

The stay was fine, very close to the Beau Rivage which is where my friends were staying. I enjoyed the location and the guest services. The only issue we had was a loud, obnoxious guest in the room across from ours. He was playing music and loudly singing and taking all into the night until about 4-5am. We had to call and complain to guest services. Security came after about 10-15 min but the guy continued to be loud and just blatantly rude. Other than this, our experience with the hotel was very good.

Nice and reasonably priced hotel. Walking distance to Hard Rock and Beau Rivage Casinos. Access to several restaurants. The rooms are clean. Staff is very helpful. Check in was fast. Great breakfast spread. Highly recommend as an alternative to pricey casino resort rooms. 10-15 min drive to shopping and more restaurant choices further into Biloxi or D’iberville.

Property needs some renovations- carpet in hallways need replacing and some fresh painting. Location to check-in was very confusing walked around whole building looking, was not aware it was separate office area. Floors and countertops were not clean. Disappointed in towel replacements- did not leave any washcloths. Bed was comfortable. Property was quiet and very convenient to walk to events and eating.

Didnt like i was billed twice. But the staff handled it promptly!

This property was in an excellent location across from two of Biloxi’s most popular casinos. I would definitely stay at this location again due to the overall condition of the rooms, the friendly staff, and the daily breakfast buffet (the breakfast area is a bit small but the food and choices were excellent).

This property is a bit older but has been renovated. Room was clean and comfortable. We easily walked up to the Ground Zero Blues club for a concert.

I liked that it was close to dining locations,such as in walking distance.I loved the fact that they had a pull in canopy that you can park under & get your luggage & other belongings out of your vehicle.I especially loved it when we arrived because it was raining.

I booked my room through Expedia and they double charged me for the room. 1 charge from Expedia and another through Best Western. I called Best western’s 800 number and they couldn’t help me. They said I needed to call the front desk of the hotel I stayed at to talk to them about it and I’ve tried and they do not answer their phone. Terrible

Amazing staff Great room

Great little hotel in the heart of Biloxi. No water views as it is directly behind the Beau Rivage. But very cleans, walking distance to 2 casinos and a ton of great restaurants!!! Loved our large clean room. Only negative is the balcony has the vent for the air conditioning blowing hot hot air out on you. I moved my chair and it was tolerable. Great place to stay over all.

What I dislike about the property was the sonk or bathtub water did not hot barley warm, room phone didn't work. Other than that it was nice.

Overall had a pleasant experiece at ths hotel. Check in person was friendly, rooms were clean, staff I intereacted with around the premise were nice, great breakfast options.

Wonderful stay and a great price. The staff were kind and helpful. Breakfast was average but fully stocked staff were on standby to help! Very close to the casinos. You can ditch the high price casino hotels and the value here was worth it. We will stay agin very soon.

The hotel was conveniently located, however the first room was super dirty with tons of hair left on the bathtub. Additionally, the air was not working in the room. Very disappointed after advising hotel staff and no concession for inconvenience were even offered as a courtesy. Second room was better.

The room was clean. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. It is located literally in the middle of everything. So, there is no need to drive anywhere. The grounds were well manicured and clean. Parking was pretty good we didn't have to walk far at all to get to our room. Overall it was great will definitely stay there again.

The property was just like any other plain hotel. There was a nasty musty smell in the building and in our room. The carpet was also wet probably the main contributor of the smell..other than that the stay was good. The breakfast was great, staff very friendly, and the proximity to catch the casino hopper was on point. Really only bad experience was the smell.

Great Place to Stay & Includes Fridge & Microwave!

I was extremely pleased that the room included both a fridge & microwave! The only thing I wasn't pleased with was the bathtub faucet had no pressure, so it took over 20 minutes to fill the tub halfway. Low pressure in the tub affected the shower as well. I'm not sure if it was only an issue in my room or if it was property wide. Regardless, the place was nice & I would stay again. The hotel is right behind a daiquiri shop, Waffle House, Shell Gas Station, & directly across the street from Beau Rivage Casino. So you're in walking distance of breakfast, drinks, casino, fine dining, & can tank up your car! Great location.

Staff was polite and always had a smile on. The entire building smells good. It didn't have that stale musty hotel smell.

The property looked older in person than it appears online. It was close to the beach and casinos. They have a really good breakfast from 6am-9am

Booked last min before the shuckers game! It was so convenient staff was friendly check in went smooth and rooms were nice. We walked to game and back with no worries .

Price was pretty high, I would have expected better for the money, but overall, it was OK.

Great hotel to stay at!

The majority of the staff were friendly. It was quiet. The mattress on the bed was lumpy. There was a strong pungent odor in the hallway when we first arrived but the smell dissipated in a few days. Would like to see more choices in the breakfast area. Same menu every morning. My husband and I have stayed there 3 or 4!times, and I am sure we will stay there again. I don’t like the bottom floor due to a lot of vagrants hanging around and asking for food etc. overall I would rate it a 4.
