Awesome trip stay

Friendly staff and very clean rooms

The breakfast was terrible, crumbs at best and had a high content of salt, the bacon was insanely greasy, the coffee was bad and made your hands numb after consuming it, it also made your appendix or liver hurt.

Was decent with the breakfast and coffee.The rooms are not very sound proof so you have to hope for decent neighbors both above and beside you. Very close to noisy highway. For the very reasonable price it was worth any inconvenience.

They were able to switch me to a non-smoking room when I accidently booked a smoking room.

Affordable and good location

This hotel really met our need for a weekend in San Antonio that was affordable and close to Sea World. If I had a complaint, it would be that breakfast stopped at 9. As we were on a weekend vacation, really didn't want to have to be up and dressed before 9, but guess that's on us. It was a good stay.

Not bad. Just horrible

The mattress and bed are very old and uncomfortable. The shampoo looks and feels like glu and there are a lot of noise. The beakfast is is not enough. Terrible in order to be a best wetern.

Solo stay

I decided to take some time away from the house and spend a few days alone. I decided on this hotel. My son stayed here a few years ago for a few days. The room itself was good. I did have problems with both my refrigerator and the shower. However, both problems were handled in a timely manner and I was very happy with the result. The only real thing that was a disappointment was breakfast. It changed everyday, which was no problem. However, the quality of the food was just below average. One day there was biscuits and gravy. I really enjoyed this breakfast because I went early before the biscuits hardened. I really liked the gravy. On the following days, the eggs were tasteless, the sausages not cooked fully and the bacon overcooked. I know when my son stayed here a few years ago, breakfast was much better. Other than that, I was very satisfied with the front desk and maintenace.

Quiet stay on the 410 loop

Room was spacious and adequately furnished, quiet and comfortable. But the floors could use a mopping and carpet shampoo, and lighting in the mirror area was rather poor. Staff were all friendly and helpful but sometimes they were away doing something else so had to wait several minutes at the counter for someone to return. Continental breakfast was hearty with eggs & sausage (most days), waffles, cereal, yogurt, and plenty of coffee. The pool looked clean and inviting although the weather was a little bit too cool to get in. The property felt like a safe area. Overall, I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Bed Bug

When I went arrived I went to check my bed there was a bug on the corner of the pillow. I then asked the front desk to send room service to change the bedding please. When I left to handle business and came back the big and bed was still there and no one had even checked to see if it had been done nor did the care when I reported it to them.

The matters are to old and sinky The front desk lady is very rude and has bad attitude Manager need to put attention on this

Bad experience stay with family

The hotel is pretty dated, stains over curtains, smell pretty bad and condition was poor. I have 2 queen beds, and the pillow cases and bedsheets was yellowish color with hairs over them. I don’t think they were clean or changed. I am glad that the front desk gave me clean ones for replacement and we have to do it ourselves! The lights at the outside were flickering and our kids were so scared of staying there. We booked the last minutes as it closed to the seaworld. I regret that I did not read the low rating reviews which all matched to my experience. The good reviews were made by the same names which was false. Beware!

I stayed two nights without issue. Staff was nice and cleaned / restocked every day. Decent breakfast in a good location.

Room was confortable, but the shower was leaking and the trash left on the floor by the sink to be taken out was not taken out when the housekeeper came.

The housekeepers came to my room to clean and did not clean a thing the floor was dirty they didn’t vacuum it they made my bed with the same sheets . They didn’t empty the trash I had to ask her to come back. 😩 I should have asked for my money back

The pillow cases were dirty. We were supposed to have a non-smoking room but it smelled the second we stepped in the door. The smell in the lobby is nauseating. The breakfast has limited options.

Disappointing

I was disappointed i the continental breakfast. The jucie machine was unavailable until the last day of my stay. 5 days. Coffee or tea. No fruit and very small selection of muffins , if any. My room had no face towel or toewls ,other than the bath towels, unitl the last night.

i didnot like the property , the microwave in the room was not working . water was dripping from bath tub entire night. In breakfast the items were not re-filled. Bread was not available . 3 out of 5 juice options were not available and 4th also ranout. it was terrible experience.

Good hotel close to SeaWorld; Reasonably priced with nice breakfast

When I walked in my room, I was immediately greeted by a stuffy and unpleasant smelling room. I performed a standard inspection of the place and several things caught my eye. The jetted tub itself was still dirty so if they HAD cleaned it, they definetly didn’t do it well. Same with the toilet. The jetted tubs air bleed is never cleaned because there was a lot of nasty substance inside of it when you unscrew it IF YOU CAN UNSCREW IT. I struggled with unscrewing it because of the dirt. The walls of the shower/tub also had stuff on it. They had an old roll used by a previous guest still on the toilet paper roll. The dressers and table in the room had sticky substances on it from the previous guests. Overall it’s very clear that they don’t care about cleaning up after guests and making it a sanitary stay. If I could’ve refunded, I would’ve within the first 30 mins.
