I love the hotel.. staff also are very friendly, especially Fairos, a senior duty manager, very helpful greeted me everyday to make sure im ok, I will definitely be back and want to experience the theme park.

Overall the hotel service is great, the food is good and location is easily accessible. The I-City theme park beside is great place for family or friends to have fun. Within walking distance there is also a mall for shopping and other entertainments.

visit Klang

this hotel is located at very near to Klang, just about 5 mins drive. Very clean and quiet. Will stay again when we visit Klang

NIce hotel, quiet actually, privacy but when i come last week there is some renovation or something drilling, so a bit noisy.. But i would like to come again and again here.. Walking distance to icity..

Best hotel in Shah Alam

Very convenient upon check in. Served very good welcome drink. Nice receptionist and fulfilled all my requests politely. Room is very comfort and blue-eyed city view. First time saw my name on the TV screen when switched it on. Never seen this before. WiFi in room is very-very fast. Watched a lot of videos online without any single buffering. Able to remote to office network like working in the office itself. Good surrounding. A lot of entertainment choices. Easy to find convenient stores, bank and post office too!! Great variety of food during breakfast. Thumbs up to the most delicious omelette ever tasted. Very simple check out. Free parking for room guest. Great.

Disappointed!

We reached hotel around 5:30pm but couldn’t check-in due to the room was not ready yet. The Reception promised to call us when the room is ready but he didn’t call. But when I approached the Reception around 7:30pm, then only he told me that the room is ready. What a disappointment!

Terrible service, dark dirthole with no internet

Terrible hotel! Check-in was a disaster, as the employee had no idea what to do. The room was extremely dirty, black long hair even on the bedding and towels. The room was extremely tiny and dark, loaded with bugs and mosquitos. Room service terrible: 1h waiting time for 1 meal, and they couldn't charge it on my room because they made an error. Internet doesn't work at all at this hotel. I stayed there for 3 nights, and my room was cleaned zero times. They also deactivated my room card during my stay.

A quiet place on weekday!

The place is excellent. However, there are not much amenities nearby. The nearest would be to go AEON Shah Alam. The door slamming is quite loud though.

It was great and the service was good. Great breakfast although is not a grand breakfast but is worth it. Hotel is inside the theme park can stay until late night at the theme park with no worries.

The toilet very smelly, seems like with the the water outflow beside the toilet bowl, like drain water smell. The tv programme are not fully function as it affected when raining.

Nice hotel, an escape to busy hectic life.

Overall it was a good stay. However, the main power of my room was frequently tripped off and they told me not to use the hairdryer. Sad when it is suppose to be my rights to use it or not. They could have transfer me to another room instead but they didnt. This happens 4 times during my one night stay. Quite disturbing.

Two keys for the room will make the stay more convinient since the lift need the key to be scanned for us to go back to the room.

Do NOT waste so much $$$ and REGRET

It is the most expensive yet a very2 terrible hotel. The hotel doesn't even qualify to b rated mediocre. the Front office staff is polite, then its all downhill. You cant take the lift at the hotel carpark to your rooms, its just for show. Rooms only accessible through hotel lobby. Do not bring any guests or ask people to come because everywhere needs a keycard access which u cant even get another extra. If anything should go wrong in the room and u need MAINTENANCE assistance, be ready to wait and waste 1 or 2 precious hours and expect to be bothered every now and then by the operator that will ask u if their own maintenance staff attended the problem or not. This unprofessionalism will continue and expect to be treated as if u r NOT A GUEST by their security staff which will eyeball u every single time. If u think u can rest here, prepare to be awake the whole night. u can hear the whole floor from inside your room. Babies crying, staff doing 'construction' with hammers n drilling noises, people laughing n couples 'getting busy' are but a few of the ambience at this hotel. i even have proof of drilling noises i recorded and notes i took on how many calls i get from their operator. If i-city is the reason to stay here, trust me, u will not be smiling after checkout. U will just burn holes in your pocket and guess what?. U PAID for all this. Quite alot i must say. STAY AWAY

Value for money for a weekend Stay

My family of 5(adults) stayed for 2nights as we had to attend a wedding at Shah Alam. We chose this hotel as it was close to the wedding hall. We had checked in well and the staff(especially Mr Sivan) was very kind, helpful and patient with us in all our queries. My mum is of special needs but we were always helped at or smiled at. was nice seeing this. The place is definitely good value for money. I did not get to cover ICITY at all but it was obvious it was a kids theme park. there is a convenient store and KFC(closes at 1am), Subway and other eateries nearby; KL is about 45min drive away for your shopping and can easily be Uber-ed or GrabTaxi-ed; Airport is about 45min away too and we used the same Uber Driver who drove us for our shopping - u might wanna consider that. we even ordered room service and the price was decent - my fav is the Malaysian Fried Rice. I think the only con i recall is that my room service for lunch came about 1hour later and I had fallen asleep. but other than that all went well and comfortable. the other staff like the doorman or cleaning service staff were very helpful and always smiling :) i will recommend the hotel. Oh yes, wifi was very good! :)

Good location, bad cleanliness

Good thing is it is near i-city resort area which is in walking distance and many parking lots in the hotel building. Bad thing is the room cleanliness.

Avoid weekends and eve of public holidays

There must be a solution for hotel guests to return or check in to the hotel especially after 8.00 pm. I had a very bad experience when we couldn't even have access to the hotel lobby due to the heavy traffic. I was very tired and looking forward to some rest but had to go away for 1 1/2 hours and come back after 11.00 pm to return to the hotel.

Poor front desk service, took too long time for check in. It's stated check in time 2pm, but the room was still not ready yet after 3pm. Bathroom smell was disgusting with urine smell.

I stayed there for a short trip and I choose the hotel because of its location. I found that it served the purpose well. The room is clean. I wished the free Wifi is not limited to only 1 device. All in all, the hotel was reasonably priced.

Stay was pleasant.Prefer breadfast to be included in the booking.No easy acces to transport, got to call for taxi and wait.Only I- city in the immediate vicinity. More for a family outing to I-city.

Worst hotel ever!!!

Worst hotel ever from the day we checked in till the day we checked out. Booked for 3d2n stay & we're staying in 3 different rooms. Moving from one room to another due to either the tv is not working or the worst part is the toilet bowl is blockage. No maintenance staff to help to fix the problem, only security guard was sent to our room.

Check in very slow, they not even have the name and booking reference from hotels.com. Took over 30min just for check in

For a 3 stars hotel, i would say it is great !!! Modern, comfortable, very clean & good service by the receptionist, bell boy & kitchen staff.

The tv channel so limited. Maybe can add-on channel like tv1, tv2 and astro ria.
