Nice room, a little dated, but no musty smell at all. Clean room, comfy bed good shower. I would stay again.

Only needed a place to shower and sleep, so wasnt expecting much for the price, but was pleasantly surprised. Beds were super comfy and shower was hot with great pressure! Clean and affordable. Will stay again if passing through

Pleasant stay

My first time at Best Western. I stayed on the ground floor because there wasn’t an elevator. Enter all rooms from outside. I had a pleasant overnight stay. Comfy bed, clean room. Good air conditioner in my room.

The property was very clean and well taken care of, it’s older but nicely updated and kept up. The beds were very comfortable as were the rooms. It was a great inexpensive overnight.

It was good room, comfortable bed, bathroom toilet are supper short for our family. Was very disappointed with breakfast used to be hot breakfast now it was continental breakfast only.

The construction around the area made things tricky to get there but other than that, everything was great! Great service and we enjoyed the breakfast.

This property is so immaculate on the outside that when I first drove up I thought it was closed. I found out the parking was on the other side. So many positive things that make this hotel one I will return to. The staff is friendly and helpful. I felt very safe while there. The rooms are impressive and very clean. The amenities were perfect, and the breakfast delicious.

The price was $95 which was an expected price for a basic motel on a Friday night. There was highway construction around the property which was a nuisance. The property is is a bit dated but generally tidy. The a/c in my room was great and the hot water was hot. The clerk was friendly and responsive. On a “sour” note, the complimentary breakfast included spoiled milk and no meat (no bacon or sausage). That was a disappointment. Overall, this is an aging motel property that’s trying to do its thing. It was acceptable to me but many folks will Pay more to experience more.

It is inexpensive and it was clean and the staff was great.

We needed to stay for 5 days. The continental breakfast was limited. We had to get our own breakfast to be able to start our day. Room was roomy and the bed was comfortable, The refridgerator was a medium size, good size to keep our snacks and sandwiches. Coffee pot and microwave were sufficient for our needs

All in all the stay was satisfactory. The Facility is showing his age and needs an update, but in general everything worked OK. The staff was nice and the breakfast was somewhat spartan, but the price of the room makes it satisfactory.

Pictures can be provided upon request. Mattress had weird red stains, walls dirty, bathroom mold on ceiling and wall, curtain on window had tape to keep closed.

There were roaches in the room.

I needed an affordable, clean, and safe last minute place to stay while visiting my daughter. It was conveniently off of the highway, offered a option for breakfast, had a pool for my younger daughter, a place for me to workout, and a way to wash clothes. Although it was not excellent as far as comfort I was definitely satisfied with what it did offer for the price. The room was a little worn and dated but it was clean, had a fridge and microwave in the room, a small coffee maker, shampoo and body wash dispenser in the shower, and an iron with ironing board. The “laundry facilities” left much to be desired but I was grateful there was a way to wash clothes. (It was 1 washer and dryer outside of the building next to the vending machine and ice machine, bolted to the floor) if you needed soap and dryer sheets you needed to buy them at the desk. While I was there they had no laundry soap but the desk clerk tried to assist me in getting some. The pool was cloudy and green, but there was a staff member who I saw cleaning the bugs and leaves daily. There was also a disability chair available. So although not pristine it was clean and available. Breakfast was continental so no hot food but again was grateful they had something. I would stay again if I had to. It was enough to feel safe and clean, the cost was good and it had the necessities. The staff was polite and helpful.

I qas here for a one night stay, we booked two rooms and i was actually shocked on how clean and comfy it was. The pool area was clean and refreshing as well. Will definitely book here again when im in the area. Also customer service was great.

For an older building it was okay. Entry door did not shut tight, large gap of daylight between door and frame. Mattresses were breaking down and soft.

Stay was fine. Room had appeared to be clean and there were no service issues. The concerns were large insects seen in bathroom, and uncleanliness in the unseen corners in the room. Like really bad in those areas. Breakfast is continental so its free but blah

The man running the hotel is very nice!! It’s so nice to stay at a hotel with PERSONABLE STAFF- it REALLY makes a difference! Everything is clean INCLUDING THE POOL 😱😱😱!!!!

I can send you a picture but the frontage road, which is the only way to get to this hotel was closed. I called the hotel and I drove around for almost an hour and a half trying to get there and I was given terrible directions by the front desk. I never got to check in. I took a picture of Google maps and it reads all roads closed to the best Western. I sent a message to corporate at best Western. I want my money back.

Dont stay here. 2 cockroaches in our room. Looked like the floor hadnt been vacuumed.

Muy amable la persona que atiende las reservaciones de cuartos, el lugar es muy tranquilo, los cuartos están de acuerdo a lo que pagas, no tuvimos problema alguno con el nuestro, lo único que sí recalcaría es que el parking es muy pequeño, fuera de eso todo está muy bien.

Decent hotel for a decent price. Everything was clean and orderly. The only issues we had, and they were relatively small, was the a/c was completely off when we arrived at 10:30 pm & the room was very hot and muggy- couldn't get comfortable for about an hour. Also, the breakfast was fair, but nothing hot other than toast out of a toaster or anything you could add boiling water to. Other than that, no problems.

Good experience, enjoyed our stay, will stay there again next year.

The staff was attentive and accommodating. The pool was nice with comfortable deck furniture. The breakfast is minimal—cold cereal, oatmeal, yogurt, muffins and some fruit. For the price, we would stay here again.

Great Water pressure but water could be a tad bit hotter. The breakfast was definitely the worse part. It was sparse, less than a continental. It felt like it was thrown together. They need to step up their breakfast game. The check-in person, Cassandra (I believe) was AMAZING. Due to construction it was difficult getting to hotel. She was sweet, professional, upbeat and just so apologetic and understanding. I arrived at the desk tired and frustrated, and left with my keys feeling great and completely heard. Excellent customer service.

Took a while to get checked in and they advertised waffles for breakfast on website but there was nothing even warm available for breakfast. Overall okay, didn’t feel unsafe.

NO where was it mentioned that this was a MOTEL. Room smelled of smoke! Gnats in the room. People sitting in vehicles watching as you unload. Another older vehicle casing the parking lot. NOT safe for family without protection or security staff. Staff very apologetic. Parking lot WELL lit! Construction in front of property. Left immediately wasting $256 on a two night stay due to unhappy and freightened family. Do not stay here if you have any doubts! Wished I would have read more reviews before booking.

This is an older propertybut has been remodeled. The room was clean, nothing fancy but a good place for a business stay. It was close to food and convenient.

I was there for only one night. First of all, the GPS shows your hotel on the wrong side of the highway. Not sure this can be fixed. But, I had to call for directions. When I did call, I got Corey. This guy is the best! He helped me in everything I needed to make my short stay as comfortable as possible.

Nice place close to things we wanted to see. The only issue was quite noisy in and around the pool area.

The room was immaculate and the staff I dealt with were both super helpful and friendly. Great value for money. I will certainly stay there again given the opportunity.

Rooms were fine, breakfast in morning was no more than toast or packaged mini muffins. No continental breakfast as advertised. No milk for kids cereal, smoke alarm went off each time someone made toast. No cream for coffee… it was a total disappointment for those of us who would like to enjoy a piece of fruit or something with some sort of nutritional value. I could keep at it but I won’t. I will not stay here again.

Need to bring back a better breakfast. Toast and ceral is not what we expected.
