Great place to stay and convenient

The fridge and microwave was super convenient, but the beds and pillows were worn out and uncomfortable.

Pool needed work, water wasn’t at proper level.

The pool was not as clean as advertised. It was at least 5 inches below the level of the tile

2nd time staying. Very comfortable and very nice.

The rooms should be bett

The staff is amazing! Marilu in housekeeping kept my room very clean, and , Lisa always greeted everyone with a smile at breakfast. I'll be going back for my next trip!

The property is getting renovated a bit at a time. Lobby was gorgeous. Rooms are older but very clean. No stains and clean white sheets. Towels were bright white as well. Lady was nice in explaining no vending machines bc new are coming soon. Looked great and I’m picky

It’s a standard best western. The staff is extremely friendly and want to be helpful. So that’s a plus, but it’s just a basic room. The windows open but no screen so bugs can get in your room. But if you’re at Jackson you probably don’t care about bugs.

Great place to stay. Clean rooms and breakfast was nice too.

Overall this is a nice place to stay. The breakfast they provide is great, and they have a heated pool. The only thing that was a problem was the size of the bed. I reserved a queen bed, and they game me a double size bed which was not good.

I was in the new wing and it was great! I’ve stayed here several times over the years and am impressed with the upgrades made since my last visit. Front desk is great. Makenzie was welcoming and provided efficient and professional service. Expedia did not give correct information prior to our arrival. Fee for our dog was quoted at half what it actually is.

Property has been renovated since I has here last year (same week), at least the part I saw. New bathroom, tub, fixtures etc. they even took the switch plates off before painting the room. I enjoy staying here because they give a comfortable chair to sit in and even a side table for you drink or tablet. Very good breakfast, staff very friendly, mattresses could use replacement is my only complaint.

The bathroom floor had water coming from the floor, the maintenance said there was nothing he can do and just keep drying it. Never offered us another room until i was about to leave. The cleaning service was rude and the receptionist during check in was rude. Terrible service and quality there! we will not ever come back.

The hotel is nice, room was clean, the a/c worked great. The only problem was that it was filled with contractors working on highwas or something, and when they came back in the evenings they would be out in the parking lot smoking and drinking. And one parked his truck and trailer he blocked out 2 handicap spots and gave an attitude when asked to move,

The front desk staff was welcoming and professional. The hotel itself, unfortunately, was gross. We arrived late and the parking lot had a few questionable people sitting in their cars and some talking to people through their window. Seemed very sketchy - I was worried to leave my car parked there. Luckily no one messed with it. The inside of the hotel hallway seemed dark and dingy. Our room was not clean enough. We were too exhausted to request to be moved. We saw oily handprint marks on the wooden headboard which was disgusting. The placing of the handprints instantly lead us to imagine what other people were up to in the bed which we were about to sleep in.... Cozy. Then we discovered what appeared to be dried blood stains on the bathroom light switch and on both doors. Would not touch anything without a tissue from that point on. The floors were very noisy and seemed flimsy to walk on. The bed was hard as a rock, filled with springs. It was just awful. The breakfast was alright. We will not be staying there again...

The hotel was clean and staff was very friendly. The breakfast was good. Lots of dining options in the area.

The staff was very nice but C building was not. There was a homeless woman sleeping under the staircase, a bunch of tweakers hoodlums creeping around all night, dogs barking in the hotel all night, the whole upstairs smelled like cigarettes, permanent residents. It’s a shame because the room was actually pretty nice.

Good room size. Clean. Property is kept clean also. Easy check in. Bathrooms are nice clean. Beds are comfortable.

Not worth the stay. For breakfast they were out of basically all the juice and I was up early

One of the nastiest stays I’ve ever had. Mold in our room. The door to the kitchen didn’t work. Exposed outlets. Asked the front desk but they were no help. Wouldn’t recommend at all.

Reservation was canceled before I even arrived. Showed up about 8pm the night of my reservation to only be told they had no record of me. After showing them my booking receipt I was told they tried to call me in the morning due to a payment issue and due to that they cancelled. I seem to think that was a made up excuse due to overbooking. I can tell they never tried to run my card from alerts from my bank but beside the point I had requested to pay at property. I have never paid before arrival unless I have authorized a pre pay. Long story short was frustrated with the property.

Great location, breakfast in Jackson

My husband and I have stayed at this Best Western several times. It is very convenient to the old town Jackson, and a perfect location to visit many of the historic sites, wineries and towns in the area. Rooms have been very comfortable, nicely laid out and quiet. Breakfast is fantastic!!! Will be going back again soon.

The property was clean and I was happy with the full breakfast included. The room was very comfortable, clean and the bed was great. I slept well and overall it was a good stay and good value. Even though this location is a very quiet small town, it is disappointing that entry to the hallways are not secure. All doors are accessible to anyone. In addition, they seemed to keep the doors to the buildings open all the time and when people are outside smoking, the cigarette smoke smell comes into the hallway. It smelled really bad when I first walked in. Thankfully the room had no smoke smell. This location should be changed to make it truly secure.

Everything was fine, i would stay here again

The property wasn’t bad, just the plumbing in the bathroom made a really loud noise that lasted a few minutes after flushing.... orher than that I would stay again.

Convenient hotel on way to Kirkwood Ski Resort, good hot breakfast and close to the Tesla charger.

It was a nice and quiet hotel. Rooms were nice and clean. It was a bonus that the hotel served hot breakfast like waffles, eggs and sausage and other stuff. Parking was easy. Check-In was easy Would stay again if in the area.

The office staff was super nice.

The room was clean and comfortable. The only problem that we had was that the coffee in the breakfast room was lukewarm. And the ice machine did not work. Other than that, our stay was very pleasant.

Close to Sutter Creek

The stay was good. We reported one issue in the bathroom with the shower curtain not holding on the sides. Breakfast was rich but with zero healthy options. There weren't even any fruits.

It would’ve been five stars except for our room. The carpet was completely soaking wet. I didn’t notice that the carpet was wet until I got up in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom and my socks got soaked. The kids are all sleeping so I was just like whatever. I went to the front desk in the morning just to let them know and the lady at the front desk said she would’ve offered me a refund, but since I had prepaid that she couldn’t. She said that unprompted. I didn’t ask if I could have a refund. I also let her know that that room is right by the door where everyone goes out to smoke so you can hear people outside smoking and coughing, part of the reason why we left so early. So anyways I contacted Expedia once we got to where we were going and they talked someone. I’m assuming it was the same person that helped me check out and when Expedia talked to her, she told them that she had offered me an alternative room and that I refused. But how would I have gotten offered another room when we were already leaving for the day? It was just strange that she was dishonest with Expedia customer service. The breakfast was good. They have waffles.

Great,comfortable hotel in Jackson. Really great breakfast with something for everyone. Our room's bathroom floor wasn't swept that well, but everything else was really nice. I will stay here again

The room was ok. Body soap bottle was missing in the bathroom, it took some hours to get it. Breakfast room was good and well taken care of.

Difficult to use TV. No printed guide in the room. Scrolling menu was confusing

Stayed one night on a last minute travel plan, nothing to complain.

Creeps constantly lurked near my window.

After last stay I was not going back. But overall for the money it was good. Needs def work done, need heater overhauls every room we walked by the sound was loud, in our room all night loud. Towels that were there were dirty, but staff replaced right away. Breakfast and staff were the best of our stay.

The staff was amazing!! Always pleasant and available. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

The lobby clerk helped me book a 2nd room when we arrived and shuffled rooms so we could be next door to each other.

It’s a very much you see what you get. The hotel was close to everything. It’s a decent hotel and it definitely needs an upgrade. Staff was nice and attentive. The bathroom wasn’t cleaned properly. The phone in the room wasn’t working. The walls are thin so you can hear lot of outside noise.

This property is not handicap accessible. Rooms on bottom floor were booked wanted to give us 2nd floor with no elevator hubby cannot walk stairs and wouldnt give us a refund

This was a mid way stop to our destination. Nothing fancy just a hotel to stay at for the night.

Staff was nice, beds were comfortable, and pool was awesome! Water was heated to the absolute perfect temperature. The breakfast is really good!

Nice place . Ice machine on our floor was out of order. Tv reception was poor, picture break up . The free breakfast was pretty good, with an attendant there to help you if needed. Over all I liked it. Price of room was good. I will stay there again.

The beds are hard as concrete. I have bad hips and I flip-flopped all night long.

They had a great breakfast, the staff was super friendly and helpful, the location was within walking distance of restaurants, the rooms were clean and comfortable....Everything was great! We even booked another night when we changed our travel plans. We would definitely go back!

The facility was surprisingly clean. It’s what I always expected from Best Western properties. I have nothing negative to say. The place was spectacular!

It was a great stay excet all the ice was taken by the tree guys.

Property run down and dirty. Customers were smoking while seated on stairway going up to room. Hallways had strong “Weed” smell. We were still in room at 8 am when housekeeping came by. They did not return to clean room.

There were a bunch of ants. They were on the dresser bathroom and the bed. Needs an exterminator, only stayed there one night.

Nice hotel in Jackson, CA

Staff and accommodations were nice. We were on the road side and the traffic was a little noisy but tolerable. Breakfast was the usual fare but plenty of choices, plenty of coffee and friendly staff.

Friendly service, room was very clean, an outlet next to bed was not working so lamp couldn't turn on, but otherwise great. Would stay again. Great price. Dog friendly 🐶

Flickering light

The room was clean. The body wash in the shower had fallen off the wall. The parking lot light flickered off and on all night.

Place is very run down. Carpet old and torn, bathroom is terrible - all shower fixtures barely on the wall, door is so warped it barely shuts. Photos on website must have been for one special room they fixed up

The staff is beyond rude and disrespectful. I got charged a pet fee abd was accused of lying about it. Then was told oh wrong room number with no apology. I called customer service to complain. And now am banned even though i had a non refundable reservation. But did i get a refund.....No

Could use some Febreeze!

The exterior of the property looks good. We stayed in the one building that allows dogs. The hallways and room had oders that did not go away. The dog relief area was dirty and surrounded by goat-head weeds. No doggie relief bags and the garbage recepticle was overflowing. The room itself was okay. The bedding was crisp and clean.

Run down and full of ants.

Its not a new place. We knew that going in and ajusted ou expectations. I dont know howyou can lower them enough to be ok with your room being infested with ants while you are out to dinner. We had to throw away everything in our cooler. There was also no soap in the dispenser in the shower. When i mentioned it at check out i was told, you booked through hotels.com, nothing we can do about it. Not even an apology.
