Great hotel in old quarter. Staff went out of their way to help make our stay enjoyable.

Staff was excellent. I also liked the room and location. I’d recommend.

The staff were amazing - it felt like we were staying with friends! Gave us great tourist tips and other assistance which made our stay super-enjoyable without the drama. The location is right near train street, and a five minute walk to the citadel. Great spot. Would not hesitate to return.

Best hospitality.

Top notch service in a great location. You can’t go wrong here. Breakfast was high quality with great selection and bonus vegan vegetarian menu. Every person who worked there was professional and gracious. Room was cute, beds comfortable. Lina was especially amazing with guest relations. I’ve stayed at the Peninsula and I have to say the service here was just as attentive.

Excellent hotel on a quiet street in Hanoi but in easy walking distance to lots of things to do. The staff are absolutely fantastic!

The hotel was in the busy old quarter area, but was down a quiet side street. The staff here are spectacular and will help you with your every need. We took advantage of the spa next-door, which was excellent. Our rooms were very comfortable and clean. The breakfast was delicious. Overall a fantastic experience.

Wonderful hotel in the centre

Wonderful hotel, they saved me when I had to leave a terrible hotel nearby! Great service, beautiful room and a fantastic breakfast. Good location but quiet.

My wife and I stayed for 3 nights. We were blown away by the above-and-beyond service from David (Trung Hieu). Some examples from our 3-day stay, he: -proactively planned an itinerary for us on arrival. -replied to WhatsApp messages promptly, from early morning through late night. -after I messaged we were served at a restaurant without ordering or seeing a price, he drove over and he spoke to the restaurant staff on our behalf. -took care of acquiring stamps for postcards and mailing them out for us. -offered to let us stop by and shower at the hotel days after we left Hanoi (because we would return to Hanoi on our flight out of Vietnam). -took care of getting a honeymoon surprise gift to my wife and I both at the hotel, and to my amazement, at a Hạ Long Bay tour.

The service of all staffs are really great. They are kind, helpful and trying their best to serve the guests. Specie thanks to Ms. Lena for your support, kindness and quick response!

I really can’t say enough about this hotel. We were given a room upgrade and the room was amazing. The area was great and the staff were amazing. I highly highly recommend it.

Super helpful and nice receptionists. The facilities are clean and bed is comfy. They have a vast variety of breakfast options with tasty pho and crème brûlée. Train street at walkable distance so it’s very convenient - the only drawback is you will hear the train horns at night but it’s acceptable.

Ngung was the lovely receptionist and so very caring and helpful. She went out of her way to help us with anything she could and was also always checking in with us to see if we needed anything. The hotel is lovely in a great area (just beside train street) very quiet in room and comfortable beds

We had a great experience from the moment we checked in at the desk with Amanda, she escorted us to the lounge and offered tea, beverages and cool towels. Amanda went out of her way on a day off to run out and buy us essentials we needed. Fun bar, nice rooms and great neighborhood!

I only stayed one night but the staff here were incredible. Beds were super comfortable and the rooms were big. Would definitely recommend this beautiful hotel!

So grateful for this gem of a hotel! What an oasis in the middle of a bustling city. It was clean, quiet, the breakfast was phenomenal, location was great, and the staff was warm, welcoming, professional, and helpful. Cannot recommend it enough. Thanks so much to the concierge staff including David, Tu Anh, Linh, and Nhung among others. Having traveled internationally for decades I really want to emphasize how fantastic this place is. The staff is the most helpful people I have ever met.

We arrived at Hanoi and were immediately greeted by our driver to take us to the hotel. We were greeted with warm tea and dried ginger apricots while we waited for our check-in to complete after we handed over our passport. Our room overlooked the train street and it was very pleasant. Room was cozy. The bustling noises from Hanoi didn’t migrate to our room and everything quieted down during bedtime. Breakfast buffet was great. We only stayed one night because we left for Ha Long Bay the next day, but wish we could enjoy the hotel a bit more. No pool or fitness center, but overall a great hotel at a fantastic location. Would definitely recommend it to anyone. P.S. We were provided with packed ginger apricots and tea leaves upon our departure. It was such a wonderful and thoughtful gesture of great hospitality.

My stay in this hotel was phenomenal! The staff was exceptional. Special mentions to Tùng, who helped me navigate around the area and planned out a sample of an itinerary for a day in Hanoi; especially when it was nearing Tet lunar new year so there were many restaurants starting to close down for the holiday. The breakfast dining staff were excellent with their service as well. Overall, loved my stay and I highly recommend staying here 'cause im sure I will be coming back again.

Amazing find in Hanoi

The staff was absolutely 5 star, from accommodating our early arrival after travelling from Boston to ever ending cheerful greetings. The rooms were extremely well appointed and very comfortable. The individual, hand written welcome cards from the GM were a welcome surprise, and very rare today in any hotel setting. The breakfast buffet and service was again 5 star, with an endless array to choose from to start your day. I would highly recommend a stay at this amazing hotel, that is very centrally located, and extremely quiet in the chaos that is Hanoi. The parting gifts were a complete surprise, once again showing the appreciation and dedication the guest.

Place to stay in Old Town Ha Noi

Helpful staff, good location, peaceful. Brilliant breakfast. Room very comfi.

The staff was super friendly and welcoming (esp David!), they went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed to have a pleasant stay. They even looked after part of our luggage after we checked out because we went on a Ha Long Bay cruise and didn’t want to bring everything on the boat. The hotel was clean, quiet and away from the busy street - loved our stay at Bespoke Trendy and would definitely stay again!

We loved our short stay at the Bespoke Trendy Hotel in Hanoi. We stayed in the Premium Suite, and the room was clean, spacious and well-equipped, with a balcony that offered lovely views across the city. The buffet breakfast was great, with plenty of variety. The spa next door was excellent, where we had massages on one of the days. The location was in a quiet street at the edge of the Old Quarter and was convenient for getting around – we could walk to most of the places we wanted to visit. But most of all, the staff were exceptional. They went the extra mile to make our stay as easy and as pleasant as possible, and when our plans had to change at short notice, they helped us immensely to cancel bookings, obtain refunds, and arrange transport. They made all the difference in our first experience of Hanoi. Highly recommended.

What a great boutique-type hotel! Great location--you can walk just about anywhere you'll want to go in Hanoi as it's right on the edge of the old quarter. Surprisingly quiet at night and even in the morning when Hanoi-ans wake up early. The staff lives up to the high Vietnamese hospitality you'll encounter throughout the country: kind, hard-working, and graceful. The rooms are a bit small but perfectly adequate and have an interesting modern-urban feel to them as they use reclaimed parts as part of the design (think old plumbing parts as towel hangars). The breakfast is outstanding---tons of options. Simply said, the hotel offers a whole lot of benefits at a comparatively high value. Attached is a recommended spa if you're into that (at good rates). Huge call out to Linh--the gracious and elegant hostess with beautiful English who can answer any question you have. But ALL the staff were excellent, to be sure! Highly recommend.

The kindness, friendliness and the extra mile that staff made were incredible and unmatched in all of the hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The front desk even gave farewell goody bags and called up to my room to see if I needed new towels/water when I was sick in my room a full day! My stay at the hotel in two different times exceeded my expectations. The food for breakfast and room service were outstanding. I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone!

Incredible service

The hotel and staff were amazing here. On another level! David, especially, was incredible. Everywhere we were, there he was waiting to offer great tips on local finds, and to make sure we were having a great stay. He even went out and bought us mango sticky rice one day since we never got around to it. You don't experience that level of service even in the best of the best hotels normally. So it was very appreciated. The hotel too was in the perfect area of Hanoi - walkable to everything we love here. The staff was so kind and generous. The stay couldn't have been better!

Perfect place to base yourself for a stay in Hanoi. Staff are very friendly and the connecting room we stayed in was perfect for 2 adults and 2 kids. Breakfast was included and top quality with many options. Easy walking distance to many attractions.

What an unbelievable stay! Incredible hotel and experience in central Hanoi. First off the staff were so welcoming, friendly and attentive! Ling was a fantastic host and welcomer offering us tea and candied apricots as we arrived. She ensured our rooms were ready and well prepared and we had directions and names of all the best restaurants. Thank you so much. Id also like to thank the bellman; names are Hong and Manh who were attentive, so kind and moved our bags round relentlessly. The hotel is modern, clean and well designed. Rooms are large, comfy and have everything you need including tv with netflix, snacks and aircon. Breakfast was delicious, tailored and had a huge variety! The potatoes and eggs were scrumtious! Overall, I'd highly recommend a stay here and hope to be back again soon

One of the best hotels I ever stayed at. The staffs will go for an extra mile for you to make sure that everything is fine with your stay. Complementary manicure service and breakfast buffet were amazing too! I would definitely stay here again if I come back to Hanoi.

Best stay ever!!! Anh Duy Tùng and the rest of the team were so accommodating with recommendations and helpful with transportation. We had a late flight, and they let us stay in the lobby, held onto our luggages, and even offered us showers. My friends and I love this place!!!!

The staff were just beyond lovely , welcoming and professional -they just couldn’t do enough to make our stay the best possible stay! Sightseeing tips, arranging airport pickup, complimentary manicure for guests breakfast was amazing! Our room didn’t have a window- knowing that you can request that feature when you book Overall just An amazing welcome to Vietnam!

Service was impeccable, from the first greeting upon arrival to the hotel to the farewell upon departure. The room was sufficiently large, with space for luggage, and bed was cosy. My room also came with a balcony, which had views across the city. Breakfast was also tasty and, with the restaurant on the 8th floor, provided a view of Hanoi's rooftops. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and will gladly recommend it.

Very good boutique hotel. The service was excellent. All staff we encountered were friendly, and the reception staff were very helpful. The breakfast food and selection were very good. Our friends had the Waygu beef hotpot dinner and were very impressed. The location is convenient to Old Town and even though it’s a busy area we found our room quiet.

Loved the staff who bent over backwards to make us happy, even buying a pancake mix at the grocery store so we wouldn’t have to find it ourselves.

Comfortable room

Great location in old quarter, room was pretty spacious and comfy, breakfast was great including pho and eggs made to order daily, all staff were extremely kind. One minor negative was that the toilets can use some bleach and cleaning. I was in two different rooms and both were in similar condition. The shower was clean enough. Linens were clean! Overall I had a great stay!

I rarely write reviews but gotta do it for Bespoke Trendy Hanoi. Stayed there for 4 nights at the end of 2022. What a fantastic experience! Most large western hotels are outside of Old Quarter and I booked the hotel based on its OQ location and other guests' excellent review. It exceeded my expectation. Staffs are super friendly and helpful with special shout-out to David (front desk) and Hong (restaurant). Great location at the southwest end of OQ in a small alley, up to 15-min walk to all actions in OQ and 30+ min walk to West Lake area. The small alley is very quite by evening time, giving you peaceful rest. Breakfast is good and the wagyu lunch/dinner buffet is awesome and an incredible value. Rooms are not large but that's pretty much the case for all hotels in OQ due to the super high premium on real estates. I really enjoyed staying there and will return for sure if visiting Hanoi again!

We stayed three nights in this hotel. Good centric location. Walking distance to most tourist attractions and good restaurants. Room was super clean. High end toiletries. Breakfast was the best. Good variety of local and Western items. Fresh and high quality ingredients. Service was amazing. Everyone is just super nice and willing to help you in any way possible. Check in experience was great. Amanda checked us in. She had prepared a one-day itinerary with good suggestions. We followed the plan and saw all the tourist attractions in that area. Amanda also suggested good restaurants. She went above and beyond by sharing her number in case we get lost or need help speaking with someone. This ended up to be very useful as we ended up getting suggestions from Amanda multiple times.

Four Seasons service at a Motel 6 price! The hotel made arrangements for airport pick-up and greeted us in the lobby with tea and cookies. Amanda acted as our personal butler and did everything for us: restaurant recommendations, transportation, and most importantly told us who and what to avoid so we don't get scammed. Thank you, Amanda, you're a gem!

I had an amazing two stays at the Trendy La Siesta Boutique Hotel Hanoi (we stayed one night before our departure for a Ha Long Bay cruise) and another few nights on our return to explore Hanoi. The hotel is comfortable, conveniently located in the Old Quarter, and had all we needed for a short stay. The highlight was by far the staff. They went above and beyond to make our group comfortable, from the bellmen, to the front desk clerks, to the servers at breakfast, everyone greeted us with a smile and provided top notch service. The breakfast was especially delicious as well (very generous spread). I would happily stay again on a future visit to Hanoi. Thank you for an amazing stay!

The hotel was located in the old Drench Quarter area making easy to find what what you want. We were traveling with a large group and lots of heavy bags. We were checked in quickly. Our needs were given personal attention. The breakfast buffet was awesome.

Staff member Van Le was excellent and gave superb customer service during my stay at the hotel. The breakfast offering was outstanding. The shower was very good with the ability to lessen or increase the water pressure and it was hot if heat is what you want. Top marks for room decore and ambience.

Amazing find in Hanoi

10/10 : This hotel is one of the best finds for the price in Hanoi. Quietly located away from the hustle however the location is close to everything. Pre stay communication was excellent, they arrange a transfer to pick me from the airport. All the staff are so welcoming and helpful. The daily breakfast has a great selection and is delicious 😋, especially the pho. A special thanks to David at reception , offered all sorts of advice and assistance and kept in contact throughout my stay, a true professional. All in all an amazing experience. Will certainly stay here again. Thanks 😊

Clean and fabulous scent upon entering the hotel. Great staff service upon arrival and especially at the restaurant during breakfast where they even the opportunity to find out if your stay was good so far. Excellent breakfast selection and close proximity to all that you need nearby. I had to go to Tam Dao for 2 days and decided upon return to stay with them again!

We absolutely loved this hotel! The location couldn’t be more convenient while the street is extremely quiet. The staff is the most helpful we’ve had. There was nothing they didn’t care to help with. The rooms are beautiful, styled very nicely, super clean and just the right size you need. Shower was the best we had in Vietnam. Breakfast is tasty with a large variety. Will definitely come back on our next Vietnam trip!

Happy to see that they have reopened after COVID. Still a nice hotel in the old town.

Wonderful staff, convenient location

Love the service but heater and aircon were faulty even though we got a room upgrade. Appreciate that we were given another day's stay but the heater for that room was not working as well. I trust that it would be fixed if I were to come back in the future and I would stay here again.

Loved it. Changed to this hotel after being disappointed with another, could not have been happier. Location is great, right in the old quarter and close to the sights.

This stay exceeded our expectations in every way, and left us thinking how much better customer service is in Hanoi than most parts of the world we have been to. First class all the way.

Very good staff and quiet room

Very friendly, pleasant & helpful staff, and they speak pretty good English. The entire stay was very enjoyable and effortless. Management did a great job in training their staff. Some room aircon needs to be replaced as it was getting a bit old ie hot or noisy. Location was good for those who want to stay in old quarter.

This place is well located, nicely designed and the breakfast actually is superb! The staff especially Trung on reception are fantastic, he sent us loads of local info as we visited during Lunat New year about via WhatsApp and answered all our queries easily and quickly. The only thing to keep in mind is the the basic rooms don’t have windows, works for some people but if you book it in error you’ll have a very uncompromising and argumentative sales manager contact you before you arrive to try and upgrade you for unreasonably large amounts of money, thankful Expedia came to the recuse and talked some sense in to him and we got the upgrade for a more reasonable price in the end. Everything else was beyond expectations!

Large rooms and amazing staff. Location is great too.

Unfortunately we only stayed one night here. However, we will definitely be back. The room was great, loved the decor of everything. You could tell a lot of thought was put into the look of the room. The staff were extremely friendly and beyond accomodating. We even encountered a very strange and rude situation with another guest as we were leaving, and the staff all helped us out ans were very nice about it. Can't wait to return to enjoy a longer stay!

Lovely and wonderful

Our favorite hotel in Vietnam! Service is top notch and the beds were comfy! Loved all the amenities too. Only downside is the doors are a little thin so you can hear people in the hallway.

A gem hotel

We stayed one night in La Siesta Hotel Trendy and were so pleased with everything in hotel. The hotel design and decoration are very stylish and modern. The staff there are great offering very caring services. There are many choices in their buffet breakfast. It is definitely a gem in the old quarter district. We will certainly stay there again next time and will recommend it to everyone who visits Hanoi.
