Wonderful hotel

This is a wonderful hotel. So friendly and helpful. Super breakfast buffet. Classic Alpine/Tirolean aesthetic. Extensive spa facilities. Good wine list. It is listed on some websites as ski-in/ski-out, which is not accurate. However it was no problem. There is a free bus to the lifts, takes just 2 minutes, very easy and reliable service. Or you can walk there. We rented lockers for our skis near the lifts so we didn't need to carry them around, which made things very easy. The town of Seefeld is charming, again very classic Alpine/Tirolean. Skiing wise, a great place for beginners/relaxed skiers, it is small, with mostly blue runs, and various mountain cafes with beautiful views. I was travelling with my father and appreciated that this hotel has well priced single rooms. Would return. I also think it would be great for a large group trip.

No WiFi connection by phone for much of my stay and no connection ever on the laptop. No one interested in sorting it out. Staff in restaurant lovely. Staff on reception seemed pretty miserable and generally unhelpful. Shower door kept closing in mid shower- a minor problem but can’t iOS be repaired with a little care. No late check out possible even though promised in brochure. Overall a decent place but must sift out WiFi.

Amazing room, very much a resort experience. Loved the pools and the meals were amazing. Will definitely stay here when we come back.

Outstanding amenities in this top quality resort hotel. Introductory drink, afternoon buffet and an outstanding breakfast and dinner. Easy walk to town and an ama pool and fitness facility.

Seefeld visit

The facility is nice, excellent complex of pulls and sauna. Great breakfast with variety of choices also is repetitive a little. Gabby is excellent host and nice person. This is a dog hotel, I love dogs but not the fur that was not properly vacuumed from the carpet and left on my socks… The location is 10-15 minutes walking from the center BUT if you plan to dine at evening and it’s raining, be prepared to walk in the dark or pay 45 Euro per person (including teens) for gourmet 3 course meal. The fact that there was no restaurant nearby that you can order a la carte at the evening was inconvenient for us. The reception there were 2 guys, one of them was extremely unpleasant, he wouldn’t provide information on meals options and advised to come at evening and ask the supervisor. Also he told us one morning that our dog was disturbing the neighbors even though we didn’t had a dog. Al in all we enjoyed our stay and loved the pools and the sauna but I wouldn’t choose this hotel for my next Seefeld visit.

Wish they had walk-in Showers

Overall no complaints. But all the bathrooms have bathtubs with a hand shower. If you are older it’s almost inaccessible. The outdoor pool was great. The restaurant was great and the service was great.

above my expectations

my stay was last minute and luckily they had availability. i was so impressed by my stay and hotel that I'm now planning another visit to this area and specifically this hotel!

Our second time here as a family, and very enjoyable experience. Things were a bit hectic Saturday night due to a wedding, but that's understandable. Great pool/wellness area. Very friendly staff.

Perfection

Absolute Perfection. The staff is very welcoming and more than accommodating. I was allowed to have a late checkout to enjoy the hotel grounds. The food was delicious and they offered a local honey combs for breakfast which was delicious. The dinners were excellent and a nice selection. The spa was nicely kept and very relaxing. The hotel offers free hiking tours and the location is a simple walk to town. Thank you for such a great stay.

Why small attentions make the difference

The staff was extremely accommodating in all ways possible. The food was outstanding and the room was clean, comfortable and charming.

This is likely the best hotel we ahve ever visited. Every member of the staff was so pleasant, friendly and helpful. The area around the hotel is stunning. We hiked and rode bikes every day and then enjoyed the pool and sauna in the evening. Breakfast was to die for. We had a wonderful time and hated to leave.

Excellent amenities from helpful staff. 3 swimming pools, a hot tub, and saunas on site. Walking distance to skiing and sledding. We stayed an extra day because we enjoyed it so much!

Amazing staff and fantastic value for money

The staff are absolutely amazing!!!! Each and every one of them, so friendly, so welcoming, so cheerful, so helpful. One feels more like a "guest" than a "customer". Nice little touches like a personalized note and small bowl of fruit in the room on arrival, to a jar of their jam to take away on departure Their sauna isn't just a closet in the basement (like many) but a dedicated facility with several options. Lots of helpful suggestions and guides for local walks and hikes. Excellent views from the room's furnished balcony. Very comfortable bed. Only a fifteen minute walk from the local train station. All this for a very reasonable price.

Service with a smile

The hotel offers everything one could wish for for a rest and de-stress. Staff are friendly and helpful, but discreet at the same time. You feel free and yet in intimate surroundings if you want to be. The food is simply exquisit. Highly recommended for a proper break.

Excellent hotel close to the ski slopes.

We had a thoroughly enjoyable two night ski break at the Bergresort. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the food was excellent . The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. As a family of three we had plenty of space and made good use of the leisure facilities. The pools and spa area were particularly welcome after a day skiing. The location was excellent for our purpose (close to Rosshutte) but maybe not ideal if you want to be in the center of Seefeld. We didn't take our dog this time but observed the facilities and welcome dogs received so we are definitely considering returning with him in the future.

Nice winter hotel as a skiing base and to relax

Very welcoming and helpful staff throughout our stay. The hotel was very comfortable and very good facilities. Excellent restaurant for breakfast and dinner.

Very fine hotel for winter recreation

I was totally satisfied with my 6 day stay at the hotel. The staff was very competent and friendly. My single room was bright with a balcony and a nice view. The bathroom was spotless even though quite small. It had a walk in closet that made room spacious . The spa facilities were large with a great selection of saunas and an outdoor swimming pool. The breakfast was delicious with great variety and in addition one could order freshly squeezed juice and for example eggs prepared in a style to your liking.

Excellent. if WIFI had been better would be perfect.

Nice resort hotel

Outstanding hotel in an outstanding setting, with extra services such as sauna and massages. Parking is easy onsite. The restaurant is excellent and has a good deal for guests at €20 a night for a four course meal.

Wish we had stayed for longer

We stayed for one night as we were moving in the middle of our holiday from one side of Austria to the other. The welcome from reception staff was wonderful and the chap could speak multiple languages. Seefeld is a short drive from Innsbruck, and the hotel is about 15 minutes walk from the centre of Seefeld. The room was comfortable and newly refurbished. The choices on offer from the breakfast buffet was vast, there was definitely something for everyone, and I was a bit sad we were not staying for longer so I could have a chance to try everything.

Beautiful traditional style hotel

This hotel had lovely Austrian character combined with all the comfort you would expect from a four star hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the buffet breakfast was delicious and the spa area was really spacious and a nice place to relax after an active day. I wish I was there now!

Exercise needed to burn off the calories

Ideal hotel made excellent by the staff. Oh - and there is also the food ! Quality as well as excellent service. Location about 15 minutes walk from the centre of Seefeld - a pleasant downhill stroll but nothing too taxing. You can easily walk north out of the hotel and drop onto the winter (and therefore we assume summer) walking trails. You have to walk or ski-bus to either the downhill (didn't use) or cross-country routes and facilities but again, not very complicated (generally 15 to 20 minutes away). Seefeld itself is well placed on rail (Innsbruck to Munich) and local bus routes.

Quality staff

From cleaner's, bar, restaurant and reception staff you could not meet a more attentive and pleasant group of people.

Die Pool- und Saunalandschaft sind super schön und das Personal am Empfang und bei der Sauna sehr nett. Das Frühstück war auch sehr vielfältig und schmackhaft. Man hat zb auch Smoothies bekommen. Das Zimmer ist auch sehr großzügig mit Terrasse und Blick auf die Berge. Bei der Buchung habe ich überlesen, dass es ein Hotel mit Hunden ist. Ich habe auch einige gesehen, welche ruhig waren. Nur leider der Hund nebenan war immer der Meinung bellen zu müssen, wenn seine Herrchen zum Essengehen oder so alleine gelassen haben. Das fand ich nervig. Aber dafür kann das Hotel nichts. Es gab sogar ein Restaurantbereich wo sie ihren Hund hätten mitnehmen können. Ich würde es weiterempfehlen.

Luxuriöses leckeres Essen

Es war unser gweiter Aufenthalt dort und wir würden jederzeit wieder dort buchen.

Hervorragendes Frühstück, richtig toller Wellnessbereich mit Saunen und Außenpool im Schnee, ruhiges Zimmer und guter Schlaf, sehr sauberes Zimmer, Duschkabine zu eng, Damen an der Rezeption lächeln oder grüßen NIEMALS. So noch nie erlebt.

Besonders schönes Hotel

Es war insgesamt eine wirklich besonders schöne Unterkunft und wir werden sicherlich wieder dort hinfahren. Bin beruflich viel in guten Hotels unterwegs. Hier kann man wirklich sagen es hat alles gepasst.

Sauna og hundehotel

Meget fin morgenmad og rigtig fint saunaområde, vil gerne have haft at saunaen åbnede tidligere på dagen, så det kan bruges om morgenen. Vi var ikke klar over at det var et hotel målrettet gæster med hund, men det gjorde ikke noget.

Expedia Zimmer mit Dachschräge und sehr kleiner Badewanne mit Dusche. Bad Fußbodenfliesen schlecht gereinigt.Heizung zu kühl keine Möglichkeit zum Regeln. Flach TV schon in die Jahre gekommen.

Mysigt hotell med bra spa och gym. Blev väldigt positivt överraskad av både middagen och frukost. Bra helt enkelt !

Super Resort

Alles bestens.

Es ist eine Hundehotel. Das wurde nicht besonders beworben, bzw. Erwähnt. Oft Gebelle im Treppenhaus mit Lärmbelästigung in anliegenden Zimmern. Der Frühstücksservice ist nicht auf Zack. Die Lage des Hotels für Fußgänger zur Stadt ist suboptimal. Wenig Parkplätze und fast kaum Platz für sichere Unterbringung für ebikes.

fantastisches Haus, die keine Wünsche übrig lässt!

Ein wunderbar geführtes Haus, das man nur wärmsten empfehlen kann. Gourmet-Essen, phantastische lage mit Bushaltestelle vor dem Haus. Bade- und Sauna-Landschaften mit Aufgiesser. Es ist zwar als "Hundehotel" bekannt, und obwohl wir keine Hunde haben, fühlten wir uns sehr woh. In der Woche habe ich selbst 2 x ein hund gesehen. Die Rezeptions-Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und immer hilfsbereit. Im allgmeinen ist es ein Hotel zum wohlfühlen. Unser Zimmermädchen war hervorragend. Sind zum Frühstück gegangen, Zimmer war immer fertig als wir zurückkamen.

Wenn Erwartungen übertroffen werden, dann entsteht Begeisterung - so auch bei uns. Es war ein Rundrum gelungener Aufenthalt. Neben super freundlichem Personal und tollen Zimmer ist das Essen hervorzuheben … Danke für den Aufenthalt und ein großes Lob für das ganze Hotelteam.

Einfach nur perfekt

Schönes Hotel, aber mit Personalmangel

getrübt war der Aufenthalt durch unterbesetztes und überfordertes Personal beim Service. Sie haben sich sehr bemüht, aber es entsprach nicht 4 Stern plus. Sobald dieser Personalmangel beseitigt ist, bin ich überzeugt, hier einen schönen Urlaub verbringen zu können. Das Essen war übrigens ausgezeichnet. Auch das Hotel und die dazugehörigen Anlagen entsprachen den Erwartungen.

Top für Paare mit Hund

Sehr freundliches Personal und sehr gutes Essen. Überzeugt hat uns aber, das der Hund wirklich willkommen und nicht nur geduldet war. Der Hund konnte ob Frühstück oder Abendessen immer am Tisch sein und hatte seine eigene Wohlfühlecke mit Wassernapf.

Für Hundebesitzer ein echter Traum! Die schöne große Hundeauslaufzone mit einer kleinen Wasserstelle ist einfach nur der Hammer :) mein Hund war ganz begeistert. Bei Schlechtwetter ist der Bade- und Saunabereich zu empfehlen. Essen war auch sehr gut und ausreichend. Einige Kellner waren etwas überfordert (obwohl nicht soooo viele Leute zu bedienen waren), unfreundlich und das benutzte Geschirr stand nach 15 Minuten immer noch am Tisch. Beim Mittagssnack wurde das benutzte Geschirr vom Vorgänger nicht abserviert, erst nach Aufforderung, nachdem wir schon 10 Minuten saßen. Nach Getränken hat uns auch niemand gefragt. Das ist das einzige was ich bemängeln könnte. Alles für den Hund :) einfach wunderbar. Der Essensbereich, welcher extra für Hundebesitzer hergerichtet wurde, ist der absolute Hammer. Ganz ganz begeistert !! Einfach WOOOW

Hotel und Wellnessangebote hervorragend, Personal sehr zuvorkommend! Einzig das 6-Gang-Gala-Dinner von Samstag-Abend nicht jedermanns/frau Geschmack und leider konnte man auch nichts anderes bestellen. Alles in Allem ein tolles Hotel, sehr zu empfehlen!

Great value - charming place

I took a spontaneous trip to this place and stayed 1 night. The resort has great facilities, and a lovely, family like athmosphere. The pool and sauna area are excellent for relaxing in the end of the day - great selection of steam bath, pools, relax areas and saunas. Dinner was great value for money. Breakfast buffet great selection as well. Can warmly recommend this place both for short and longer stays to explore Tirol.

Gepflegter Urlaub mit Hund

Sehr hundefreundliches Hotel ausserhalb von Seefeld. Es gibt eine eingezäumte Hundespielwiese mit Teich. Auf Voranmeldung darf der Hund ins abgetrennte „Hunde“-Restaurant, in welchem er ein eigenes Hundebett hat. Im Preis ist neben dem Frühstücksbuffet ist ein Nachmittagsbuffet mit Salaten, Suppe und einer Kuchenauswahl sowie das mehrgängige Abendmenü inbegriffen. Die beiden Buffets bieten eine nette Auswahl, beim Abendmenü kann ebenfalls zwischen mehreren Optionen gewählt werden. Unser Zimmer hatte einen Balkon und ein geräumiges Badezimmer. Die Einrichtung war rustikal mit viel Holz. Im Hotel fibt es einen grossen Wellness-Bereich. Diesen haben wir jedoch nicht genutzt.
