It was wonderful...meet our needs exactly

It was clean and tidy and had everything I needed. It was a last minute booking and there was a mix up over the time for final check in. The host was lovely and accomodated my late arrival.

Room was a good size and really clean. We arrived late so our room was set up for us to head straight in to. Unfortunately there is no sound proofing so you could hear the people above, and every car out side. It was on the expensive side but i did book only a few hours before arriving Fresh milk would jave been good as the uht .milk supplied wasnt enough for two coffees. There was a note that fresh milk was available from the office but it was 5am when i noticed and i was not waking tje moteliers at that hour. $100 hold was put on my card amd i had to phone to follow this uo tje next day as it wasn't released.

Our room was small. There was little room for suitcases. It was convenient to our car park - to unload the car. As we only needed a clean comfortable bed for one night the room suited us. Our unit was nicely clean.

the motel is not flash so to speak but the staff have magically created a wonderfully welcoming and homely vibe. Many motels have bigger rooms or maybe newer fittings but i will return here for the sense i can kick off my shoes and sit back and feel at home. i highly recommend.

A unit for 2 so would've liked 2 comfy chairs, a removable shower head. Bed a little hard but doable. Unit was warm and comfortable

Just an overnight stay, but a very clean , well equipped studio. Walking distance to shops and Lakeshore.

The Bella Vista is within walking distance to town and is located in a very quiet area.

We had a great stay. The unit was spotless and comfortable. The continental breakfast was substantial. We would highly recommend Bella Vista Motel in Taupo and we will definitely be back.

I enjoyed the quiet. Have stayed in Taupo before and where we stayed it was really noisy with traffic

We were in a ground floor room ( probably we requested this ) but as it was set up for the disabled it lacked a bedside table or lamp on one side . We like to read so this was a problem . Even though the space was limited , I feel a small narrow table or one which was hinged to the wall would give options for a second bedside light .

Clean and well maintained, and simple things like USB charging outlets on the alarm clock meant less fussing. A/C helped cool the room on a hot muggy day. Walking distance to Taupo central. Overall one of the best motels we have stayed at.

Small room. Sky TV channels very limited only 5. Expect a credit card surcharge. This is a cost of business build it into the room charge!!!

It was very clean and very quiet , the only thing that let it down was the bathroom fan was ratty when running this goes when the lights switch on.

Super quiet place to stay off the main road. Room had everything you need. Air conditioning was a bonus. Very clean room.

Rooms have a recycling bin and soap and shampoo dispensers instead of single use products. Good to see a business like this trying to be more sustainable! Front of house service was excellent. Room was clean and comfortable.

We use the Bella Vista motels when we can when travelling. They are always clean and well presented and maintained.
