A lovely place to be
Actually very nice property. Hotel Exterior is a bit dated. But rooms are actually very nice and modern. Very decent and comfortable hotel.
Overall a nice place to stay Only thing that was odd and done without any explanation that made real sense worth noting was that at check-in they asked for an extra $100 deposit to be paid on top of my already fully pre-paid room charges that will be fully reimbursed at the end if nothing is damaged (this is standard in some hotels around the world). However, at check-out they said all was well and I was getting my deposit refunded and that they need my bank card again. Then they hand me another card transaction receipt to sign for an extra $0.10 charge. When asked if this could be a mistake to have charged my card again instead of getting credited my $100. Not at all they said. Their final explanation was that in order to get reimbursed they needed to take an extra $0.10 because they are unable to credit the $100 normally. Exceot fir the 2 receipys associated to the charges I did not receive a receipt or other type of proof that I will get credited. In addition. I also have to pay 2 international transaction bank fees for being a good guest at this hotel. This is the only thing that I thought worth noting, in the hopes that A) thehotel finds a better way to effortlessly give guests their total dues back, and B) for future guests to be informed of the hidden fees (however small the amount), especially when you have to deal with this at 7am in the morning while you try to rush to the airport

Not a bad place, very nice.
It was very nice, the room was quite clean, and I didn't encounter any issues. It's a bit annoying that the air conditioners stop working as soon as you leave the room. The breakfast is a bit lacking, there's no buffet, you get a tray with food to the room. The 'dining room' was under renovation while I was there, and the pool, when I first arrived, had green water. But on the third day, they cleaned it and made it clean again.
