It was perfect for us during our way home to Melbourne. It was clean, great little pool. The owners were friendly and they provided free complementary breakfast which was a feast. Close to town. A lovely motel with a charm due to the garden and the furniture. We highly recommend it.

This was a real find and shows what can be done with the bare bones of an old motel, when renovated with care and attention to detail. With comfy beds, sweet decorative touches and a beautifully cared for outdoor bbq/seating area as well as pool, every care has been taken. The included breakfast was an added bonus. Everything about this place seems to be efficient, clean, thoughtful and customer focused.

Clean and comfortable, great breakfast, good variety, delivered to the room hot and on time. The hot water takes a long time to reach the room a lot of water gets wasted before the shower gets hot. Great place to stay.

We enjoyed our stay and the photos and description matched what we expected. We were looking for something that was reasonably priced and close to the Ling Valley. Service was very good.

This is a charming motel with well kept gardens and onsite parking. A cooked breakfast was included in the charge - beautifully presented. A very quiet location off the main road into Beechworth. Personal, friendly staff . A real gem!

Passing through for a couple of days.Found it very clean and lovely breakfast.

The property was very comfortable. Complimentary breakfast was nice and the room had great amenities and most importantly it was clean with a super comfy bed!

We rang en route to let the motel know we would be late. The owner suggested options for dinner and had our room heated ready for us. The complimentary breakfast was excellent. Thoughtful attention throughout.

I loved how quiet my room was and also the breakfast that was delivered each morning, what a lovely little place.

Another great stay at the Bridge. Comfy rooms, renovated bathrooms, great staff and breakfast all for a very reasonable price.

The hot breakfast was promptly delivered and well prepared. Large king bed, large towels and nicely appointed rooms. Friendly and helpful hosts, good value.

All the creature comforts

The room was really comfortable- my husband loved the bed and pillows. The shower was wonderful and very modern. The hosts had thought of a lot of comforts - electric blankets, turning on the heat in the room before arrival, cold water in the fridge and even a large packet of biscuits to go with the coffee/tea. There was a squeegee outside each room to wash down your car windows on the icy morning. They just gave things a lot of thought which was really impressive- thank you.

As a solo traveller I felt very safe staying at Beechworth on Bridge. Air conditioner and heater functional and bed very comfortable and interior of the room lovely and breakfast included in the booking excellent. The only negative feedback I have about this place is the wifi signal is very poor and people staying in the room next to mine had their tv up that loud i could hear it through the walls during one of the nights of my stay. I had nothing in my room to drown out the sound. Didn’t sleep too well on that occasion.

Loved the amenities and ambience of the property. Quality and comfort all round. We especially liked the king size bed, the quality linen, large bath towels, coffee pods and other complimentary items. The outdoor area for relaxing, enjoying a drink, or for a BBQ was lovely. Excellent value.

New bathrooms are great. New king beds. Room decor is still very country motel 80s however. It’s clean and comfortable and I’d certainly recommend it for overnight stays. Breakfast included is nice - but basic. Enough to get you going on the road again.

We were very impressed. With friends we booked 3 rooms for 2 nights and we were all impressed by the level of service and attention give by the proprietors. We will stay there again.

Lovely place

We spent a couple of nights at this small but perfectly formed motel, and would very happily return. It's convenient (on the main road in to town from the Wangaratta direction) but peaceful. Our room had a large, comfortable bed, a pod coffee maker, fridge and ample crockery/cutlery with a dining table large enough to use them comfortably. The bathroom was freshly renovated and well supplied with fluffy towels, having a made-to-order breakfast delivered to our room daily was a treat. Highly recommended!

Nice quiet rooms that were clean and accessible. Parking was easy and right out the front of the room. The breakfast that was included in the price had a great variety and was served still hot. Several outdoor seating areas where we sat and had a cold drink and takeaway pizza.

Owners have done all in their power to provide as good an experience for their guests as possible. Bathroom appeared new or refurbished and they offer a very good complementary breakfast delivered to your room.

Outstanding value for money with twin rooms for price of one.Plus breakfast supplied as well ,which was a pleasant surprise. The amenities were first class. The only fault was with Wotif, who stated it was a four minute walk to town when in fact it was fifteen minutes, this caused us some concern.

On entry to the property it was well presented and looked homely. Registration was very simple and we were in our room in a matter of minutes. The room was very clean and it was very pleasant to walk in to a warm room. Beechworth was cold. Breakfast was hot and also very. We will definitely be staying there again when in the area.

We enjoyed our stay at Beechworth on Bridge. It was lovely to arrive there after our long drive and the grounds were pretty at night. The breakfast options were great and I looked forward to the eggs hollandaise each morning as they were delicious. Close to the shopping area and restaurants, but quiet for a good night's rest. This property was very clean. The room was homely and the furnishings were unique and interesting. The bathroom was very clean and the rainfall showerhead gave a good shower. Just a lovely property and friendly staff. I would stay there again next time I'm in Beechworth.

just 5 mins drive from town, this old style but modern motel has it all including breakfast delivered to your door. Nice roomy units with table and chairs.parking in front makes it easy.

The heater was on when we arrived. They cared for our every need. The water was pipping hot. The breakfast was delicious and hot!!! We have been before and it feels like coming home!!!

I really wanted to give Beechworth on Bridge four and a half stars as the rooms were very clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and the breakfasts were excellent. Only thing that let it down was that we visited at the end of May and the rooms were cold. With only a reverse cycle air conditioner it took quite a long time for the rooms to warm up. Had we visited in summer we would have almost certainly given Beechworth on Bridge five stars.

A tidy property in convenient location in Beechworth

We spent a very enjoyable two days at Beechworth on Bridge, accomodation was perfect for myself and relative from UK. We shared a family room which had a divided small bedroom plus Queen bed in main room. Outdoor area was pleasant with barbecue and eating area, perfect for family. We appreciated advice from owner on what to do on our way back to Melbourne. We changed our original plan and were delighted with Woolshed falls, Mt Pilot and Chilton, will definitely return.

Comfy bed, good air conditioning, good shower, very easy access to room- parking at the door and breakfast was included.

Staff were great. Check in was super easy. Room was clean. We loved to bonus of the pool on the 35 degree day. Added breakfast was exactly on time and delicious. Will certainly stay again if we are in the area.

We found the property was very pleasing to stay at. I liked the idea of a front and back door where you could go out and walk around. The owner was very good and friendly. The breakfast was so good and always arrived on time at the room.
