I did not like walking up the stairs with my luggage. I thought the front desk young lady that took care of me was awesome !!! so very helpful.

This hotel is always great! Its clean, the staff is friendly and helpful! Also its on the beach!!! We stay here almost every time we come to the coast! Highly recommend.

Wasn’t bad view was great balcony very small and was a cigarette butt left on ours assuming from previous person.

Excellent atmosphere, service and location.. We can not say enough good things about this spot! Oh yes and very dog friendly.

This was our favorite place to stay but has gone down hill big time! It’s old and outdated needs help and the cleaning was awful! I would love to say something nice but I can’t.

So close to the water!!

We had such a nice stay at this hotel! Woke up Christmas morning right next to the crashing waves, so peaceful and relaxing. The rooms were clean and the staff was pleasant.

Horrible stay.

Room smelled musty. Lugage carts had mold on the carpet. Tv wasnt a smart tv so we couldnt stream anything and dish tv kept going out. People smoking weed out on the patios we were on the 3rd floor so it was stinking up our room. The dinner there was messy food was horrible. Heard the workers say to someone in the back if you do that again ill beat your ass. The put a family with 4 kids next to us that last night of stay they were loud banging on the walls.

Loved that the room was clean and my room had an amazing view of the beach! Lovely place and people. Locals were friendly:) will defbe visiting again!

The exterior needed some updating/painting taking into account it is right on the beach. But our actual room was modern, clean and updated (except for some scraps & scratches on the bathroom doors, and rubber pulled of the sliding glass door to balcony.)

A little get away from home that helps relax away the frustrations of busy city life

The hotel is right on the beach; the view from our oceanfront room was awesome. We enjoyed listening to the waves, it’s so calming. Three nights stay was almost perfect, accept one night. The couple in the next room were fighting from about 9pm to early morning. We didn’t sleep that night at all. But it’s not the hotel’s fault. It was our second time staying there, and we would stay there again.

I love the sound of the beachwaves and the accessibility to the beach whenever i want to. I was amazed by the view of the sunset in my room. I even left my sliding door open to hear the sound of the waves at night while sleeping. Super love it!

Great ocean views. Very clean hotel. Near a marina with fishing boats.

Clean room. Convenient for our purpose of visit. Breakfast had many options. Beds comfortable. Side chairs not comfortable. TV too small.

Beds were amazing. And listening to the Ocean put us to sleep so quickly it was amazing the restaurant across the Sweet was delicious

Disappointed!

We were so disappointed! We get to stay at the Beach front Inn one day a year- usually on October when we drive down to our place in Palm Springs. For some unknown reason (There were several empty rooms) we were put in a 1st floor handicapped room with an almost non existent peek at the ocean). I asked about it, and was curtly told, “All our rooms have ocean views, you are on the left side”. I guess I’m glad that he didn’t add, “get out!” But he was gruff and disrespectful. I talked to the guest crew on the front desk the next day. They were wonderful!!! They told me to call the front desk before check in and they will take care of us. Thank you! I’ll be back next year.

hot tub not good, but everything else was great.. close to beach, very pet friendly. Thank you for a GREAT stay.

Incredible ocean views

We had an amazing, spotless oceanfront room on the 3rd floor. We loved the screened patio door that let the sound in but kept the seabirds out. It was a very spacious set up with two beds, perfect for friends or family. Great drive thru coffee shop 3 minutes away.

The service was great. The location to the beach was incomparable. The property could use some renovation for the price. But it kind of reminded you like what the space would have been like in the 80s.

Great location for walking and exploring the beach and marina, plenty of dining options close by

Driftwood Inn

Not like what the photos show. Dirty threshold, cobwebs, dirty fan, no AC, elevator not working-looks to have not worked for a while, storing misc items under stairway, 2 barrels of who know what on parking lot. No where near a 4 star hotel. Hugh amount of drift wood in front of hotel. I’m all for supporting a local business but very expensive for the condition. Plus was the location near the water.

The view and ocean sounds were excellent. The room was attractive and pleasantly appointed. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Price was acceptable. It would have been perfect if not for the following: The elevator was out of service and had been for at least a few weeks (when I made the reservation). Since my husband has mobility issues, this meant we could not stay in an upper floor. While the floors appeared clean, when I spilled some clear soda on the floor and wiped it up, the cloth was very, very dirty.

The hotel is fine. It has good views of the beach... not tge prettiest beach on the Oregon Coast, but still lovely. The elevator was out of service and we had to climb up and down to the 6th floor ... for $350 for one night its definitely pricey but that's how the Oregon Coast is.. you are paying for the view... the front desk staff were super nice and helpful. It was clean and comfortable and the room seemed recently updated.

All was great with the hotel. A super strong fiery smell came in the windows at night, maybe a bonfire, not really hotel’s fault but it was the only downside.

What a perfect place. Falling asleep and waking up to the sound of the ocean was magical. Staff was kind and the location was clean and welcoming.

The staff was very helpful and courteous. The place was very clean. The bed and pillows were so comfortable. With the waves right outside my slider I slept so good.

WE RENTED A PET FREINDLY ROOM WITH AN OCEAN VIEW, THE ROOM WAS TILED SO IT WAS IMMACULATE WITH NO PET ODER. IT WAS LITERALLY 20 FEET FROM THE BEACH ACCESS. WE WILL DEFINATELY CHOSE TO STAY THERE AGAIN.

Beautifully updated rooms!

Our 2nd stay here and the rooms have all been updated with the latest furniture/fixtures. The exterior still needs updating but I’m sure that will come along down the road.

It's an amazing property. The rooms are beautiful, there's everything there that's needed. The water is just feet away and listening to the surf all night is just soul cleansing.

If you want ocean front this is a great place. When we wasnt out on the beach we were sitting in our room looking and listening to the ocean.

Our room overlooked the beach. The beach is filled with driftwood so not the cleanest look. We walked to dinner. The room was clean and met our needs

This property is clean and nicely updated. I loved the large counter in the bathroom and the tub. We slept with the sliding door open and could hear the waves crash on the shore of the beach. So nice!

It’s a bit pricey for the quality of the hotel but with the beach view, it’s very pretty it. The lady working breakfast was so wonderful. Very quick and polite. The guy at the front desk was a bit unprofessional. While I was being checked in by a woman, the man kept interrupting her about his DoorDash order. I could tell she didn’t want to be interrupted but he kept going and then said that he is going to lunch. He could have waited until she was finished working. The beds were a bit hard but the pillows were nice. The tv is annoying. It constantly has an info bubble that floats around the screen so it interrupts what you are watching.

This a dog friendly hotel. All the rooms smell like wet dog. Dog hair on couches and chairs.

Nice spot on the beach and wonderful view of the ocean from our room. When we arrived, Shane at the front desk was amazing helping us get an early check in and navigating some other requests. Breakfast is also a nice inclusion. As for the property and the rooms: all elevators were out of order, areas around the property looked a bit like a construction zone. Room was nice, spacious and for the most part very clean. Beach access is an easy walk. Price was a bit high but pretty comparable for a beachfront spot. All in all a pleasant stay.

Great beautiful place

We have stayed in 4 different motels so far on this trip, this was our favorite so far. Can't think of a negative thing to say other than i wish we didn’t have to leave!
