Room was spacious and clean. Amazing amenties. Went swimming in the pool and had a wonderful time. Pool has secured lockers just make sure to bring a towel from your room. Would recommend and return.

Great stay.

Very clean rooms. BEAUTIFUL beach view.

For the price we paid to stay here it was very good for what we needed for for stay. However, I wouldn’t have wanted to pay that much more. Our room did have an epic beach view, it has a good location to access the beach and the beach restaurants. We were racing at Zandvoort circuit which made the hotel an excellent choice and we would return. Breakfast was good in the hotel. One morning we left for the circuit too early for breakfast which was originally a disappointment, however they made us a packed breakfast which was excellent. We didn’t use other facilities, so can’t comment.

A great stay

We had a lovely time in Zandvoort. The hotel was in a perfect location; next to the beach, near the centre parc activities, 5 min walk to train station, a walk to the centre and near the F1. The room was spacious and clean. There was lots of choice at breakfast. All staff we spoke to were friendly. Having the centre parc activities, meant that our child was never bored. We enjoyed much there was to offer like the swimming pool, mini golf, bike gire, mini football pitch. Trains ran every 30 mins to Amsterdam, so it was really easy to get to the city.

Great location. Friendly staff. Lot's of choices of nice restaurant by the sea with good selection for hotel breakfast. Lot's of activities for the children and we get to use the swimming pool for free at the Centre Parc. The housekeeping was a bit disappointing. They did partial of the works almost on daily basis. From forgetting to make the bed or forgetting to replace cups and glasses, leaving wet towels on the floor as it is, drying wet towels by the window cill??!! not replenishing shower gels etc. So ew ended up washing our cups and have to go to the reception to request for items....

Really bad stay, not nice people and won’t come back again

I may have lost this in translation, but I did not see that it is a family resort. However, it seems they placed us on a floor with no children. We had a great quiet stay regardless of the family resort style.

Hotel is convenient for visiting the racetrack, its only ten minutes walk away. The room was comfortable with a double bed, large TV, small fridge and a coffee maker. The staff are friendly and speak good English. Although it says there is a restaurant, this is only open for breakfast. For an evening meal you will need leave the hotel. I would recommend the beach bar "Strand 21" which is located opposite the hotel on the beach. If you are visiting Zandvoort aan Zee this hotel is a good place to stay. If you are visiting Zandvoort ann Zee

Not pretty from the outside but rooms are modern and comfy with a great view. Staff were outstanding. Facilities in the immediate hotel are limited with no bar, but it is only a short walk to the main Centre Parcs complex with plenty of options. Use of the pools was a nice bonus.

Perfect with kids.

This was my second time visiting this hotel. All their hotel rooms have a sea view. The rooms are big and come with a separate room for the toilet, a separate bathroom with rain shower and heater for drying swimwear and a big bedroom. In the hallway the room has a lot of storage room in a wall closet. This comes with a safe, fridge, dolce gusto coffee maker and separate water cooker. The main room is roomy with comfortable beds, multiple pillows a desk and a table with two chairs.

Great stay, as well as the beautiful view and the comfort, the hotel is conveniently situated for the station and the town. The only thing we missed was the opportunity to have something to eat in the restaurant of the hotel. (Apart from breakfast.)

Inside the hotel it was clean, pleasantly furnished. The bedroom was large, recently refurbished and had a great sea view. The restaurant for breakfast was excellent, with a broad range of dishes. The staff were helpful and polite. Outside, the hotel looks a bit dated, 1950ish. There are areas of space (outside the restaurant) which could be developed, even a few planters would help. This is a lovely hotel, with a ‘don’t judge a book by its cover’ feel.

The great sea view, there was a fridge, lots of closet (storage space - open shelving), the bathroom was clean and spacious. We didn't check out many of the property amenities but we did go to the local Dirk grocery store and some of the nearby restaurants which were a very close walking distance, as well as the beach.

Didnt get the deep soaking tub or the full kitchen because they had torn them out. We asked for more coffee pods several times. They finally told us they were some hanging on the door so went immediately up and checked and they were not there. Then at breakfast we were confronted by an employee that would not allow us to use a tray to carry our plates of food. The food was pretty horrible. Fake eggs and the quality of the food was cheap. We only went back because of the view, but will no longer stay here for this kind of service and quality at 160Euros a night.

The only bad thing is breakfast. Horrible quality. And coffee even worse.

Sehr gut gelegenes Hotel. Personal an der Rezeption sehr ‚neutral‘. Beim einchecken (an meinem Geburtstag!) kein nettes Wort oder gar Gratulation & beim auschecken nicht mal die Frage, ob man einen guten / schönen Aufenthalt hatte. Da war das Servicepersonal (Reinigungskraft) um einiges freundlicher.

Schönes Hotel. Wir lieben dieses Hotel und sind paar Mal im Jahr da. Direkt am Strand, nicht weit vom Centrum. Gemütliche Emfangshale und grosse moderne Zimmer. Sehr nette Personal.

Das Strandhotel vom Center Parc hat eine TOP-Lage. Direkt am Strand und nur ein kurzer Fußweg in die Stadt! Die Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet: bequemes Bett, Regendusche, separates WC, Kaffeemaschine & Wasserkocher und Meerblick. Der Frühstücksraum ist an sich schön, allerdings mangelt es an Tellern, Besteck und die Gläser an der Kaffeemaschine sehen immer so aus, als wären sie nicht richtig gespült worden. Manchmal ist das Geschirr noch komplett nass gewesen, als hätte man den Spülvorgang unterbrochen, um schnell wieder aufzufüllen. Leider dauerte es auch immer, bis ausreichend Aufbackbrötchen vorhanden waren. Auf Nachfrage wurde man als „typisch Deutscher (ungeduldig)“ auf niederländisch beschimpft. Großes Lob aber an Monique, die immer sehr bemüht war! Die Aufzüge sind ziemlich veraltet und quietschen. Bei unserem letzten Aufenthalt sind wir sogar mit dem Fahrstuhl steckengeblieben und leider funktionierte der Alarmknopf nicht direkt. Es dauerte ewig, bis jemand kam (knapp 45 Minuten!). Toll ist, dass man bei schlechtem Wetter das Schwimmbad etc. nutzen kann! An sich ist das Hotel für einen kurzen Aufenthalt (2-4 Tage) mit einigen Abstrichen eine gute und günstige Alternative!

De kamer was mooi ruim en netjes. Wij hoorden wel de hele nacht geziem. Zwembad en aquadome verder weg dan we dachten. Om die reden ook niet naar zwembad gegaan. Accomodatie verder oké.

schlecht schliessende Türen zum Zimmer

Die Lüftung in Zimmer 5006 war so verdreckt, dass sie wohl bald nicht mehr ihren Zweck erfüllen wird! ☹️

Tolle Lage, direkt am Meer. Das Zimmer war sauber und groß. Toller Merrblick. Auch mit Babybett hatten wir noch sehr viel Platz. Das Frühstück ist gut und hat eine große Auswahl. Manches wurde jedoch nicht immer aufgefüllt. Der Frühstücksraum hat auch einen tollen Meerblick. Der Park ist sauber und die Spielplätze toll. Das Aquamundo war von der Sauberkeit mal gut, mal nicht. Die Treppe vom Rutschenturm sollte mal erneuert werden. Sieht nicht sehr vertrauenswürdig aus. Der Indoor Spielplatz ist toll, aber auch da gab es defekte Bereiche, die gesperrt waren. Was uns richtig genervt hat: Es ging nur einer von zwei Fahrstühlen, sodass man immer ewig warten musste, bis man mal unten oder oben war. Am Abreise Tag mussten wir zum Teil unser Gepäck 7 Stockwerke runter tragen, weil wir einfach nicht in den Fahrstuhl gekommen sind bzw. dieser einfach nicht ins EG gefahren ist, weil das Putz Personal auch noch Vorrang hatte und auch mit dem Fahrstuhl gefahren ist.

Het was een fantastisch hotel met uitzicht op zee, loopafstand naar centrum. Vriendelijke mensen, goed ontbijt. Komen hier zeker terug

Alles war sehr gut außer das 1-Lagige Toilettenpapier und leider waren die Erbeeren am Frühstücksbuffet nur für die Kinder.

Bei der Ankunft, war das Bad nicht richtig gesäubert. Die Tür hatte einen technischen Defekt, der erst stundenlang später repariert wurde, bis dahin konnte ich nicht mein Hotelzimmer betreten.

Das Personal im Hotel und alle anderen Mitarbeiter * innen des Center parcs waren freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage des Strandhotel ist optimal. Für Kinder ein Traum. Das Aqua mundo war im Preis inbegriffen. Preise völlig akzeptabel! N

Das Hotel liegt sehr schön strandnah. Das gebuchte Zimmer war sehr gut ausgestattet und geräumig. Das Aquamundo war im Preis enthalten.Das Frühstück war reichhaltig. Das Rührei allerdings war ungewürzt und aus dem Tetrapark. Da hätte ich mehr erwartet. Die Fassade könnte mal modernisiert werden das würde dem Hotel dann auch von außen die Optik geben die einen innen erwartet. Ich würde jederzeit wieder dort buchen.

Tolle Lage mit traumhaftem Blick. Der Eintritt ins Aquamundo ist inklusive. Viele Sport und Freizeitbeschäftigungen.

Locatie is top, ontbijt is goed, koffie kon beter, slapjes en niet al te warm, de deur van onze kamer klemde heel erg en ging ook slecht dicht, we zagen ook dat diverse deuren op de verdieping 5 gewoon op een kier open stonden. maar dit neemt niet weg dat we zeker terug willen naar dit hotel.. locatie zo lekker aan het strand is geweldig.

Service bzw Personal war super. Der Park ist an sich schon sehr herunter gekommen und benötigt dringend eine Renovierung. Außerdem ließ an machen Ecken die Sauberkeit etwas nach, was ebenfalls sehr schade war und man sich teilweise ein wenig ekeln musste. Nichts desto trotz hatte das Hotel eine super Lage und einen tollen Meerblick.

Alles echt super aber parken kostet extra und ich erinnere mich das bei der buchung parken inkluded ich weiß nicht genau aber frühstück kostet auch extra . Das ist schade

Prima hotel met geweldig uitzicht op zee. Zeker vanaf de 7e verdieping. Diverse faciliteiten prima alleen het zwembad is echt toe aan een renovatie.

War ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt über Pfingsten.Top Strandlage und zur Stadt oder dem Supermarkt ist es auch nicht weit. Zimmer sind zweckmäßig mit schönen Meerblick.Dusche und WC getrennt was ich gut fand. Frühstück war super. Fahrräder konnten vor dem Hotel im Eingangsbereich auch überdacht abgestellt werden. Komme gerne wieder ;-)

Personal war sehr Nett und hat sich mühe gegeben mit dem Deutsch sprechen. Kommen wir zum Zimmer. Das Bett war sehr Bequem und sauber. Die Türen waren sehr schwer zu schließen und leise Türen zu öffnen/schließen war gar nicht möglich. Man hat also auch die Nachbarn andauernd gehört, wenn sie in ihre Zimmer gingen und oder auf das WC/in die Dusche. Die Eingangstür des Zimmers hat, wieso auch immer Wind durch gelassen und extrem gepfiffen, das sehr nervige geräusch ging nur weg wenn man das Fenster geöffnet hat. Durch das geöffnete Fenster hatte man allerdings ein großes Fliegen und Mücken problem! Das Frühstück war so lala, das Rührei zum Beispiel war gar nicht unser Fall, schmeckte süßlich und sehr künstlich. Teilweise würde Recht spät aufgefüllt. Man kam jederzeit sehr gut in das Hotel und mit Hilfe von einem Armband in die Zimmer, dabei war das Hotel sehr positiv aufgefallen.

Die Unterkunft hatte eine schöne Lage und war absolut sauber. Ist definitiv zu empfehlen.

Kamerindeling is leuk ingericht, praktisch en gezellig. Fijn bed. Fantastisch uitzicht.

The hotel is a very good family hotel where children can have a lot of fun, the play area is majestic! The reception staff instead completely inefficient, they did not provide us with an extra blanket because they did not have the hotel being full and in the end the hair dryer did not work, I went down with wet hair at 10 in the evening and they replied that they had no others and could not do anything, I raised my voice because such a thing is unacceptable and by chance a new hair dryer came up.

Das Zimmer war sehr schön und geräumig. Leider war der Gesamteindruck dann aber doch getrübt, da Handtücher vor den undichten Fenster lagen und es aus der Toilette immer nach Kanal roch. Zudem erwarte ich von einem 4 Sterne Hotel, dass ich nicht selber das Geschirr abräumen muss. Das Frühstück an sich war umfangreich und lecker.

Es war sehr schön,Fliegengitter wären toll gewesen da ständig Mücken und Fliegen ins Zimmer kommen,sehr nervig wenn man frische Luft braucht.Ansonsten ist alles soweit okey

Prima hotel voor 1 overnachting. Omgeving oogt wat ongezellig. Hotelkamer was netjes, wat wel jammer was is dat de deur niet goed sloot en het daardoor enorm tochtte. Personeel was zeer vriendelijk!

Fijn hotel, netjes en goede locatie. Met de trein ben je zo in haarlem of amsterdam.

Tolles Hotelzimmer

Das Zimmer war sehr sauber. Die Putzfrau war super nett und hat uns immer ausschlafen lassen. Die Fototapete vom Meer im Bad und Zimmer hat dem ganzen richtig tolles Urlaubsfeeling gegeben. Top Lage und tolle Beschäftigungsmöglichkeiten im Center Park selbst. Würde ich wieder buchen!

Schöner Familienurlaub

Da das Hotel so nah am Center Park und am Strand liegt, ist es perfekt für Familien mit Kindern. Schade, dass es im Hotel kein Abendessen gibt, so muss man selbst bei Sturm und Regen raus .Beim Frühstück ist alles Self Service.Wirklich alles muss man selber holen und auch wieder abräumen, wie in einer Jugendherberge, aber bei den Preisen nicht ok . Personal war sehr freundlich am Empfang
